So now comes the 2nd review after I withdrew my 1st review due to a phone call with the branch manager. We easily placed over 100 orders and nothing has improved since then. You easily pay over 25 euros for 2 pizzas and I expect that changes will also be taken into account, which unfortunately does not happen with 8/10 orders! Every phone call is met with a negative response and in the last phone call today they said: Then order somewhere else! This picture is of 2x Cesar pizza, one of which only has the tomato removed and spring onions added. The salad wasn't dressed up, spring onions for €1.79 weren't NEVER AGAIN DOMINOS! Absolutely not recommended!!!

Today we got really tasty food again after some really bad orders. Pizza crispy on the bottom, fluffy on top. Stringy cheese. Chicken strippers hot and crispy. It would be nice if it were always like this.

Personally, I order my food from Dominos all the time and all I can say is that the pizzas were always great, plus the delivery service is really nice, so I always tip 2-5€, but if you want to eat there, I would wish that the ambience could be made nicer or bigger, otherwise great deal!!! Ordered locally for the first time today. 50% off the second pizza is only available if you order online. Absolute nonsense if no one has to deliver. All the employees were really very friendly but when I ordered 2x salami pizza rolls there were only 7 in both packages instead of 8 as stated. You have to assume that it is not an accident but a fraud. Some of the rolls were only filled with cheese, where there was salami in it it was only half of a small slice. The pizza was okay but no better than a frozen pizza for 4 euros. It's a shame that we had to have such an experience here. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Food was okay, but the delivery person just texted my girlfriend after the delivery. The number she gave is not for private calls, should be happy that I remain peaceful. What was written wasn't exactly sensible either, so check your staff, it's unbelievable!!!

Crazy delivered so quickly. Service and even in Eberswalde. Finally no more waiting for 2 hours. The others who had been established for years had their chance and ruined it for themselves. Now time has passed and I have to notice that the topping on the Teriyaki Chicken Pizza has become very clear - there were 6 pieces of chicken meat on it.

Unfortunately, errors occur again and again when ordering. My pizza was missing bacon. Furthermore, the amount of sauce specified in Top is different. Sometimes it is sufficient and sometimes only sporadically distributed over the pizza. Of course that's complaining at a high level, but with a pizza for 22 euros everything should be right. Despite high order volumes. When the branch opened, the quality was better. Now more and more errors are creeping in. Ordered two balb-and-half pizzas today at 5:15 p.m. I was able to pick them both up at 5:45 p.m. without any problems. The two large pizzas cost around 27 euros together, which was great given the half occupancy! Lucifer with Athlete/FitandFun or something and SalamiSupreme with Margarita. Communication via the app worked perfectly, you knew where the pizza was at all times. Pay online via Paypal and the credit card stored there. The quality of the food had been better. For a long time the pizzas have been poorly cut or not at all and pizza rolls stick together like a single flatbread. (See photo)

If something goes wrong with my order, which can happen to anyone, we respond immediately and find an appropriate solution. But I'm more often satisfied than I need a solution. Unfortunately, the pizza tastes too good for me. ☺️

Delivery fees are necessary, no question. But why is a €3 delivery fee added to every pizza added to the order? That doesn't make much sense to me. For 5 pizzas we have a delivery fee of €15, whereas for a single pizza the same delivery route only costs €3.

I was recently very dissatisfied with the order, and Dominos immediately apologized and retaliated. Today it was very tasty and warm when we arrived here again. As usual, Dominos is also very quick to prepare/deliver. I also really like the dough. However, with some pizzas you have to look carefully at how many ingredients are on it, otherwise it is sometimes very sparsely topped. You can tell that savings are slowly being made here, but that also depends on the day. ;)

I can't express how happy I am that Domino's Eberswalde came into my life! I mean, there are few things in life as reliable as the taste of a freshly baked Domino's pizza. Sometimes I think they have a pizza wizard behind the counter who reads my mind and knows exactly how I want my pizza today. The first time I ordered here I thought I had found my pizza heaven. The delivery was so quick that I seriously considered using teleportation. The only thing faster is the moment I eat the first slice. She's gone! And the staff... They're so friendly I wonder if they worked as hug coaches in their previous lives. They laugh, they smile, and they even remember my name (or at least they pretend to, and that's nice too). I'd love to eat here every day, but then I'd probably end up with a big pizza stomach. So I limit myself to three times a week. Or four. The idiots don't know any traffic regulations, they're constantly standing at intersections and driving without any sense or reason. There are already enough complaints to the public order office. Well and the rest you can forget about the pizza being totally dry once and never again.

I've ordered about 5-6 times now. always with the hope that they just had a bad day last time... I've given up hope now. The pizzas are far too thinly topped, sticky, bone dry, taste bland, some of them are not even baked through, completely overpriced and the quality of the ingredients has decreased every time... seriously, how do you manage to get tuna so dry? It's a fish for Christ sake!... Exactly the same with the pineapple... Do you dehydrate it beforehand? The only positive thing is the delivery time of about 15 minutes... For my part, I'm done with the store... Then I'd rather have frozen pizzas from Rewe... shame on you!

Habe gerade versucht eine Pizza zu bestellen. Musste lernen wenn man nur mal eben eine Pizza bestellen möchte, geht es nur mit umständlicher Anmeldung. Mal eben so als Monteur der nur paar Tage hier ist, ist nicht. Kleiner Nachtrag. Hab jetzt versucht, eine telefonische Bestellung aufzugeben. Meine Salamie Pizza hat einfach nach einer Tiefkühlpizza von Lidle geschmeckt und das von kosten von 9,99 woanders kriegst du keine Pizza mehr in diesem Bereich aber das Ergebnis enttäuschend

Ich muss sagen, die Lieferanten sind alle sehr nett, essen kommt immer pünktlich an. Jetzt das ABER... Für was gibt es Club Dominos? Mir wurde schon 3x 60 Punkte abgezogen und habe nicht 1x eine gratis Pizza bekommen, ich finde das ist Betrug, ich gehe aus diesen komischen Club raus,, man wird eh nur verarscht.

Dobra pizza ale mało miejsca w środku, Przydała by sie klimatyzacja dla klientów, krótki czas oczekiwania, Ogólne polecam to miejsce.

Wirklich im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzalieferanten aus Eberswalde mit Abstand der beste. Das Essen war sehr lecker, kam immer heiß und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

An sich super Produkte, viele vegane Sachen. Leider wurden mehrere Zutatenwünsche nicht erfüllt, obwohl ein Aufpreis bezahlt wurde, das Zimt Brot war wirklich eine Enttäuschung! Geliefert wurde ein plattes Stück Pizzabrot ohne Zimt&Zucker. Als wir uns telefonisch beschwert hatten hieß es erst da wüsste sie nicht was sie tun soll und nachdem wir erneut angerufen hatten, weil auch das bestellte und bezahlte Apfelkompott nicht da war, meinte sie wir könnten ein neues abholen. Als auch dieses genau so lieblos und ohne Zimt&Zucker (wie in der Beschreibung angegeben) zubereitet wurde hat es gereicht. Keine Erstattung oder wenigstens eine Gutschrift. Hier müsst ihr direkt vor dem Lieferanten oder dem Servicepersonal eure Bestellung kontrollieren, am besten vor dem Bezahlen...

Online bestellt über der App, sehr einfach gestaltet. Pizzen kamen sehr pünktlich ,heiß und ordentlich an. Pizzen gut belegt und geschmacklich sehr gut gegenüber andere Pizzerien hier in Ew. Der Teig ist schön fluffig.

Ob es die beste Pizza in Eberswalde ist, darüber lässt sich streiten. Aber meine Persönliche Meinung bei den Wraps macht man ihnen nichts vor. Gesund und Lecker. Und vom Preis auch definitiv ok. Auch die Schinken/Käse Pizzabrötchen sind sehr lecker. Geschwindigkeit und Qualität hat bis jetzt immer gepasst.

Wow... Völlig beeindruckt. Ich habe bei einer Pizzabestellung (ausgenommen zeitbestimmte Vorbestellungen) noch nie erlebt, dass ich mir nicht dacht: Mensch wo bleiben sie denn. MEGA schnell geliefert, schmeckt wirklich SUPER und trotz der Helmbedeckung 😉 war es ein positiv eingestellter und freundlicher Auslieferer. 👍🏻 DOMINOS setzt sogar noch einen drauf und lädt dich zur 2ten Pizza (nicht nur eine einfache Mozzarella, nein, ganz gleich welche Sorte) für 2,-€ mehr ein. PERFEKT!!! 👏🏻

Haben unsere Pizza und den Rest zu 20.30 Uhr bestellt online. Als wir den Laden betreten haben, kam niemand an den Empfang, um zu fragen was wir bestellen möchten oder ob wir schon bestellt haben. Die Mitarbeiterin in der Küche war mit ihrem Handy zwischenzeitlich beschäftigt. Nach einer viertel Stunde haben wir denn unser Essen bekommen, nach dem jemand fragen gekommen ist. Das Hauptproblem war nun, nach dem wir unsere Pizzen öffneten und den Rest, dass die Pizzen zu lange im Ofen waren und wir komplett falsche pizzabrötchen bekommen haben, die auch noch extrem schlecht geschmeckt haben. Das einzig positive an der Bestellung waren die Chickensnacks, jedoch sind diese absolut nicht den Preis wert. Bin echt enttäuscht gewesen...

Jetzt zu Domino’s, der Bestellvorgang über die App ist kinderleicht. Mit der Coupon App dazu kann man richtig Geld sparen! Von der Bestellung über Bezahlung (Paypal) bis zum Abholen einfach klasse! Bin jedesmal nach der Bestellung (ca. 5min. Anziehen etc.) los gefahren (aus Britz) und konnte die Pizza ohne Wartezeit mitnehmen! Natürlich kommt sie nicht an eine selbstgemachte Steinofenpizza ran aber das muss sie auch nicht! Hatte mit Coupon 6 x 25cm Salami für 32€, das ist preislich vollkommen in Ordnung für die Pizza die man dafür bekommt!

Die Roller Fahrer fahren, als ob sie ihren Schein in Indien gemacht haben. Der nächste, der mich im Verkehr behindern tut, wird überfahren . Es kann nicht sein, dass sie sich zwischen drängeln oder einfach ohne zu blinken in den Sicherheitsabstand rein drängeln.

Bestellung kam komplett falsch an hatte Salami Pizza Br. Bestellt und nicht Schinken Soße vergessen Lieferant war unfreundlich schade schade..

Bestellung kam über 1 Std zu spät. War kalt gewesen und halbe Fehllieferung. Eine Pizza kaum Belag von denen auch noch zwei Zutaten komplett fehlten. Eine andere Pizza komplett falsch geliefert anstatt Fitness Fan kam eine Lucca. Anscheinend komplett überfordert. Und das für die Preise die anscheinend stetig steigen und wahrscheinlich ihre tollen Aktionen ausgleichen müssen.

Völlig überfordert. Haben um 16.45 bestellt. Sollte zu 18.15 da sein.habe dann mal um 19.30 angerufen wo die Bestellung bleibt. Sollte dann noch mal ne Stunde warten. Absolut indiskutabel. Bestellung habe ich dann storniert.

Ich war das erste Mal überhaupt bei Domino's und bin durchaus zufrieden. Habe einen leckeren Snack gefunden.

Hatte einen Gutschein, der nur online einzulösen ist. Nach dem also alles online eingegeben wurde (auch der Gutschein 😒) und die Restsumme sofort über PayPal bezahlt war, warteten wir ca 30-45min. Nichts passierte. Wir hatten zwar eine Bestellnummer, mit der man vor Ort aber wohl nichts anfangen konnte 😣 Wir sind dann irgendwann gegangen - ohne Essen und mit leerem Magen. Haben uns dann sofort per Kontaktformular an Domino's gerichtet. Antwort-Fehlanzeige Entschuldigung - Fehlanzeige Entschädigung (Restgeld ist ja bezahlt worden) - Fehlanzeige 😡 Uns wird man dort nicht mehr sehen!!!!

Pizza bestellt um 16:50. Sie sollte zu 18:30 geliefert werden. Die Zustellung erfolgte dann etwa eine halbe Stunde zu spät. Der fahrer kam mit einem e-bike. Er war komplett nass und durch gefroren wie unsere Pizza. Die kalte Pizza war jetzt auch nicht so lecker. Erste und letzte mal bei dominos bestellt.

Bisher immer zufrieden mit meinen Bestellungen... als Abholer waren sie immer pünktlich fertig. Mit der Qualität und Geschmack bin ich zufrieden.

Endlich gibts auch Domino's in Eberswalde. Geht immer. Ist schnell. Ist lecker.

Habe bei meiner letzten Bestellung 1,5 h auf 2x Pasta Orlando und Pizzabrötchen warten müssen . Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht .. die Nudeln waren schon hart, kaum Sauce und es schmeckte einfach nur pappig . Auch die Pizzabrötchen waren hart und haben alt geschmeckt . Schade ..

Absolute enttäuschung! Nie mehr wieder werde ich dort bestellen

Nach mehr als 4h nach bestellung noch immer keine Pizza erhalten. Nach meinem letzten Anruf hieß es das nur ein Fahrer da ist. So kann man kein laden führen!

Auch wenn es noch etwas chaotisch ist, sind alle freundlich und es gibt keine Probleme beim begleichen von Fehlern. Wenn was fehlt einfach anrufen und freundlich bleiben, dann wird es nachgeliefert.
