I've eaten there several times. I deliberately waited to write this review to see if the food or service had changed. And had it?! Absolutely not. The food is fantastic. The pizzas with the Neapolitan dough are especially amazing. I can highly recommend it. It's also great to just go for a drink in the evening; it's a really cute little restaurant.

We ordered online, which was very convenient and easy to navigate, and you can even pay with PayPal. We chose pickup, for which you can enter a discount code. The pizza toppings are incredibly flavorful, and the dough, whether "regular" or Neapolitan, is absolutely delicious! The interior design makes you feel like you're in an Italian restaurant in Italy :-) And the staff was soooooo nice!! Buy, buy, buy! Hehe 😀

Okay, wow. Hands down, the best Neapolitan pizza I've had in Regensburg so far. We had the piccolos, four small vegetarian pizzas, and each one was a revelation. For dessert, we had a Nutella pizza, also on that amazing dough. This definitely won't be our last visit.

Our favorite pizzeria, and it's a shame you don't get enough attention. All of Regensburg should try you! No matter when we go, the food is always fantastic. You can really tell how much effort the team puts into the restaurant. You can choose between the classic stone-baked pizza or the Neapolitan pizza. The ingredients are always fresh. Every pasta dish is divine, too. The prices are more than fair and even below the Regensburg average.

Today, five of us spontaneously went to Grano Pizzeria and were thrilled with the pizzas. We loved them! We highly recommend it.

We wanted to use the voucher book for a meal on Sunday. There were no restrictions mentioned in the book, nor on the website. However, there was a note on the door stating that the voucher book was not accepted on Sundays.

A small and charming restaurant. Even though we didn't have a reservation, they quickly found us a table. I highly recommend trying the pizzas. We were a group of four, and everyone was very happy with their pizzas. When I come back to Regensburg next month, I already know where I want to eat first :) Thank you!

The restaurant is very welcoming and comfortable. The staff clearly puts in a lot of effort to provide excellent service. I was at Grano Pizzeria again today, and the place was packed. I also have the coupon book, and it's perfectly normal for each restaurant to have its own rules. Making a reservation by phone is necessary, as these restaurants also have limited capacity.

Attention! Only a maximum of 5 voucher books per day are accepted! This rule doesn't exist! It was also stated that you have to explicitly register by phone beforehand to use the voucher book. Reserving by phone is mentioned under Fair Play + specifying the use of the voucher before ordering, but not registering for voucher use by phone! Furthermore, the voucher is only accepted on weekdays, even though the voucher book doesn't mention any such restriction. I've informed Gutscheingeniesen. I'm curious to see what happens.

The food was very good. We mentioned beforehand that we had the voucher book. But what happened when we went to pay was outrageous. We were told that only 5 vouchers were accepted per day, and that all of them had already been used today. Now we have to pay the full price! That's completely unacceptable!

Having tried pizza at some great places in Italy, I can confidently say that this one is much, much better. The dough is absolutely perfect. The fact that they offer both Neapolitan and classic dough options gives you a great alternative depending on your taste and I think that adds real value to the place. We chose the Neapolitan pizza, and it was fantastic. Their ice cream is also incredibly delicious. The owner himself makes the pizzas he’s very friendly and attentive. He really does everything he can to make sure his customers leave happy. We’re very grateful to him for everything. Highly recommended! 🍕✨

You wouldn't guess it, but yes, this is a pizzeria. Of course, you can also pick up. I ate there, and the pizza was very good. Had the dough been a bit crispier, the Tono pizza would have been perfect. But even if the location and ambiance might not necessarily suggest it, they serve amazing pizza here. It's worth a visit.

We came here for the first time today based on a recommendation. The place seems simple and unassuming and is run by a nice young man who took over Grano a few months ago. We opted for a "Neapoleonic" pizza and were very satisfied. The crust was perhaps a bit thicker than expected, but everything tasted delicious and fresh. The salad was also very fresh, and the ice cream was also delicious. Those who value a polished ambiance might find something to complain about, but we felt very comfortable. The place also offers delivery service. Next time, I'll try a pizza with a classic crust for comparison 😄

Disappointing experience – a shame about the atmosphere Unfortunately, the pizzeria experience here begins on the phone with an AI – not a real person. My anticipation of the pizza diminished significantly as I had to struggle through a lengthy, unintuitive phone conversation with the AI. Particularly annoying: The wait time wasn't mentioned, which is very inconvenient for new customers, as you don't know when to leave. At the restaurant itself, I politely gave my feedback – unfortunately, it wasn't really accepted. Instead, they simply explained to me that the AI ​​was necessary because the store was very busy. However, it's noticeable that the store was quiet at that time, and many other restaurants are still able to offer personalized service despite the stress. I was simply advised to order via WhatsApp next time. That doesn't seem very solution-oriented. Another point: The AI ​​doesn't ask about the type of pizza (Neapolitan or classic) – these are details that can be important. I've also been told that some customers don't even realize they're talking to an AI. This shows that there is a lack of clarity and transparency here. It's especially disappointing to compare this to its predecessor, "Lokal Nino," where you still felt personally welcomed. Unfortunately, this warmth is now completely absent. Having an AI as your first point of contact simply doesn't feel comfortable anymore. Pros: The order was ready quickly – but that alone, unfortunately, isn't enough for an all-around good experience.

We ordered through Uber Eats, waited over an hour without receiving a notification, no one answered the phone, and the order wasn't canceled. We never received the pizza. Edit: We called four times, and apparently they called us back once afterward, but by then we had already contacted Uber and reordered from another restaurant. It's a shame that this is only responding to a bad review. I don't like giving negative reviews, but I definitely wouldn't order from Uber Eats. If you can't be reached at all between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., even though the store doesn't close until 9:30 p.m., it probably doesn't make much sense to run a delivery service.

We an amazing experience at this pizza place. The pizza was super tasty – the flavors were well balanced, and the toppings (especially the mushrooms and meat) were fresh and delicious. What stood out the most was the dough – it was perfect: light, airy, and slightly crispy on the outside with a soft center. You can tell it’s made with care and expertise. Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended!

I've often ordered pasta here before - good selection and a very user-friendly website, including PayPal payment, which I find super practical. Collection is always quick and easy. It's just a shame that there are usually only a few guests in the restaurant - maybe many of them, like me, are picking up. Clear recommendation!

Very, very tasty pizza! It's great that you can choose between two dough variants. I had the Neapolitan dough, which is particularly fluffy thanks to the longer rising time and more liquid. A poem!
