I had the pleasure of visiting the Platzhirsch restaurant in Friedberg and I can only say that it was an absolute highlight!
From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The interior is tastefully designed and creates a perfect balance between comfort and modern flair.
The service was simply first class. The staff were attentive, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They took the time to make recommendations and ensure we were completely comfortable.
Another highlight was the drinks menu. The selection of cafe and craft beers is impressive and perfectly matched to the food. I enjoyed a local wine that went great with my meal.
In summary, I can say that the Platzhirsch in Friedberg is a wonderful place to eat deliciously and spend a pleasant time with friends or family.
I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
Great restaurant. Good lunch and of course the evening menu leaves nothing to be desired. Very attentive service. One of the best restaurants in Augsburg in terms of price and performance. Attention is paid to details, the decor is tasteful and it's all about the most important thing: the food. A bit “hidden” ;)
We went there for a kale meal and it tasted very good. This dish is mainly known in northern Germany, so it's even nicer that someone here in the south also offers it. What I really liked was that the kale, potatoes and meat or sausage were served in separate bowls. This makes it possible to put together the dish individually, as, for example, some people don't like the pee (sausage) or the pork belly or want to avoid potatoes. Therefore great! Thank you for this great experience and the delicious food! Unfortunately I couldn't take any pictures because we were so hungry and the food was gone very quickly :D Also compliments to the service girls, you rocked it even though there was so much going on!
We've often eaten Indian food and this restaurant was by far the worst AND most expensive. Main course: Very few 4 pieces of meat (duck very fatty and overcooked), no mango pieces in the sauce (as advertised on menu). Dessert: The ice cream as tiny as a marble (hidden in mango sauce) with a huge topping of whipped cream. Price-performance ratio is incredibly expensive. But the worst thing: I've been having extreme gastrointestinal problems since this menu, these stomach pains cost me a sleepless night, I've had problems for 2 days now, which are now slowly subsiding. The suspicion is very obvious that it was because of the visit to the restaurant.....NEVER AGAIN!!!!
What should I say?
“Our butcher” for over 30 years
No matter whether it's a wedding / confirmation / birthday / definitely on the way home from vacation, or just when we want to go out for dinner.
It's always super tasty.
Salads / spaetzle / sauces are all fresh.
We think value for money is totally okay.
The service has always been friendly and quick over the years.
One of the few traditional restaurants.
Please keep it up 👏🏼
The pizza was really delicious and big enough for the price, but the apple spritzer was really, really poorly mixed.
And the issue with the dog didn't really bother us, but animals don't really have any place in the restaurant.
