The ambiance is invitingly beautiful.
The service and friendliness of the waitress (I assume it was the manager) left a lot to be desired.
The menu arrived quickly, without any acknowledgments, and then the wait began, even just to order a drink. This was only possible after we asked, but only after four more guests were seated at our table (without asking if we might mind).
The food was good, but strangely enough, it was served less than eight minutes after ordering...so anything but freshly prepared...but okay, that's how it was.
We don't want to come here again.
Service was good, ambiance was good, but the food was unfortunately rather tasteless. The starter and main course lacked refinement. The quality of the food was impeccable—it was just the flavor/seasoning that was lacking.
The restaurant is fantastic and has a fantastic selection of dishes that not only taste good but are also really filling. I really enjoyed the food, and the ambiance is quite nice, too. You sit very close together, but it's all just fine.
Unfortunately, something was missing from our phone order today (although we did charge for it). After another phone call, we were allowed to pick it up. The main course (No. 93) was spicy, but otherwise bland. The tofu was completely shredded and the sauce was "oily." Truly not tasty. The spring rolls were soggy, and the sweet and sour sauce wasn't tasty either. Disappointing. Unfortunately, this will be our last order there...
The "Incontro" at Werdenfelsstraße 70 is located right next to the tennis courts. Parking is free along the street.
It has a large outdoor area, which was open but not set up at the time of our visit.
The interior is uncomfortable for me: no floral decorations, the cutlery and napkins in beer mugs on the tables, unlit candles, and lots of dark wood.
The service was friendly, but consistently rather cold, far from the Italian joie de vivre and warmth.
The stone-baked pizzas—we had the Diavola (€12.30) and the one with buffalo mozzarella and eggplant (€15)—were excellent. Therefore, I'm rounding up to four stars.
Meat and fish dishes start at €20.
Reservations are unfortunately only accepted by phone. I always prefer something written down ;)
The website contains information and prices, but no photos of the restaurant/beer garden?!

Very tasty food, great atmosphere, and good service.
I ate there and ordered for pickup via the website – everything worked smoothly and to my complete satisfaction.
The only thing I noticed was that card payments are only possible with orders over €20.
A real insider tip that will win you over! The food is fresh and flavorful, and the quality of the ingredients is noticeably high. The service is friendly, attentive, and leaves nothing to be desired. A place we'd happily recommend – we'll definitely be back!
