Wirklich der beste Dürum den man in der Stadt bekommen kann :) das Fleisch wird einzeln auf einem Spieß über einem Kohlegrill gegrillt. Zutaten frisch und einfach lecker 😋 Service super und für zum Essen vor Ort absolut ausreichend :)

beste Dürüm den ich je gegessen habe! wir kommen am wochenende immer wieder gerne hier her, es ist jedes mal ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, auch der Service ist immer top! Adana Dürüm ist perfekt gewürzt, genau die richtige Menge, nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig, leicht scharf und ein kühles Getränk dazu. Absolut gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist jedes mal sehr lecker und ich kann es jedem empfehlen her zu kommen! Danke dass es euch gibt, macht weiter so <3

Waren vor 2-3 Wochen da, ich hatte einen Grillteller und es war wirklich extrem lecker!

Ich war bei Sado's Adana Grill und habe einen Falafel Dürüm (vegetarischer Dürüm) bestellt – und ehrlich gesagt: einer der besten, die ich je hatte. Der Dürüm war perfekt abgestimmt: innen saftig, geschmacklich rund und absolut ausgewogen. Besonders positiv: nicht zu viel Grünzeug, nicht zu viel Soße – alles genau richtig dosiert, sodass die Aromen optimal zur Geltung kommen. Die Falafel waren außen leicht knusprig, innen weich und richtig aromatisch. Was hier wirklich heraussticht: In jedem Bissen ist Falafel drin – nicht nur am Anfang oder Ende. Generell wird sehr großzügig belegt, man bekommt wirklich viel für sein Geld. Der Preis ist absolut fair für die Qualität und die Portion. Das intensive Grillaroma gibt dem Ganzen nochmal ein extra Level – man schmeckt sofort, dass hier mit Sorgfalt gearbeitet wird. Die Portion war so groß, dass ich ihn nicht komplett auf einmal essen konnte – und selbst am nächsten Tag war er sowohl kalt als auch wieder aufgewärmt geschmacklich top. Das ist für mich ein echtes Qualitätsmerkmal. Auch das Team vor Ort ist freundlich und entspannt, man fühlt sich willkommen, gute Öffnungszeiten am Wochenende (Samstag & Sonntag). Fazit: Wer in Regensburg einen richtig guten Falafel Dürüm sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Frisch, sättigend, geschmacklich durchdacht und auf konstant hohem Niveau. Klare Empfehlung – ich komme definitiv wieder.

Seit Jahren gleichbleibende Qualität, die Adana Spieße sind die besten die ich je gegessen habe 💪🏼 Es kann manchmal zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen aber das ist es wert.

Heute das 1. Mal probiert. 1 Doppel Adana Dürüm und 1 Adana Hähnchen Grillteller für 35€....als Selbstabholer. Geschmacklich gut, aber ganz ehrlich gesagt nicht für 35€....maximal 25€ meiner Meinung nach. Ich gebe jedem eine Chance, aber nicht nur ich, sondern auch meine Frau war enttäuscht, sorry.

Ein perfekter Lammgeschmack! Die Salatportion war für 18 € viel zu klein (zwei Fleischstücke mit Pitabrot und Salat mit einer Art Tzatziki ohne Knoblauch). Der Preis ist wirklich hoch, okay … der Geschmack ist unglaublich gut, aber für so viel Geld sollte man auch ein besseres Ambiente erwarten können.

The food was amazing: The lamb was extremely juicy and beautifully grilled. The bread was lightly brushed with the fat from the lamb skewer and briefly toasted over the coals. The salad was refreshing and also very tasty. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend it :)

Good find while walking the streets in Regensburg. Turkish street food. All ingredients made and prepared while you watch. Mainly a take-out but with some backyard and outside tables. No seats but that didn't matter as the food was great.

It is open on Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. But since all the dishes are prepared fresh that day and there is a certain amount, it would be better if you come late in the evening to call beforehand because it means afterwards. "I didn't get anything shortly before the 20 minute closing time. Hello, everything is freshly prepared here, no ready-made products. Open on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. but as I said, it's easy as long as you get it in advance"! We ordered take out on a Sunday at 11:50am.!! Service great... You could order before official opening hours. When I picked it up I saw that it was a very small shop. Actually just a kitchen and 2 or 3 bar tables. Not a problem in itself. But not if friends/acquaintances are spending lunch time out of boredom. If you're picking someone up, you feel strange. As if you're a nuisance. I drive home and open my food so that it doesn't get cold. Unfortunately an error. A skewer fell. We had dish 2 and dish 3. So we paid just under 50 euros for 2 dishes and 2 ayran. It wasn't bad. Ok for a Sunday try but we won't do it again. We wish the owner good luck and thank you for the experience.

Actually really tasty, but in the last 3 years the prices have almost doubled from €5.50 to €9.40. There have been 3 increases in the last 12 months alone. Now let's think about it when you have to pay €30 for two people.

Die Atmosphäre war außergewöhnlich gut und die Inhaberfamilie äußerst freundlich. Der Holzkohlegrill schaffte eine angenehme Atmosphäre, und es war leicht, mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch zu kommen. Das Adana Kebap selbst war ein kulinarischer Höhepunkt! Saftig, aromatisch und perfekt gewürzt, einfach köstlich. Die Portionen waren großzügig, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Für diejenigen, die nicht vertraut sind: Adana Kebap ist eine türkische Spezialität, insbesondere bekannt für ihre würzige Hackfleischzubereitung, die auf einem Spieß gegrillt wird, am besten über Holzkohle. Dieses Gericht stammt aus der Stadt Adana in der Türkei und ist ein absolutes Muss für Liebhaber der türkischen Küche. Mein Besuch bei Sado`s Adana war eine rundum tolle Erfahrung. Ich kann Sado` s Adana nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder vorbeizuschauen!

Ohne Frage der beste Döner/Dürüm/Adana der Stadt. Ungeschlagenes Aroma durch Holzkohle. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: bestellbare Menge pro Person sollte limitiert sein. Ich warte gerne auch einige Minuten länger. Aber für Wartende echt frustrierend, wenn jemand vorne alleine 10 Adanas für die ganze Mannschaft bestellt.
