This might be the first review I've ever left, but I was so impressed with the service of the staff that I felt compelled to do so. While on vacation in Europe, I visited this restaurant because it was 1) close to my hotel; and 2) just about the only one open on a Sunday evening. I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised by my experience there. The only change I would make would be to add a soda fountain, but that's the American in me. A fantastic pitstop for all those in the Frankfurt area!

Never heard of the shop...just ordered blindly and I have to say, your burgers are really awesome and I will order from you more often in the future.

An sich war das Essen ok. Der Chef ist aber so respektlos dass ich diesen Laden nicht empfehlen kann. Er lügt seine Kunden an wenn die Bestellung mal wieder 1h zu spät kommt und ist dabei auch noch dreist und respektlos. Außerdem haben ich und andere Kunden Haare im Essen gefunden, absolut ekelhaft und unhygienisch. Kein Wunder dass das Gesundheitsamt den Laden schonmal geschlossen hatte. Das streitet der Chef übrigens auch ab obwohl es öffentlich einsichtbar war beim Verbraucherschutz. Verdorbene Soßen, Mäusebefall und Mäusekot waren die Gründe für die Schließung. Meidet diesen Laden mehr kann ich nicht sagen

According to the app 30 minutes after confirmation 60 minutes Actually 100min The driver only drove off 10 minutes after I called, which was 70 minutes after I ordered. I was then allowed to let the supplier tell me that it was normal and that he couldn't do anything about it and that I should drive the route myself. Food was soggy and bland. Ask for a refund and hire friendly staff.

Die Soße ist eins A mit Sternchen, die gibt es nirgendwo anders Und Personal sehr sehr nett und höflich

Ich habe ein Menü zum abholen bestellt aber vergessen was genau ich bestellt hatte. Als ich es abgeholt habe hatte ich gesagt, dass ich kein Trinken bestellt habe und bin rausgegangen. Ein Kollege kam mir aber hinterher und hat mir noch ne Cola gebracht, weil ich diese bestellt hatte!

Top Burger und Top Baguettes! Wir bestellen jetzt schon mehrere Jahre bei Sams Sandwich und können nichts negatives sagen. Lieferung geht immer schnell und das Essen ist noch heiß.Auch der Verzehr im Laden ist Top und die Mitarbeiter alle freundlich.

Das Essen und der Service sind hervorragend! Ich kann Sam‘s Sandwich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen

Frische burger und baguette mit verschiedenen Fleischsorten und Gemüse. Frisch zubereitet und schmackhaft serviert. Sehr zu empfehlen wer gegrilltes und Fleisch mag. Inmitten der Altstadt Frankfurt- Höchst am besten zu Fuß zu erreichen nahe main ufer.

Nice small place. Its located on a very congested street so parking can be tricky. Burger is good and fresh. Their main item is Baguette, which are tasty. I would not say best in the city but certainly worth a try. Staff is friendly.

Krassester Burger laden in ganz Hessen wenn ihr mich fragt Leute sind top essen schmeckt brutal fahre extra nach Frankfurt nur um dort einen Burger zu essen diese Sauce bei den Pommes als hätte celo und abdi ein Lied mit 2pac gemacht einfach zu krass

I ordered food through uber eats and it took almost an hour to get the food, but when it arrived it was fresh and DELICIOUS. Not many other options to get a food delivery this time of day so very grateful Sam's were open!

Kann ich jedem weiter empfehlen der Laden hat frisches Fleisch macht alles Frisch und es schmeckt mir sehr wer da nicht ist verpasst da echt was leckeres

Wir lieben die Burger bei “Sam’s”. Jedes mal wenn wir auf dem Heimweg nach Stuttgart sind, planen wir einen Halt in Frankfurt nur um uns Burger holen zu können. Klare Empfehlung! Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre ist, dass es keinen schönen Sitzbereich gibt. Das würde alles nochmal aufwerten :)

Ich kann echt nur wow sagen. Mein Freund und ich waren gestern abend dort, das war sowas von lecker das ich heute bei lieferando nochmal bestellt habe. Und ich hab mich so gefreut denn das Essen war auch noch schön warm, und wie wohnen nicht um die Ecke. Der Mann der das Essen zubereitet ist total freundlich und cool. Die gelbe selbstgemachte sauce kann aufjedenfall niemand toppen. Ich wohne mein ganzes Leben in Frankfurt aber so ein leckeres Sandwich und den burger hab ich noch nie gegessen, und wir haben schon echt viel ausprobiert. Ein MUSS dorthin zu gehen Danke vielmals fürs leckere Essen. Freuen uns schon auf nächstes Mal!!
