We all really enjoyed it. Very friendly and quick service, and excellent food. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant. The food was of the quality of a snack bar. Our main criticism concerns the quality and the food, which was clearly and precisely specified according to our order and then still arrived at the table incorrectly. There was no question of stress, as two tables were occupied. With more respect for customers in general, this wouldn't have happened. More dedication to the job would definitely be the solution here. I wish the restaurant much success in its implementation.

We always enjoy being there again. Very nice staff. There is also a nice beer garden and enough parking spaces.

I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.

Delicious ice cream but not good customer service

So the kebab was good. Nothing special but not crappy like others in Hellersdorf. 7€ way too expensive. Service completely normal. Not very polite but not unfriendly either. There was no water in the toilet and no soap. Generally very unclean. Since the food is the main focus, I still managed to get 3 stars.

Pizza for around €16 was delivered cold in January 2025. Today about 3 weeks later, pizza was only delivered lukewarm and in the core town of KW 2.5 km from the store, not a district. Ordered 3 hours in advance with desired delivery time of 7 p.m. The bald driver called on February 14, 2025 at 6:48 p.m. and couldn't find the house number, even though it was huge on the mailbox and he was standing 4 meters from the fence. You're on first name terms as if you were his best friend. The typically well-known Berlin/Brandenburg snout, unfortunately we all know it. He reacted very unfriendly to my statement that hopefully the pizza would be warm this time. I should complain to the boss, not to him. He's just the driver and hears that all the time. Well, my dear, then you're probably doing a bad job. I can only repeat what I said to him: - it's his boss - his job, then he may have to look for another one. - I asked him if he could read, the house number. a blind man sees. Then he just grumbled something to himself and drove off. Conclusion: I'll order somewhere else in the future, no problem. So I would throw the driver out. Reading and kindness isn't everyone's strong suit. Other customers have also complained about him in the reviews. He can dream of tips. That's no way to keep customers.

We can't say anything about the food or the bowling alley. Unfortunately, the pool tables are very dirty, but you can't expect much for €1 per game. The service staff was very friendly.

The health department should take a look at the junkies who prepare and deliver the food.

The food is ready quickly, the service is very friendly and uncomplicated. Unfortunately you can't sit in the store. But enjoy at home or on the go ☺️
