The food was really very good, a 9 out of 10. The place is very nice, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The service was also fine and friendly. However, what somewhat detracted from the experience were the restrooms. They were unfortunately far too dirty, the wastebaskets were overflowing, and there were bits of paper on the floor. It seemed as if they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Overall, a great restaurant with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere, but the restrooms definitely need to be cleaned more frequently.

This restaurant is no longer here. It's now the Wirtshaus Kussmühle. Just FYI.

Very tasty and high-quality food. We had the pizza and, on our next visit, meat and fish. Great!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is great. The rooms aren't particularly large, but they're very clean and have everything you need. There's a small refrigerator, but no kettle or coffee maker.

I'm only giving it one star because the benches aren't comfortable and are quite cramped. The food was very tasty. However, I found the price a bit high, at least for Würzburg. The burger was delicious, and I ordered sweet potato fries with it... the sweet potato fries were good, but I've had many, many better ones. Normally, I don't need sauce with sweet potato fries. This time, I did. For value for money, I'd only give it 4/5. The food was tasty enough to warrant 5 stars, though. If possible, I would have given it 4.5.

The Werdenfelserei offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and alpine charm. Anyone seeking a special stay in Garmisch will find the ideal address here. Highly recommended – we'll be back soon!

Excellent food, atmosphere, and friendliness. I love the Sucuk Menemen there. Every dish I've eaten there so far has been delicious.

Simply disgusting. Raw meat, a taste disaster. The worst dürüm ever. And we all know what comes next: stomach cramps. Ugh. Never again.

I was there a while ago. Since there were tables available all day in the online booking system, I didn't make a reservation. When I arrived, the restaurant was full. At other restaurants, you can rely on the online booking system, but apparently not here. It seems you're better off calling. When I was standing at the bar in the dining room, it took quite a while before anyone spoke to me. Mr. Hunger Senior, who was at the bar the whole time, apparently doesn't see it as his responsibility, nor does he consider it his duty to ensure that a guest is approached. A friendly welcome looks different. Strange. I ate venison, which was very tender and truly superb. The rest of the dish, unfortunately, paled in comparison and was nothing special. The dish relied solely on the venison. I expect more from a restaurant with a Bib Gourmand.

Excellent Franconian cuisine. Every dish was top-notch – from the Schäufele (pork shoulder) to the Zwiebelrostbraten (roast beef with onions). The attentive service staff perfectly rounded off a lovely evening. We'd gladly return.

I ordered two gluten-free pizzas to go for the first time. Various special requests were fulfilled without any problems. I've tried many gluten-free pizzas in southern Germany. None come close to this one! Thank you so much!! I'm so happy to have found such an excellent gluten-free pizza!!! (Unfortunately, I couldn't take a photo because I practically inhaled the pizza!)

The food was delicious, but my spaghetti had little bugs on it. The glasses were dirty.
