The place is immaculately clean, the food tastes freshly prepared and is more than worth the price, and the staff are all incredibly attentive! My longest wait was 30 minutes because it was packed, which is totally understandable given the quality. I highly recommend it; it's my personal top 3 kebab shop in all of Duisburg!

Very good food and a large selection of drinks. Vegetarian and meat options available. Delicious dips. The impression of a "chip shop" lingers stubbornly after the visit.

We were there for the New Year's Eve party from 11 pm. Perfect service – friendly, fast, and attentive at the bar. Midnight champagne toast outside, superbly organized. Great music all evening. Top-notch.

At Hotel Rübezahl, we received a very warm welcome with a cocktail. Check-in was seamless, and the room was lovely with a balcony. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and a delicious four-course dinner. I felt very comfortable.

Today (a public holiday), around 2 pm, we were at the Seehaus Hopfensee restaurant with our baby, just wanting to enjoy coffee and cake on the terrace without a reservation. We waited at the entrance until a blonde waitress came. Unfortunately, she was very unfriendly as soon as she heard we didn't have a reservation. In a dismissive tone, she said everything was fully booked and we could just go to the beer garden next door. However, the restaurant was almost empty, and there were only a few tables occupied on the terrace. Out of curiosity, we then checked online – it was easy to make a reservation for the outdoor area immediately. Very disappointing, especially when you're traveling with a baby. Friendliness and hospitality don't seem to be a priority here. We certainly won't be coming back.

The ambiance is a real eye-catcher, and the staff is friendly. Despite the name, the food wasn't truly authentic Japanese. Miso soup simply doesn't have coriander! However, the main course was edible and tasty. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any cutlery with our meal, and communication was somewhat difficult because the restaurant was so crowded. The cutlery finally arrived after some time, hence the deduction in the rating. Overall, this is a good place to eat Asian food. However, if you, like us, were expecting more from the Japanese name and are looking for truly authentic Japanese cuisine, you're better off going somewhere else.

A very pleasant restaurant despite being fully booked. Very friendly staff. The filet steak was cooked to perfection, just as ordered. Our friends were also very impressed – and not just with the food. They were very attentive to our allergies. We would gladly return.

The half chicken was perfect, crispy skin and juicy meat. The best chicken in the region.
