I ordered two gluten-free pizzas to go for the first time. Various special requests were fulfilled without any problems. I've tried many gluten-free pizzas in southern Germany. None come close to this one! Thank you so much!! I'm so happy to have found such an excellent gluten-free pizza!!! (Unfortunately, I couldn't take a photo because I practically inhaled the pizza!)

Outstanding experience at Ishihara – highly recommended
We dined at Ishihara on Schottengasse in Nuremberg and wholeheartedly recommend it. The service was consistently attentive, professional, and friendly – you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The restaurant's atmosphere is pleasant and stylish without feeling cluttered.
The quality of the food impressed us in every respect: fresh ingredients, skillful preparation, and a flavor that authentically conveys classic Japanese cuisine. The presentation of the dishes deserves special mention, as it is both aesthetically pleasing and delicious.
The value for money is also excellent. Overall, a very positive experience that we gladly rate with five stars and highly recommend.
I was offert a falafel to test even befor I ordered. Very friendly staff
I had a falafel wrap, the falafel where perfect, but the sauce was a little salty.
Price is very fair.
All in all a recommendation
I ordered a pizza with extra olives via Lieferando (1€ extra). What I received was a pizza with a fried egg. The part of the pizza without the egg was really tasty.
I think the Vitello Tonnato is too expensive at 17€, considering there was hardly any sauce on it.
The Calzone pizza was very full but had hardly any tomato sauce.
The duck dishes are divine. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. You can really order anything here; no matter what you choose, the ingredients and seasoning are perfect. The mixed dessert platter is heavenly!
Ordered lunch with colleagues today... Unfortunately, that was the last time... They delivered lasagna instead of Bolognese; and without the promotional price, too.
The portions are actually for people who aren't hungry!!
Sorry, that's unacceptable!
A small, very cozy inn with so much charm!
Even upon entering, you're greeted by the crackling fireplace in the dining room – simply homey and a real haven.
The menu offers a hearty selection that leaves nothing to be desired, and the food was consistently delicious. Traditional, lovingly prepared, and truly tasty!
We would especially like to commend the incredibly friendly server – attentive, warm, and simply delightful. You immediately feel welcome.
Parking is available directly on the street in front of the inn, so getting there is also stress-free.
A place to relax and enjoy – we'll definitely be back!
We managed to snag a table without a reservation. The service was very friendly and entertaining. The beer and food were absolutely delicious... even though they don't like to hear "delicious" used there... 🤣
