Express on... Waited half an hour. Delivery orders were brought forward. There was no apology or any response to my complaint. Hence this recession. I hope they go bankrupt

Not cool! The order simply wasn't delivered and no one answered the phone. Luckily I got the money back from Lieferando.

Ordered via Lieferando at 8:04 p.m Should be there at 9:14 pm! Called at 9:45 p.m. where the food was, we were told very rudely on the phone that it was on the way! 10:28 p.m. still no food, but asked by email about recession! Once and never again! No food Luckily cash payment was specified

I've never had such a nasty meal delivered before. Pooh. And also had to wait another 2 hours. The shop is forbidden. Really bad food. And expensive. I'm really mad!!!!

Unfortunately, the food isn't good at all for the price. Tastes very bland, kitchen looks very dirty, I got diarrhea from the food. Would avoid the store. For this price there are much better Thais in Frankfurt.

The very last shop. You order, wait forever, then call and ask. Then it is claimed that the driver called 10 times - then you realize they wrote down the wrong number. Probably a wrong address, otherwise the driver could have simply rung the bell. When I called again I was told I was 'playing games'. An absolute disgrace. The employees should perhaps learn German, then a simple order will work. The store is a no go!

Delivery took over 2 hours. Nobody answered the phone either. The food was lukewarm and had no taste at all.

Oh well . We ordered the food. According to lieferando.de it should be with us at 9:40 p.m. That was the stated 40 minutes. At 9 p.m. I called and he said the driver wasn't on the way yet. If I wanted he could cancel the meal. I asked why he didn't inform me and asked how long the driver would take. He said between 5 and 10 minutes. Everything is zero in this restaurant. They are honestly fraudulent people. The staff is not good, the meat quality is very poor and it even smells very unpleasant. Never order 2 to 3 hours

After my visit to Thai Express I have nothing positive to say. First of all, the use of soy sauce in the dish was just overkill. It seemed as if the chef had literally drowned the dish in it, resulting in any flavor being overpowered. As a result, the food had a uniform, salty taste that lacked any of the nuances of Thai cuisine. The freshness of the meat was also disappointing because it looked like it was leftovers. Furthermore, it took forever for the food to be ready and the price is disproportionate to the quality offered.

Terrible! Food doesn't taste good. I ate tiramisu as dessert and it was frozen. Well, it doesn't matter, but when I had to throw up the next morning it was one too many, it doesn't go anywhere, I haven't eaten anything but that and I've never thrown up in 2 years. It's ok for quick hunger, but nothing more. It just lacks the spice that you would normally expect in Thai food. Since the noticeable price increase in recent years, one can no longer speak of very cheap prices.

Unfortunately it is no longer what it was a few years ago. Cheap ingredients, questionable hygiene. If you walk by early in the morning you can even see rats running around the building. It says a lot. Should be closed by the public order office.

Frankfurt has many thai restaurants. But this one is best so far. You can find the authentic thai cousine here with a affordable price. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. Overall it's a nice experience

Die Bedienung war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Essen stand dem nicht nach.

Wohl unter neuer Leitung, durchaus angenehm. Hat jetzt draußen neues Mobiliar, schön und einladend geworden. Essen war gut, obwohl in der Karte mit 2 Pepperoni versehen, mangelte es etwas an Schärfe. Kann man sicherlich wieder hingehen.

Zuvor :über das Ambiente kann ich mir leider kein Urteil erlauben!!! Ich hatte über Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen war in angegebener Zeit da. Nur der Fahrer traute dich wegen Gewitter nicht aus dem Auto. Ich bin barfuß raus… und zwei mussten lachen!! Das Essen war gut und im Preis ok! Dankeschön

Vor kurzem die Restaurant hat ein neu Besitzer bekommen. Seitdem läuft alles super. Die Thai Curry dort schmeckt einfach hammer. Gerichte auf wünsch kann auch noch schärfer gemacht werden. Also gerne mal wieder da hin empfehlungswert.

It's not special but it tastes great and is really good value. Probably not the place for a first date, but if you are in Burgerhospital or Nationalbibliothek and want a large, tasty, not-expensive meal then this is definitely worth your visit

Die Lieferung hat ca 40 min gedauert , die Miso Suppe hay nicht besonders gut geschmeckt auch drin war kaum was aber die Eiernudeln haben schon besser geschmeckt .

Fleisch war trocken und insgesamt hat das Essen auch nicht besonders geschmeckt. Dazu sind die Preise im Gegensatz zu anderen Imbissen nicht gerade günstiger

Sonntags bestellt, aber über 2 Stunden aufs Essen warten ist trotzdem zu viel. Essen kam dann kalt war nichts besonderes, aber okay.

Lieferung erfolgte im angegebenen Zeitraum, der Lieferant war sehr freundlich. Allerdings war das Essen seinen Preis nicht wert. Die Wantan hart und zäh, als ob schon lange vorbereitet und nur aufgewärmt. Die Ente trocken und ebenfalls zäh. Im Salat war ein Strunk zu finden, im Gegensatz zu dem restlichen Salat war dieser jedoch sicherlich knackig. In den (viel zu weichen) Reisnudeln fand sich unerklärlicherweise ein Haar. Warum trotzdem 3 Sterne? Definitiv für die super Lieferung und die Freundlichkeit, und vor allem für die Reaktion auf meinen Anruf. Ich möchte immer konstruktiv bewerten, aber ich (bzw wir) waren doch verärgert über 40 Euro die wir zahlten und keine zufriedenstellende Gegenleistung erhalten zu haben. Doch hoffe ich dass hier einfach einiges schief gelaufen ist, daher rief ich an und schilderte die Situation, woraufhin nach einiger Versicherung meinerseits wirklich nicht "einfach nur rummeckern" zu wollen, der Herr am Telefon versprach mir bei der nächsten Lieferung angemessen entgegenzukommen. Das ist mir jeden Stern wert und ich hoffe dass sich diese Versprechung auch bewahrheiten wird.

Das Thai-Essen war geschmacklich sehr schwach, musste erst mal ordentlich nachwürzen. Günstig ist's auch nicht mehr.

Die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Laden wurde anscheinend vom Pizzaladen nebenan übernommen und der Koch ist nicht mehr Asiate. Das merkt man am Essen.

Was Lieferung angeht sind die recht okay. Aber Leute sei mal ehrlich, ich hab grade von euch bestellt und die Pizza war verbrannt, und die andere Pizza hatte leider keine frischen Zutaten gesehen. Die glass Nudeln hat schon komisch gerochen und ich als schwangere lass ich lieber die Finger weg. Geld einfach aus dem Fenster geschmissen. Wenn ihr nicht dafür fähig seid irgendwie etwas liebe in euren essen zu stecken wieso habt ihr überhaupt noch auf und verkauft essen.

Der Imbiss an der Ecke war früher Top. Mittlerweile ist das Essen sehr ölig, nicht wirklich gut gewürzt. Dessert gibt es auch keins mehr; dafür sind die Preise kräftig in die Höhe gegangen

Ich habe immer gern bei Euch was bestellt und fas Essen ist immer noch gut, aber jetzt wurden die Preise extrem angehoben, zwischen 10 und 30 Prozent, je nach Gericht ist eine Frechheit Aber momentan kann man ja alles auf Corona, Krieg und Lieferschwierigkeiten schieben...sorry....aber irgendwo hört es auch auf. Interessanterweise nur wenn man die Gerichte abholt wenn man sie liefern lässt, sind es noch die alten....aber da sind die Lieferzeiten inzwischen eine Katastrophe.

Es war windig etwas kalt draußen, suchte eine warme Mahlzeit. Gebratene Nudeln, Hähnchen mit Gemüse mit einer Cola habe ich mir bestellt. Portion war in Ordnung hat mir auch geschmeckt. Teller ist jedenfalls leer. Kann ich empfehlen

Wir haben über 1/2 Stunden gewartet das Essen ist immer noch nicht da, als wir angerufen haben um nach zu fragen wann das Essen da sei wurde mit uns laut und energisch geredet und dann wurde aufgelegt. Ich werde das Essen weder zahlen noch werde ich es annehmen.!

Jedes mal absolut lecker und der Preis ist unschlagbar. Muss man Testen !!!! Auch viele Freunde denke da wie ich.

Das Essen ist super lecker und preiswert. Ich esse regelmäßig in meiner Mittagspause dort und habe schon die Karte rauf und runter probiert. Kein Gericht hat mich enttäuscht.

...doch die Hygiene außerhalb des Küchenbereichs hat nachgelassen. Insgesamt wirkt alles etwas heruntergekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung. Innen wie aussen. Die Gewürzflaschen für die Selbstbedienung waren etwas klebrig und waren z. T. angekrustet. Es war schon besser hier und das führt auch zum Punktabzug. Ich kenne das Lokal seit vielen Jahren und bin hier immer mal wieder für einen leckeren, schnellen Imbiss eingekehrt. So auch heute. Das Essen war absolut super und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Fazit: Wer auf die Schnelle richtig gutes und preiswertes Essen möchte und sich nicht am "Drumherum" orientiert, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben!
