Al Teatro – Pizza & Pasta – Italian Deli in Ahrensfelde

Visited a few years ago and came back this year. The food looks good, and it was ok. Prompt service. Atmosphere is lackluster as shoppers swoosh by while you eat.

The shopping center and the establishment were practically empty. However, sitting down wasn't allowed if the ice cream was served in a cup or cone. I would completely understand this if the circumstances were different—for example, if the center were packed and the line were long. In my opinion, this completely misses the mark when it comes to hospitality and catering. The ice cream tastes generic, nothing special, and based on this experience, it's definitely not worth another visit.

The pasta was delicious and the staff were very nice and friendly.

I ate at this snack bar today. The food, especially the pizza, was actually good. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The cashier was extremely unfriendly, very irritable, and yelled at me. Such treatment of customers is unacceptable, even in stressful situations. It significantly spoiled the entire experience. While the ambiance is okay for a snack bar, it can't compensate for the poor service. Overall, very disappointing, despite the good food.

The staff were unfriendly and tried to blame us for their problem. They didn't even consider small children; just because they had ice cream, they weren't allowed to sit down. So I wouldn't recommend it, and the staff are also moody.

The service was a bit rude. And the bread was completely dry. And there was only one cube of butter for two rolls and two slices of rye bread.

We go there for breakfast every now and then...we looked at the breakfast plates and noticed that there was less and less sausage and cheese on them...it was really poor for the money...it used to be different...we'll consider having breakfast somewhere else next time...service was very good and so was the atmosphere.

I was just there with my daughter. We both had one and two scoops of ice cream in a cone. We even got a tip, but then... My 3-year-old daughter and I sat down in an empty cafe. Then the waitress came over and immediately complained in an unfriendly manner. This place is only for customers, not for people who buy ice cream in a cone. Again, the cafe was practically empty. I've never experienced worse service.

Very unfriendly staff. They mislead customers. You can't order ice cream in a cone while sitting at a table. Even if you want to order an Aperol with it. I don't recommend it.

We just bought ice cream at this ice cream parlor. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The ice cream itself isn't bad overall and perfectly edible, but the service here is probably the worst I've ever experienced in Berlin. Although there were completely free tables, our family (me, nine months pregnant, my elderly mother-in-law, and my three children, including 21-month-old twins) had to leave. We were simply kicked out and subsequently informed that the cones and cups we had bought our ice cream in didn't entitle us to sit down at a table and eat the ice cream in peace. Apparently, by default, customers at this café are automatically treated as "to-go" customers. Unfortunately, there's no indication of this. In contrast, for example, to the clearly visible information that card payments are generally not accepted here. This also allows for certain conclusions. In summary, this place is completely unfamily-friendly. Especially for families with children. The concept of such a café should actually be aimed at families as its target audience. The staff is rude and disrespectful.

I bought spaghetti bollognese and it was bad, very little minced meat pasta was cooked too long and you could almost only taste the pasta, it cost 12.90, I will never buy from this store again

Tasteless ice cream, hostile service.

I looked at the restaurant, or rather, the snack bar, from the outside. On the menu, I saw a carbonara with bacon, egg, and parmesan cheese. I was really excited, because you hardly ever find that in Germany. I decided on it and was looking forward to an original carbonara. When I finally got the plate, I was disappointed. A bit of pasta with a runny cream sauce, a few pieces of bacon that looked like ham, and a pinch of parmesan cheese. I think that's a real shame; it cost 11 euros and it didn't taste good. Not recommended.

Simply unbelievable, an absolute disgrace. At first, a friendly waitress took my order and pointed out that my desired Dubai ice cream cost €4.30 per scoop. I ordered the ice cream and an espresso. The order arrived very quickly. When I started eating my Dubai ice cream, there were several very large pieces of ice in the scoop. Half of my scoop was clear ice, like frozen water. I complained to the friendly waitress, and I'm convinced she passed it on. Another lady came to collect my bill, and I told her this again and showed her. Response: It was frozen chocolate. No concession or anything like that, no apology. NO, I have to pay the full price!!!! My thanks to the friendly waitress from the beginning for offering to reimburse me half of the amount out of her own pocket, which I of course didn't accept. Nevertheless, I have great respect for this gesture. What can the waitress do about the poor quality of the expensive scoop of ice cream? CONCLUSION: NEVER AGAIN THIS STORE

The food was okay. Unfortunately, parmesan cheese wasn't available with the pasta. The man behind the counter wasn't in the mood today. We definitely would have eaten more, but given the service and hospitality, we opted for burgers from the place next door.

Nice decor. We felt comfortable. The staff was very friendly and competent. The ice cream was great. However, we're deducting one star because, these days, not accepting card payments is more than a minor flaw.

Beware of fraud! 0.5 l fanta is offered for €2.00. But 0.33l is sold for this price. Complaints are dismissed with “you don’t need to buy”. Never again!

I had a wonderful time at this ice cream parlor! The food was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating - especially Ms. Yasar. She is an exceptional employee who does her work with passion and dedication. Your warmth and professionalism make the visit a very special experience. Absolutely recommended!

I had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable situation in the eiscafé today. I was with my wife and 3yo daughter, and we first ordered pasta and were enjoying the food. Later I went with my daughter to get an ice cream in the eiscafe, and all was good. The man who served us was kind, good ice cream also for my daughter and I. So we walked a few steps and decided to take a seat in one of the tables of the eiscafe (plenty tables were available) while waiting my wife to go to the WC. So there I was with my 3yo daughter, eating our ice cream and having fun. While I was doing my best to entertain my kid, a very stupid waitress came to us to tell that the ice cream was to go, and we couldn't stay there. I immediately stand up and took my daughter and left the table, but we stayed close as there were some presentations happening in the mall to watch and had to wait for my wife. I saw some people sitting in the same table and also the one next also to eat ice cream and the same stupid waitress came to kick them out. It's probably not her fault, although she may follow stupid rules without a heart, but I advice this place to review this policy. A father and a daughter can't sit to eat ice cream in an eiscafe? A couple of elderly people also? C'mon, be a bit more sensitive.

You get really ripped off in the store. So, I wanted to eat one or two scoops from the counter at the table. It's just stupid, it's not that easy. You also have to order at the table, but there is no menu for the counter. So you go to the counter, look at the ice cream flavors, and then? How is that supposed to work? Do you have to remember or write down the three or four types you want and then go back to the table and order? None of the employees could explain this to me. It just said that if I wanted to eat at the table, I had to order at the table, and if I ordered at the counter, I wasn't allowed to eat at the table. And since the employees couldn't/wouldn't suggest a solution, I was allowed to leave without ice cream. Too bad. It wouldn't have had to be if it had been a menu for the counter at the table. I addressed this issue years ago. But no one seems to care.

Rating for the ice cream cafe: Cake very expensive, quite small and not very tasty. Coffee, chocolate, etc. are all good. But the prices are too expensive for the quality/location. Points are also deducted because you cannot pay by card. But at least you save the tip that way. If you pay in cash you can always collect your change... Update: The ice cream is seriously overpriced, in a mini waffle so that everything drips and tastes bad.

Very tasty ice cream and a great, especially large selection of ice cream sundaes! The staff are super friendly every time and the atmosphere is relaxed and calm, even when it's busier. We are thrilled every time. Today we asked all over Kaufpark Eiche (7 restaurants) if we could warm up a baby's bottle somewhere - the employee in the café was the only one to provide us with boiling water! Big praise! Thank you very much! :)

I bought 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup with my children (4 and 8 years old). Afterwards we sat down at their tables so that my children could eat the ice cream in peace. After 2 minutes we were greeted with the words: "It is not allowed to sit at the table here. Only for outside consumption!" scared away. Well over half of the tables were unoccupied. Very bad ice cream, the ice cream is very tasteless and you have a greasy film on your tongue. I've never eaten such disgusting ice cream before. Maybe you can try making ice cream with natural ingredients and milk. Because you don't have to charge €2 for a scoop of ice cream. 😉

The staff is unfriendly, starts with hello and ends with goodbye, if that exists at all, then this behavior when the child sits for a moment to eat a scoop of ice cream when the shop is otherwise largely empty is incomprehensible.

It can't be that if I only want one scoop of ice cream 🍦, after all we ordered a large ice cream sundae and drinks in addition, I'm forced to take 2 scoops or with whipped cream etc. that my order is then refused!!! It would be the rule that you have to take more, the service person says. Order from the boss!! The service person is snippy and rude because we didn't accept the drinks 🍷 order the way she wanted because she forgot to forward it properly. She explained to us that we have to accept it that way. We sent her away and demanded that she correct our order. She made the mistake! We've been here several times, but this person didn't go at all!!!

I don't know what this "ice cream" is made from, in fact I don't want to know. It has a strange consistency and tastes really terrible and I've heard that from a few people now.

What happened to the ice cream? It just tastes like sugar. Very unfortunate. We always wonder why the staff is in such a bad mood. If you read the reviews here you will probably find the answer. It's a disgrace to buy an ice cream to take away, but then still want to use the service and lounge around in the café. Shows bad upbringing... I wouldn't enjoy constantly having to discuss such things either.

The food is average, but we've eaten worse. But what doesn't let me eat there anymore is a very pushy waitress who can't stop talking to you with complete nonsense or starts singing and staring at you. It may be that there are people who see this as customer-friendly or nice. But I'm also sure that the majority of people see this as totally inappropriate and embarrassing behavior! And unfortunately this lady is also at the checkout/dispense every time.

What happened to the store? That's it, don't come back! Cash only!!!! Why???? Unfortunately, there is no mention of it beforehand, after which it is only teased that there is a hint. The notice that there is no EC payment is very small, hidden and only on the front of the menu, where you don't look if you just want an ice cream sundae. The waitress was cheeky and said the Sparkasse is around the corner, but I'm not a Sparkasse customer!!!! A lot of stress, hectic pace in the café, you feel very uncomfortable, the staff is very unfriendly.

Unfortunately, we were not sold vanilla ice cream because it was only intended for guests who consumed the ice cream in the café. So the ice for our 3 year old son fell into the water...

Delicious selection of ice cream

I have to admit that I didn't read the multitude of bad experiences until I decided to write a review myself. I also went to the ice cream parlor with my little daughter and bought some ice cream to take away. We quickly decided to take a seat in the ice cream parlor so that my daughter would have to eat her ice cream while sitting and not while running. We were directly spoken to in a very unfriendly manner by a waitress telling us that we couldn't sit here because we bought the ice cream to take away and there would be problems with the tax. Other families also noticed this directly. Basically, I am very familiar with the differentiation between 7% and 19%, but I know from my own experience that a scoop of ice cream for a three-year-old will not lead to tax consequences at the tax office. Perhaps the ice cream parlor has had negative experiences with the tax office in the past. I can't explain this occurrence any other way. Unfortunately this is bad service! I also told the waiter this and she made it clear to me that she didn't care at all. Very sad that such people work in the service sector. The lady would probably be better off working on a machine in a factory. Conclusion: The ice cream was delicious, the service was underground! In short: Next time we'll buy the ice cream somewhere else!

I can't judge the food because we were turned away from the café. We went to the restaurant with a child seat in the shopping cart and the child in our arms. We were at the back in the corner and were asked to go outside in a rather unfriendly manner to block the escape route. That was an excuse because nothing stood in the way or something similar (I'm responsible for safety in the company). After I wrote down the café's email and noticed this, they wanted to appease me... But no, I'm happy to forego the unfriendly service. Paying customers are probably not as important as you thought.

The Kaufland €1 coffee machine tastes much better than your €3.50 coffee

Zero service if you ask for the bill several times and no one comes to collect and then you go to the counter and get stupid comments. You should wait until someone comes and in what a tone impossible and then you wonder why there is no tip .

Unfriendly staff, no flexibility - unfortunately the chosen one ball did not correspond to the taste and expectations... Exchange or something similar was not possible at all. We also got some balls in the waffle and wanted to sit at the table. Some tables were free and not occupied, so we were rudely sent away with the information. that the balls in the waffles are to go! Unfortunately, the employees were very unfriendly: We bought ice cream in a cone and sat down at a free table in the restaurant. We were immediately fobbed off with a rude "tables are for restaurant guests only" (mind you that there were about 5 or 6 other tables available!). We have on March 8th. Waited an incredible two hours for our breakfast! Due to staff shortages, the remaining staff were completely overwhelmed. The owner should urgently do his homework here: 1. In times of staff shortages, motivate your staff sufficiently so that not everyone calls in sick! 2. Train your staff adequately and give them solutions to difficult situations: Clear communication about the waiting time to be expected and a coffee on the house to bridge the waiting time would be helpful on days like today. 3. Pay a bonus to the employees present today. They had to endure the frustration of the guests and certainly forgo a lot of tips

KAUFPARK OAK Absolutely unfriendly female waitress at the counter. No sense of customer friendliness. Snaps at a woman because there are signs saying cash payment everywhere, but she didn't see them. I, who then said I could pay in cash and wanted to pay with €50, had my pizza taken out of the oven again because it couldn't be changed, I was left standing there without a word before she really started to find abusive words for the situation . I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there, let alone leave their money there. Very inhumane behavior towards guests!!!

I was disappointed with my experience at the ice cream parlor where I ordered a coffee and ice cream sundae that turned out to contain hair mixed with garbage. It is unacceptable to find such foreign bodies in the drinks served. The staff responded poorly to the complaint, leaving the impression of negligent service. I didn't get an ice cream sundae until the end, but I still got the bill and the waitress told me that I had to pay 🙈🫣😡 I don't recommend this place if you value hygiene and quality of service.

Unfriendly, you are scared away if you sit down at the table with ice cream

The ice cream is quite good, the dining room is too crowded for my opinion and the "armchairs" are visibly losing their artificial leather. For the prices you can demand and expect a different ambience. In addition, it will not yet be possible to pay with an EC card at the end of 2023. 🤔

Ice cream is delicious, but beware of sitting down at a table with ice cream in your cup. My daughter (3) and I weren't allowed to stay seated! I would understand if it had been full, but I couldn't understand it if there were >10 free tables. That was our last ice cream there.

Ice cream ok, but too expensive for 2 euros and a convenience product. And it had already run down in the stand and was therefore too warm. Service at the ice cream counter is unfriendly, slams the ice cream cone into the stand, which almost tips over. Impatient and didn't even give two seconds to think (you can't see anything because of all the people), no "hello", no "bye". Card payment not possible in 2023. Just why? We won't order there again - we'd rather not have ice cream.

Qualität 0 /Respektlosigkeit und unhöfliche Personalien/ Geschäftsführer. Es gibt bestimmt andere Orten in Einkaufpark Eiche, wo man für dein Geld bessere Leistung und Respekt bekommt. Also ich werde keiner empfehlen.

Mittelmäßigen Geschmack mit miesem Service. Ich wollte einen überteuerten Eisbecher und einem überteuerten Latte Machiato am Tisch essen. Meine Tochter nur eine Kugel. Da sie am Tisch die einzelnen Sorten nicht sehen konnte,holte sie sich ihre 2€ Kugel in einem Becher und setzte sich wieder zu mich. Als ich bestellen wollte wurde ich angepampt, dass das nicht geht. Auch als ich ihr erklären wollte, dass ich ja bestellen wolle wurde sie noch pampiger. Also aufgestanden und nichts bestellt. Fazit: 2€ eingenommen, 20€ dafür nicht und einen zukünftigen Gast verloren. So geht Kundenbindung. Geschmacklich auch eher durchschnittlich.

ich möchte Ihnen hiermit mein Feedback zu meinem letzten Besuch in Ihrem Restaurant geben. Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich mit dem Service und dem Personal sehr unzufrieden war. Das Personal war äußerst unhöflich und wenig hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war sehr unangenehm und hat meinen Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt. Genauso enttäuschend war die Qualität des Essens. Es entsprach nicht den Erwartungen und war in keinster Weise genießbar. Ich bedaure es sehr, dies mitteilen zu müssen, aber dennoch finde ich es wichtig, konstruktives Feedback zu geben. Ich hoffe, dass Sie dies als Anregung betrachten und Maßnahmen ergreifen, um die Situation zu verbessern.

Sehr unhöflich und unfreundliche Personal und schlechte Service.

Sehr unangenehmes Personal. Eine Kugel Eis kostet 2 € und wenn man kein Eisbecher bestellt, wird man rausgeschmissen! 4 Kugel Eis für 8€ und du darfst dich nicht an den Tisch setzen. Wo sind wir den? Die erklärung: die tischesind für Gäste und nicht für Kunden. Also ich werde da bestimmt kein Gast werden.

Es ist absolut unverständlich, warum in diesem Eisladen nicht mit Karte bezahlt werden kann. Ein Schelm, der Böses dabei denkt. Ich kaufe dort kein Eis oder andere Gerichte.

Leckeres Eis Bedienung war auch nett

Im Eiscafe Kaufpark Eiche. Der Herr mit dem Zopf und dem leicht grauen Haar, vermutlich der Chef, ist sehr unangenehm, unfreundlich. Er sollte definitiv nicht im Service arbeiten. Lassen sie das ihre Angestellten machen, die können es besser. Die Preise spiegeln nicht den Service wieder.

Bei dieser Bewertung beziehe ich mich auf das EISCAFÉ, da dies keinen eigenen Google Eintrag besitzt. Leider habe ich zum zweiten Mal die Unfreundlichkeit erfahren müssen, da ich nun schreibe. Mit den Worten: „Ihr habt doch die ganze Zeit das Eis vor den Augen beim anstehen, warum muss man da noch überlegen“ …wurden wie begrüßt. Kein Hallo, kein - was darf es sein. Ich bin alles andere als empfindlich, auch habe ich Verständnis, wenn es voll ist. Doch sehe ich dort vor Ort auch eine falsche Herangehensweise, Eis praktisch an den Man zu bringen. Davon abgesehen sind 2 € für eine Kugel wirklich wild, was ich aber nicht weiter beurteilen möchte. Es wird mein zweiter und letzte Besuch gewesen sein, da auch beim ersten Mal ein völliges Desinteresse rüber gebracht wurde.

Als Teil verschiedener Foodangebote liegt das Restaurant genau in der Mitte zwischen den anderen . Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind abgetrennt , trotzdem vermischt sich das Publikum untereinander . Die Bedienung dieser Kaschemme beschimpft ihre Gäste als .... , weil diese ihre Tabletts einer Konkurrenten dort stehen ließen. Egal was auch immer aber sowas geht gar nicht . Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen , weil ich solche Gebahren nicht unterstütze . Ich kann nur empfehlen einen Bogen zu machen.

Sehr schlechter service, wir wollten mit kindern eis kaufen(drinne am Tisch) haben gewartet bis kellnerin kommt, mit Kindern es ist ja beim eis essen und lange warten garnicht so gute idee...auf jeden fall nach langem warten wieder aufgestanden und zur theke gegangen. Haben 5 eis gekauft und wollten hinsetzen noch kaffe dazu bestellen, die kelnerin meinte wir dürfen nicht hinsetzen weill fur aussen gekauft wurde , ich erklärte dass wir am anfang am tisch im eislokal sassen und gewartet haben mit kindern und keinwr kamm zu uns, darum aufgestanden und so kauften, worauf hin die Kellnerin abwertend,parallel bedinend 4 personnen am anderen tisch, mit hand und gesichtsausdruck abwertend abgewunkt hat nach dem Motto, ach geht weiter und haltet den Mund....so ein Verhalten gehört bei gastronomi garnicht ....👎🏻 nie wieder gehe ich und meine familie su Al Teatro Lokal..!

Ich habe ein Eis mit den Kindern gekauft Ich habe die Kinder an einen Tisch gepflanzt ich bin für 3 Minuten auf die Toilette gegangen, als ich zurückkam, sah ich meine Kinder, die nach mir suchen und sagen, dass sie vertrieben wurden. Als ich versuchte, mit dem Administrator dieses Cafés zu sprechen, erhielt ich die Antwort, dass ich dafür bezahlen muss, dass ich Kinder einpflanzen und für Stühle bezahlen wollte, bot ich an, es zu tun, aber als Antwort hörte ich völlige Abneigung und dass wir gehen sollten. Nach diesem Vorfall drohten sie auch, den Sicherheitsdienst zu rufen, es kam sogar so weit, dass der Administrator begann zu erzählen, wie man in Deutschland leben sollte.Ich schlug vor , die Polizei zu rufen , da es sehr gut verstanden wurde , dass der Administrator Feindseligkeit und Diskriminierung empfand .Erst nach meinen Worten haben die Deskriminierung und die Tatsache, dass ich die Polizei rufe, aufgehört, uns zu belästigen und in Ruhe zu lassen.Der Administrator des Cafés hat eindeutig eine Abneigung gegen Ausländer , obwohl er selbst nicht in Deutschland geboren wurde.

Alleine vom sehen hat’s mir gereicht, wie kann man sowas „Pizza“ nennen, das überhaupt so ein Nahrungsmittel verkauft werden darf, ich würde den Ladenbesitzer die „Pizza“ selber essen lassen, wie man sich überhaupt nicht schämt als Betreiber sowas einen Kunden anzubieten.

Enttäuschend - ich bin mir nicht sicher ob mein Eis wirklich vegan war und nach Reaktion das ich glaube die Melone hat ein Stich bekommen bin ich eher enttäuscht das war kein angrifft sollte man aber prüfen - an warmen Tagen bekommt Obst auch mal einen Stich das nicht sagen zu können sehe ich kritisch auch wenn man uns preislich entgegen kam. Ich war mir ja nicht sicher und wollte lediglich nett sein. Dennoch für mich der erste und letzte Besuch.

Also das Eis ist lecker, daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Aber das nach einem Sortenwechsel die Eiskelle nicht abgewaschen wird ist unter aller Sau. Mein Freund ist Allergiker und das kann Lebensgefährlich enden! Das Eis mussten wir wegwerfen, da dort Spuren von anderen Eis war, was hätte Nuss enthalten können. Das geht als Servicekraft wirklich garnicht.

Wir haben es gewagt, uns mit unserem Eis auf die Faust an einen Tisch im, ansonsten komplett leeren, Café zu setzen! Ich war, nach einer Fuß-OP, mit Krücken links und rechts unterwegs, mir fehlte die 3. Hand für's Eis. Der jungen Mitarbeiterin war es sichtlich peinlich uns weg zu scheuchen, sie wurde dabei aber mit strengem Blick beobachtet. Die Erfahrung wird meinen zukünftigen Eisappetit im Kaufpark zügeln!

Wenn man die Rezensionen liest gibt's nur mega oder unterirdisch...wir können "fast" gar nix sagen, weil wir nicht mal bedient wurden...2 Erw., 2 Kinder...eigentlich nicht zu übersehen...Kollegin macht ihren Kollegen schonmal "dezent" auf unsere Anwesenheit aufmerksam....aber nö, macht erstmal weiter mit ignorieren...krass, denk ich so...na dann eben nicht...wer's nicht nötig hat, solls lassen...Kaffee Junge war da mehr auf Zack...und Eis kann ich auch anderswo netter haben. Auch an der Theke wurde ich mal sehr schroff bedient vom männlichen Personal....gibt einem zu denken...Sein Geld kann man auch anders los weden, wo es mehr gewertschätzt wird.

Es war schmackhaft. Alles was man so erwarten kann wurde erfüllt. Wer diese Punkte mag ist hier gut aufgehoben. 👍

Lody i desery bardzo smaczne. Obluga na A+ wszystko fajnie pieknie . Jeden minus - niemozna placic karta o czym niezostalismy jakos powiadomieni. Uwazam ze w dzisiejszych czasach to jest naprawde duzym minusem. A maja tam naprawde duzy ruch i sie cieszylismy ze znalezlismy wolny stolik.

Gutes Essen und die Kellner sind sehr freundlich Aber leider aufgesetzt😆

Sehr leckere Eisbecher nur die Tische sind viel zu klein für 4 Personen.

Unverschämtheit, obwohl man je ein Waffeleis für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind kauft darf man im Restaurant keine 5 Minuten sitzen. Das Restaurant war fast komplett leer. Kann den Eisladen daher keinem empfehlen. Kundenfreundlich geht anders.

Essen war sehr oelig Service top Ambiente verbesserungswuerdig

Pizza war ok wenn auch wenig Belag und recht fettig. Personal könnte freundlicher sein

Eine so unfreundliche Bedienung Nach der Bestellung werde ich nach dem WLAN-Code gefragt aber die unhöflichen arbeiter gaben es uns nicht, obwohl alteatro wifi voll war. Ich verstehe nicht, warum ein Passwort, das der Laden dort festgelegt hat, damit Kunden navigieren können, nicht angegeben wird Ich empfehle niemanden wegen des schlechten Service und wegen der schlechten Qualität der Produkte

Mehr als unfreundliche Bedienung, Eis extrem süß, auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. 1 Stern noch zuviel.

Meine 2 jährige Tochter durfte ihr Eis für 1,50€ nicht am Tisch essen weil es zum mitnehmen gekauft wurde, weil sich der Steuersatz ändert (um ca. 10 Cent) und der Laden war übrigens komplette leer. Wirklich sehr peinlich 😂😂😂 wenn ihr kundenfreundlichkeit sucht dann macht ein großen Bogen um das Geschäft !
