Nice pizzeria with huge pizzas!

As usual, oversized pizzas. The food was very good and the service friendly and fast. The location very attractive. I recommend it.

As a Regular guest of losteria for 6 years , I have been to all locations apart from Portdam and it was as expected. Quality food at Resonable prices, the Service was very attentive and friendly with the perfect losteria Atmosphere as always. I hugely recommend visiting.

Whet here for a late dinner and got served two absolutely delicious pasta dishes; mezzalune spinach and macheroncini pesto genovese. Can warmly recommend the restaurant!

The two of us ate there on January 19, 2025, the atmosphere is very friendly, unfortunately the service is so bad that we will never go there again. Cold spinach, which probably came from the water bath, was slapped on the pizza as well as cold olives. The garlic oil we asked for was the crowning glory (Rabs oil with garlic, the waiter said they couldn't afford olive oil and that it would be too expensive for the customers). The end result is extremely unfriendly service, poor food/ service here is even one star too many. Next door there is Peter Pane, completely different and really recommended!!!!

It tasted very good, including the vegan dishes, unfortunately the bruschetta was too salty, but everyone there tried very hard and Jannes served us very well. Gladly again!

It's always busy and yet the food comes quickly and everyone is very friendly :). If you are looking for a super large pizza, this is the right place.

Fairly good Italian Restaurant However, it may be too much for Korean people. The pizza is big and there is a lot of pasta. The menu for one person was quite large. This is the point that appeared in The Queen of Tears.

I often visit the suburbs and really enjoy eating there. It's very comfortable to sit in, the staff is very nice, you don't have to wait forever for your food and the food is TOP value for money :)

Friday evening, of course it was full and you were sitting very close to each other with others, but the ambience was still convincing and made you feel good! Prices as usual in the higher sector, but the pizza is worth the money due to its size! With a view of the water it's just wonderful.

L’Osteria Potsdam is a great place to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. The pizzas are huge, the pasta is fresh and delicious, and the modern, stylish decor creates a pleasant atmosphere. The spacious outdoor terrace with a view of Friendship Island is particularly beautiful - perfect for a relaxed meal in summer. Accompanied by Italian music, a great atmosphere is created here. Definitely a favorite restaurant in Potsdam for me!

Very dear team! We were there spontaneously and got a table within 5 minutes despite the restaurant being full. The gentleman at reception was very organized and our waitress Franzi was extremely accommodating! The food was of the usual quality and very tasty! Greetings also go out to the two boys who brought out our food! Just a perfect evening...

I've ordered here several times now and eaten there. The usual, high L'Osteria quality is also offered here. Sometimes it can be a bit crowded here, reservations are recommended. The staff compensates for any delays, they are in a good mood and friendly.

We received a friendly welcome upon arrival and were able to immediately take our reserved seats on New Year's Eve. The order was taken quickly. The food was of good quality and tasted good. The waiting time was quite short. The staff was very friendly and tried to ensure a pleasant stay. A visit to the restaurant is recommended.

Fat pizza at affordable prices! One pizza feeds 2 adults and the taste is great too. I paid just over 14 euros for a salami pizza. I would love to come back and can recommend the restaurant.

We had reserved a table online for New Year's Eve and it worked very well. The disappointment then in the restaurant while eating. We had the small portion of bruschetta, a Hawaiian pizza and I had a pasta with cream sauce and beef strips and classic tiramisu. So I have to say I'm used to better food from Italians. Bruschetta was okay, only the arugula wasn't quite as fresh. Pizza was sparsely topped and the dough wasn't as crispy as usual My pasta wasn't exactly great either. Thick cream sauce with pasta and then a load of rocket on top, of course not fresh either. I've also eaten better tiramisu. A small piece of tiramisu was nice and fluffy and as usual. If the whole piece had been like that it would have saved the evening. The wine, service and ambience were very good.

My local pub is actually Dresden, Prager Straße. So today we're visiting Potsdam with five friends. It took 15 minutes for the first service to arrive with the cards, but there was a lot going on. It took some time for the drinks to arrive, but we had time. The carrot soup, the black tagliatelle noodles and the baci panna cotta were no longer available from the season menu. I found it very, very unfortunate. The food, 2 pizzas, 3 pasta, 1 salad arrived within 15 minutes. Wow. I've eaten carbonara countless times, but here I missed the egg and salt on the pasta. Unfortunately it wasn't a blast. Then four people sat down at the neighboring table and were greeted with ciabatta. We simply left it out. Then no one came for what felt like an eternity and we wanted to order more drinks. The waitress was kind of annoyed around 9 p.m. All in all, you get full, but I missed the passion of the staff and the commitment.

As always, pizza was delicious and prepared super quickly. It would be nice if the paper coasters were always placed on the table, half a pizza on the table... Not quite as hygienic

Unfortunately not recommended! The table is too small for 4 people. There were no more tomatoes, so many dishes were no longer available. The waiter covered the pizza with hard cheese by hand...before clearing the other guests' dirty plates.

We were there in a large group. The food came quickly, the service was attentive and the taste was great too. I would particularly like to emphasize the child-friendliness of the staff!

We had ordered pizza by calling and were supposed to come pick it up 20 minutes later. We were there on time and said that we wanted to pick up the pizza. After waiting for 10 minutes, we mentioned again that we just wanted to pick up the pizza, then we were told that we should just keep waiting and wait for a waiter. We then waited half an hour for our pizza, which was supposed to be ready. At the end a waiter came to us and brought our pizza. The pizza was already cold at that point. Customer service is not very beneficial. I can understand if it can be stressful in a restaurant, but you should never ignore your customers.

The guest room downstairs could have been warmer

This is the worst establishment I've ever seen. Boorish attitude of waiters towards visitors. The composition of the pasta did not correspond to the description in the menu (half of the ingredients were missing and instead of the stated porcini mushrooms there were champignons), they refused to redo the order. The pizza was simply disgusting, tasteless, the products were of very low quality. Very low level of establishment. I don't recommend it to anyone. When we left, they said that they don’t care about their reputation since they treat visitors this way, to which the administrator began to threaten us.

It wasn't a nice visit. Staff was overwhelmed and the wait was long until the order was taken and the food was served. The Pizza Degli Artisti was not good. The pizza dough was not cooked through at all in the middle of the pizza. As a result, the pizza was soggy in the middle and was not at all edible. An immediate complaint was not possible because there was no waitress around the entire time. We really couldn't eat this pizza. Only when it was cleared away after a very long wait were we able to tell the waitress that this pizza was inedible. You could clearly see it on our plates. The waiter's reaction was: "Oh yes! I noticed." Such a reaction is outrageous; at least a sign of regret would have been appropriate, and that too at Christmas. Paid a lot of money for nothing. Very unfortunate. We know it completely differently from the L'Osterias in Berlin. No matter which one you go to. Super tasty, very good quality and excellent service. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in Potsdam, which we actually didn't expect. Next time again Berlin.

Disastrous service and negligent behavior! I'm horrified. A vegetarian pizza with vegan chicken was ordered and a pizza with real meat was delivered! This is not only disrespectful to the wishes of customers, but simply irresponsible. Unfortunately, we noticed the mistake too late - the affected person immediately felt nauseated after eating it and eventually vomited. Absolutely unacceptable! To make matters worse, no one answers the phone to clarify the error. No apology, no replacement, just nothing. That was definitely the last time I ordered here. Anyone who treats their customers like this doesn't deserve trust!

1) Too few overwhelmed staff. 2) It took a solid 20 minutes before we were even allowed to order. 3) Even though we had reserved two days in advance, we were seated at a table that was far too small. 4) There used to always be bread as an accompaniment. Not yesterday. Bread wouldn't have found a place on the mini table either.

Always delicious. Sound-wise there is still a lot of potential. Quite loud! Great digital service, order and pay via mobile phone. Escape route blocked by a Christmas tree. Gladly again, reservation required 24 hours in advance.

After a long day at work, I found myself at the counter of L’Osteria Potsdam. I was quickly introduced to drinks and food thanks to the great team. The barmaid was extremely engaging and attentive. I can only report positive things about the rest of the service (not standard). An all around great experience.

Wir waren früher Stammgäste dort. Inzwischen viel zu wenig Personal. Es dauert eine halbe Ewigkeit, bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wird. Trotz Reservierung mit zwei Tagen Vorlauf wurden wir mit fünf Personen an einen klitzekleinen Rundtisch gesetzt, auf dem nicht genügend Platz für die Teller war. Es wird kein Brot mehr an den Tisch gebracht. Eine gute Tiefkühlpizza zu Hause isst sich in besserer Atmosphäre 😊
