The burgers were so delicious! I ordered mayo, ketchup, tomato, and salad, and the fries were crispy and fresh. I also ordered a milkshake, and it was delicious 🔥😍 The service was excellent, the place was clean, and the experience was great 👏 A Tunisian employee helped us choose our order, and he was very respectful and helpful. This was my first visit to Five Guys. The guy at the counter, Juliano was very patient and helpful with me making my choice of food to order. I am very happy with the customer service.

You can try it once, but it's very expensive for a family. The taste is good, but not outstanding. I missed a good spicy sauce in the burger. They should offer one or two homemade sauces. The fries are incredibly tasty, but unfortunately, they're completely overseasoned. Sometimes you just inhale the stuff, it's that much... I like the vending machine because you can pay once and try several flavors.

A really, really good burger, I must say. I really enjoyed the food, but I have to say that the prices are way too high for a "fast food" place. €5.75 for a small fries and €12.75 for a cheeseburger aren't justified—so they're deducting points.

A lot has changed. The last time I was at the restaurant was more than three or four years ago. It was awful, dirty, and unfriendly. The office apparently also had complaints. I was there again three days ago, and it seems that management has changed since then. The place was in top shape. Very clean. You could order at terminals. I had a cheeseburger with bacon for around 13 euros. The burger tasted good. However, the prices are breathtaking. In my opinion, the average price is 2 euros too high. You're not eating at a small burger shop that lovingly offers individual burgers, sometimes at a lower price, but rather at a chain. Nevertheless, it must be said that the place has received a lot of criticism and has learned its lessons. That deserves respect.

The store is spacious inside, but not as crowded as I expected. There's a restroom inside, free of charge, with no number required. Orders are placed at three kiosks. Card payments are accepted. Cash payments are also accepted at the counter.

The delivery to tables it terrible! Food is slow and cold. Store was pretty much empty when we were here and the service was absolutely terrible. Go back to counter pickup ASAP! The workers are walking around LOST looking for tables.

The food is top-notch as always. Order via terminal. The food is then brought to your table. As with every Five Guys, the music is very loud and the decor is typically American. The food is very tasty. Crispy fries. Naturally, the prices are quite high, at least €20 per person.

Unfortunately waited about 40 minutes

My order was lost, and I had to wait over 45 minutes for my food. The manager didn't even know what dishes he was serving and gave me a hard time. The rest of the staff was nice but incompetent. The restaurant is clean, and someone is always cleaning. The food is delicious, but overall, I'm really annoyed by this visit.

We had five guys all over Europe, and it's the best option in our option if you feel like fast food. Great for all ages, very convenient machines for ordering, really speeds things up. Pistachio milkshake deserves a special mention, absolutely delicious 😋

Convenient for a quick snack. However, it's very noisy because it's close to the Zeil shopping street. There was a rat under the tables, so it's not for the faint of heart.

The kids loved the burgers and fries. We've only eaten there in Paris and NYC, and this was our first time eating there in Frankfurt. The service was excellent, as always. The food took a very long time to arrive, but the quality was perfectly fine for a fast food chain. The restrooms could be cleaner.

Overall, it's okay. Orders are taken quickly and are usually ready in 5 to 8 minutes. It's also relatively clean, although unfortunately, there are some customers who leave their food catastrophically dirty, but the staff are quick to clean up. The portions of fries are huge... a small one is always enough! The restaurant looks good, but the people are the problem. The price isn't cheap... but they do have free-flow drinks and sauces.

There was dirt and food scraps everywhere on the floor and benches. And unfortunately, the burger was the worst I've ever eaten; it tasted like a Rewe microwave burger. Even €3 would have been too much. It's a shame it's always hyped up, but this is really bad.

Their burgers are very tasty and natural compared to those of other chain restaurants, but I still think the prices are high for a fast food restaurant. It's good to try.

Classic American, but the fries were delicious and fresh. The peanuts were also delicious and top-notch; I'd even go there just for the peanuts and the soda machine. The prices are expensive, but I can only comment on the fries and drinks. The selection of drinks is huge, and many of them taste delicious. It would be great if some of them were available in retail stores, like Kinleys. The employees are also friendly and courteous. I really commend the gentleman who has to call out the order numbers; it's very stressful. And the cleaning ladies are also very nice and friendly. Besides the fries, they also serve delicious vinegar, etc., which you can take off. It was a great new experience, and I hope that a Five Guys opens in the Hanau area. 😁👍🏼

Ordered a 3 patty burger and got 4🫨

We met up with our friends at 'Five Guys' during our visit to our old hometown. Five Guys hasn't reinvented burgers, of course. The burgers tasted perfectly fine. The burgers are wrapped in aluminum foil – a more environmentally friendly solution could be found. Unfortunately, it doesn't keep food warm, as the owner has already explained in other reviews. The fries are also scooped into the paper bag – this resulted in the paper bag becoming soft and greasy. This could be done more attractively and has nothing to do with dining culture. A tray or fries basket isn't offered, or wasn't available that day. Overall, it was definitely a worthwhile experience, but I personally wouldn't want to repeat it. Prices are the upper limit. As described in previous reviews, you just have to like the 'style'.

The atmosphere of this restaurant was very trendy and well decorated!! We ordered hamburgers, fries and milkshakes, and the milkshakes were really delicious. They also had some free walnuts to go along with the food! The staffs were ok and we had a good time there.

I had five guys in France a couple years back and it was great, but the quality of the food dropped so much because of so many branches worldwide and the quality control dropped. The place also ran out of ice😭

I love this place, they have some really nice burgers, nothing complicated, I like the cheeseburger with extra bacon and Jalapeños. As a small tip, I always take a small portion of fries, they are always very generous on the portion so it is OK if you are planning to eat those fries by yourself, if you are with someone else then I would suggest to get an upgrade on those fries. Getting the cup for the soft drink, is always a win, they have some vending machines, with a variety of flavors, some of them, I couldn't believe they have it, so it is always great to taste many different flavors and enjoy them. They also have bathrooms, they are pretty clean, so no worries to get inside. Five guys also give you peanuts for free, so whenever you are just waiting for your burger, they have a bag of peanuts in front of the counter and on the side some paper boxes, so you can take some peanuts, take a sit, and eat some of them while waiting to get your food. They also have some machines where you can also order your food by yourself like in other chain restaurants, this makes it easier to choose what you want and also your toppings. Nothing more to share here, enjoy the restaurant every time I am in Frankfurt.

The inside of the store was very clean and always cleaned. It was fun and tasty that you could self-order and choose your own toppings for your hamburger. The pistachio shake was especially good, and I'd like to drink it again. The peanuts had a strong peanut butter scent, but they were quite salty so I only needed to eat two or three.

The best fries in a long time, and the small burger is also of the highest quality. I was very skeptical because so much is happening in the burger sector. But here you get what you should get with a high-end burger. The ambiance is a matter of taste, but it's certainly functional and clean, with a high level of recognition. For me, going out for a burger means going to Five Guys. P.S. Unfortunately, there are no vegetarian options.

A very good burger joint right next to the Hauptwache, next to the former E-cinema. I like to order a burger in a lettuce wrap, without sauce, with three patties, extra onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, and pickles. It comes with a small fries and a cup for the vending machines. These sell almost all standard soft drinks with additional flavors. The price is a bit more expensive at just under €22, but even a small fries is quite large, and the drinks come with refills. There are large tables and child seats.

Very fresh, delicious food and super fast serving. Bonus points for the variety of drinks and the free peanuts. Even the smallest fries portion is big, I recommend this place.

The pistachio milkshake, in particular, was a highlight: creamy, nutty, and not overly sweet. It’s one of those flavours that can go wrong easily, but here, it was smooth and well-balanced. We didn’t try the burgers there so no comments on the other offerings. Verdict: A textbook Five Guys experience, elevated slightly by the delightful pistachio milkshake and the practical smaller shake size. Great for a quick, indulgent stop while shopping in the area.

We ate cheeseburgers and hot dogs. I would never recommend hot dogs. My score is 1. I had them in America and Paris. This was less delicious than both. It was a little oily. But still, other fast food burger places serve take-away. It is edible.

One of the best burgers you will have. It's a bit expensive at 13€ for a single burger, but the quality of the beef is superb and the condiments fresh. The milkshake is also awesome!! I am updating my review after 8 months. Five Guys changed their in-store ordering software. Now it's no longer possible to order a milkshake with universal selection from all options it's limited to only a few options and the overall choices have been reduced. I won't be having anymore milkshakes here. Bad decision by Five Guys franchisee :(

Delicious burger and hot dogs in a full american atmosphere. The tables are not cramped up and the place was very clean although it was full. I loved that we ordered our food through screens and didn't have to wait a long time for it to get ready. The portions are huge so go here when you're absolutely hungry. The toilets were also clean. There might be a waiting line.

Quality in this establishment has gone visibly down in the last couple of months due to various cost-saving measures. The portion of fries you get here is the smallest one I’ve seen across different countries (e.g., USA, UK, Austria, Spain, France) as they have standardized the use of container for this —> Makes me wonder if you really get the worth for this…

I don't understand the "hype" surrounding this burger chain at all. On paper there are 100 possible combinations - but for me it's not just the meat that matters when it comes to a burger, but also the sauces. And there's just ketchup, mayo, cucumber schlonz and this British HP sauce (which isn't even explained to you what it is). The atmosphere is like a McDonald's from the 1990s, loud, crowded and unappealing. The finished orders are shouted out here instead of serving up a panel display with the numbers like every run-of-the-mill store. Loveless discounter box with peanuts as a waiting exercise. Oh yes, the "cool" vending machines - syrupy mush with obscure flavors. And all for a proud price!

Prices a little high but not exaggerated, very good food, great service and everything very clean. What I don't know is because they don't respect the amount of potatoes, they give you your glass the size you want but they also add more potatoes and sometimes it's a waste because if you don't eat a small glass just by yourself, you leave the rest as if you had ordered a medium sized glass

Super tasty burgers, great fries (especially the spicy ones), a small portion of fries is easily enough for 2 people. The employees are all extremely friendly. Of course it's more expensive than McD and Co. but it also tastes much better. It's a shame there aren't more branches of it.

“Five Guys” didn’t reinvent the burger either. The fries were crispier in my outdoor swimming pool 30 years ago, and if you have to spend more than €20 for a standard burger (which is by no means huge), fries and a drink in a branch of a self-service fast food chain, then that is simply too expensive. For the same money you can also treat yourself to a decent meal in a cozy Frankfurt pub, at least it will be brought to your table on a plate!
