Great outdoor area, inexpensive lunch menu, nice service

I can't say anything positive about the place; I personally find it completely incomprehensible where the 5-star reviews come from. The two of us ate there yesterday as we were passing through. The beer garden generally doesn't look inviting. Not maintained, the green “carpets” and plastic decorations do not add to the beautiful ambience. The service was not friendly, there was no attention. The food was okay, but nothing special. I cannot recommend the restaurant.

Our new favorite Greek! An inviting outdoor area/beer garden, very friendly, courteous service. Both of our meals were delicious. We eat vegetarian, but found what we were looking for straight away. My appetizer platter was very tasty, especially the grilled eggplant and zucchini. The dessert was also a dream. We will definitely come back to eat here often. Clear recommendation!

Good food, fast service, but they do try to deceive tourists. You ask for a bottle of plain water and accidentally give the 'expensive' bottle. The waiter also tried to pay in cash because the pin was supposedly broken and asked more than the price on the card. Afterwards we went to the manager who made the payment honestly and with the card. But it doesn't give you a good feeling that someone is trying to trick you. The food was tasty and we ordered extra rice because it was extremely tasty

What can I write here... My gratinated gyro was fried to death... The meat was completely dry and the cheese resembled a hard skin... The waiter would do well with less arrogance and unfriendliness... Without words this evening ...But maybe it will encourage improvements...

I can absolutely recommend the Limani restaurant in Friedberg. Both the service and the food were excellent. The ambience in the countryside with a beautiful beer garden invites you to linger. When I'm back in Friedberg, I'll definitely come here again.

Greek cuisine in a Bavarian atmosphere. Friendly hospitality and a wide selection of dishes. Cheap lunch menu. I've eaten there several times now. The beer garden is open when the weather is nice. 5 stars from me🤗 And there is parking in front of the house.

The food there is very tasty, but the portions aren't exactly big. My husband and my son-in-law could have easily postponed something. OK for a woman, not enough for men. Weeds should also be removed in the beer garden.

We celebrated my birthday at Limani today. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and we all felt very comfortable. As a welcome there was an Uzo. The starter was simply to die for, so delicious. The main course was also very nicely prepared and tasted excellent. I then received a dessert as a gift and it was just so delicious. Everyone wanted to try it and thought it was just as delicious as I did. The waiter was very friendly, personable and attentive. We will definitely be back, I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

The food was average and the service was very good and attentive. Unfortunately, I had the impression that Bifteki was frozen goods: it wasn't the original sheep's cheese as we know it, so grainy in the middle. The dessert was also frozen, what a pity, a chocolate tart (called a soufflé) with the foil still stuck to it. The ambience is relatively old-fashioned and can also be described as below average. You could really do something with it, especially because it has this nickname, the Kiss Mill. You imagine it to be much more romantic. Nice music and somewhat separate areas in the dining room would be great. There was also a TV playing Greek impressions. The two of us paid €75 with just one starter and two drinks each. So it's no longer very cheap and rather poor for the price-performance ratio.

The portions were rather small but still ok, the food was tasty and a lot had been done to improve the appearance, the prices were acceptable. There was a bit of a lack of fresh bread and well-prepared salad. The incredibly nice, attentive and quick service - which is mentioned in some reviews - was probably off that day. The “If I have to and I don’t enjoy my job anyway” department was extensively represented. Unfortunately, it was far from Greek hospitality. It's a shame, the place and the surrounding area had a lot of potential. For the money, in addition to delicious food, I get significantly better service in other Greek restaurants. Would we like to test this again? A big maybe. ADDITION: After months, the restaurant tried to have this review removed through legal counsel. Reason: Our customer cannot assign the review..... to a customer contact. There were witnesses and photos.

This is the third time that I have put this review online, after receiving an email from a law firm via Google that represents the owner of the Kussmühle for the third time: I will update my review. Some time ago I wrote an honest review that was worded as follows: "Solid cuisine but for what it looks like on the outside it lacks the aha moment. Not bad - but not spectacular either." Today I received an email from Google saying that Kussmühle had probably hired a lawyer because quote "The complainant claims that this experience report violates his rights." Impressive, in my opinion. Apparently only reviews that show the operator in a good light are accepted. This way you can of course keep your ratings good. Not working on quality. Or accepting constructive criticism, no, much easier! For a few euros you can simply have reviews that you don't like deleted. In the meantime we had another meal at the Kussmühle for a birthday. And once again the original assessment has been confirmed. It's not bad there, but I won't go there again. And if you know how the Google rating is designed, that's just another reason. Therefore, I will change the original rating of three stars, i.e. "Satisfactory", and now only give it 2 stars. If there is any further correspondence with a lawyer or Google, the reasons will be given here. Food: not bad, mediocre, so 3 out of 5 stars. Service: Mediocre, so 3 out of 5 stars. Trust level: 1 out of 5 stars, so insufficient. 3* plus 3* plus 1* gives a total of 7*. Dividing by 3 gives 2.3 and that rounds up to 2 stars. Thank you for opening your eyes and for motivating me to update my rating, Google and Kussmühle. We certainly won't see each other again. UPDATE 1.1.24 And again a letter came from the lawyer via Google. I deleted the old review, you can read the copy of it above. By the way, the old review has already been voted the most helpful review in the review column. What the operators also don't seem to understand is that new ratings slide back to the top. Have a good meal! UPDATE 2/28/24 And the law office sends greetings every month. Same game as on 1/1/24, same procedure on my part.

Short stop next to the motorway (10 minutes) on the way from Munich to Stuttgart. It was really great! Excellent and friendly service, very good food and reasonably priced - would be happy to come again. Can only be recommended.

Best Greek gourmet restaurant in a great natural environment ***** super tasty ***** first an amuse-guelle ouzo on the house (😀) ***** the starters plate with various & freshly prepared dips with delicious flatbread It was awesome ***** Gyros & Bifteki (with sheep's cheese that melts in your mouth) were juicy, the rice was light and airy & the vegetables were fresh & crunchy *** Since we were too full for the large selection of desserts, we were super loved & attentive waiter Giorgios even brought a small panna cotto sample at the end (also at the house's expense (😋) ***** CONCLUSION: we will definitely come back!!!
