The fries were great but the citizens had been lying around for a while.

I was there again today and ordered what I wanted to take away. Everything was packed up, but again two things. The one who was quietly missing at home is very annoying that you can't even trust people. Pack everything up

My chicken wings were very black, there was no sauce and no cloth for my greasy fingers

Food was warm and toilets were nice. Everything that was ordered was there.

Were there late in the evening. Ordered several menus. After more than 45 minutes it finally came. However, some of us had stomach problems afterwards. All in all, completely forgettable!

I think it's really terrible in this store. Bad service, takes a really long time until the food is ready.

As in all Burger King branches, the food is great, the atmosphere is fine, there are lots of comfortable seats. But the service, even when it's not busy, the tables are often full of crumbs from the previous person. And at the moment putting the meal together is taking a little longer...

Waiting at the Drive Inn counter is standard here. The orders have to be checked straight away...it's easy to forget something. Update 2021: once again ordered more than three burgers and half of them are forgotten again. If you don't check the goods immediately, you simply avoid eating a burger. It's a shame that you just can't manage it... another star deducted Update 2023: Waiting 20 minutes is not fast food for me 😅 Update 2024: it would be nice if you had only waited 20 minutes today Update 10.2023: today again there are endless waits and staff that can't get off their feet

Highly recommended, even if I don't go there often, the food is always prepared quickly and tasty. Whether at the drive-thru or picking up in store, I am always extremely satisfied!

No matter when we go, something is always forgotten. This time it was the drinks. Sad and bad.

Unfortunately, the waiting time on Saturday was almost three quarters of an hour and the employees had to cope with the crowds.

I first ordered this new tortilla and instead of getting the 2 chicken nugget burgers I complained about, the answer came, sorry, they ordered that even though the receipt said tortilla

09/13/24 9 p.m.: what was going on today. We would have to wait in the drive in for over 30 minutes. The food was delicious but then I forgot the ketchup. That was very bad!

Unfortunately, two products that were ordered were forgotten when ordering. Unfortunately, we only discovered this when we got home. For a company in the catering industry, this is really shameful, especially with a waiting time of more than 15 minutes.

At 10 a.m. there was no one there just us and we ordered 4 burgers. So the employees didn't have any stress at all because there wasn't a customer there anyway and they forgot a burger, how does that work? If there had been 100 people, ok, but there was no one there and no one came. Before you go, make sure you have what you ordered!!!!

27 minutes between ordering and receiving the order is quite an achievement for a fast food restaurant. It's no surprise that the burgers and fries were cold. At least the onion rings and nuggets were warm. Something like that doesn't work at all. Even if there were a lot of visitors and at the drive-thru, the entire order must be warm. You shouldn't come here for main meals. Thanks for nothing.

We had to wait a whopping 40 minutes for our food on a Monday evening! Sorry, but I have absolutely no understanding for such waiting times in a fast food restaurant. The ambience is really nice for restaurants like this.

On a Monday evening you can sometimes wait more than 30 minutes for your food.

It's quite okay. A cleaner would be needed every now and then, otherwise everything is fine.

Large selection of products - unfortunately not as affordable as before. Like everywhere else, prices have increased enormously 😞 Otherwise very tasty.

Absolutely incompetent shed. Now I have had an incorrect order taken several times at the drive-thru. Didn't look in again today because the last two orders were correct - things were missing. Super annoying and absolutely not an isolated incident. Another chain in the future

Took a very long time. It took a long time for tables to be cleaned, only after asking for it, floor sticky. Food was good and salad was fresh.

Never again Burger King! Long waiting time. Employees hardly understand a word. Totally annoyed “Attention customer threatens to order”. The more people came, the slower they became. Half of it was missing from the order. Questions were answered with annoyance. Onion rings like rubber, old and already warmed three times. Crispy chicken also warmed up from lunch. Cheese on the chilli cheese fries tasted rancid. Chocolate sauce spread on the ice cream. In short, not recommended.

It was really nice here. Relatively clean and actually nothing to complain about.

Incredibly long preparation time for 2 simple menus without any extras. If you want to wait almost 30 minutes for your food and see employees working in slow motion, that's it exactly right here.

I can't understand all the bad reviews. Due to many doctor's visits in Cottbus, a stop at the BC is always mandatory. The shop and the surrounding area are clean and well maintained. Everything is tidy inside & the toilets are clean and smell good. I think the new ordering machines are excellent. You save yourself the miserable long question-and-answer game at the ordering counter like you once did. Well, okay, sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but when the store is full, what do you want to do. It doesn't really bother me. Food is great, nothing to complain about. Looking at the store as a whole, I can't imagine that the kitchen area is dirty/unclean. As an RTL reporter once wanted to make clear to all of us. The employees also come to the order machine if you need help. I give the store 5 stars. No matter what others claim here.

One of the worst BurgerKing branches ever, never seen/experienced a smiling or friendly employee, the cash registers with service have not been staffed for years and you always have to order at a terminal. There is no way to disinfect your hands. The seating area is like a train station hall - always loud no matter how many people are there. Terrible. I also never saw a table being wiped down or the terminals being disinfected and so on.

I can't even understand some of the news. Sure the staff could be friendlier, but in every Burger King you will find staff who are not friendly. The rest was super good.

Compared to the Burgerkings in Europe, the ones in the USA, even though they come from there, leave a lot to be desired, they are simple and are very adapted to the fast food service instead of a restaurant to eat, here in Europe the BKs are restaurants and sometimes luxurious, well, very pretty.

You have to enter everything on the panel yourself. The waitress doesn't speak, not a word! Even with the Whopper, the patties come from a convection oven. App deleted. Never again Burger King

Toilets clean, staff friendly, food as you would expect from fast food. Everything fine.

Food is OK for a fast food shop. Paying with cash was quick, as I'm used to waiting with the competition. Order preparation took 10 minutes, which was still acceptable. What bothered me was that they never said what order they had placed. 5 people are standing there and want to take their order with them and then have to guess whether it's their order or not 😂 This isn't normal. They don't want to see if you're actually the person who ordered it. So I could go there tomorrow and just take a bag with me🤷🏻

Given the waiting times, I can also go to Burgerking in Berlin or Dresden. (And there's not even much going on) Fast food? Of course...

Whenever I'm with you, I have peace and quiet while eating. Prepared quickly and not overcrowded.

Modernly equipped with order terminals Makes ordering easier once you get the hang of it...very much in my opinion... So waiting in line is a thing of the past.. Staff is friendly, competent and usually quite quick... Toilet is available, a bit tight for wheelchairs... There is a parking lot in front of the door as well as two charging terminals for e-cars... I like coming here... Clear recommendation...

Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of the food at Burger King. The rest is still good.

Went there after 9 p.m. - and had to wait almost 23 minutes for 2 menus on a Tuesday evening - when there was nothing going on. The order was then put together incorrectly. The ice cubes had almost melted away by the time the burgers were ready. All in all frustrating and disappointing. When asked about the long waiting time with 5 orders on the screen, the only thing that came up was - it's still taking a while.

I'm not really a fast food eater... but it was good here, the portion was sufficient and overall pleasant

I ordered the DanishKing and the ChrispyChickenBKS. The “meat slice” was burnt and the BKS sauce tasted sour. Seldom eaten so badly. :( Update May 10, 2024: all hell broke loose today. But it happened relatively quickly. Food was good and warm.

Slow service, often incorrect orders

Sometimes they forget the toys in the children's menu, you should pay attention to this.

Very disappointed everywhere else service is highly valued at Burger King. The employee couldn't help us and wasn't interested in us eating at Burger King. Unfortunately we had to go to McDonald's

Were there Saturday morning and waited 10 minutes at the DriveInn, even though there was only one car in front of us.

It was clean and tidy when we were there. As always, you can place your order quickly and easily using the terminals in the entrance area. Even though it was quite empty, it took a long time to order and it could have been hotter because it was freshly prepared.

You spend half a fortune on your family and look forward to a nice family evening and you always don't have the most expensive burgers at home. Thank you for many dirty evenings. It can happen sometimes, but this is not an isolated case with large orders... I'm switching back to McDonald's but only because the selection of restaurants is so small.

Waited over 30 minutes for food

Friendly service, who is also called Mrs. Burger. The food is ready, hot and tasty. Addendum from 2024. The shop is gradually getting dirty. Dirty tables, rubbish on the floor and the toilets are also not in order.

If you guys are up for a drinking game, watch out. Just go to Mc-Drive and order something. It's so clear that something will be missing. But for every forgotten product you drink a drink. You never leave the parking lot sober. The stars I only give because if you get what you order then it tastes good. But not so hard now, you notice that they are making an effort here and there, you're just not allowed to come at peak times or during opening hours 🤷‍♂️ Until then, keep it up 😜

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed the first time because we wanted to order at the front because we didn't know how to use the screen, we were sent there with a show of hands, we were overwhelmed and no employee helped us, I chatted to a few young guys at the table who can help us, of course they helped us, thanked the boys 20 times and for dinner we only eat long chicken and nuggets, the long chicken is ok in my opinion but now you can just forget about the nuggets, quick as cardboard, not really through , it's not crispy anymore and it tastes strange 😐 , so if we only come to eat long chicken , and we hardly eat at your place that's why we notice it quicker , it's a real shame and the fries are usually oversalted , And you pay 30 euros for that, luckily they showed you guys coupons online so you save otherwise what you ordered would have cost twice as much

So extremely disappointed, totally dirty around/on the tables, were there in the afternoon, so no stress, food, what's wrong with you, cold, half forgotten by non-German speaking/non-reading staff. Checked the order for ages. And the order non-responsive things? Took forever to get an order in. Never again for now

Went to the drive in today on February 12th, 2024. Not much going on inside or outside. I'll have to break the habit of tipping. Ordered 4 menus. And actually just because the youngest wanted the Junior Meal and McDonald's no longer delivers to Gallinchen, we went to Burger King. This time nothing was missing, but the Junior's in particular had fried onion rings instead of nuggets, as I clearly ordered. The one we tried tasted old, as if someone had tried to foist it on us, since hardly anyone checks everything when we take it with us. A no-go.

Fast drive in, nice staff and well-made burgers. The best Burger King I've ever ordered from.

Oh well. Almost good. Employees rely too much on the ordering terminals. We probably stood in front of the counter for almost ten minutes before an employee took us for granted.

BK like everywhere. But the range of vegetarian dishes is great, McDonald can take a leaf out of it. Quality of the food is good as usual. The nuggets Well, Theriyaki sauce on the other hand is delicious. Staff ok, cleanliness can be better.

Everything was fine and the service was very friendly here in Cottbus.

Clean, including toilets, never had the wrong product in the bag. Flair, well, is just a fast food restaurant. The only disadvantage: if there are a lot of people standing at the drive-in counter and then someone else has to wait for their food, you can't get out of the parking lot.

And never say goodbye to Burger King again. I like the burgers but the new ordering system just sucks. I just stood there at the ordering terminal for half an hour and then it canceled the order because I didn't want to pay cashless😁🤐 never again had no time I went out in a rage without a burger🤬😡

matschige Pommes, Burger na ja, Antwort vom Personal "kann nicht sein" Die Coupon-Angebote sind ihr Geld nicht wert. Burger zu klein!!! Der Service geht mittlerweile gegen Null. Reklamationen wurden nicht anerkannt. Cola OHNE Eis bestellt, MIT Eis geliefert. Trotz nachweislich auf dem Kassenzettel belegt. Werde wohl zu MD wechseln!

Ist sehr unpersönlich geworden durch die Terminals. Persönlich bestellen war schöner. Leider keine Tischreservierung möglich. Sonst so wie überall. Kann man hingehen War heute wieder mal da, alles unverändert. Doch eine Veränderung gab es. Das Essen war leider kalt wurde aber anstandslos umgetauscht

Größter Witz der Laden. Erst warte ich 15 Minuten, um dann Fleisch auf meinem Plant Based Burger zu bekommen, Mayo statt Ketchup und kein Eis im Getränk, obwohl bestellt. 😂

Wenn man ein Angebot erklärt haben möchte kann keiner weiter helfen. Pommes total versalzen. Wartzeit war über 15 Minuten

Meine achtjährige Tochter wollte schnell allein eine Portion Pommes kaufen gehen während die Oma draußen mit Hund wartete. Leider hat man ihr nichts verkauft und sie gebeten an den Terminal zu bestellen. Mit 8 Jahren?! Sorry aber seid ihr echt nicht in der Lage einem Kind eine Portion Pommes zu verkaufen?

Wir standen über eine Stunde am Drive In und erhielten dann erst unser Essen. Eine viertel Stunde hat sich nichts vor bewegt und am Fenster war weit und breit keiner zu sehen. Zudem hat unser Icetea nach Wasser geschmeckt. Sehr schade.

King bacon &cheese double wirklich NICHT sein Geld wert. 1.fehlte Bacon komplett 2.von den eingelegten Zwiebeln war nur zu ahnen und kaum erkennbar 3.der so "knackige" Rucola entpuppte sich als 2 kleine und matschige Rucolablättchen. Anstatt Onionringe bekamen wir Nuggets und die extra Pommes für 3.80€ bekamen wir garnich erst. Vielleicht kann mal 1 mal verzeihen,aber nun war es schon mehrfach das man was bezahlt hat und dann entweder kalt, zermatscht,fehlerhaft oder erst garnich bekommen hat...Sehr enttäuschend.Das war das letzte Mal das wir dort was geholt haben

Snacks und Pommes sind dort gut. Aber immer wenn ich dort einen Burger esse muss ich mich früher oder später übergeben. Und ich habe keine empfindlichen Magen.

Super Sauber ! Burger optisch total Geil und schmeckt wie er schmecken soll . Also die haben sich wirklich verbessert. Weiter so 👍

Mal eben schnell ein Käffchen kaufen is nicht, da man sich über den Bildschirm durchwursteln muss um diesen zu bestellen. Die Kassen waren leider außer Betrieb. Am Ende habe ich dennoch einen Kaffee ☕️ bekommen und er hat auch geschmeckt.

Eigentlich bin ich dem Personal gegenüber, sehr Verständnisvoll, weil sie viel zu tun haben! Aber … Aber dort ist Hygiene klein geschrieben! Alle Tische sind beschmiert und überall liegt Essen auf dem Boden! Man wartet Ewigkeiten aufs Essen. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und kommt einem überfordert vor. Zudem ist das Essen meist kalt! Sehr schade eigentlich, aber in diesem Laden müsste sich einiges ändern!!!

Was soll man sagen, Fastfood bei einer Franchisekette. Nichts außergewöhnliches... Bei letzten Besuch wurde Bestellung zwar gedruckt aber nicht bearbeitet. Mitarbeiter sind man die "Freude" bei der Arbeit an. Sauberkeit der Plätze verbesserungswürdig.

Die Strategie das man am Terminal bestellen soll finde ich persönlich nicht gut. Das Personal ist aber freundlich. Das Essen schmeckt.

Wir waren am 29.10.23 dort um 20:40 Uhr bestellt und 21:20 Uhr kam das Essen 40 min geht gar nicht Leute haben schon gegessen die weit nach uns bestellt haben! Zur Belohnung war die Burger fast kalt Na super! Die Abgegabe überfüllt Pommes lagen unter Tisch und die Tische waren verdreckt!Wir nicht mehr!!!

Nicht zum ersten Mal kalte Burger bekommen. Trotz kurzer Wartezeit aber wahrscheinlich längerer Liegezeit. Der Bacon den ich zusätzlich bezahlt habe für meine 2 Burger war bei beiden Burgern komplett roh. Hätte ich zähen rohen Schinken haben wollen wäre ich woanders hingegangen. Personal "versteckt " sich meiner Meinung nach seit der Einführung der Bestellterminals meist in der Küche. Zumindest habe ich bei mehreren Besuchen noch nie mitbekommen das die Tische abgewischt wurden. Dadurch mangelt es wahrscheinlich auch an der freundlichen Kommunikation zu den Kunden. Höflichkeit im Handel geht definitiv anders und ist in dieser Filiale ausbaufähig.

Neu gestalteter Burger King aber total dreckig. Personal langweilt sich und Tische und Fußboden sind total verschmutzt

Burger waren kalt, das Bacon aufm Burger war roh und man musste eine halbe stunde drauf warten. Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht zu Empfehlen.

It's Burger King. You know what you are getting and that's perfectly fine. Stupid busy on Sunday nights. Starting at the back of the line until our food was in our hands was almost 30 minutes.

Leider ist es hier nicht möglich negative Sterne anzugeben. Klar war am Abend des 30.09.2023 viel los, doch wenn die Mitarbeiter sich aussuchen können welche Essen sie zusammen stellen und dann wohl der Salat "zu viel Arbeit" bedeutet und man 45 Minuten auf einen Whopper mit Salat warten muss, der zu allem dem auch nur lauwarm war, ist das mehr als unterste Schublade.

30 min auf eine Bestellung gewartet, obwohl vor mir nur 2 andere Bestellungen waren.

Mittlerweile einfach nur noch dreist was B(w)urgerKing hier an Preise für Ihren "Billig"Fraß abruft. Fühlt man sich doch total abgezogen für den Müll soviel zu löhnen🤢 Apropos würde mich nicht wundern wenn die Verpackungskosten höher als der restliche Wareneinsatz sind! Abzocke schlimmer nur bei Mäcces und beides Qualitativ immer mehr zum abgewöhnen aber Gewinn ähm Pardon, die Preise steigen und steigen. Für ein Bruchteil dessen stell ich lieber selber nen Deluxe Burger aus Bio Rindfleisch her und feinsten Schweizer Käse und überleb dafür nen paar Jahre länger (finanziell & gesundheitlich) 😉🤸

An wartet eine halbe Stunde für einen Burger und Nuggets, das hat nix mit fast food zu tun.

Bestellung meistens nicht komplett, es fehlt immer etwas. Klimaanlage scheinbar auf -10°C eingestellt. Personal genervt wenn etwas fehlt.

Luft nach oben aber sonst ganz ok

Die Pommes schmecken hier eig besser als bei unserer letzten Bestellung. Sie waren dieses Mal sehr gelb und schmeckten sehr nach Öl, aber altem. Beim nächsten Mal gibt's vielleicht eine bessere Bewertung (: Den Krabbenburger kann man essen, muss man aber nicht. Ein Hähnchenfilet oder Hähnchenpatty wäre passender zu der Ananassoße und dem ganzen Burger. Aber dafür kann die Filiale nichts.
