Finally, a restaurant that's great for families! We were here on a Sunday with two children and seven adults. Luckily, we made a reservation in advance! It was very busy. The pancakes and ice cream were delicious. The highlight is the surrounding area and everything around it! A small playground, sunny spots, various animals, nature... Truly beautiful!

Today we were very disappointed and drove back without eating. With today's nice weather, there was of course a lot going on everywhere. There is good food in many restaurants, but only places with good service are visited again and again. The service staff at the Kutzeburger Mühle doesn't work at all. The chef is great and so is the operator. Whatever they throw out, the waiter at the front tears it back down. We were not greeted and completely ignored. We had to wait in another café (no problem at all) but we felt welcome just by saying hello and paying attention. Well, that's the small but important difference!

We were there today for Women's Day breakfast. It was super tasty and, as always, an incredibly beautiful atmosphere! There was even a little gift for each woman. Always happy. No matter what the occasion.

I've come here for dinner several times and will do so more often. I've never been disappointed. Price-performance is really good and the service is always nice and friendly.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this restaurant. There is no failure, but unfortunately there are no highs either. We didn't like the ambience, especially the light and the acoustics should be improved. Everything seemed a bit loveless and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the food was just average.

We stopped in transit and were very impressed. Even though it was just after 2 p.m., we still got lunch. The menu is trustworthy and clear with a good selection of delicious dishes, including, of course, regional specialties. The service was very friendly and accommodating, we were welcomed by the friendly young boss. The waiting time for both the drinks and the food was very short, even though the dining room was full. The food was high quality and tasty, the prices were reasonable. We will recommend the restaurant and come back.

The Christmas brunch on Christmas Day was a complete disaster. There was nothing decorated, no Christmas flair and the food was absolutely not appealing for a Christmas brunch.

We had dinner there on December 26th, 2024. Of course we made a reservation and were still sat outside at 3 degrees with a tarpaulin and a patio heater, that in itself was a disgrace, the menu was slimmed down so there was no real choice... Food came to the table cold after a long wait...quantity instead of quality that was clear to remember. Not particularly recommended in terms of taste either. Never again.!

Der Instagram Post des Restaurants hat mich veranlasst noch einmal die Gans in 2024 zu testen. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Tolle Gänsebrust (sousvid vorgegart) und dann auch gebackenes Eis als Dessert. Glückwünschen das Team!

We were here for the first and last time. The older service was unfriendly and absolutely unwilling to compromise. There was no children's menu, the starter was forgotten, the main course was greasy, the rice pudding was completely overcooked and, last but not least, an insufficient portion for adults and the price was far too high. Apparently the name of the restaurant is paid for here.

Found it spontaneously via Google and drove there without a reservation. Very nice welcome from the staff with the information that the kitchen only opens at 5:00 p.m. (we were there at 4:30 p.m.). No problem for us. After ordering the drinks, we received information from the kitchen that we can already order, thank you very much! Food came quickly and the portion was very good! Feel free to come back in spring/summer if you see something.

Great restaurant. Whether it's Sunday breakfast, lunch, coffee or dinner. There is something for every taste. Excellent food, great service, beautiful location. Definitely worth a visit.

The entire area around the Kutzeburger Mühle invites you to linger. There is a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant and you feel like you are in good hands. The food came after about 30 minutes, the portion sizes are decent.

Okay, new again. After changing operator with some initial difficulties everything is fine. There is nothing to complain about in terms of taste. Am Sonntag haben wir einen wunderbaren Abstecher zur Kutzeburger Mühle gemacht. Das selbstgemachte Eis am kleinen Kiosk direkt an der Spree hat es uns angetan – es war einfach köstlich. Wir haben unser Eis in der warmen Sonne genossen, mit direktem Blick auf die Spree – eine perfekte Kombination aus leckerem Genuss und traumhafter Aussicht. Der Ort war gut besucht, und einige Besucher haben sogar die Gelegenheit genutzt, in der Spree zu baden. Neben dem Eis gibt es auch andere leckere Kleinigkeiten, wie eingelegte Gurken, selbstgemachte Bowle, Kuche, oder auch Deftiges – definitiv einen Versuch wert! Ein idealer Ort, um zu entspannen und die Natur zu genießen.

Even though it wasn't officially open in the morning, I was greeted very friendly and the coffee I wanted was immediately available. There was already a fresh homemade cake. Conclusion: great service and an excellent price/performance ratio.

When the weather was beautiful, we spontaneously came to the inn with a group of 40 people and were warmly welcomed. We had a good time with a cup of coffee and a delicious ice cream. Thank you very much again for the extremely nice and courteous hospitality, we would be happy to come back!

Very tasty, rich and varied. There is a lot to choose from (for adults). However, I would have liked a little more on offer in addition to a dessert and two children's meals. We thought it was great and would like to come back again.

Beautiful setting, we sat on the lawn in front of the restaurant. The weather cooperated and we had a delicious dinner shortly before the kitchen closed. Price performance was great! You could also observe horses, sheep, dogs and cats. We were completely satisfied 😄

This was our second time there for a celebration. The service was very good and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly to us, so we felt right at home. Everyone enjoyed the food. The atmosphere in the restaurant and on the terrace was positive. We would like to come again. Thank you very much!

Yesterday we celebrated my mom's 90th birthday with the family. We received a very friendly welcome, everything was lovingly set up. The lunch buffet was varied and very tasty. Even at the coffee buffet, no one left without cake. So delicious, whether it's the cherry cake or the lentils. The staff was very friendly and always had an open ear for us. The surrounding area also invites you to take a walk, there is a lot to see, so I can only say "go there and enjoy the time" and see for yourself. I'll definitely go there again when I'm in Cottbus. Until then, all the best.

Ambiente sehr schön, vor allem kinderfreundlich. Kellner sehr nett. Aber leider war mein Essen nicht empfehlenswert. Bratkartoffeln waren verbrannt und sehr matschig. Steak war sehr sehnig. Kein Dressing bei der Beilage. Für den aufgerufenen Preis, absolut unangemessen. Schade.

Very nice location. Wirt really has a great sense of humor. Food tastes very good and you don't have to wait long. The detour there by bike was worth it.

We registered with several bikers about an hour in advance. A table was set up for us, the service was great and the food was plentiful. We will be back definitely.

Idyllically located place with a strong recreational character... Beautifully located on the Spree, an inviting location for relaxation and picnics... Pure relaxation is guaranteed... also ideal for our little ones... a playground and the spacious area where there is a lot to discover ensures pure variety in just a few ways to mention the bird aviary, horse paddocks and of course the roaming domestic tigers... The restaurant with an attractive menu invites you to strengthen yourself... There should be something for everyone...;-) In my opinion, I recommend it without reservation...

Nice bike path there, lots of reserved tables in the beer garden, unclean little self-service tables, I had to get a cloth to wipe myself - no reaction from the staff, good service looks different...

It was my first time at the Kutzeburger Mühle and I was very impressed. The food selection and quality were great and the price was also absolutely fair. I particularly liked the warmth and the overall ambience. After eating, sit outside in the deckchairs for a while, drink a coffee and watch the kids run around on the bouncy castle. The waffles on the style are particularly recommended!

We were there for coffee on the weekend. The plins were beautifully prepared and very tasty, even though there was only one plins on the plate, previously there were always two. But the waitress was of the opinion that one was enough. Said waitress was very overbearing/snippy and had a terribly intrusive, old-fashioned perfume on her that took over the entire room. My request for tempered water to go with my coffee was not honored (it came ice cold). Strangely enough, it wasn't a problem with espresso and was served without being asked.

We were there for Christmas dinner. The quality was extremely good. There was more than enough of everything and was immediately re-prepared as soon as it even seemed that the number of goose legs might reach single digits. We have p.p. Paid €65, which we didn't eat even though we tried. The drinks are extra. The service is very good and friendly. We had a relaxed table and the distances were also very manageable for families. If it otherwise becomes too strenuous for the children, a short digestive playground/walk on the farm is always recommended. After saying hello to the horses, sheep and ponies, soup tastes even better.

You will receive a warm welcome and the atmosphere is wonderful. The food was very good! We have rarely eaten so well and for the price you get a full plate. Thanks for the nice time! See you next year 😁

Zunächst möchte ich vorausschicken, dass sich keiner die Rezensionen vor Mai 2023 anschauen sollte. Hier ist seitdem ein völlig neues Team am Start. Wir waren letzten Samstag zu Viert das erste Mal nach dem Wechsel zu Gast. Die junge Chefin und Ihre männliche Crew machen die Sache sehr gut. Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent waren alle Mitarbeiter. Das Essen hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Luft nach oben ist noch beim Thema Ambiente. Hier wird es bestimmt nicht einfach, eine eigene persönliche Note zu entwickeln. Das Restaurant soll ja auch zum Umfeld ( Reiterhof) passen. Dies Problem zeigte sich leider auch in der Kleidung der männlichen Servicekräfte. Aber insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Eindruck und wünschen dem Team alles Gute und viel Erfolg.

Da geschlossene Gesellschaft war, konnten wir nichts Essen.Nur Getränke wurden ausgeschenkt. Die Umgebung und das Ambiente sind sehr ansprechend.

Ansich eine schöne location, aber man ist nur willkommen, wenn man vorbestellt hat. Kommt man einfach so vorbei, wirds schwierig mit der Bedienung.

Ein hervorragendes Erlebnis mit sehr gutem, schmackhaftem und frischem Essen, bei einer immer aufmerksamen Bedienung trotz großem Zulauf bei schönem Wetter. Ein Hauch von Bauernhof - Atmosphäre bei sehr ruhiger Lage an der ehemaligen Wassermühle. Der Wechsel der Wirte bringt endlich dieses Ausflugsziel zurück in die bessere kulinarische Auswahl.

Ein gemütliches Restaurant mit etwas Bauernhof-Feeling. Dazu passen die angebotenen Speisen. Das Mittagessen war qualitativ überragend und die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam.
