Marshall Center Dining Facility in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

I have been able to see the behind the scenes of how the DFAC restaurant works, cooks and serves the NATO school students. This is an extremely clean, well operated, knowledgable staff that can serve some really good authentic food from recipes of where the NATO students come from. Highly recommended if you are a NATO student, German, US Military or US Federal employee. Families living on site can bring kids for the fast food grill on the menus offered.

Good dining facility, a little expensive for a dining at facility ($15), but the food was good. Nice salad bar and ice cream.

Dined there again in OCT 2022 while staying at the Edelweiss Have been to the Edelweiss 5 times over the years and always try to dine at the Marshall DFAC Facility The wife and I enjoyed the evening meal. Great salad bar and main courses are awesome Will be back with granddaughters so they can experience Army DFAC meal OBTW great friendly staff

Eating at DFACs around the world, this one definitely stands out as one of the best DFACs. The price and atmosphere of this DFAC is nice and reasonable and the food is quite tasty. When I am in the area and want a quick (cheap) place to eat, I have no problem coming here. As a side note, you need access to the military installation to eat here.

The dining facility offers a variety of meals to generally meet the taste of people fr all over the world. Any feeling of inadequacy may only be minimal and possibly stem from the individual 's strong attachment to own home cuisine.

Love this place. There is everything and everything is tasty. Main dish, burger and hot dog line, salad, fruit bar, many delicious hot soups, sweets, ice cream...all in huge hall with lots of space.

The food is awesome. The service is amazing. Thanks to all involved in coordinating the facility and keeping it so enjoyable.

Only had breakfast. Far superior to the Edelweiss buffet. Great selection of food choices and decent selection of machine coffee choices. All staff were friendly and helpful.
