For those who know the quality of Five Guys, there is no need for much comment. It was great.

The peanut milkshake is highly recommended! We usually come here for just that—as a little dessert after dinner. Afterwards, we like to take a walk because the location is truly amazing. It's a place you'll always enjoy visiting!

The fries are very good. Unfortunately, I find the burgers a bit bland and overpriced.

I love this place, they have some really nice burgers, nothing complicated, I like the cheeseburger with extra bacon and Jalapeños. As a small tip, I always take a small portion of fries, they are always very generous on the portion so it is OK if you are planning to eat those fries by yourself, if you are with someone else then I would suggest to get an upgrade on those fries. Getting the cup for the soft drink, is always a win, they have some vending machines, with a variety of flavors, some of them, I couldn't believe they have it, so it is always great to taste many different flavors and enjoy them. They also have bathrooms, they are pretty clean, so no worries to get inside. Five guys also give you peanuts for free, so whenever you are just waiting for your burger, they have a bag of peanuts in front of the counter and on the side some paper boxes, so you can take some peanuts, take a sit, and eat some of them while waiting to get your food. They also have some machines where you can also order your food by yourself like in other chain restaurants, this makes it easier to choose what you want and also your toppings. Nothing more to share here, enjoy the restaurant every time I am in Frankfurt.

The inside of the store was very clean and always cleaned. It was fun and tasty that you could self-order and choose your own toppings for your hamburger. The pistachio shake was especially good, and I'd like to drink it again. The peanuts had a strong peanut butter scent, but they were quite salty so I only needed to eat two or three.

The best fries in a long time, and the small burger is also of the highest quality. I was very skeptical because so much is happening in the burger sector. But here you get what you should get with a high-end burger. The ambiance is a matter of taste, but it's certainly functional and clean, with a high level of recognition. For me, going out for a burger means going to Five Guys. P.S. Unfortunately, there are no vegetarian options.

A very good burger joint right next to the Hauptwache, next to the former E-cinema. I like to order a burger in a lettuce wrap, without sauce, with three patties, extra onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, and pickles. It comes with a small fries and a cup for the vending machines. These sell almost all standard soft drinks with additional flavors. The price is a bit more expensive at just under €22, but even a small fries is quite large, and the drinks come with refills. There are large tables and child seats.

Very fresh, delicious food and super fast serving. Bonus points for the variety of drinks and the free peanuts. Even the smallest fries portion is big, I recommend this place.

The pistachio milkshake, in particular, was a highlight: creamy, nutty, and not overly sweet. It’s one of those flavours that can go wrong easily, but here, it was smooth and well-balanced. We didn’t try the burgers there so no comments on the other offerings. Verdict: A textbook Five Guys experience, elevated slightly by the delightful pistachio milkshake and the practical smaller shake size. Great for a quick, indulgent stop while shopping in the area.

We ate cheeseburgers and hot dogs. I would never recommend hot dogs. My score is 1. I had them in America and Paris. This was less delicious than both. It was a little oily. But still, other fast food burger places serve take-away. It is edible.

One of the best burgers you will have. It's a bit expensive at 13€ for a single burger, but the quality of the beef is superb and the condiments fresh. The milkshake is also awesome!! I am updating my review after 8 months. Five Guys changed their in-store ordering software. Now it's no longer possible to order a milkshake with universal selection from all options it's limited to only a few options and the overall choices have been reduced. I won't be having anymore milkshakes here. Bad decision by Five Guys franchisee :(

Delicious burger and hot dogs in a full american atmosphere. The tables are not cramped up and the place was very clean although it was full. I loved that we ordered our food through screens and didn't have to wait a long time for it to get ready. The portions are huge so go here when you're absolutely hungry. The toilets were also clean. There might be a waiting line.

Quality in this establishment has gone visibly down in the last couple of months due to various cost-saving measures. The portion of fries you get here is the smallest one I’ve seen across different countries (e.g., USA, UK, Austria, Spain, France) as they have standardized the use of container for this —> Makes me wonder if you really get the worth for this…

I don't understand the "hype" surrounding this burger chain at all. On paper there are 100 possible combinations - but for me it's not just the meat that matters when it comes to a burger, but also the sauces. And there's just ketchup, mayo, cucumber schlonz and this British HP sauce (which isn't even explained to you what it is). The atmosphere is like a McDonald's from the 1990s, loud, crowded and unappealing. The finished orders are shouted out here instead of serving up a panel display with the numbers like every run-of-the-mill store. Loveless discounter box with peanuts as a waiting exercise. Oh yes, the "cool" vending machines - syrupy mush with obscure flavors. And all for a proud price!

Extremely overpriced. The citizen tasted ok, the fries were good. This is a fast food restaurant for God's sake, there is no service. You order yourself and pick it up. I don't like the atmosphere at all, the tables all shake, totally annoying when eating. There are better burger places.

Five Guys is always a highlight in the fast food thicket. Burgers and fries were really good.

Prices a little high but not exaggerated, very good food, great service and everything very clean. What I don't know is because they don't respect the amount of potatoes, they give you your glass the size you want but they also add more potatoes and sometimes it's a waste because if you don't eat a small glass just by yourself, you leave the rest as if you had ordered a medium sized glass

“Five Guys” didn’t reinvent the burger either. The fries were crispier in my outdoor swimming pool 30 years ago, and if you have to spend more than €20 for a standard burger (which is by no means huge), fries and a drink in a branch of a self-service fast food chain, then that is simply too expensive. For the same money you can also treat yourself to a decent meal in a cozy Frankfurt pub, at least it will be brought to your table on a plate!

Great place for high quality burgers

Super tasty burgers, great fries (especially the spicy ones), a small portion of fries is easily enough for 2 people. The employees are all extremely friendly. Of course it's more expensive than McD and Co. but it also tastes much better. It's a shame there aren't more branches of it.

The overall experience was identical to being in the US. The quality of food was great, the atmosphere was familiar, and there were a few nice additions on the menu. The shake menu seemed larger and there are beer options.

Overcooked beef patties, taste like chewing gums. The staff has no general manners for a well established place. Conveniently located next to the Hauptwache station. Bacon cheeseburger is excellent, probably the best I've had in Germany! The milkshake was a tad too sweet for me (and I have a sweet tooth). Please fix your self-ordering kiosks. It's crazy to pay 20€ for two items in a burger joint and still have the cashier be rude with you. A screen for order pickup would also help so staff won't have to keep shouting out the numbers.

Has the manager of this particular Five Guys abandoned the ship and not in contact with the delivery services or employees? I think they can never get the fries and the condiments right. Because the delivery is always so fast, I assume they prepare too much fries in advance and then have to give out COLD fries to not waste them. I'll just go somewhere cheaper for fries or healthier for potatoes. Multiple times I've ordered Cajun fries and got COLD, unsalted, greasy fries with the wrong condiments. I've complained multiple times on the apps I've ordered through and I've never gotten a refund and the service hasn't improved.

The atmosphere is that of a fast food restaurant. The meat is much better than McDonalds but I don't understand how they like the fries. Overcooked, soggy and full of oil. The service is very poor. My order included a beer. Whoever served me asked me if I wanted it open and, naturally, I said yes. He opens the beer for me, I take it and I realize it was warm. I tell him it was hot and he replies that they had just been put in the fridge and there was nothing he could do! I had to drink a warm beer! The tables are also not cleaned immediately. The worst experience in a week in Frankfurt.

Heard of Five Guys for years, and this is the first time i visited. I've had better burgers for the same price, but i have to say that the fries are very satisfying. Would visit again to try the kalorienbombe of the mixed flavored milkshake!

Nella mia ordinazione c'era una birra. Chi mi ha servito mi chiede se la volevo aperta e, naturalmente, ho risposto di di. Mi apre la birra, la prendo e mi accorgo che era calda. Gli dico che era calda e lui mi risponde che erano state appena messe in frigo e che non poteva fare nulla! Ho dovuto bere una birra calda! Anche i tavoli non vengono puliti immediatamente. L'eperienza più brutta in una settimana a Francoforte.

It was the worst five guys I've ever seen :( The food was cold and tasteless. He was unsuccessful in drinks. The environment was dirty. The team is uninterested. What a shame for your money.

Good burger shop, a little more expensive than the other well-known brands. You get fries thrown in, even if you think the prices are too expensive. A large portion can easily feed four people. The Mischmasch Bar with the unlimited refill is also worth it. Where have you ever drunk Cola Raspberry Vanilla or Sprite/Fanta Peach? Peanuts are free. So get in there.

The burgers are really great – super juicy, fresh and absolutely convincing in terms of taste. However, the prices are really high for fast food without service. Positive aspects: There are free peanuts to snack on and the drinks can be refilled unlimitedly, which I think is really cool. I like the concept itself. Unfortunately, there are some clear negatives: The staff was unfriendly during our visit. The place itself didn't seem particularly clean, which is pretty disappointing even at 12 noon. The toilets were simply disgusting - I definitely wouldn't have expected that at this time of day. Conclusion: Delicious food, but the surroundings definitely need to be improved. 👎🍔

It's a big shopping mall, especially if you're going to buy electronic products, a big store awaits you, there's plenty of variety, the markets in the mall (more than one and appealing to different tastes) are ideal for shopping. There are various brands in the food court.

Quite okay for a fast food restaurant, significantly better than McD or Burger K. But the price is a bit more expensive.

Friday around 2 p.m. there wasn't much going on in winter, ordering went without any problems, there was hardly any waiting time and the bacon cheese burger (with 2 patties as standard) was really very tasty. But I can't get used to the prices yet, just under €14 in 2025 for a burger without drinks and fries is already steep. If you don't have to pay attention to the euro, you can get great burgers here for a great price :-)

The ordering machine is very confusing (pictures and menu options would be appropriate. Only after I threw away my receipt did I find out that you have to pick up the cup at the checkout with the receipt.
