Ordered via Lieferando. My girlfriend had spaghetti carbonara, I had a pizza. The sauce of the carbonara was watery, the consistency and taste almost like that of milk pasta. The pizza dough was ready-made and slightly burnt on the edge, the same taste as the ready-made rolls that came with the salad, slightly sweet. So for the price I expect to get something decent and not something like that. That was our only and last order here. Not recommended

We were the only guests at brunch. We didn't have too many expectations, so we couldn't be too disappointed. Nevertheless, it was quite disappointing for a brunch, plates not really clean, quality of the food rather mediocre, unfortunately largely not warm. Service was ok, but it also took too long to bring the drinks. Because the food is the most important criterion for me in a restaurant, I only give it one star.

The service was good. Unfortunately the food was the complete opposite. After I saw the menu, one thing was clear to me: you can't prepare your own food here (given the number of dishes on the menu). The food came quickly (two pizzas were ordered) and the result was a frozen pizza that I could have had. In the end I would have had the same taste experience.

Unfortunately, I have to revise my review, we recently went to our board meeting and all I could say is that we noticed that the quality of the food had deteriorated significantly. For example, we had warmed up dumplings a second time with our goose leg, which had also already been warmed up several times because it was completely dry, and instead of the dish of the day, which was supposed to be roast venison with dumplings and red cabbage, we were served some kind of white meat, which we assume was it was pork, which also tasted like frozen ribbon, so it was actually served layered. That didn't work at all. The waiter finally brought new dumplings and the roast venison was swapped for a better, less dry leg of goose. All we can say is that we won't be coming back here.

We've been going there for years. Prices are okay, the food is delicious, the staff is always friendly. I can only recommend this restaurant.

We were in Potsdam with the family and visited this restaurant on Saturday evening. Nice, quiet atmosphere, there were free tables, both waitresses were very nice. The food and value for money were great. We were very full and satisfied.

We ate here on election day. We decided to visit this restaurant. We each ate a beef steak with my wife. It was delicious and prepared according to our ideas. We both left the restaurant very satisfied with the understanding that we would go back here soon.

My reviews straight from the toilet, Garnich doesn't know where to start... First of all, the food was cold and straight away there were 3 different pasta dishes for the 5th anniversary with my sweetheart so one thing I have to give them is that they increase the diarrhea rate drastically...the food The taste was disgusting. They have an extreme preference for lots of cream. They can only handle spices. Not sorry at all...it was the first and last time....

Valentinos has been a constant in life since childhood and has been visited countless times. It impresses with its extremely friendly staff and good culinary offerings. A delight from starter to dessert.

I ate here a lot before Corona. First of all, today was definitely the last time. The service is friendly but overwhelmed. The cutlery for the meal was placed on the table without a napkin, crooked and crooked. The salad that came with the meal was ok, the 3 dry and cold rolls deserved 0 stars. The main course, a lamb pan, was visually quite good, but only visually. The potato wedges were completely salt-free and had a tough skin. All the vegetables were completely overcooked, the broccoli was more gray than green and literally melted in your mouth... Unfortunately the meat had a lot of tendons and fat. Dear Valentino's team, that was considerably better.

We just drank coffee here and ate the house tiramisu, which was super delicious 😋 Nice and fresh and not too sweet. You can sit outside here well. Unfortunately it's right on the street. The seat pads on the chairs urgently need to be replaced. Coffee and dessert came quite quickly, unfortunately the waiter was no longer in sight afterwards and would have liked to have had another coffee. Needs improvement!

The furniture is slowly getting old and needs to be replaced

It was my first time there and I was completely thrilled. The warmth at the reception with the guests was simply fantastic. The food was incredibly tasty and cheap. The cocktail menu, highly recommended! It's nice that you're here. Keep it up, I'll definitely be back. Thank you

If I hadn't been so hungry, I would have sent the pizza back. First things first: ordered 3 hours in advance to ensure delivery at a specific time - almost 30 minutes late. Open the lid and then the pizza, which was only lukewarm, was burnt on the edge - see photo. In terms of taste, the dough/base was not worthy of a pizzaria. I will definitely not order here again.

We turned up for lunch and tried a Portuguese lamb dish which was delicious with plenty of well cooked lamb, generous portions of various vegetables, all not over cooked and tasting wonderful. Unexpected dressed salad and bread rolls were delivered to the table gratis which was a nice touch. Draft Warsteiner, Cocktails and a good range of other dishes on the menu. We were well looked after and chatted a little to our waiter. A great al fresco experience which we want to repeat while we're in Potsdam.

Friendly, delicious food, fairly priced.

I would say the best service you can receive from a restaurant,this should be a standard for every restaurant anywhere. Food was great and If you don't know how to better order your food ,I highly recommend taking advice from the waiters ,a whole new experience for your taste buds ,trust me. If I will have the chance to visit this place again ,I definitely will. Since our friend name was Valentin ,then this made everything more special.

A must for all pizza lovers in Potsdam!

Keller tried to sell us 5 bottles of water (7 euros each) but we only drank one.

We ate here today for a private holiday. We really liked it, very tasty, very nice and affordable. Happy to come back!

I specially ordered two pastas for 7 p.m. (not without reason, my partner won't be there until then) since today is Valentine's Day, I wanted to surprise him with the food. The food arrived at 6:11 p.m. Of course, I called straight away and described the problem. With such incredible impudence that the man behaved and answered during this phone call, I hung up disappointed. I will never order from such incredibly unfriendly and rude people again!!!! Thanks for a cold Valentine's Day meal and nothing at all!!!! If I could I would give no star at all.

I couldn't have found a better place to celebrate my big birthday. The service was great and the food was very good. We received great advice right from the planning stage. Fries and pizza were specially prepared for the little guests, so that the children's eyes lit up at the buffet. Our wishes were implemented 100 percent and so, in addition to a selection of different dishes, there was also lots of salad, delicious grilled vegetables and fresh fruit. We felt very welcome with our bustling crowd of children, including foster children with intellectual disabilities and in wheelchairs. Unfortunately, this is anything but self-evident today. THANK YOU ❣️ We would love to come back.

Wir standen ganz spontan mit 10 Leuten vor der Tür. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und platziert. Die Bedingungen verbreiteten gute Laune und das Gefühl ,dass hier gerne gearbeitet wird. Das spiegelt sich in allem wieder. TOP...macht weiter so...Wir kommen gerne wieder.

"Kinderschnaps" ist sehr lecker hier und erfreut die Kinder. Das Essen schmeckt immer mega lecker, egal was man bestellt. Sehr guter Service und beste Gastfreundschaft!👍

7 Tage offen! Italienisches und portugiesisches Essen und das was wir hatten war lecker! Der Kellner war sehr nett und freundlich.

Guter italienische Küche, gern wieder

Service Personal ist nett und aufmerksam, das Essen war noch nie überragend , jedoch auch nie so schlecht wie aktuell. Italienisches Ambiente sucht man vergebens . Früher waren viele Portugiesen dort beschäftigt,das wirkte authentischer als heutzutage ,somal auch portugiesische Speisen geboten wurden . Personal heute ist überwiegend, offensichtlich aus dem arabischen Raum ,was kein Problem darstellt, jedoch bietet doch bitte auch orientalische Speisen an ., Beziehungsweise versucht es doch mit Italienischer Musik zu kaschieren. 5 Sterne für die Gastfreundschaft und den Service,da kann man nichts monieren . Aber essen sollte besser werden . Preise sind absolut in Ordnung,Bier schmeckte Frisch.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Essen , die Portionen waren sehr gut und geschmacklich passte auch alles , auch war der Service hervorragend, klasse war auch das es zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptgericht eine kleine Pause gab . Einzig diese einlaminierten Infozettel in Größe eines Platzsets auf den Tischen über besondere Aktionen würde ich so nicht präsentieren , lieber als austauschbare Info in die Speisekarte integrieren.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Restaurant,vom Sanitärbereich sehr unangenehme Gerüche die man bis ins Restaurant riecht. Service war freundlich. Das Essen war leider mangelhaft,Pizzaboden nicht durchgebacken, Nudeln waren nicht al dente sondern hart.

Ein sehr angenehmes Abendessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
