Way too expensive for a fast food restaurant. I paid €50 for two burgers with fries and drinks. For this price the price-performance ratio is simply not right. However, the fries are very good. The burgers are nothing special.

The taste was okay, but the food was very expensive

The well-known burger chain from the USA here in FFM directly on the Zeil. The food was delicious and I was full too. Great American diner feeling. Unfortunately I just don't like the prices and prevent me from coming more often. So my visit is only every few months. I would also like a tablet for consumption in the restaurant. Eating out of the bag isn't so great now. Otherwise, I would like to have promotions or special offers from time to time. Very busy and hectic at peak times. It's better to come at less busy times if you can arrange it.

Sorry, but tastes like cardboard!

I had a simple veg sandwich. It was good and nutritious. The ambience, as always, was perfect at a Five Guys place.

Went there spontaneously to eat a burger and fries (around €20...) You are forced to order from the machine. Indicated to eat there. The employee calls up my number and puts a brown bag in front of me. When I asked that I wanted to eat on site, I was told it didn't make any difference, there were no tablets or anything like that. Had to eat out of a bag and use aluminum foil as a base. The fries flew everywhere. I felt like a homeless person, asking everyone at the entrance for money and leftovers... For the prices that are quoted there, I think that's audacious. The food tasted ok, but nothing special. Once and not again.

It's not the dry, tasteless burger that you often get here in Germany. The meat is so juicy that the burger falls apart. For true burger lovers it is a delight

You can't believe the prices are so high.

I sat on a bus for like 6 hours to get here because I was feeling homesick during study abroad. I’m not a huge fan of five guys but when I get that craving it has to be satiated. And boy was it. The feeling of freedom rushed through my veins, as did the grease and lard. I was in heaven. Will always be a fond memory.

The service was good, and the restaurant is well decorated. But paying €25 for a chain burger, some fries and a soft drink seemed like a steal to me.

One of the best burgers you will have. It's a bit expensive at 13€ for a single burger, but the quality of the beef is superb and the condiments fresh. I took a star off because the size of the burger should be bigger for the price. The milkshake is also awesome!!

I love the Cajun (!?) seasoned fries! The sizes are really great. But moderate prices.

I was here for the first time. The positive thing is the opportunity to build your own burger individually. Unfortunately I had to wait quite a long time until my food was ready. The ambience is rather simple and functional. The staff seemed a bit unmotivated to me. I will definitely try the shop here in Wiesbaden because the taste was really good.

The burgers, hot dogs and chips are truly of high quality, clearly superior to any other fast food (this can also be understood from the prices, which are decidedly higher than the competition). The place was clean, the staff was quick. Note of merit for the music playlist chosen by the guys in the kitchen, really excellent :)

What is that, please? Just under €23 for what I consider to be a mushy, crunchy burger in aluminum foil with fries and a drink. The fries are simply shoveled into the paper bag in an unappetizing way and taste terrible. Honestly? I don't and can't understand this hype.

Expensive burgers and not sustainability way of working when you wrap every burger with aluminum and then put it in papers bag when we are eating in the restaurant.

It's a classic American-flavored 5guys. The food, especially the burgers, tastes very good as always. The staff is also very nice and will help you with any questions. Is only recommended if you want higher quality food that is still prepared relatively quickly

Service was okay. The biggest problem was the dürfte. I order a bacon burger and it was overcooked and flavorless. I would rather eat a burger in mcdonlansa or burger King. It is overprice and the preparation is not good. I paid for the burger ans small fries 18 euro. The fries were actually tasty, but the burger was really dry and bad. I would not recommend it at all.

The milkshake was so bad that I drank it after two sips and threw it away. I suggest you turn right when you go out and there are many ice cream shops across the street and don't drink the milkshake from Five Guys.

MY REVIEW WAS REMOVED BY FIVE GUYS; FILED A COMPLAINT WITH GOOGLE AND BACK AGAIN: 10.20€ 🤮!!! The food was disappointing, especially considering there are far better and cheaper alternatives for the price. The taste was not appealing and I would rather have eaten nothing than the piece of misery.

Best burger in Germany in my opinion...

Very tasty burgers with fresh, high-quality ingredients. There are many side dishes to choose from that don't cost extra. The service is quick and friendly. The fries are crispy and in generous portions.

Ordered large fries and only got a bag with the small leftovers and crumbs, for €9 it's just a joke... the milkshakes don't taste like anything either. Not worth the store.

We don't have Five Guys back home in South Africa but what an amazing burger. So juicy and very filling and so tasty. I will definitely order again.

So-so - the quality on offer is certainly good for (!) a global franchising chain, but in terms of pricing you're not competing against the 1 Euro burger from McDo - but against the many good individual burger restaurants in Frankfurt. And the globally standardized burger from 5G can't keep up.

We did not eat here because the price was just rediculously high even when ordering the minimum menu. You can have better food for less. Afterall it is just fastfood. Mc donalds is way cheaper

Apparently you can add toppings everywhere, apparently except for the fries, which are relatively inflexible. say there are only fries with ketchup. Sad.

This place is proof that you can screw up even the best and simplest of concepts. Nothing of what makes five guys a great place to grab a burger and fries appears to actually be present in this store. Not only is the service desperately slow, the result is truly a slap in the face! Everything is made without any care, the staff are disorganized and completely under-qualified. The result is 20€ for a mess of an undercooked/ overcooked squashed mess of a burger and fries that are soggy with oil.

The place is a bit dirty but there are many choices. The food is decently priced but the soda machine definitely could be better. If you get water, your water might have a "soda" taste because they use the same dispenser. When we received our little fries, there was a cup of fries and then just a lot of fries dumped inside the bag, submerging the bag with oil. This Five Guys is overall decent, but could definitely get some improvements.

Yesterday, for a change, I went to Five Guys on the Frankfurter Zeil for the first time. I really enjoyed the cheeseburger (style “All the way”) and was ready to pick up at the counter after about 5 minutes after ordering. You can order at the checkout, but you can also use order terminals if you wish. At the pick-up counter, the order number (see receipt) is then called out orally in German and English. There you can also help yourself to peanuts from a large box for free while you wait or as a snack. There were only two things I didn't like: the dining room with rather uncomfortable seating and loud music, as well as the quite high prices for burgers, fries, milkshakes and the like. Conclusion: I can definitely imagine coming by every now and then because I found the burger delicious, which is the most important thing for you in a burger shop.

Truly one of the tastiest burgers I know. The only drawback is the atmosphere in the restaurant. It is usually loud and crowded like in a train station hall. Therefore, rather buy the burger and eat outside when the weather permits.

We discovered the restaurant by chance, my junior loves burgers, so go for it.. Modest card without much explanation and really steep prices, well if what's on offer is fine from my point of view. 2 small burgers + 1 sandwich + 1 small fries + 2 milkshakes and 1 iced tea = 51€ You order, get a number and are then called when you're ready. You get the things in Too Go bags and can then sit down somewhere. All burgers are wrapped in aluminum foil, after unpacking the nasty surprise: a burger with a diameter about the size of the cheeseburger on the big M, about twice as high, a completely soggy bun thrown together with bacon, onions, cucumbers, cheese and mushrooms. The whole thing was so soft that we could hardly eat it with our fingers. The sandwich, you can't really call it that, was also in the shape of a burger and was so soggy that everything fell apart when you picked it up. My wife then returned it and at least got her money. Fries were OK There will be no further visit there. The staff was hectic but friendly.

Perhaps the best fries I've ever tasted. The (famous) burger had a "home-made" taste. It is expensive but you can have as much soda as you like. Highly recommend.

No, no, never again! Honestly, who thinks that's great? I can't understand it at all. 3 x burgers, one is the size of a Big Mac. 3 x fries in the bag, we had half a bag full of fries, the bag was as big as at Mc Donalds, where they bag 3 takeaway menus. Who will eat this? And 3 drinks that you can fill up again and again. All in all we had fries with a small burger for a whopping €74.85. I'm sorry, what? Yes, I can go out for a real meal there for the money, with service and everything.

If you want to taste the real taste of a true 100% American Eagle Freedom 4th of July MILK SHAKE this is the spot, all other milkshakes in Frankfurt, no in Deutschland, no, no in the whole Europe DO NOT taste as truthful as Five Guy's Milkshakes. Cheese burgers, fries, all is good. Free restroom for costumers, believe it or not so many fas food restaurants charge you an Euro if you want to use your pee-pee. My girlfriend smiled here one of the few spots she really enjoyed in Frankfurt, so if your girlfriend is grumpy, take it here and let me know if worked for you too ;,

A cool shop. The burgers are delicious and freshly prepared. I found the Cajun fries very tasty. Great seasoning for the fries. What I really liked was that you can choose as many toppings for your burger as you want for free. This is really great. I was also very happy about the mustard. I like mustard on my burger, it's really rare for you to have it. You order either at the counter or at the machine. Then you wait until the number is called and pick up your order. In the menu you can also choose between a really large selection of soft drinks. You can also refill as often as you like. I thought it was a shame that it was quite loud inside and the employees unfortunately couldn't keep up with cleaning up the guests' mess. It's a shame that the guests aren't a little tidier and make sure not to completely dirty their place.

Was there for the first time today. The burger I had was a bacon cheeseburger €13.75, small fries €5.50 and Cola Freestyle €4.20 for 0.5 liters of unlimited refill Together 23.45. Normalerweise würde ich über Fastfood keine Bewertung schreiben, aber..... Das ist in Frankfurt mein 3. Besuch bei Five Guys seit Eröffnung. Das erste Mal nach Eröffnung, ca. 2019, war echt in Ordnung, beim 2. Mal war auch OK, aber am 22.05.24 war es ungenügend. 25,20 EUR für eine kleine Pommes, Cheeseburger und Milchshake ist preislich echt über die Grenze. Dann muss das mehr als perfekt sein, bei mir war es mangelhaft. Gewartet, Essen bekommen und auf Rückfrage, wo das Shake ist, steht (seit 10 Min.!) an der Shakeausgabe. Schlechtes Timing, denn wenn das Essen ausgegeben wird, ist das Milchshake geschmolzen. Oder anders sollte das Shake nicht zusammen mit dem Essen ausgegeben werden? Also das 0,4 L-Shake für € 6,95 war bereits flüssig und wertlos. Die Pommes, die bis dato immer ordentlich waren, diesmal durchgehend angebrannt und nicht gesalzen. Der Burger war trotz bestellter BBQ-Sauce trocken und das Brötchen bricht immer an der Last des Belags auseinander. Irgendwann ist alles so zermatscht, dass man einiges zurücklässt. Der Burger kostet mittlerweile stolze 12,75 €, die kleine Pommes 5,50€, das Shake ohne Extras mind. € 6,95 = 25,20 €. So sind die 2 Sterne eigentlich zu viel, aber es geht hier auch um konstruktive Kritik. Von meiner Seite wird es keinen weiteren Besuch bei Ihnen mehr geben und bedenken, wie viele Kinder mit Ihrer Vätern oder Großeltern mit leuchtenden Augen einmal ins 5 Guys gehen wollen und dann erleben Sie gleiches. Qualität muss deutlich nach oben, die Preis wieder runter und die "Orderlogik" sollte neu überdacht werden.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately everything is packed in cardboard bags, even if you eat on site. The burgers in aluminum foil. I didn't fully understand the concept. As a result, the food on site is pretty mushy. There are no tablets or anything similar. I didn't find the atmosphere nice, very hectic and very confusing due to the different stations where you pick up your food/cups etc. I found the prices for fast food and self-service very expensive. For me and my daughter I paid over 50 euros for a burger, fries + drink. That's pretty intense 🙄

That was my first experience with Five Guys. It was wonderful, a completely different atmosphere than any other fast food. Unparalleled food quality in a different setting with authentic American design.

Definitely one of my favorite burger 🍔 shops! I can't understand some of the bad reviews here at all. Many people forget or don't know that this is a fast food chain! And something like “just throwing fries in the bag” is a Five Guys trademark. Or too expensive, I can't understand. At least here you get real fresh meat without any additives like at McDonalds and at least you'll be full for a long time. During my visit to the USA I went to Five Guys for the first time and was super hyped to see the first Five Guys in Frankfurt. From outside you are lured by the delicious smell of burgers and fries and all you have to do is follow your nose. I love how you can customize your burger or milkshake and have such a large selection and everything is freshly prepared especially the fries 🍟 Cajun style are unbeatable! The employees do a really good job here because the order is usually ready for pickup in just a few minutes. 😋 The big drawback is that the music is too loud. Prices have also risen immensely again, which is why I. I decided to deduct a star 🌟 here. It's still fast food and should be affordable, otherwise you might as well go to the restaurant!

If you're looking for the ultimate burger treat, Five Guys is your go-to place. The juicy, perfectly grilled burgers, for which you can choose each ingredient individually, leave nothing to be desired. And the fries? Simply legendary! Hand-cut, golden brown and crispy, they are deep fried in peanut oil and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. Whether classic or Cajun, every fries at Five Guys is a little piece of heaven on earth.

Actually, one star is too many here. Today we had our first FFM city trip and we really wanted to visit Five Guys and have a delicious meal. I asked my 3 older children to meet us there because I had to quickly go to the toilet. On the way to the meeting point, I received a call that the teenagers, despite their friendly warning that I was on the way (based on a question from a young employee), were thrown out with an unfriendly wave of the hand. I'm horrified. Especially because there were a lot of places available. What is that supposed to mean? Sorry, even if you have delicious burgers: such behavior is outrageous. Unfortunately there is a lack of service and rhetoric.

After I was in the branch in Freiburg and that wasn't good, I thought I'd give Frankfurt another chance. But it was also a flop. Given the high prices, I expect more quality. You can't lure me with peanuts. The burger is way too soggy and it falls apart. There are many other better places and I don't mean McDonalds or Burger King...

We made a short stop. Just wanted to eat a portion of fries with barbecue sauce.. Answer: You can't have barbecue sauce if you don't order a burger I'm sorry. I can't understand. I would have paid extra, but no. Can you explain to me why? This makes no sense at all and should be changed immediately. Fries were good but a small part came in a paper cup, the larger part was thrown loose into a paper bag. Why not all of them in the bag or just one big cup? Not really appealing. The burgers in aluminum foil... not a good idea either... but this is just constructive criticism In my opinion, the service can be improved here. Thanks
