We were here for Sunday brunch. The weather was so nice that we could sit outside, and we loved the ambiance and the decor. The brunch buffet left nothing to be desired. It truly had EVERYTHING your heart could desire. From fish to Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancakes) to hot dishes, everything was there. There was even a juice bar, as well as coffee machines with oat, cow's milk, and even lactose-free milk. They've truly thought of everything here! Highly recommended!

We booked a short break at the Werdenfelserei on a whim, and what can I say? It was wonderful, harmonious, and I can only recommend it! You arrive and immediately feel at home. From the wonderful ambiance and the very friendly service to the fantastic spa area with the warm rooftop pool. The extensive lunch and breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, with something for everyone. You can also feel the attention to detail in every corner of the hotel. We definitely recommend it wholeheartedly, and we will definitely be back. Kudos to the Erhardt family and their team.

A hotel like no other. The rooms are very tastefully and simply furnished. You immediately feel at home. We particularly liked the spa area and the outstanding breakfast. I have never enjoyed such a balanced breakfast buffet in any hotel. There really is something for everyone, and allergy sufferers are also catered for. Truly top-notch. The spa area up on the roof is also an absolute dream, with a pool and a view of the mountains. You're sure to find a quiet corner to relax here. All in all, it's absolutely worth the price!

I was assured over the phone that it would be possible to have a quiet hen party there (without alcohol, etc.). So I set up a date with the group of 10 people, collected the money, and wanted to book. It wasn't on the website, and then over the phone, they changed their minds and said that hen parties weren't allowed after all. Very annoying for the planning and the unnecessary hassle I now have. A bit of a lack of goodwill, but okay... Perhaps better communication in the future would be nice. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the rooms or hygiene since we're not allowed to go there.

Actually, I don't really feel like joining in the praises of other reviewers :-). Everything has really been said... But hey, what must be said, must be said! We had a wonderful time at the Werdenfelserei. And we're actually still a little sad that we had to leave. For a full eight days, we were able to enjoy the excellent service (ALL staff were very friendly and accommodating), the great room with a view of the park and the mountains, the truly beautiful spa area (34-degree infinity pool with a view of the train-powered fire engine), and the more than delicious breakfast. You'd have to look very hard to find a point of criticism. On two evenings, the chronological order of the drinks and food serving was a bit odd. The presecco order took 15 minutes longer than the wine order, and my starter arrived before my wife had already finished her main course. Anyway, it happens. Ultimately, the food speaks for itself so much that any criticism would seem somewhat petty. And here's a tip for anyone interested: If you can, book at least 7 days. Because then you can expect some great extras. For example, a free so-called "hat meal." Something new for us as northern Germans. NO, you didn't have to wear a pointed hat to eat :-). Prepare to be surprised. We were surprised and were very impressed. Culinary but also entertainment-wise. Little spoiler: At the hat meal, you get several dips and sauces as a side dish, all homemade!! No frozen or convenience food or anything like that. And sorry, Mom, the homemade hollandaise sauce in the hotel was absolutely amazing. I hate to say it, but you've been dethroned ;-). And one more thing... YES, the hotel isn't exactly cheap. BUT, it's REALLY worth every euro. And when you consider that in other hotels, for example, you pay up to 17 euros per day to park your car, while the Werdenfelserei's garage is free, the total price is already somewhat put into perspective ;-). Oh nonsense, the price is actually relative in so many ways, there's no need to justify the room prices at all. We looked for accommodation for a long time and, in retrospect, are glad we didn't choose one of the other three options. The combination of cozy, rustic Bavarian style (without having to endure carpet in the rooms :-)), modern, the food, the location, the people, the spa area... The Werdenfelserei feels completely unrivaled in Garmisch, despite the large number of hotels. Dear Werdenfelserei, it was a celebration for us! We've only been back in Hamburg for a day and we're already suffering from withdrawal symptoms. What, no more Kaiserschmarrn in the morning from now on??? No more really crispy bacon, no more delicious almond spelt bread, no more green or orange smoothies, and no more cute mini meatloaf with sweet mustard? What a cheek! We'll be back and thank the entire team for their wonderful hospitality. Much love from Hamburg!

This hotel is simply perfect. The rooms are tastefully furnished, high-quality, and in keeping with the surroundings. The breakfast and lunch buffets are more varied and delicious than I've rarely experienced in a hotel. I didn't try the restaurant in the evening. The spa leaves nothing to be desired. The relaxation rooms and the large terrace with a view of the Zugspitze massif are particularly wonderful. Every single member of staff was friendly, polite, and professional. There is a wide and interesting selection of wellness treatments. I had two massages, both of which were excellent. I also participated in several sports classes, which are free for hotel guests and highly recommended. The surrounding area offers so many recreational opportunities that you could easily spend an entire week here. For example, I rented an e-bike from the hotel to ride to Lake Eibsee. Small requests and inquiries at reception were immediately fulfilled. I will definitely be back.

An absolute dream! I've rarely felt as comfortable as I did in this hotel. Attention to detail, fantastic service in all areas, excellent food, and a beautiful spa area. This hotel is worth every penny and truly exceptional. An absolute oasis of well-being!

We were very impressed; it was very quiet and not much going on. You can enjoy the peace and quiet there. Relax. It was beautiful.

We've been coming here for years but the service here too is lacking, except in the kitchen.

We were here over Easter for a short wellness stay and what can I say - it was fantastic! The hotel is a wonderful place to relax, the service in all areas is top notch and the restaurant is second to none. We were guests here every evening because we had two days of rain due to the weather and didn't want to go out to eat in the evening - hence a few pictures of our culinary experiences. We chose a different dish every evening and they were all very tasty. We would love to come back and are already looking forward to it 🥂

We booked the hotel for one night as a short wellness trip at the end of March. It was a dream. Check-in was super quick, easy and friendly. We then had to wait a bit until the rooms were ready, but the time passed quickly since we were from the "Marenn" (small lunch buffet) were well looked after. Then we spent a wonderful afternoon in the spa area with organic sauna, steam bath and pool. We didn't manage to use the infrared loungers and the other sauna, time for dinner :-). The relaxation area is very attractive with a log fire, calm music and a relaxed atmosphere. The service and food in the restaurant in the evening was also very, very nice and accommodating. Definitely highly recommended. Thank you for the great stay.

Today we went to the day spa at Werdenfelserei. Everything went great. Nice saunas for a hotel. Great pool in the sun :) “Marende” is great and has something for everyone. Relaxation rooms are very nicely designed.

Arrive and be amazed. We haven't stayed at such a great hotel in a long time. Everything is just perfect here. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is amazing, and the spa area is simply wow.

A really great upscale hotel. Certainly not cheap, but it also offers a lot. We have stayed in many hotels, including better ones, and you can say that the breakfast here was the best ever. The selection, freshness and regionality particularly stand out. You have the opportunity to squeeze fresh juices and white sausages are also on the menu. Dinner was good, but there is still potential in terms of service. We had to change places for safety reasons, which is completely understandable, which was a shame, I had to move my drinks and bottles back and forth on my own. Here, in a hotel in this price range, I would have expected that this would be regulated by the service. The sauna area is very comfortable. An outdoor sauna and a whirlpool would be great. If we want to treat ourselves to something again, we'll definitely come by again. Keep it up.

A beautifully designed hotel with great views, great rooms and very, very good cuisine. Unfortunately, and hence the deduction of stars, the staff was very condescending and not very service-oriented. Which is simply not allowed in this category of hotel and price range of our room.

After an exciting day on the Zugspitze, we were in the wonderful Werdenfelserei. As a hotelier myself, I was particularly interested in the concept of this boutique hotel. What can I say: Great - everything was really right for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Special mention should be made of the great breakfast experience and the unique service.

A great experience in a very accommodating, chic and cozy boutique hotel. Among other things, we went skiing in Garnisch. The hotel offers everything to enjoy and relax. You would never have to leave it. We'll be back. In summer it is definitely a great place to relax and discover the mountains in a different season. We are looking forward to it! We stayed at the Werdenfelserei in October. My wife had specialist medical treatment in Switzerland and our 3night stay was on our way home. We loved the hotel and our stay. The weather was 'cool' but good. The timber hotel in keeping with the location. There was plenty to do in Garmish and Zugspritze is a worthwhile trip not too far from the hotel via train. We ate at the hotel a lot, more than we usually do , I think because the food was good and the staff so great. Lunch was provided. The atmosphere is a cosy chalet vibe. 'Homey' casual. There is an adjoining park for walks. Town is a 5min walk. The pool on the rooftop relaxing. Overall a very relaxing stay. Thus is a great experience! Would we stay again .... absolutely YES !

This hotel truly means vacation, vacation for the soul and being free from worries. It offers a wonderful atmosphere that defines both the decor; but especially created by the friendly staff. We have been coming to Werdenfelserei as often as we can since 2020. All the staff seem incredibly friendly and live by this friendliness. Unfortunately, I can't name all the employees I spoke to and highlight them all because they are all totally welcoming in their own unique way. They manage to create an atmosphere like being in your own living room, so that coming on vacation always feels like coming home. But that's something; That I can't even describe, you have to experience it yourself. So let's get to the facts: The rooms are beautifully furnished and always clean. I'm a bit of a mimosa most of the time, but I really can't find anything to complain about here in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection, even in my diet I unfortunately already eat 3000 calories there because everything is so delicious. Also very friendly for vegans. There is also a large selection of “snacks” for lunch, which will leave you more than satisfied. The restaurant is also incredibly delicious and vegan options are also offered here. The wellness options are wonderful. You can look out over the beautiful park in the sauna, in the steam bath or on infrared loungers. The relaxation area really invites you to fall asleep and my highlight is the pool. An outdoor pool with a view of the Zugspitze and an integrated lounger with whirlpool function are my personal highlight. The massages are also great. I had mine with Peter. All I can say is that afterwards I felt 10 years younger again, like 12... young and fresh 😁 From there you can start great hikes and the Eibsee is not far away by car. You can just go shopping in the city or hike into the mountains on the other side. The location is also great. Lest you think I was paid for this review; Because I've only been bragging about it with enthusiasm so far, there is only one small point that isn't perfect for me personally: There is an underground car park, but I personally find it quite narrow. Nevertheless, I always managed everything in one piece. However, the people here are so friendly that if I were to despair, I am sure that if I asked, I would get support here too. So far, solutions have always been found for everything and I have rarely experienced such an attentive hotel. Thank you very much for that and we'll be happy to come back again and again.

Top hotel in Garmisch, located directly on the Loisach and in the center of Garmisch. The hotel is modern and comfortably furnished. Rooms are spacious and super clean. The balcony at the back offers a beautiful view of the quiet spa gardens. The staff is friendly and accommodating. You can easily park your car in the hotel's own underground car park. My highlight was the spa area. Very clean, very cozy, lots of places to rest and a fantastic view of the Zugspitze. Very impressive. There is a large rooftop pool, a steam room and two saunas. A lot of wood was used in the spa area. And that from absolute professionals!! An absolute dream; these perfectly crafted details. Not cheap in terms of price, but just justified. Everything is great. Gladly again.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel for the second time over New Year's Eve. Everything is just right here. The location is perfect, the rooms and service leave nothing to be desired. The restaurant is great, we'll be back, next time in the summer.

A very nice hotel just a 5-minute walk from the Garmisch shopping street. Great, natural design, cozy rooms and wood as the preferred building material everywhere. The spa area invites you to linger with various saunas, very comfortable relaxation areas and a heated outdoor area. Yoga and gymnastics classes were free. The bartenders know their business. There is a ski rental in the underground car park, and of course there is also a ski cellar.

Beautiful hotel. We were guests for a week and had our dog with us. We were greeted very friendly with a glass of champagne and a small snack. Our room was clean and had excellent toiletries for us. There was a comfortable bed, a bowl and a blanket for our dog. This made me happy because I had already been to other hotels in the same price range where dogs were allowed but there was no bed for them. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had everything your heart could desire. I looked forward to breakfast every day. The spa area is beautifully designed, we used it every day. A highlight in the evening was the “Hutessen”. We could grill our meat on a “hat” and were served various side dishes. It's a shame it's over again.

I have to share my story despite not being a guest at the hotel. My wife and I last month were doing a morning walk we saw the building we liked it and we went inside to have coffee and see the place in case we wanted to visit in the future. After the coffee we went back to where we were staying. I realized that I lost my wallet which had my ID two credit cards and around £800 worth of cash. I went back to the hotel lobby looking for the person who served us. Dorina came out running to me handing over my wallet with a if smile. I thanked her personally and I am sharing this story because she deserves all the recognition for being service oriented as well as ethical at the same time. My wife and I will go back to this place and will stay there indeed and it is because of Dorina. I attached her name tag as I took this photo so I recognize her to the public. Thank you to the hotel management and looking forward to my next visit to Garmisch.

We were super satisfied, very modern and cozy hotel, rooms were very nice, good beds. The breakfast and brunch buffet was outstanding. Delicious, regional dishes, oat milk coffee alternatives and also many vegan products. The spa area is a highlight and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We have nothing to complain about and would be happy to come back at any time.

We stayed at Werdenfelserei for one night and immediately wished we had stayed longer! The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern amenities and cozy charm, making it a wonderful retreat. Our room was thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. The beautiful balcony offered serene views, and the bathroom was exceptional, featuring a shower, standing tub, and multiple sinks with ample counter space — blending luxury with practicality. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning—a highlight of our stay—with breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of Garmisch. The cocktails were fantastic, and we loved unwinding with a drink after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was *absolutely* incredible, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start the day.

Really beautiful hotel with super service. Spent Christmas 2024 here and only regret was we didn't stay for New Year. Christmas Eve dinner was really special. All the staff were attentive from the reception, restaurant to the cleaning staff. The hotel is close to the town and local amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The snow arrived just in time for Christmas and so we had a special view from our room.(See below)

At the day spa on the weekend you pay €92. In return you get two saunas, a steam bath and a small outdoor pool. A fancy Marenn is served at lunchtime. This cannot be deselected either. Despite prior reservations, the spa area can get quite crowded on weekends.

We spent the Christmas holidays in the Werdenfelserei. What can I say, excellent service, fantastic food and a very nice atmosphere. The employees identify with “their house” and this is noticeable in many little things. We look forward to our next stay.

I already booked a table for 6 people for December 24th in November. reserved at 12:30 p.m. Since this is a special day, I'll be there on December 21st. personally went by to confirm the reservation. On this occasion I also asked what was for dinner. It was confirmed to me here that there was both a small lunch buffet and a small lunch menu. On December 24th At 12:00 p.m. I received a call saying: Today there are only sausages and potato salad. That was decided a week ago. It is simply an outrage! On the day itself, just call 30 minutes before making the reservation and let them know. If it had already been known, they could have told me three days in advance on site. In this case I might have been able to find an alternative. But 30 minutes before!

We spent 4 days in Werdenfelserei and were more than thrilled! You immediately feel comfortable. The ambience is a dream and there is simply nothing missing. With great attention to detail you will be surprised in every corner. It was our first time in Werdenfelserei and we can say it was one of the best hotels we've ever been to! The breakfast was just great, lots of homemade spreads and jams as well as thousands of types of homemade bread - you really have a very large and special selection. The dinner was also super delicious, there is even a smaller, nice selection of great dishes for vegetarians. The hotel has a charming family atmosphere, very cozy with lots of wood but also modern at the same time. The large suite with fireplace, private sauna and hotpot is very special - with a great view. The wellness area is also very nicely designed, we always found a nice spot, the pool is well heated and it wasn't overcrowded. From there you also have a breathtaking view of the Zugspitze. The location for us was also great - you can walk into the city within 5-10 minutes for a stroll and by car in 15 minutes you can reach the Eibsee on the Zugspitze. All in all, we didn't miss anything, you can see the attention to detail that goes into this - we felt very comfortable and would love to come back! :-)

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, the buffet for breakfast/brunch was very rich and tasty. The breakfast table was kindly decorated a bit for my husband's birthday.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Werdenfelserei. The hotel is beautiful, the team is excellent in dealing with the guests. No question remained unanswered, no wishes remained unfulfilled. The breakfast is probably one of the best I have seen and enjoyed in a hotel. The area is great for long walks or hiking, and if you want, you can quickly reach the town center on foot. You should definitely plan one or, better yet, several visits to the restaurant. The selection and quality of food and wine is excellent and there is something for everyone. Eating a hat is a special experience. Since we're not great spa goers, I don't have much to compare it to, but we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna. Thanks to the entire Werdenfelserei team for a particularly relaxing holiday.

A very nice hotel with well-equipped rooms. The breakfast buffet is extensive and everyone will find something at Marenn. The staff at reception could be a bit friendlier, the service at breakfast was very friendly. One day the relaxation area in the spa was completely full, which was a bit of a shame. The pool is only suitable for swimming to a limited extent as you can quickly get in each other's way.

We only booked a day spa, but the wellness area was great. Otherwise the hotel made a great impression.

A beautiful and quiet boutique hotel, close to the center and opening onto the Khalifa Garden. The buffet has a varied and beautiful breakfast and lunch and the service is excellent. The price is a little high. They have their own parking.

Easily our favorite hotel of all time

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location for our wedding reception! The employees were always very friendly, attentive and always helpful. The planning of our celebration also went smoothly and we felt extremely looked after at all times. A highlight was definitely the kitchen, which conjured up superlative vegan and vegetarian menus for us and our wedding guests. The dishes are characterized by a lot of creativity, attention to detail and special ingredients. We have rarely experienced such excellent cuisine, especially vegan and vegetarian dishes! Other highlights were the spa area, which we booked exclusively for two evenings, and our chalet suite. With a fireplace, a private sauna and a great view over the mountains, we were able to really enjoy the days after our wedding. We look forward to coming back soon and can only warmly recommend Werdenfelserei!

Gorgeous property in a great location. The suite was incredible and spacious, and we loved our time on the rooftop pool. Visited in October, so can only imagine how amazing the property and area is during ski season or summer.

Sunday brunch in a central, very quiet hotel with a "green" terrace right next to a park with a stream. Large, approx. 20m long brunch counter with a wide selection. Lots of excellent types of bread and rolls. 3 small, very good warm dishes to choose from. 6 pressed juices, additional fresh juicer, sparkling wine included. Fresh scrambled eggs, omelet, Weiswürschd, meat loaf and small pretzels, obligatory small bratwursts etc., good (hotel) Kaiserschmarrn. Coffee machine, various types of tea, approx. 10 cereals/flakes and 3 different types of milk to choose from including nuts and dried fruit. Approx. 10 types of cheese, pieces of smoked trout and smoked salmon. Selection of sausages is manageable, mostly simple and local, good cottage bacon. Sausage specialties such as B. Serrano or Parma ham, mortadella or original. Hungarian salami is missing (unfortunately). Various rather indefinable and bland spreads. Sliced ​​peppers, cucumber and tomatoes. Various small, good pieces of cake, sweet croissants, around 10 different open jams and honey. Overall, beautifully presented including detailed instructions from the well-trained, always friendly staff. Nice atmosphere inside and on the cozy terrace. Priced at the Munich level and therefore a bit too high. Good parking space in the immediate vicinity.

Extraordinary, that probably sums it up best. Great ambience, great location, great rooms and very nice staff. What is different than anywhere else? As can perhaps only be the case in a family-run hotel, everything seems to be taken care of personally. Examples: the kettle in the room is great, the doors are of high quality, there is a special tap with spring water for tea in the room, the bread is homemade, the evening kitchen is exceptional...and much more.

It's been a few months since we stayed at the hotel, but it was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The welcome was warm with drink and cookies in winter; the rooms and the entire hotel lovingly furnished; the SPA area is very well maintained and cozy with a fireplace and a rooftop pool (which, however, can be a little warmer in winter). The best thing, however, was the breakfast - there were high-quality products and very tasty little things as well as freshly squeezed juices. The price is of course quite high, but for us it was definitely worth it and we would be happy to come again!

We weren't hotel guests. We live in Garmisch and celebrated my wife's birthday in the restaurant with our son and daughter-in-law. First. It wasn't just good, it was very good. It was a total experience. We were here years ago. But neither impressed by the service nor the food. Now we decided to stop by again. And that was a good decision. An absolutely good meal, very well coordinated. A wonderful table on the terrace. And above all, great service from the welcome to the bill. Mr. Störmer accompanied us through the evening in an incredibly friendly manner. Always keeping an eye on us, always having a nice chat, but he never forgot other guests. A truly beautiful hotel with an exceptional ambience and very good service. The food and breakfast - very good. The wellness area and pool are incredibly beautiful and well-kept, perfect for relaxing with a view of the Zugspitze. The location of the hotel is a good starting point for excursions. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. A recommendation!

Romantic boutique hotel with very good service, friendly staff and great cuisine. And we really enjoyed it and we'll definitely be back. The hotel has a large underground car park where electric cars can also be charged.

There are hardly any more superlatives to describe this hideaway. We were able to spend 4 days in the Werdenfelserei, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Starting with the fantastically beautiful location next to the park, through the incredibly detailed furnishings, right through to the staff and the catering - an all-round successful hotel with which there is actually nothing to complain about. From the terrace there is even direct access via a small bridge to the beautiful park. The chairs on the terrace are covered in sheepskin, which makes sitting extremely comfortable. As frequent travelers, this is one of the very few locations where we are sure: we will be back!

Very good spa hotel with very good service

The Werdenfelserei is certainly one of the best hotels in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, if not the best. The rooms and the hotel as a whole are very comfortable and furnished with attention to detail. You always have the feeling that a clear vision has been implemented with a lot of dedication at Werdenfelserei. The spa area is relatively small, but completely sufficient for relaxation and there are more than enough loungers and spacious sofa beds. The breakfast is also very generous, there are various types of fresh bread and small specialties such as honey straight from the honeycomb. Unfortunately, the supply of fresh fruit was very limited, which we actually missed a bit. The hotel bar is also highly recommended and is run by extremely friendly staff. Overall, we would say that Werdenfelserei can be recommended without reservation despite the comparatively high price and is definitely worth the price.

Absolutely loved it! We only stayed one night but we will come back for sure. Breakfast was amazing, spa area felt premium and the dinner was a great experience.

We weren't hotel guests - we came specifically for brunch on Sunday and unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. It was an average good breakfast - no highlights. Cappucino doesn't come from a portafilter machine but from a vending machine - Kaiserschmarrn is not freshly prepared but has been left in a pan for a long time - ours was barely lukewarm and certainly not fluffy. No selection of desserts - no buffet with warm dishes You could offer more for the price!

We were here in the restaurant at the end of our short vacation. The first positive impression upon entering was confirmed by eating. The dishes were all delicious and I think the prices were reasonable. The service was very friendly and accommodating and at the same time not intrusive. What I liked best was the beautiful atmosphere. Everything fit together: chic table decorations, a pleasant atmosphere on the terrace and a beautiful overall furnishings. All in all it is highly recommended.

The nature hotel lives up to its name! Not only because of the modern wooden construction, but also because of the green location! Direct access from the terrace via a wooden bridge into the adjacent, beautiful small spa garden! A stream babbles while you have breakfast outdoors! Parking space in the underground car park, chilled check-in and check-out as well as excursions without the stressful search for a parking space! The Werdenfelserei is a special, harmonious feel-good hotel that has a design that you rarely find! Already upscale in terms of furnishings and design but still comfortable to hang out and enjoy!! A wonderful short stay for one day for us with a great feel-good factor! Cocktails very tasty and with a large selection and served by a very nice, attentive bartender who had fun at work!🤗👍

Extraordinary atmosphere in the wooden hotel. This hotel is really recommended. It has various highlights, one of which is the spa area with an infinity pool with a view of the mountains. In addition to two saunas, there is an infrared cabin and a steam sauna. The rooms are lovingly and stylishly furnished, and there is a wonderful smell everywhere. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, there is really everything your heart desires, including a juice bar where you can either take a ready-made juice or simply put one together and press it yourself. The hotel impresses across the board. We will come back.

I was excited. First of all, the cleanliness: perfect! The rooftop yoga included in the spa was an absolute highlight. The food was also fantastic. The staff was very discreet and helpful. Thanks for the great short vacation!

As a wedding planner, I had the pleasure of organizing a getting ready shoot for a wonderful bride and groom in this hotel. The suite with a roof terrace and mountain views was simply fantastic and provided the perfect backdrop for the photos. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can only warmly recommend this hotel and therefore give it a deserved 5 stars. Very, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, nothing left to be desired. The swimming pool is great and I also really liked the fact that you can go to the park straight from the hotel. For me personally, the bed was much too high and the armchair in the room was uncomfortable. It is a very dog ​​friendly hotel.

Day spa far too overpriced for what it offers. It is only possible with lunch, this cannot be canceled. 78 euros are not justified for 2 saunas and a steam bath. Of course, drinks with meals have to be paid extra. The relaxation room was very nicely designed.

I fell in love with this hotel . Everything here is well function. Location is the best . It is next to beautiful park and lovely creek and not far from train station .The owner is so kind and thoughtful . The service is wonderful. When we arrive at 12:00 , they offer us free many delicious plenty breakfast that I have never had the wonderful experience like this before from other hotel . I think that the owner of this hotel must be kind and generous. I am impressed at lady with round black eye glasses at the check in counter , she is so kind and friendly. Wifi is perfect . Plenty of drinking water in our room . I am not wonder why this hotel is become no1 in Germany . If I can vote , I will vote this hotel no1 in the world . I stayed here three nights . I try to find something wrong of this hotel , but I can’t. Only thing I would like to suggest is they should have pick up service from the train station. From a full score of 10 , I give them 9.8 . I wish to come back to enjoy life here again and again.❤️

ADDENDUM: Based on the Werdenfelserei's answer, I would like to add that the Bachmair Weissach charges €85 for a much larger spa area including a snack. Accordingly, I stick to the statement that the price-performance ratio is not right for me. Start of original message: When we entered the hotel we were amazed by the beautiful location and the great architecture. The spa area itself is very attractive, clean and compact. Unfortunately, our experience already started with an unpleasant welcome when we were told that the voucher was out of date and the prices had increased (voucher from 09/23 at €54). After looking online, we found that the “new” price of €69 that was quoted to us could not be found, but only an offer for €92. We were confused and had to go back to reception to get clarity on the price (we were definitely not prepared to pay €92). The arrival was therefore rather uncomfortable. We were not shown around the spa area or informed about the facilities. There was no welcome drink and the provision of water and tea in paper cups was uninviting. The loungers, especially the ones with a view of the Zugspitze, were just normal loungers and not particularly comfortable. There were no infusions or we couldn't be sure because no one had explained anything to us. When we said goodbye, we were simply billed (€69) without being asked about our experience. Overall, the visit left a bitter aftertaste. For us, with the new “relaxed” €92, the price-performance ratio is definitely no longer right.

Very nice, exceptional hotel/restaurant directly on the Loisach. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the Hutessen, which I can absolutely recommend. Great dedicated team. Creative desserts.
