The food was fine. It was very very slow, however. They apologized, but clearly something is not working correctly with this place.

The place is ok, they have lots of options and the food is ok too. Nothing special, but not bad either. However, what is really bad is the service. I was unlucky enough to have a waitress who clearly had no desire to do her job and was incredibly rude from the start. Honestly, if you're in the mood for a burger, just a few meters away there's Ruff Burger and their service is absolutely great. Maybe this lady could learn a lesson, or the restaurant should be more selective about who they use as wait staff. I will never go there again.

The place is cute and the food other people had looked pretty decent. HOWEVER, we ordered our food and then proceeded to wait 45mins for just our drinks. It was a busy Sunday, and we were all enjoying catching up, so the time went by fast. But then, after an hour and a half of waiting for our food, and watching people around us get a complimentary dessert due to the wait, we decided to pay for the drinks and leave. Such a disappointing restaurant.

We came with a good mood and left with a bad one. We received a very unfriendly welcome and had to wait an hour for the coffee and even longer for the food. Had to hear the boss yelling at his staff, which wasn't a nice experience. We were offered a table for 2 for 4 people. Only after asking vehemently did we get a table for four. When we asked where our food was, we were turned away in a very unfriendly manner. Addendum: I now understand where the “good” ratings come from. The reviews that do not suit the owner will be deleted.

First we waited an hour for the table, then an hour for the drinks, not to mention the wait to eat. I've never been treated so incredibly unkindly in my life, especially the boss was bad and really annoyed us and gave us a table for two for the four of us, so hey, what's the provocation? If the store were bankrupt it would probably be the best for everyone (the poor staff with the boss and for the guests). I worked in the catering industry myself and know that it can be stressful, but like that? Never again Edit: I was asked to change the recession or I would have to fear legal consequences, so the good reviews make everything clear.

Great location, perfect for ending the evening after a long day of assembly. The staff is super friendly, accommodating and funny, the Giant Whim Rushka Burger is an absolute recommendation (+bacon!) There are good drinks, top recommendation and not my last visit to the local 🙏🏻

This place is a gem! We sat outside (there's plenty of outside sitting) and as it got dark, colorful strings of lights created a magical atmosphere. The menu surprised me with its healthy options – there was a delicious bunless veggie burger loaded with fresh veggies, but I went with a halloumi bowl with a perfect balance of flavors (though a few more halloumi pieces wouldn't hurt!). They even serve beer in adorable mugs. Bonus points for the English-speaking staff. The kitchen was still open at 10pm. Highly recommend!

Nice entry dates with very nice employees. However, I don't think there's too much choice for food. Therefore only four stars for the food. Everything else is for us. I ate new food there and it was good.

It's actually a great shop with good food and nice service. Unfortunately, the boss is very unfriendly, runs around the store like a scared chicken and forces the guests to order something to eat so that he can generate more sales, even though they just want to drink something. The boss is the reason why I will no longer visit the store and would not advise anyone to do so. What a shame actually!

Small spontaneous breakfast at Munchen72 and it turned out to be very pleasant. We tried the banana pancakes, which were fluffy and delicious. What was great is that we could order directly from a QR code and didn't have to wait for a waiter and the food was served very quickly by a super friendly person ☺️

We had reserved a table for 8 people for the football game between Germany and Hungary last Wednesday. The game started at 6:00 p.m. and when we made the reservation we were told that we should be there from 4:00 p.m. because a lot of guests were expected. We got there promptly at 4 p.m., but it took a full hour before we finally got a table. When we finally wanted to order our drinks, we were told by the boss that we had to leave at 6:00 p.m. because all the seats were reserved. That was an absolute disgrace! To make matters worse, the table assigned to us was in the blazing sun. Despite repeated requests, we didn't get a parasol, which made the stay even more unpleasant. All our discussions and complaints were ignored, the service was rude and unprofessional. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed and poorly organized. This experience ruined my evening and I will certainly never visit this restaurant again. Absolutely disappointing!

What can I say? Rarely have I seen/experienced something as unfriendly and disorganized as yesterday. Reserved for 4 p.m. with the condition “please before one Screen because we want to watch the game”. Reservation was accepted AND CONFIRMED (with the knowledge - we want to watch the game). Arriving on site at 4 p.m. on time, we were put off for 45 minutes with the message that we had to wait for “Tom or Thommy” from our boss. Shortly before 5 p.m. (almost 60 minutes after we sat around stupidly in the blazing sun, without a drink and without saying anything) we were brought to a table. After we had placed our drink order shortly after 5 p.m. (with the really nice and attentive waitress), the extremely unfriendly, seemingly overwhelmed boss came and told us that the table would be reserved elsewhere from 6 p.m. This would have been EXPLICITLY communicated in an email. Yes, it says that a replacement is possible after 2 hours. The question is: why do I accept a reservation that is expressly and exclusively for the game and then confirm it when the table has apparently already been reserved for someone else the whole time? And the next question is: If we reserve a table at 4 p.m., why was it not feasible for “München72” to serve us in that one hour and instead leave us standing in the sun without comment. We were a group of 8 people and were all shocked by this rude and incompetent customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

Good food but expensive. The food came faster and the service was good. People were also very nice. We ordered the cheese platter and olympia eier. But the quantity wasn't enough for the amount they charged for cheese platter (17,20€). Overrall it was good.

We are very happy to have decided to plunk ourselves down here for what turned out to be a very delicious dinner. The people working here are super nice and friendly as well as the people who frequent this lovely establishment. Thank you. I will be back.

We had a cozy dinner at München72 and quickly decided on the “Allgäuer Kasspatzen”. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed with it. At times we wondered whether there was any cheese on the spaetzle and the spaetzle itself wasn't particularly tasty either. But the price was even more “intensive”. Especially as a native of the Allgäu, you naturally expect more. But the service was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice too. Maybe there are dishes that are better at München72 😉

My family and I visited this restaurant hoping to enjoy a relaxing Sunday breakfast - unfortunately however, greeted with more attitude than necessary from the unfriendly staff. We had reserved a table and arrived late, totally understand if we were then not able to obtain a table on a busy Sunday morning. We were lucky to see that there were still many tables available outside, but instead of the waiter simply indicating that we can take a free table that is readily available waiving our lateness - the waiter made a point to say that we are late and that we are blocked from reserving a table. I had to reiterate and ask again whether we can take a free table to which the waiter agreed with displeasure. I understand the process, but we are also customers that can gladly take business somewhere else - and found this attitude completely unnecessary leaving an unwelcoming feeling. Food was alright, nothing special - decoration and atmosphere could certainly be improved. Another point is that it is not environmentally friendly, every person has their own paper menu to fill out to provide the waiter with their choices - also completely unnecessary, one per table would be better if at all. I will not be returning!

The Munich 72 immediately caught the eye because of the cozy, nostalgic location reminiscent of the 90s, with colorful flag garlands and absolutely friendly and creative decoration. The service staff was very friendly and humorous. We got a place straight away. The food was indescribably delicious and I have never experienced this dish tastier. Was it the good meat or the way it was made or both, I don't know. In any case, both the main course and the side dish were incredibly authentic and tasty. We spontaneously went there for dinner in the evening and were immediately impressed by the decoration and the ambience. Well designed and something different. The food was absolutely unbeatable. We ordered Wiener Schnitzel with fries and potato salad and didn't expect something so good. We actually come from near Austria and are schnitzel connoisseurs but such a good schnitzel is very rare. We can only recommend it to everyone and are absolutely thrilled. Service also top👍

Overall a good visit, I found the store via NeoTaste. Cheese spaetzle is good, yeast dumplings are really strong and tasty! The blonde, slim waiter was super nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the other gentleman, presumably the owner or manager, had a different opinion about how NeoTaste worked, which ruined the vibe a bit. I then made a mistake and still paid basically the same amount as if I hadn't used the NeoTaste voucher. Maybe I'm expecting too much from people here, but I would have appreciated a hint or at least a bigger thank you in response. Afterwards, when I followed up, there was no service- and customer-oriented response. A pity!

We found the atmosphere pleasant and our server was excellent. They were very knowledgeable about the wine selection and extremely friendly. Since we arrived right when it opened, it wasn't too busy, but we were very happy with the speed and quality of service.

went to the crime scene to look. It was also nice weather, completely full inside and out. Unfortunately there were only 2 people available for the service. Accordingly overloaded but very hard working (the fault is more likely to be found in the management). The drinks behind the bar were prepared very leisurely. The whole thing ended in a bit of chaos after the boss had to step in. In addition to the crime scene, there was now almost a second crime scene in the kitchen, which made the situation escalate and guests noticed everything. Pretty unprofessional and unfortunately the experience was marred by it. Otherwise it was quite tasty. I hope it gets better...*edit* In the end, it doesn't matter to me why it escalated so much, I and my companion just found it extremely unpleasant. I don't want to imply anything here, but a sorry and some insight don't seem to come easily either... thanks anyway for the answer

It used to be one of the nicest and cheapest places. Unfortunately the atmosphere no longer exists. I'm surprised how a once great restaurant can go down in half a year.

It's a shame...the drink was enjoyable, but unfortunately the communication leaves a lot to be desired. I didn't know that you can only drink in very specific designated places in front of the restaurant. My fault! But then being a host and being super snotty and snapping at you is just not a good thing to do.

The combination of food and service is a clear A. The ambience is fabulous.

We found this place somewhat by accident but it exceeded all expectations. The service is incredibly friendly, food is delicious and in generous portions. The atmosphere both inside and outside is unique. Especially the old school desks and the candleholders inside create a really warm feeling. They also serve man vs machine coffee, which is a plus.

Actually a great location, set up in the spirit of the Olympiad72. Old school sports inventory, fan articles from 1972. Food isn't wrong either and the atmosphere seems good too. There were three of us and we ate a little something. It's completely okay to mess up an order and I don't think it's a bad thing. It was nice that we were offered a piece of cake for the long wait. But what is absolutely NOT possible: - Accusing colleagues in front of guests -react snotty -wanting to give out incorrectly booked items as a “voucher” and not refund the money What's happened: One schnitzel was overcharged and the waiter wanted to pass on his mistake to his colleagues. “I never make mistakes,” was his answer and is simply an absolute NO-GO. Not like that, friend!

Food that comes after 1.5 hours at the earliest... so it's better to eat something beforehand and then come here... Addendum: The restaurant's lawyer then wrote to this review that the review was wrong because we had never been there. However, I was able to refute this using calculations. There are pictures and witnesses too! What behavior!

Unser Kellner, der wohl auch der Besitzer des Geschäftes ist, ist absolut nicht für diesen Job gemacht. Er war äußerst gereizt und übellaunig, ohne dass ersichtlich war, weshalb. Auf mehrmalige Versuche, zu bestellen oder die Rechnung zu bekommen, hat er nicht reagiert, und als ich ihn dann etwas lauter angesprochen habe, hat er mich regelrecht angefahren. Mein Trinkgeld, das ich ihm letzte Zeit allem noch gegeben habe, hat er sehr gerne entgegengenommen, mich im Gegenzug aber als Großkotz beschimpft. Schlicht unfassbar… solche Läden braucht wirklich kein Mensch!

Mitte 50, ziemlich kleines Ego die Maus - war sehr herablassend - haben den Laden direkt verlassen und sind ins Café Tabula Rasa - sehr empfehlenswert
