We had to wait almost an hour for our food, the dishes we ordered arrived with a time difference of 15 minutes and only after I asked if we had been forgotten. Unfortunately my roast duck was really not good, just dry in the square. We only received the bill after repeated requests. We didn't feel welcome and didn't feel like welcome guests. Was it because of the voucher book we used? There was also smoking in the toilet, which was almost a nostalgic experience.

Keine Ahnung wieso die Qualität da so krass nachgelassen hat. Hab das Essen da eigentlich mal geliebt. Jetzt nur noch sauteuer und nicht genießbar. Nicht nur einmal, sonder die letzten paar mal. Ab sofort keine Option mehr.

I'm from Munich and regularly visit Regensburg, and every time I like to eat at Hongkong-City. The food is incredibly authentic and has always impressed me. The staff is friendly and attentive, and everything happens quickly. The price-performance ratio is great! An absolute must for anyone who loves Asian cuisine. I can only recommend it!
