Be careful when parking‼️ I also don't understand the positive reviews! Very disappointed! Were there on Friday evening, the drinks were made with more ice and water! We then moved further into the city and left our cars there and didn't pick them up until the next day. And now 3 months later a letter arrives from the owner who took photos of the cars and now we have received a fine of €121.40 per car. Mr. Chr. M. You should be ashamed of ripping off your own guests in this way. Everyone doesn't park there, it's best not to go there at all!

With tapas you order several dishes anyway. There are three desserts that are very tasty but also very rich. Here you could reduce the portion sizes a little. As for drinks, the restaurant offers a normal selection, although this is not the main focus. Conclusion The Gänsbauer restaurant is a highlight in Regensburg for me. The service is warm and professional, the food is of very good quality and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming and cozy. I can fully recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back!

Incredibly good, the whole evening was a pleasure - it's great when you can watch master Sugimoto at work, every course is a real treat! We have been guests several times and enjoy traveling from Würzburg.

The meat is perfectly seasoned, juicy and fresh from the grill – simply delicious. The bread also tastes fantastic, the side dishes are always fresh and the sauces round the whole thing off wonderfully. There is also a super nice team that always works friendly and quickly.
