Ristorante Passione Italiana in Eching

My wife and I dined at your restaurant on Sunday and were disappointed by both the service and the quality of the food. We paid €108 for an appetizer, pizza, fish, beef fillet, dessert, and soft drinks. Throughout our visit, we felt neglected and had to repeatedly request attention from the waiter. The appetizer and pizza, which we thoroughly enjoyed, were particularly impressive. Unfortunately, neither the fish nor the beef fillet lived up to our expectations. When the waiter cleared the main course, she didn't respond to our diplomatic criticism of the dishes and forgot to offer us dessert or the menu. It took 10 minutes to receive the menu, and another 8 minutes to learn that the dessert we requested wasn't available. We then opted for tiramisu. Finally, we had to fight again for the opportunity to pay, and we wondered, is it normal when paying the bill of 108 euros that nothing is said about the waiting time or anything about the experience, as if everything had been perfectly normal?

Family vacation. Contacted on our way back from Nuremberg to Munich. Friendly staff. We had the first courses and pizza, which were really good, average prices, and generous portions. The homemade tiramisu was excellent, and the coffee was also excellent. Finally, some real Italian cuisine that doesn't pretend to be...

Excellent pizza, cooked perfectly in a stone oven. The waiters were very friendly. Clear information about allergens and intolerances was also provided. We stumbled upon it by chance, and are very glad we did.

We've eaten here many times. The pasta is always delicious, and the pizza and salads are always cooked to perfection. The staff are always very friendly. You can eat well here; the place isn't particularly big, but the quality is good. You can't really complain about anything.

There were six of us. The service was fast and friendly. The food was also served in a reasonable amount of time. The decor is what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant—a bit dated, but authentic. I had a Pizza Frutti di Mare. It was crispy and well-cooked, but I felt there wasn't enough topping. The other pizzas we ordered were okay. Our daughter had Spaghetti Mare. They were really great. Bottom line: The pizzeria isn't bad, but it's not an unforgettable experience either. Next time I eat here, I'd opt for the Spaghetti Mare if I wanted something with seafood.

A lovely restaurant! Lovingly decorated. The waiters are all very friendly, but the food truly took my breath away 😍 I had the Lasagna Al Forno with tomato and cheese sauce. The sauce was super creamy, and the lasagna with minced meat was incredibly delicious 🤤 My husband had a pizza with spicy salami. The pizza was finished with a light garlic oil, which tasted simply wonderful! The crust was so fluffy and perfectly baked. We have three more days in Munich and will be eating there again on our last evening 😊

Super tasty, super friendly, like a short trip to Italy

First of all, I absolutely recommend it! Systematic and friendly service, excellent food, and the lunch menus, in particular, are a dream. Whether it's pasta, pizza, or even the meat dishes, they're all highly recommended. We're regulars and will remain so, keep it up!

At "Passion for Italy," I tried the prosciutto pizza. I like the dough thicker and slightly blistered on the edges. The ham (pork) was rather shredded and too dry for my taste. The price of €10 is okay. The insalata mista (€6) was good, perhaps a bit too much and the peppers were arranged too large. The waitresses were generally friendly, but rather unaccommodating, and it also took an above-average amount of time (food, payment). The interior ambiance and the restrooms are a bit dated.

Coming back from our holiday in Italy, we decided to stop by for dinner. Minestrone soup and two very delicious pizzas. They tasted like Lake Garda. The rest of the service is Italian. I recommend it 😉

I came here by chance after an appointment was canceled. Wonderfully authentic atmosphere. The service was extremely quick and friendly, and the food was ready quickly. The Caprese alla Mozzarella was okay, but the Rigatoni was absolutely top notch. I had been craving a great plate of pasta for a while. I really got my money's worth here. Prosecco first, an espresso afterwards and fresh bread and olives were also served at the table. That's what you want! Absolute recommendation!

Look, I'm a simple woman. I find a place that serves me a carbonara that consistent and that good, and I'm coming back and bringing friends. And y'know what? None of those friends have had any complaints either! Simply the superior Italian restaurant in town, in my humble opinion.

Unfortunately the veal liver was very dry and dark. The vegetables were completely burnt. It's a shame that something like this is even served. After a tip-off, the court was renewed.

Even though we were just passing through, coming here was a real stroke of luck. We hadn't reserved a table, which was a mistake for a Saturday evening. But they still put us in the way. The service was quick, friendly and really Italian, great. As a starter, the three of us ordered a large mixed salad with tuna. Very tasty and the bread with it, a delight. Our main courses: A pizza de la casa, a calzone and spaghetti carbonara. Plus a bottle of seltzer and Lambrusco. It was simply a pleasure. My best calzone in a long time. We can only thank you for the lovely end to your holiday after a week in South Tyrol.

By chance we found the Rest. Passionata in Eching. Rarely have I eaten such good Italian food. The service was also very, very friendly. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here.

Authentic Italian cuisine with heart! My favorite Italian in the area! Whether you want to pick up or stay on site - this restaurant impresses across the board. I have rarely eaten such good pizza. The dough is perfect, the ingredients are fresh and of high quality, and the preparation is super quick. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly staff. You always feel welcome and in good hands. Conclusion: If you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine in a family atmosphere, you have come to the right place. An absolute must for all pizza lovers! 5 out of 5 stars!

Rating: 2/5 Unfortunately my visit to the pizzeria in Eching was disappointing. The Rigatoni Al Forno was loveless and a disaster in terms of taste. It felt as if they had simply poured sauce over pasta, thrown raw mushrooms, shredded ham and cheese on top and then baked the whole thing briefly. This was far from a delicious Al Forno dish! While all the other tables were served bread, our table had to do without it completely - that's just not possible! My friend's pizza was good, but unfortunately that doesn't save the miserable pasta experience. Very disappointing, I definitely expected more.

Premetto che a me piace mangiare le specialità del posto che visito. Comunque dopo una settimana in giro tra Austria e Germania le mie figlie mi chiedono di mangiare una pizza. Troviamo questa pizzeria ed entriamo. Subito ho percepito l aria di un locale italiano e non Italian like. Cristiana è tutto lo staff ti accolgono con sorrisi e affabilita' tipici dell accoglienza Italiana. Abbiamo preso 4 pizze e devo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla qualità delle stesse. Abbiamo preso anche dei dolci. Prezzi in linea con qualsiasi pizzeria Italiana. Per ospitalità, italianità, rapporto qualità/prezzo direi che l esperienza è assolutamente positiva. Consigliatissimo, bravi ragazzi!

I love this restaurant... from day one. Thank you Marco for introducing me to your warm chocolate cake and the always fresh daily menu. It should be emphasized that this restaurant has a stone oven and the pizza is also very tasty. But I also like the dishes from the daily menu!! Marco always has a recommendation and hasn't disappointed me yet. Sorry if someone's special request *understandably* cannot be fulfilled or if a mishap happens... then you complain on site. The Maestro has the opportunity to make it better... In this restaurant it tastes like Bella Italia. I even drag my Italian friends there... that's saying something :)

We ate there while passing through, pizzas are very good, good service, a real Italian!

Great service, but the best part was the very high quality food. We ate stuffed zucchini flowers, like from a star chef. You can taste the love from the chef, with lots of fresh, different ingredients. Main course and dessert were excellent. We'll definitely be back because it's still an insider tip with good prices!

There were four of us there. Very nice selection of dishes and implementation to the point. We all loved it, from the starters to the dessert. Service was very attentive and we felt very comfortable. I can't say much about the ambience, as we were able to sit outside, on the street, but it wasn't really a problem in the evening. We'd love to come back!

Man sollte Vorsichtig, bei Lieferungen von Nudelgerichten sein, nicht einmal der Boden der Abholaluschale war zu 3/4 bedeckt. Eine Sättigungsgefühl konnte leider bei einem Gericht für 12€, nicht einmal halbwegs erreicht werden.

We wanted to eat at the restaurant shortly before 7 p.m. last night. But unfortunately we were told that there were no tables available, even though there were at least four tables available outside and several tables inside. Some of the tables outside weren't even freshly set and there wasn't a 'reserved' sign to be seen. Surprised, we asked “No tables at all?” - “No, everything reserved!” This is the second time this has happened to us. The first time was about 2-3 years ago with my parents. It is clear to both my mom and me that we are Muslims. Both yesterday and then, it seemed very suspicious to me that we weren't even offered to wait for a free table, which is the case in many restaurants. We were simply brushed off. This behavior was also the reason why we had avoided the Italian for years. But I thought maybe it was just my imagination and we tried again yesterday. But this time I don't think my feeling is deceiving me: we were turned away because I can clearly be identified as a Muslim. Of course, I am aware that this is just a statement and cannot be proven in any way. But it's important to me that this is here. Because last time I didn't comment on it.

Since they changed the owner, the resturant is now my preferred one. Pizzas, very often, is even better than in italy!!! If you are in Eching, that is the restaurant where you wanna go...

The tomato sauce is not cooked, straight from the can. The garnish is almost non-existent. Neapolitan pizza with two anchovies and no olives!

I went to this Italian restaurant with my family last night and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. The staff are incredibly welcoming and always available, making us feel at home straight away. The pizza was simply delicious, with light, crispy dough and high-quality fresh ingredients. It was like being transported directly to Italy! I can only highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in Germany.

The service was very slow in our opinion. It took a relatively long time until we could order and the food came. The pasta dishes looked very good and were tasty. The pizza, on the other hand, not really. Mushrooms were too raw for my taste and the whole pizza didn't really taste much.

We celebrated our wedding on February 29th, 2024 at Passione Italiana with the immediate family. What can I say, our wishes were fulfilled to our complete satisfaction. Since we live in Sicily, we wanted to introduce our guests to Italian cuisine. It's all the better that the kitchen team has Sicilian roots and the chef prepared authentic Sicilian antipasti for us. The food was simply delicious and there was nothing to complain about. The location exudes Italian charm, great ambience and beautifully furnished. I would like to have the scooter out of the shop window. The service was taken over by the boss and we were simply looked after first class. We definitely recommend the Ristorante and thank you for the great day. Kind regards and see you next time.

An Italian oasis in the north of Munich. I had a quick late takeaway (baked pasta, mushroom tagliatelle and a large portion of delicious tiramisu). Generous portions and everything truly excellent, it is rare to find such good cuisine even in the Bel Paese. A menu to try with your eyes closed! Furthermore, the staff is very kind and really makes you feel at home. Absolutely worth trying, I would say it's a must if you're in Munich.

Proprio come in Italia! Essen sehr gut, Kellner sehr freundlich (und anscheinend echte Italiener), sehr gutes Olio Piccante! Und äußerst gute Musik, kein klassisches Italo-Gedudel sondern genau wie in Italien 🙂😘 digestivo aufs Haus, da kommt man gerne wieder. Auch einen Tisch ohne Reservierung bekommen, obwohl es sehr voll war. Preis-Leistung gut, allerdings etwas teurer.
