Toans Bistro in Cottbus

The place looks very nice, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the owner was very friendly. My husband and I got a doner kebab and a dürüm. The food could be better; the dürüm had too much salad and not enough meat, but it tasted quite good overall. The doner, advertised as an XXL doner, was too small. So, in conclusion... you can pop in for a quick bite, but not as a regular.

Good food, but the decor is dated.

We bought a kebab and a kebab plate there yesterday. First, the two men were unfriendly and moody, and then there's something wrong with the hygiene and the food. The whole family has diarrhea and is vomiting. It looks like something's wrong with the red cabbage. And it was only eaten yesterday, and now everyone's running after the other. You've lost us as customers.

Amba Kötzlis! Today is the day of the Dönaz.

Almost every time I'm there, there's this strange guy. He stares at the kebab man with his empty eyes and mumbles something about zilli and garlic sauce. When the guy finally leaves the shop, you can eat your kebab in peace. Simply delicious.

I never normally review anything, but here I feel like it's a must. Whether it's kebab or Asian food, the food tastes great, it's prepared right in front of you, the portions are large and filling, very reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly. So far, my favorite in Cottbus. A clear 5* Edit: I have to deduct a lot of points, the quality of the place has declined. The food is often cooked to a point where it's just barely cooked, which makes crispy chicken not crispy, the fries are an absolute disaster, soggy and not crispy at all, and the kebab meat is just barely cooked. I don't like it. And on top of that, the place has gotten more expensive (which is understandable given the current situation). Unfortunately, it's not the same anymore.

War das letzte Mal, dass ich hier war. Die Qualität des Essens hat in den letzten Jahren sehr abgenommen. Es gibt bessere Döner in Cottbus. Hamburger und Cheeseburger sind ein Witz; statt Gewürzgurken werden richtige Gurken benutzt, es gibt keine Zwiebeln als Belag und es gibt auch keine Burger-Soße, stattdessen wird die Curry-Soße für Döner benutzt. Was angeboten wird ist essbar, aber lecker schmeckt anders. Schade, denn das Essen war hier mal gut und es wurde sich mehr Mühe gegeben.

Eigentlich minus 5 Sterne es is einfach nur abartig. Vom Essen mal ab gesehen. Wäre wahrscheinlich ein Fall für die Hygiene!

Fabelhaftes Essen, sowohl Asiatische Küche, als auch Türkische. Besonders der stets frische Salat ist zu loben. Mein Favorit in der Stadt.

Sowohl die asiatischen (gebratene Nudeln/Reis etc.) als auch die türkischen Gerichte (Döner etc.) schmecken sehr gut. Der Preis ist günstig und die Portionen dafür groß. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen schmeckt bei Toan sehr gut egal ob Türkische oder Asiatische Küche. Eine Bar ist auch vorhanden wer sich mit Bier oder andere Kühle Getränke entspannen möchte :) Allerdings wird das Restaurant oft von Betrunkenen Kunden Besucht. Deshalb übergebe ich nur 4 Sterne.
