I had the pleasure of visiting the Platzhirsch restaurant in Friedberg and I can only say that it was an absolute highlight! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The interior is tastefully designed and creates a perfect balance between comfort and modern flair. The service was simply first class. The staff were attentive, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They took the time to make recommendations and ensure we were completely comfortable. Another highlight was the drinks menu. The selection of cafe and craft beers is impressive and perfectly matched to the food. I enjoyed a local wine that went great with my meal. In summary, I can say that the Platzhirsch in Friedberg is a wonderful place to eat deliciously and spend a pleasant time with friends or family. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The dishes are something very special in terms of taste and appearance. Therefore recommended! Service was a bit hectic, but that was due to the packed restaurant on (Wednesday) evening. Especially since we were seated at a table with other guests despite a 4-month advance reservation and a group of 15 people next to us (2 meters) created an uncomfortable and noisy atmosphere. If you invest €180 as a couple, it's not enough for 5 stars.

The visit to Schillers was the highlight of a wonderful evening. It was an extremely pleasant stay from the warm welcome to payment. The service was excellent, very attentive and accommodating. The food and drinks were sensational. Everything was very fresh, creatively prepared and absolutely tasty. We haven't eaten out so well in a long time. The price-performance ratio was also absolutely adequate. We'll definitely be back. An absolute recommendation!

The pizza was really delicious and big enough for the price, but the apple spritzer was really, really poorly mixed. And the issue with the dog didn't really bother us, but animals don't really have any place in the restaurant.

I would like to say up front that I can't understand how the positive reviews come about because we've never had such bad food. We were here on a Saturday evening. The rather small room was completely filled with tables. The noise level was extremely loud. In addition, waiters and guests were constantly pushing past our table because the tables were so tightly packed together. That means we constantly had various buttocks in front of our faces and on our table. First our two Aperol Spritz arrived in two different wine glasses. My husband had a red wine glass, I had a white wine glass. As a starter we had a warm mixed starter plate and prawns in a tomato and feta sauce. The mixed plate consisted of 80% fried zucchini and eggplant. No tzatziki was served with it. I had to order that and wait an additional 15 minutes for it. For the main course we each had a Corfu plate. The tomato rice was absolutely soggy, without any kind of vegetables (peppers or similar) and not seasoned at all. The meat was lukewarm. The bifteki was very greasy. We have never left 3/4 of a main course, but in this case it was like that. We didn't like it at all. There was for the chaotic service (chairs were balanced back and forth over guests' heads); By the way, no tips. We never do that otherwise! I'm really not picky, but this was one of the worst restaurant visits ever. A large part of the products are definitely not homemade, but from Metro etc. But the prices are high. We paid €91! We cannot recommend the restaurant.

Etwas im Hinterland gelegen, bietet der Goldene Stern einen gepflegten Garten, in dem man die Wahl hat zwischen eher traditionellen Gerichten der "Wirtshausküche" und einer gehobenen, aber nicht abgehobenen Gastronomie. Die Küche zeichnet sich durch exzellentes Handwerk und großartigen Umgang mit vielfältigen Aromen aus. Gerade im Dessertbereich weiß die Originalität zu begeistern. Der Service ist hilfreich und angenehm entspannt. Insgesamt haben wir einen nahezu perfekten Abend erlebt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist überragend.
