Leider nicht mehr so gut wie früher…. Was ist da los ?! Sehr schade !

Seit dem Besitzerwechsel ist die Qualität komplett eingebrochen. Was früher der beste Döner war, ist heute eine große Enttäuschung. Am Fleisch wird offensichtlich gespart und geschmacklich hat es mit früher nichts mehr zu tun. Der Service ist nicht nur unfreundlich, sondern man fühlt sich auch nicht mehr willkommen. Für mich war das definitiv der letzte Besuch. Ich werde diesen Laden nicht mehr betreten.

Zaza macht den besten Döner in Friedberg.! Gentleman.

Seitdem der Laden von einem Investor aufgekauft wurde und nichts mehr mit dem Familien geführten Restaurant von früher zu tun hat, ist der Laden unter aller Sau.

Top Döner 💯 Geschmacklich eine 10/10 und sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Ich hatte einen Dönerteller mit Käse und Jalapenios. Dieser war völlig in Ordnung auch das Brot war super.

Leider hat vor 2 Monaten der Besitzer gewechselt seitdem ist der Döner leider nicht mehr lecker. Zwei mal probiert und zwei Mal enttäuscht. Sehr schade !! Schmeckt nach nichts und das Fleisch ist labbrig.

Ich bin hierhergekommen wegen der Videos von Holle, der meinte dass hier der beste Döner Süddeutschlands sei. Ich wurde richtig enttäuscht: Schon bei Anbetracht des Spießes kann man schon erahnen, dass die Qualität nicht die höchste ist. Und dies bestätigte sich auch: Das Fleisch hat keinerlei Geschmack, weder Röstaromen noch Eigengeschmack. Der Döner ist auch sehr unausgewogen, denn es gab viel zu viel Salat und Kraut in Relation zum Fleisch. Es wird auch eine Soße - Joghurtsoße - angeboten, die keinen Eigengeschmack hat. Die Moral von der Geschichte ist, dass sich in 3 Jahren viel ändern kann. Der Titel „bester Döner Süddeutschlands“ ist schon lange ein Relikt alter (besserer) Zeiten. Ich rate stark davon ab sich den Weg hierher aufzunehmen

Ich bin heute extra von Augsburg nach Friedberg gefahren, um diesen Dönerladen auszuprobieren. Laut Social Media und einem YouTuber, der angeblich schon hunderte Dönerläden getestet hat, soll es der beste Dönerladen sein. Ich weiß wirklich nicht, was der YouTuber da erzählt hat. Für mich war der Döner langweilig. Er bestand fast nur aus Eisbergsalat, etwas Sauerkraut und einer Scheibe Tomate, die ebenfalls kaum Geschmack hatte. Das Hähnchenfleisch war weder knusprig noch hatte es ein rauchiges Grillaroma. Insgesamt einfach enttäuschend. Außerdem hat uns die Bedienung sogar vergessen und unsere Bestellung nicht gebracht, bis wir extra nachfragen mussten, wo unsere Bestellung bleibt.

Sehr netter Service und der beste Veganer Seitan Döner jemals!

Wenn Sie nach Augsburg kommen, ist dies einer der wenigen Orte, die Sie unbedingt besuchen sollten, um Döner Kebab zu probieren.

Das Essen und der Service verdienen sich die höchsten Bewertungen. Besser geht es einfach nicht. Die Brote sind ganz sicher selbstgemacht, heute Mittag war ich wieder zum Essen dort und da wurden mehrere hundert Kilo Mehl von einer Friedberger Mühle geliefert.

Richtig guter Seitandöner und sehr gutes, selbst gebackenes Dönerbrot. Top Laden.

Ihr Döner ist fantastisch, und das Brot wird frisch gebacken. Auch die Salate sind frisch. Die Hackfleisch-Pide ist sehr gut. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es gibt zwei Varianten: Hähnchen und Rind, und ich habe beide probiert; beide sind köstlich. Das Personal ist freundlich, und der Service ist hervorragend.

Hier gibt es einen der besten Döner, welchen ich je gegessen habe und definitiv der beste Döner in der Umgebung. Vor kurzem habe ich den Falafel Döner und auch den Seitan Döner probiert und bin sehr überrascht. Das sind super Fleischlose alternativen und ich werde mir definitiv nurnoch die Seitan Variante bestellen. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Hole mir hier regelmäßig Döner und er schmeckt jedes Mal besser! Kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen!

Alles Top. Das Brot MIT Sesam und (selbstgemacht) macht viel im Geschmack aus bitte immer so und nicht anders. Da hebt man sich von der Masse ab. Ebenso das Fleisch sollte krustig/knackig gegrillt werden. Ab und an ist das Fleisch laprig und "liegt" zu lange. Bitte frisch runterschneiden oder Grillfunktion aktivieren? Der Papa hat es auch immer frisch/knackig runtergeschnitten. 🥰Dies als Verbesserungsvorschlag, dann seid ihr definitv einer der Besten in Deutschland.

Heute mal wieder nach langem einen Döner geholt, hatte in der Zwischenzeit auch andere im Umkreis ausprobiert, ihr seid einfach unschlagbar gut, super lecker, groß und günstig. Macht bitte viele Jahre weiter so!

Ich bin seid über einen Jahrzehnt teuer Kunde des Familienbetriebs. Bisher hatte ich eine 5* Bewertung vergeben wegen den frischen Zutaten und dem grandios selber gebackenen Fladenbrot. Leider muss ich jetzt 2* abziehen. Das Brot schmeckt leider nicht mehr wie früher. Ich gehe davon aus, dass dieses jetzt nicht mehr selber gebacken wird. Meine letzter döner hat geschmeckt wie wenn das Brot vom Vortag gewesen währe. Da kann ich jetzt gleich zu den großen Ketten gehen. Mein Appell. Backt das Brot wieder selber! Dann werde ich auch die nächsten Jahrzehnte euer treuer Kunde sein.

Mega geile Döner rettet dass Schulleben

Super Restaurant! Die beste Pide die ich bisher gegessen habe, selbstgemachter Ayran, nettes Personal und man kann drinnen auch sehr schön sitzen.

Vorne weg: Die Basics stimmen. Hygienestandards werden eingehalten, Einrichtung ist modern und die Teller sind schön, auch die Bedienung ist freundlich und spricht gutes Deutsch. Aber die Qualität hat nachgelassen. Das Fladenbrot wie einige schon angemerkt haben wird nicht mehr selbst gemacht, sondern zugekauft und schmeckt nicht mehr wie früher. Das Dönerfleisch ist okay, es ist zwar kein Hackfleischspieß aber auch nur von höchstens durchschnittlich Qualität. Auf jeden Fall aber nicht mehr gut! Salat war etwas langweilig. Es gab nur noch billigen Eisbergsalat, der keinen Geschmack hat. Ähnliches gilt für die Soße. Die Preise sind in meinen Augen zu hoch für diese Qualität. Insgesamt kann man sagen: Es ist okay. Kann man mal hingehen, muss man aber kein zweites Mal besuchen. Nichts besonderes mehr. Die Tage in denen der Döner überdurchschnittlich war sind vorbei. Die Erwartungshaltung von mir wurde enttäuscht. Schulnote 3-.

Kein guter Döner mehr... Brot trocken, Fleisch regelmäßig kalt! Zu teuer für mittelmäßige Qualität! Man ruht sich wohl aus, auf alte Tage... Schade für die Kundschaft!

Ist seit über 10 Jahren mein Lieblingsdöner heute ging ich mit voller Vorfreude nach langem wieder hin. Traurigerweise musste ich feststellen das sie nicht mehr selber ihre Brote machen sondern Fertigprodukte verwenden was sehr traurig ist da das Brot den meisten Geschmacl ausgemacht hat. Werde nicht mehr vorbei kommen da es dann doch deutlich bessere gibt die ihr Brot selber machen

War seit Jahren unser lieblingsdöner, doch leider gibt es nicht mehr die leckeren fluffigen selbstgemachten Brote wie früher, sondern jetzt eher trockene fertige Brote. Sehr schade, da das einen großen Unterschied im Geschmack macht und sie sich bisher dadurch auch von anderen Dönerrestaurants abgehoben haben. Ich hoffe die guten Fladenbrote kommen wieder zurück.

Super Service und mega leckeres Essen 🎊

Tatsächlich ein sehr gutes Döner Restaurant, auch unter anderem mit sehr guter Pide. Bis vor kurzem hätte ich 5 Sterne vergeben, jetzt muss ich leider einen abziehen weil die leckeren selbstgemachten Dönerbrote durch Fertigbrote ersetzt wurden. Sehr schade.

This is where you can find the best vegan wrap in the greater Augsburg area. The staff is super friendly! You might have to wait a few minutes, because this place is doing extremely well (and rightly so)!

The kebab tastes okay. But there are better ones around. It wasn't anything that blew me away.

The staff and service were very good. Unfortunately, some of the meat in the dürüm (chicken) was still red, which is a no-go in my opinion! The cheese pide, however, was very tasty. And the salad was very fresh.

The doner meat (chicken and veal) is way too fatty and cut too small! I don't understand the rave reviews, sorry, but I'm generally used to better doner kebabs.

Very good quality meat, bread is made in store and large portions for a fair price! My favorite kebab shop. The kebab is relatively classic. It doesn't create a wow effect with special sauces or similar, but is always fundamentally solid, like a kebab should be. Iskender is also recommended.

It's 5* on all counts. The staff is very welcoming, kind and attentive. The food is super good. I had a kebab and it was one of the best, if not the best, that I have eaten. I highly recommend this restaurant (dine in or take away)!

In my opinion the best kebab far and wide. Also one of the few kebabs where you can also get veal! I'm happy to pay a euro more than chicken. I go there once a week and would love to eat a second one every time, it tastes so good! The other dishes on offer are always fresh and look delicious too! Very friendly people there and good service!

Me, my cousin and my brother recently ordered there, my brother a lahmacun with kebab meat, which was mega delicious. Me and my cousin had ordered an Alaturka kebab sandwich, which I recommend to you the true very delicious. The meat is qualitative and nicely delicious spice he had. I have often eaten there and the 5 stars are 100% deserved. The staff is super nice, they often gave my little brother a lollipop. So I can recommend the Dönerkebap 🇹🇷.

Simply incredible! Doner plate with veal ordered... plate comes with chicken, when told, the employee gets cheeky and just walks away. In the end you still have to negotiate whether you have to pay or not. A straight 6 when dealing with guests. I can only recommend not going there. disaster

Top shop, very good food and warm, good service

Definitely one of the better/best kebabs. And there are Seitandöner (vegetarian & vegan!), which is definitely a unique selling point. The taste is absolutely great, the size is also really good for Augsburg standards, the price is fair 👌👌 We would definitely like to come back, just not at rush hour. One point deducted because unfortunately you have to wait in line for a really long time (for us about 30 minutes) and the queue is not organized by the operator/staff. We had to ask a lady several times to please make some space so that 4 people didn't have to stand unnecessarily outside in the cold at -3 degrees just because she was too comfortable walking up to the counter.

Unfortunately I cannot understand the very good reviews. The kebab doesn't taste bad, but for €6.50 it's very small and poorly topped. What was particularly negative was that both the bread and the meat were cold.

The food and restaurant are very good, but the employees are often overwhelmed when the boss is not there. Pre-ordered at an exact time, store was empty when I arrived and still had to wait for 10 minutes...

We became aware of Holle's video and drove there for about an hour. It was 100% worth it - the kebab is super purist and incredibly tasty. The meat is definitely the star here. The Urfapide and baklava can also only be recommended. The service was very friendly and it was very pleasant to be served at the table, which is not the case in most kebab shops. The restaurant is also very nicely decorated :)

For me, the veal kebab is the best kebab in the world! Seriously! And I come from a mining town with many good kebab shops. The whole team is also super nice!

Unfortunately the opening times are not correct. Google says it's open for Saturday evening. I wanted to go, but it was closed.

Very good kebab in Friedberg, the best in the entire region. The skewer (all 3: veal, turkey, chicken are available to choose from) is stacked here yourself! Bread is also baked in-house. The other dishes were also good, the staff were quick and very friendly! I just had a chili cheese kebab: incredibly tasty! Wow! Gladly again. Absolute (secret) tip: ala Turka kebab with a small dollop of sauce.

Has worn off quite a bit! It doesn't taste particularly good anymore! The taste has diminished quite a bit!!! Also quite disorganized, the main thing is to do it quickly, they should take better care of each customer individually, no fun!!!

It doesn't have much in common with a classic kebab shop, in a positive sense in my opinion. You can almost say that there is a high feel-good factor in the restaurant with the corresponding great service. I had a chilli cheese kebab, I had never heard of it before and on recommendation I tried it and it was really great and I would love to come back again.
