These people didn't invent working. We waited 57 minutes. The store was full and it took a long time to place an order and then it was packed incorrectly. Unfortunately, no more fast food restaurant for us.

I think that the electronic boards and the janze online nonsense are completely exaggerated and complicated. This should be taken out again. Everything used to be better.

So unfortunately I have to make massive changes to my post from 2 years ago and as a guest you can only complain there. Despite there being little going on, I had to wait for my food for half an eternity. About 35 minutes and then I got half of the food very cold. In addition, there are only foreigners who don't understand you and then become rude and cheeky. Absolutely no longer recommended to go there. It's a shame you used to be better.

Waiting almost 30 minutes for your food in a fast food restaurant is tough. Then the food was cold, even the fries and hardly any salad on the Whopper. I've never experienced that here before. There is no system here. So today really wasn't her best day.

I'm very dissatisfied after this campaign. I wanted to order at the drive in at 11.20 because after 3 to 4 minutes there was no response. I drove up to the window. The lady saw me but didn't feel the need to ask what I wanted or what kind of problem I had. She might have said through gestures and facial expressions, 1 mom please or a short announcement, a moment, I'm right there with you. I would have been the happiest person, but that probably doesn't exist anymore. Well, that was your ignorance to me It doesn't matter as of today, 1 customer less and I won't recommend your location

Yes, recommended. The place was packed and we only waited 11 minutes for food... And be careful... Kudos to the guy who takes care of the toilets... Really clean... Why only 4 points? You can't freely choose the drink on the coupon menus. Give me a tip and I'll give it 5 stars

Rarely experienced something so unfriendly, no response to hello, bag placed on the counter without a word, no goodbye, long wait even though the shop was empty. Burger lukewarm, nuggets sticky... Even one star is too many... sad when you go to work so depressed.

What I experienced here today has never happened to me before and it was definitely the last time I'll ever spend a cent at Burger King. 5 people, just under 63 euros. So far normal. We took it with us because we still had to go to the train station. We started eating in front of the train station and when my husband opened his long chicken he saw two small pieces of meat. At first it looked good but upon closer inspection we realized that one piece had a bite mark. The piece of meat was already on some other burger which probably went back or wasn't quite made. It was then simply fried again and ended up on our burger. Disgusting!!! We've never experienced anything like this before. And it's just a good thing that my husband always opens the burgers and checks what the meat looks like. We were passing through otherwise we would definitely have come back to you with the burger. Something like that absolutely doesn't work and it sucks.

Still the worst BK I know. Something from the order is constantly forgotten and you have to go back. The burgers are carelessly thrown together and some are old, hard buns. Probably just warmed up. At the drive-in, make sure they have packed everything in your bag! It's been so exaggerated lately that something is missing.

So first I would like to say something about the 1-3 star reviews. I would describe myself as a burger connoisseur and there was little to complain about here today. The citizens lived up to expectations - the crispy chicken was particularly fresh, but the xtra-long chili cheese was a bit too greasy. Although one of the three crispy chickens was forgotten, it was served to us without any problems. Toilets and the dining area were clean. Finally, the only thing left to complain about was the audience - there were cars with fair game stickers in the parking lot. Dirty Nazis are no good in an otherwise clean Burger King.

I'm very disappointed with Burger King now. I also want to say why. What can you say about the service at Terminal. Ambiance when return stations are full isn't that great either! But what I find and now I don't know whether it's just this branch or whether it's Burger King itself, there are savings everywhere and to a certain point it's understandable, but if the burgers are now so dry because there's hardly any sauce left on them They're probably no longer Burger King. Everything gets more expensive and the portions get smaller but if the taste suffers then it stops!

Very cool, only 2 stars for service because you don't order at the checkout, but only via LCD terminals.

You come to your place once in 10 years to give your child a treat after the cinema and then, apart from the ice cream, they simply forget the entire kids menu!! That's an absolute impudence, but it's not surprising given all the illiterate people behind the counter!! My recommendation to everyone...go to the gas station next door and buy yourself a bockwurst!!

Were there late in the evening. Ordered several menus. After more than 45 minutes it finally came. However, some of us had stomach problems afterwards. All in all, completely forgettable!

As in all Burger King branches, the food is great, the atmosphere is fine, there are lots of comfortable seats. But the service, even when it's not busy, the tables are often full of crumbs from the previous person. And at the moment putting the meal together is taking a little longer...

Waiting at the Drive Inn counter is standard here. The orders have to be checked straight away...it's easy to forget something. Update 2021: once again ordered more than three burgers and half of them are forgotten again. If you don't check the goods immediately, you simply avoid eating a burger. No matter when we go, something is always forgotten. This time it was the drinks. Sad and bad.

At 10 a.m. there was no one there just us and we ordered 4 burgers. So the employees didn't have any stress at all because there wasn't a customer there anyway and they forgot a burger, how does that work? 27 minutes between ordering and receiving the order is quite an achievement for a fast food restaurant. It's no surprise that the burgers and fries were cold. At least the onion rings and nuggets were warm. Something like that doesn't work at all. Even if there were a lot of visitors and at the drive-thru, the entire order must be warm. You shouldn't come here for main meals. Thanks for nothing.

On a Monday evening you can sometimes wait more than 30 minutes for your food.

We had to wait a whopping 40 minutes for our food on a Monday evening! Sorry, but I have absolutely no understanding for such waiting times in a fast food restaurant. The ambience is really nice for restaurants like this.

Large selection of products - unfortunately not as affordable as before. Like everywhere else, prices have increased enormously 😞 Otherwise very tasty.

Never again Burger King! Long waiting time. Employees hardly understand a word. Totally annoyed “Attention customer threatens to order”. The more people came, the slower they became. Half of it was missing from the order. Questions were answered with annoyance. Onion rings like rubber, old and already warmed three times. Crispy chicken also warmed up from lunch. Cheese on the chilli cheese fries tasted rancid. Chocolate sauce spread on the ice cream. In short, not recommended.

I can't understand all the bad reviews. Due to many doctor's visits in Cottbus, a stop at the BC is always mandatory. The shop and the surrounding area are clean and well maintained. Everything is tidy inside & the toilets are clean and smell good. I think the new ordering machines are excellent. You save yourself the miserable long question-and-answer game at the ordering counter like you once did. Well, okay, sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but when the store is full, what do you want to do. It doesn't really bother me. Food is great, nothing to complain about. Looking at the store as a whole, I can't imagine that the kitchen area is dirty/unclean. As an RTL reporter once wanted to make clear to all of us. The employees also come to the order machine if you need help. I give the store 5 stars. No matter what others claim here.

One of the worst BurgerKing branches ever, never seen/experienced a smiling or friendly employee, the cash registers with service have not been staffed for years and you always have to order at a terminal. There is no way to disinfect your hands. The seating area is like a train station hall - always loud no matter how many people are there. Terrible. I also never saw a table being wiped down or the terminals being disinfected and so on.

I can't even understand some of the news. Sure the staff could be friendlier, but in every Burger King you will find staff who are not friendly. The rest was super good.

Compared to the Burgerkings in Europe, the ones in the USA, even though they come from there, leave a lot to be desired, they are simple and are very adapted to the fast food service instead of a restaurant to eat, here in Europe the BKs are restaurants and sometimes luxurious, well, very pretty.

You have to enter everything on the panel yourself. The waitress doesn't speak, not a word! Even with the Whopper, the patties come from a convection oven. App deleted. Never again Burger King

Food is OK for a fast food shop. Paying with cash was quick, as I'm used to waiting with the competition. Order preparation took 10 minutes, which was still acceptable. What bothered me was that they never said what order they had placed. 5 people are standing there and want to take their order with them and then have to guess whether it's their order or not 😂 This isn't normal. They don't want to see if you're actually the person who ordered it. So I could go there tomorrow and just take a bag with me🤷🏻

Whenever I'm with you, I have peace and quiet while eating. Prepared quickly and not overcrowded.

Modernly equipped with order terminals Makes ordering easier once you get the hang of it...very much in my opinion... So waiting in line is a thing of the past.. Staff is friendly, competent and usually quite quick... Toilet is available, a bit tight for wheelchairs... There is a parking lot in front of the door as well as two charging terminals for e-cars... I like coming here... Clear recommendation...

Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of the food at Burger King. The rest is still good.

Went there after 9 p.m. - and had to wait almost 23 minutes for 2 menus on a Tuesday evening - when there was nothing going on. The order was then put together incorrectly. The ice cubes had almost melted away by the time the burgers were ready. All in all frustrating and disappointing. When asked about the long waiting time with 5 orders on the screen, the only thing that came up was - it's still taking a while.

I'm not really a fast food eater... but it was good here, the portion was sufficient and overall pleasant

I ordered the DanishKing and the ChrispyChickenBKS. The “meat slice” was burnt and the BKS sauce tasted sour. Seldom eaten so badly. :( Update May 10, 2024: all hell broke loose today. But it happened relatively quickly. Food was good and warm.

Were there Saturday morning and waited 10 minutes at the DriveInn, even though there was only one car in front of us.

It was clean and tidy when we were there. As always, you can place your order quickly and easily using the terminals in the entrance area. Even though it was quite empty, it took a long time to order and it could have been hotter because it was freshly prepared.

You spend half a fortune on your family and look forward to a nice family evening and you always don't have the most expensive burgers at home. Thank you for many dirty evenings. It can happen sometimes, but this is not an isolated case with large orders... I'm switching back to McDonald's but only because the selection of restaurants is so small.

Waited over 30 minutes for food

Friendly service, who is also called Mrs. Burger. The food is ready, hot and tasty. Addendum from 2024. The shop is gradually getting dirty. Dirty tables, rubbish on the floor and the toilets are also not in order.

If you guys are up for a drinking game, watch out. Just go to Mc-Drive and order something. It's so clear that something will be missing. But for every forgotten product you drink a drink. You never leave the parking lot sober. The stars I only give because if you get what you order then it tastes good. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed the first time because we wanted to order at the front because we didn't know how to use the screen, we were sent there with a show of hands, we were overwhelmed and no employee helped us, I chatted to a few young guys at the table who can help us, of course they helped us, thanked the boys 20 times and for dinner we only eat long chicken and nuggets, the long chicken is ok in my opinion but now you can just forget about the nuggets, quick as cardboard, not really through , it's not crispy anymore and it tastes strange 😐 , so if we only come to eat long chicken , and we hardly eat at your place that's why we notice it quicker , it's a real shame and the fries are usually oversalted , And you pay 30 euros for that, luckily they showed you guys coupons online so you save otherwise what you ordered would have cost twice as much

Went to the drive in today on February 12th, 2024. Not much going on inside or outside. I'll have to break the habit of tipping. Ordered 4 menus. And actually just because the youngest wanted the Junior Meal and McDonald's no longer delivers to Gallinchen, we went to Burger King. This time nothing was missing, but the Junior's in particular had fried onion rings instead of nuggets, as I clearly ordered. The one we tried tasted old, as if someone had tried to foist it on us, since hardly anyone checks everything when we take it with us. A no-go.

So extremely disappointed, totally dirty around/on the tables, were there in the afternoon, so no stress, food, what's wrong with you, cold, half forgotten by non-German speaking/non-reading staff. Checked the order for ages. And the order non-responsive things? Took forever to get an order in. Never again for now

BK like everywhere. But the range of vegetarian dishes is great, McDonald can take a leaf out of it. Quality of the food is good as usual. The nuggets Well, Theriyaki sauce on the other hand is delicious. Staff ok, cleanliness can be better.

Clean, including toilets, never had the wrong product in the bag. Flair, well, is just a fast food restaurant. The only disadvantage: if there are a lot of people standing at the drive-in counter and then someone else has to wait for their food, you can't get out of the parking lot.
