The food is incredibly delicious! Unlike other competing restaurants, the tostados and wraps here are filled with fresh vegetables, salad, and meat, freshly rolled right in front of you. The entire staff is always friendly and relaxed. I think it's brilliant that there's a small open sink for washing and sanitizing hands on the way to the seating area inside! I love coming here and can recommend the bowls and tostados; I haven't tried anything else yet.

The tacos were really good, the quesadilla was prepared rather carelessly, and you could tell by the taste. I won't be having it again. Otherwise, I'll try the other two versions again. Regarding the service and ambiance: The employees barely spoke a word; at first, I thought they were deaf. Then the "boss" (I assume) came along and completely ravaged both of them for no apparent reason. It was really weird. When I stood at the checkout a second time within 30 minutes, no one recognized me, which was really crazy 🤣

The only Chidoba in Frankfurt that hasn't disappointed me with constantly missing ingredients, extras, or portion sizes. The food is always delicious, and the individual ingredients are well-balanced. Please keep it up. Customer loyalty is key; unfortunately, many people don't understand that.

As a Mexican fast food restaurant, I highly recommend Chidoba, especially because you can choose your own ingredients at the counter. I've tried almost the entire menu, and so far, every visit has been excellent: The ingredients are very fresh and the service is always friendly. The employees on Kaiserstraße are particularly attentive, and I also really like the design of the branch. If you're craving Mexican fast food, Chidoba is definitely worth a visit. In terms of taste, the ground beef, in particular, is very close to authentic Mexican cuisine; it's perfectly seasoned and truly delicious.

I ordered the beef burrito, and it tastes incredible! I should note, however, that the guacamole probably costs money. However, the manager (presumably) had it removed for me. Great 🎩:) I'll be back.

Rude Staff and Hidden Extra Charges! The staff at the snack bar were unfortunately unfriendly and didn't seem particularly hygienic (e.g., they were sweating profusely). After we had already started eating, we were suddenly charged an additional amount. This unfortunately seems unprofessional.

While I was eating something spicy, it wasn't just the heat that made me sweat, but also the room. I can't even imagine what the workers there are going through. You can sit inside or outside, with the outside having that Frankfurt am Main feel to it, which, among other things, affects the ambience rating. There was also a restroom available, although not that great, but usable. The restaurant is excellent, as is the food; unfortunately, you can't really turn off the Frankfurt flair. Amazing cozy place with very nice mexican food! I tried the chicken taco and it was pretty good, but then I tried the Crunchwrap and fell in love! It was delicious, I even bought another one to eat later. The staff was really nice and friendly, also very fast and understanding, since I didn't speak the language so well. I ordered a Veggie Crunch Wrap, but they gave me chicken instead—even though I am Hindu and vegetarian and cannot eat meat. When I complained, they didn’t even apologize. Instead, they blamed me, saying: “It’s your fault, you should have checked before taking the order!” I trusted them to wrap what I actually ordered, but instead of showing any regret, they started shouting and said something like, “So what if we gave you that?” I have never experienced such indifference and disrespect—it was truly hurtful. For vegetarians and people with specific dietary preferences, I strongly do not recommend this restaurant. You might end up in the same situation as me. I will never eat there again!

We had a terrible experience at Chidoba Mexican Grill. The service was beyond disappointing. The guy with the beard didn’t greet us no hello, no hi, nothing. He seemed completely uninterested in serving customers and had an unwelcoming attitude the entire time. While making the food, he looked like he didn’t want to be there, and it showed in how he served us. The whole experience felt off, and his lack of professionalism really ruined the visit. Definitely not going back.

French fries Cajun - Cajun are the descendants of French immigrants in Lousiana, have absolutely nothing to do with Mexican cuisine and didn't taste good either. A total failure for me. My wife had a quesadilla and she enjoyed it. So some light but a lot of shadow during our visit.

Since I wasn't very hungry, I decided to just have a small snack, a cheese quesadilla, which I liked and was quickly prepared. The other customers in front of me also had to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. Everything can be ordered to take away or to be eaten on site. Cash and card payment is possible.
