Vegan burger joint.
I had the double smash cheese burger. The jackfruit patty was thin however had a tasty nutty flavour.
My partner had the “chicken” burger which had a texture similar to chicken without the stringy nature.
The chips were doughy. A little weird like it was reconstituted potato.
Good drinks and friendly service. There is an older dog who will let the owners know you have arrived. Can be won over with pats.
Dishes worse than in the canteen. They just didn't taste like anything. The Bolognese looked as if the “cook” had briefly mixed the pureed tomatoes with fried minced meat and used it for lasagna, for example. The pinsa had such a bland taste.
In my opinion, the concept with order/payment cards was not successful. And then ordering like in the fast food chains made me feel like I was sitting in a McDonald's branch.
Conclusion: Dishes have no character, hence the grade 6 (failed). The service is like that of fast food chains, grade 6. The ambience was ok but nothing special, hence the grade 4 (sufficient). Overall, a clear grade 6 and a “never again” recommendation.
I ordered a strawberry smoothie but was given a vanilla one. When I checked it out with an employee, he said it's indeed strawberry, it's the under layer (😮). I trusted and I tried the drink but, yepppp.... it's vanilla. In the end, the truth about the flavour of the smoothie is untold, but it's certain that the drink doesn't look like the image on the menu at all (see pic). It's like a (FIRST) scam.
The SECOND scam was, I ordered one red and one yellow cup, as part of the merchandise promotional deal. But in the end I got two yellow cups. I overheard that the red one was running out. But they should have updated the system and said there's no such option anymore, not to let the customer choose and can't deliver it (without any direct explanation or apologies). I would not have chosen that option if I knew in advance that I couldn't get a red one.
Additional problems including, cups with hairs sticking outside (see pic) and there're dirty stains inside the cups (see pic again).
It's a disappointing experience. The bill was not cheap. But on the positive note, the tornado fries were good. (the burgers were mid tho)
Right next to the 1860 football stadium in Munich's Obergiesing district is the first McDonald's branch in Germany!
Frequently visited and always well supplied with delicious products.
I strolled into the arcades after visiting the trade fair. Among many other restaurants on the food mile, this one caught my eye and I also wanted to eat something rustic. I ordered Jägerschnitzel, the meat was good, but breaded (?), and the portion was large. Still tasted good. Unfortunately there was a large group of Chinese people on site, so service was a little difficult. But I'll definitely come back.
