First time visit as it is near the hotel we stayed in. Plenty of people in even though it’s a small place. The food is great and the staff really friendly, always a bonus! Authentic food and well priced. Lovely little place if you’re craving some Thai food.

Aroydee is a nice restaurant with tasty food that I really enjoyed. I ordered the food and picked it up, and the experience was smooth and convenient. The food was still delicious, making it a good option for takeout. The service was a bit strange at times, but overall, it’s a pleasant place to dine.

Price-wise, I ordered soup and a main course. They both came together! How are you supposed to eat both at once, people? It's called an appetizer for a reason. While you're eating the soup, the main course gets cold! When you ask the waiter about it, they say they should have told you beforehand. Why aren't the guests asked if they wanted the appetizer before the main course? Also, the Tom Yum soup was so thick that it was a sugar solution. Thai food is usually prepared with a lot of added sugar anyway, but this was way over the top. When I asked the waiter about it, I got the reply: please let them know next time that you'd like less sugar. Okay, that's still somewhat acceptable, but please also talk to the guests. Especially in what order they want the appetizer and main course, even though it's already in the name of the dish.

So, with Phuket in mind, this place is one of the best Thai restaurants in Frankfurt. Unfortunately, the taste was worse than Phuket, but it was three times as expensive. I really don't recommend it.

I recommend this restaurant. It was delicious, the staff was super friendly. A fun chef with a great sense of humor. The wonton was 11/10, more than perfect, as was the sweet and sour sauce. 🤩 I recommend the duck and the noodles, they were very tasty. 🤓 We'll definitely be back when we're in Frankfurt. 🙂‍↔️ We sat outside, which was very pleasant and there was plenty of space. 🙏🏽

Lunch for 7 to 8 euros, but the portion was incredibly tiny. I only had an appetizer. Then, on top of that, the change was incorrectly given (I had already given a 15 percent tip).

As good as the food is, a flat price increase of €3.00-€5.00 per dish is unreasonable. This is still a Thai takeaway with a corresponding ambiance! Given inflation, I'm happy to accept a price increase, but this is outrageous. For example, Som Tam (papaya salad) recently cost €12.50 and now costs €15.50, which is a good 25% increase!!! Pad Thai now costs €17.50 – that's absolutely insane! Sorry, we've lost a regular! Therefore, points deducted.

Disaster! We had pre-ordered online for pickup. It wasn't until we arrived to pick up that our order was noticed. So we had to wait while our food was prepared. At home, we realized that one of the dishes was incorrect. So I took it back to the restaurant. The employee then realized she'd mixed up 32 and 37. An apology? None! A drink while I waited for the food again? None! And even when the food was ready, there was no apology for the mistake. What kind of "service" staff are these?! Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre.

We've eaten there several times and are thrilled with the food. The staff is also very friendly. We would recommend the restaurant.

Disappointing experience – not recommended We ordered from this Thai restaurant via Wolt. My husband had chosen a dish with minced meat – that's what the description said and was clearly visible in the photo: minced meat with rice and vegetables. When the food arrived, my husband noticed something was wrong with the first bite – instead of minced meat, there was suddenly fish with bones in the dish. He almost choked – absolutely unacceptable! We immediately called the restaurant. The employee on the phone unfortunately barely spoke German, but was friendly and forwarded our complaint. A woman called us back – whether the manager or owner, we don't know – but her tone was anything but customer-friendly. She claimed we had selected the fish as an extra. In fact, this "catfish" extra was automatically preselected – we checked this on several devices. There was no mention of this in the description. Instead of showing understanding, we were laughed at and not taken seriously. This was especially annoying when one person ended up ordering around €70 and ended up not being able to eat anything. Interestingly, the fish option is no longer preset, and fish options are no longer available – so it must have been a mistake or a misleading configuration. Very disappointing, both in terms of the content and the customer service. This was our first and last visit.

The food is bland, unloving, and wildly overpriced. Spicy dishes are barely seasoned, and shrimp dishes contain two or three shrimp at most. The food wouldn't even be worth half the price. Unfortunately, it's very disappointing.

I got beef fried rice and T10 today. My beef was partially blackened with a lot of cartilage. The T10 tasted really bad, just too salty. I ordered takeout. The people were nice, but the prices were absolutely not worth it! Absolutely not. If I hadn't driven so far, I would have asked for my money back!

We ordered from there because the image on the website showed a completely different product than what was ultimately delivered. When we contacted customer service to clarify the misunderstanding, the representative showed no understanding and offered no redress—not even an explanation. Instead, after a lengthy discussion, the call was simply ended. Shortly afterward, another person called back and even mocked us. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. When problems arise, customers should at least be treated with respect. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here.

I ordered chicken fried rice but no taste at all. They prepared fried rice with tomatoes, broccoli, iceberg lettuce and onions. It's not real fried rice, I complained and didn't get my money back. I ordered it through Wolt, but couldn't find a solution and my money just disappeared. Fried rice should be prepared with suitable vegetables. It is not normal to prepare fried rice with tomatoes and lettuce. I never want to order again.

There were four of us there. After a very short time the food was served and was very delicious. The mango sticky rice for dessert in particular was a great treat, which we immediately ordered again. The owner is extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable. We'll be back! 😋

Original Thai cuisine in Frankfurt. Everything tastes great 👍 always happy

For me, this was always a great place for authentic Thai food. Was here again today for a long time, but unfortunately the quality has deteriorated a little for me. As almost always, I ordered the Pad kra pao. One of my favorite dishes. Traditionally, finely chopped meat was always used here, which is what makes the dish and part of the enjoyment for me. Apparently this step is now omitted and normal meat cut into strips was added. The sauce, which is usually very spicy and delicately flavored, was quite tasteless today and I wasn't asked about the number of chilis (level of spiciness) as usual. Unfortunately, the Thai iced tea with lemon that I ordered came with milk, even though it wasn't ordered that way. All in all rather disappointing. Quality and service have declined sharply, while prices have been increased significantly. The next time I spontaneously visit Frankfurt, I will have to go somewhere else for good Pad Krapao at a fair price. Unfortunately no more recommendation…

Super delicious, very nice staff

The food was very tasty and was served quickly. The portions were large and therefore the value for money was good. It was busy, but the service was still very friendly. The focus here is probably more on delivery; there were often delivery services and pick-ups there. The drawback was the seats, some of which had broken upholstery. A men's toilet was also broken.

The BEST THAI restaurant in Frankfurt with Authentic Thai food. They provide authentic lists of Thai food as well. It tastes almost 100% like food in Thailand. If you would like to enjoy delicious authentic and great quality food, try this restaurant. You will not disappointed. Btw, I am not a fan of non authentic food which pretend to be Thai and cook like rookie chef. But Aroydee restaurant is no.1 in terms of authenticity and food quality. Unlike the other restaurant in FFM (don’t want to mention here, just fancy place but food quality is terrible) Aroydee ,although, its atmosphere is not that fancy. The food quality is outstanding!! I ordered Pla lui suan. It is a bit complicated Thai dish I would say, the chef cooked it very well. I really enjoyed. So, recommend to try this restaurant. Also the guy staff was friendly and provided great service.

Really good: had No. 22 with chicken - fresh ingredients, lots of vegetables, enough meat - very, very tasty coconut curry sauce, reasonable price - I can recommend it!

The food is prepared quickly and the service is always first class. In terms of price-performance ratio it could be a little cheaper, I think 16.50 euros for a portion is a bit expensive. The ambience is less appealing, you could invest some money here and make the shop nicer.

As an enthusiastic Thailand holidaymaker, I can say that the cuisine at Aroydee is very authentic and really tasty. Nice service and a great selection of typical Thai dishes and dishes adapted to the German palate. I'll be back! :)

After the change of ownership, the restaurant unfortunately only has the name in common with the original Aroydee. The portions are now half as large, but twice as expensive and the quality is at best at snack bar level. This is also reflected in the service. You are not greeted and the only smile you see from the waitress is when you are brought the overpriced bill.

This was my favorite restaurant in Frankfurt, to this day the emphasis is on it. Today, as always, I wanted to pick up the order I had ordered, as usual the whole aisle to the checkout was full of delivery drivers and customers, I ordered with 2 chilies, the box said 3 chilies and I ordered the same food twice, 1 was full, the other almost half empty and at prices of almost 20 euros. No thanks, I'll look for a place where it's worth eating and that doesn't want to do the maximum with as little effort as possible. You've alienated a loyal customer...

We ordered from Aroydee through Wolt and are very disappointed. The rice was grainy and dry, the egg noodles had a burnt taste, and the vegetables were completely mushy. Unfortunately we had to throw most of it away and the little we ate made us sick. An absolute no-go. We will definitely not be ordering from Aroydee or visiting the restaurant again.

We always come here as we found the food taste and quality to ne good, however today the food didn’t taste good at all. The quality seems to have gone down to the point that my friend suddenly started feeling very queasy after eating the food.

We had to wait 2 hours for our food today. After 1.5 hours we were able to see our food, but the boss kept putting us off and preferred other people to pick it up. At least the waitress was so friendly and attentive that she gave us two iced teas for free. The atmosphere was very unpleasant because delivery services were constantly coming in and you felt like you were in the way. The delivery service drivers were also irritated because they had to wait so long. The 2 hours were much longer than the 30 minutes that we were told on the phone when we ordered.

The food (delivered) was cold, took almost 2 hours to be delivered and was absolutely careless, bland and unseasoned. The Pad Thai came completely without peanuts, chilies and eggs. It also included exactly 2 shrimp. But the prices are pretty outrageous. I'm used to much better from the location on Stiftstrasse. Absolute disappointment - never again!

The boss is an unprofessional man! He made me wait in the restaurant for a long time and then served other guests who came after us! And I ordered via Wolt and had to wait 2.5 hours for my food. Wolte support said the driver had already been waiting there for an hour and they said he had left a long time ago. For me service is a big minus point!!! Will never order from there again and recommend it to others!!

I have been a guest at the Aroydee Restaurant, Hanauer Landstrasse, Frankfurt several times now. Unfortunately, I noticed that the quality of the service does not match the high standard of the food. The last few times I was there there were two conditions. One of them was working and the other (male) was just sitting there and looking at his cell phone. The other guests had to wait endlessly until they were allowed to pay because his cell phone was probably more important to him. I'm not sure, although as I said, the food tastes very good and the female service is very friendly, funny and quick, I'll be a guest there again. For me, a beautiful experience requires both factors. Service and food.

Eat good. Service absolutely documents. Sitting for over 15 minutes and waiting for service. Completely underwhelmed at steep prices! The entire staff only takes care of the number of delivery drivers who are also waiting in the restaurant.

Original Thai - that's what it was recommended to us, and that's how it was. Especially in terms of food like in Thailand. Sometimes a little spicy for European tastes, but absolutely authentic. The pictures perhaps say more than many words. The only thing you should take seriously is the peppers on the menu for spiciness! When it comes to service, you should accept some delays if you come during rush hour. In addition to the dining guests, there were also delivery services at the start, so things got a bit tight. Very friendly, but stressed. Maybe a word about the ambience. Really Thai... So rather simple. You can sit outside, but it can be a bit noisy because of the tram. But better than in a stuffy interior. The menu also seems a bit worn out, with all the little things that correspond to the national standard of the year. I would put the prices somewhere in the middle class. So if you like original Thai cuisine you will be happy here.

Good value for money! The food was very good and I am a particular fan of the homemade peanut sauce! 👍🏻 The service was extremely quick, the food came to us within 10 minutes, and the staff were very welcoming! The portions were large and, especially given the price, it was a blast! I can only recommend the mixed starter plate and the red Thai curry! I also found the Mango Sticky Rice very, very tasty! The only thing I missed a bit is the homely atmosphere that other Thai restaurants have. Otherwise top!

Atmosphere, service and prices don't quite match here. Service: Since we arrived quite early, we were initially well served. Later, people were busy with pick-up food and delivery service bags and it became very uncomfortable. The initially friendly waiters became unfriendly after several requests that we would like to pay. When we handed it over, the waiter refused to give me five euros in coins, even though I told him that I needed it for the Globetrotter parking garage. Food: The chicken kebabs were bathed in turmeric and tasted very strongly of it. Given the scandals with lead-containing turmeric in India, I didn't have a good feeling about it and it was just too much. The spring rolls had thick dough and little content and were purely convenience goods. The Thai dishes were very good and also had delicious chilies. Here, however, the price of my dish (a small amount of vegetable Thai broccoli) with tofu and rice for €21.5 was simply too much. The rice is excellent, sticky yet grainy.

Very tasty if not a little pricey Thai restaurant near the ECB. Highly recommend the Pad Thai. It’s much less sweet than the ones I’ve had in the US and was easily one of the best Thai dishes I’ve had anywhere in the world.

Was here often before. Unfortunately the prices are now outrageous. 18€ for a Thai snack meal? It's a shame, the food was always good, but it no longer bears any relation to the price.

Basically an authentic shop with tasty - very good Thai dishes. However, since the recent massive price increases, the snack bar is no longer recommended. In relation to the ambience, service and size of the portions, the dishes are simply overpriced. There are better alternatives here in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. In any case, I will no longer visit Aroydee and recommend it to friends. It's a shame that they wasted their potential.

I was there a few weeks ago and have to say that it was by far one of the worse experiences when it comes to stomach pain.

Ausser den Frühlingsrollen war alles sehr geschmackslos und nicht lecker. Das Pad thai war sehr schlecht und nicht wirklich thailändisch ist eher eine deutsche Version eines pad thais. Der Service ist grottenschlecht und sehr unhöflich. Jede Bitte fühlt sich an als würde mann die Welt verlangen. Für diese Preise ist es eine Frechheit! UNBEDINGT MEIDEN!

I was there for lunch. Fast food style place but with excellent Thai flavours. It's true that it's not very cheap but lunch brought back flavors that I had almost forgotten and that I love. I would like to recommend it. Fast service and friendly and slightly unique staff. The Red curry was very good though.

I just paid €22 for the dish pictured and an iced tea. What a waste! The dish consisted almost entirely of rice and a few pieces of minced meat. That has no relation to this price. My criticism was simply shrugged and told that I should leave a bad review on Google. Never again!

Wir sind auf Empfehlung hergekommen und fanden das Essen ganz gut. Nicht außergewöhnlich gut, aber lecker. Der Service ist ziemlich schlecht, obwohl wir extra einen Tisch reserviert haben, war dieser nicht bereit als wir ankamen und wir mussten in dem ganzen Gedrängel warten. Obwohl wir relativ nah am Servicebereich saßen, hat die Servicekraft gute 45 min später erst unsere Bestellung aufgenommen, auf die wir dann auch noch knapp 45 min warten mussten. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut besucht, was eigentlich für sich spricht. Das Ambiente hat uns auch nicht gefallen, überall rennen die Lieferando-Fahrer mit ihren großen Rucksäcken rum, Servicekräfte kommen nicht hinterher. Ist nicht angenehm beim Essen. Zum Mitnehmen wahrscheinlich besser geeignet. Gleichen Geschmack findet man fast überall und zu wesentlich günstigeren Preis & angenehmeren Ambiente. Werden leider kein zweites Mal kommen.

Wir haben am 14.12.23 dort unsere Weihnachtsfeier verbracht. Erster Eindruck, Tische, Stühle, Abholer ihrer Bestellung. Wir waren dort von 17 Uhr bis 21 Uhr und es war Klasse 😊 Tolle Gastgeber und sehr Aufmerksam, leckeres Essen (wir hatten Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Nachtisch), unterschiedliche Getränke und es war alles 👍🏻 Vielen lieben Dank dafür und schöne Feiertage 🎄 Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

This is very good little Thai restaurant on the corner of Hanauer Strasse in the Ostend of Frankfurt. They serve great Asian food you can also take out. You’re always greeted with a smile and the food isn’t bad either. A must, if you like Thai food

Der Thai von nebenan. Das Essen idy gut aber ist nicht herausragende. Es wird auf Unverträglichkeit und Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Das Inventar und Innenausstattung lässt nicht zum langen verweilen ein und hat Imbissniveau. Als Take away option okay.
