Brewer's schnitzel, steak fries and pumpkin soup were delicious. Home-brewed beer is tasty. Service is authentic and friendly. A highlight is the beer sorbet.

Very rustic inn with good food and drinks. Staff is quick, attentive and very friendly. On warm evenings, the beer garden invites you to linger and enjoy two good beers.

Very friendly, funny and courteous staff, the food was very tasty and an experience, it was served to me with the hot stone, so I was able to fry my own cheese, delicious dips with it, the fries were great. We would love to come back

5/5. Actually 10/10 too. It was completely sensational with you! The ambience felt like you would imagine a quaint, warm, small restaurant. The two in service were captivating with their positive energy. The food: I haven't eaten such a great knuckle in a long time! This crust. This herb. These slightly crispy dumplings. My partner had the beef steak and I saw from her and the cut of the steak that it must have been perfect. You actually already had us with the soup before. And finally: I had to take a bottle of this really hot Hefeweizen with me, because you can hardly put it in a better glass. So 100/100. Absolute recommendation!!

The atmosphere is rustic. The service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the chef apparently had a bad day. Otherwise I can't explain the discrepancy between my impression and the reviews. I had the Brauhausschnitzel with fried potatoes. Some of the latter were still almost raw inside. The mushroom sauce only tasted like flour and I had little luck with the meat either. Since the beer tasted great, it got two stars (beer 5, food 0)

My meal was good, but the steak fries were a bit mealy. Other guests had schnitzel with ready-to-buy potato and pasta salad, which wasn't worth the money. Self-service drinks were okay for us. You had to pay immediately after each order or leave an ID or something similar as a deposit. You could also place an order online, but only for a value of over €20, so it cannot be used to order additional drinks and unfortunately you cannot redeem vouchers such as Schlemmerblock.

When I sat down at the table, the waitress was having lunch. I sat there for 10 minutes, no one came towards me. I think waiters shouldn't eat at the same time. I didn't wait for her.

Nice ambience directly on the Spree under the Friedensbrücke. The Brewery Festival is always a highlight, unfortunately the entrance fee increases but the prices for beer and food do not increase.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. You feel very comfortable and the place is cozy. The food was very good as well 🍺, unfortunately the prices of the food are a bit high.

Cozy beer garden directly below the Friedensbrücke and by the water. We have been here several times and can say that the staff is always friendly. We always like the food here. Since we always stop by here during the warm season, we can't report anything about the restaurant inside.

A fine beer garden below the city walls of Bautzen directly on the Spree. The beer garden is partly self-service. The house beer is delicious.

We sat in the beer garden in the very hot weather directly on the Spree next to a stone with cool water flowing over it. We felt very comfortable.

The food was fine - classic German cuisine with a seasonal menu. In general it was tasty. Sitting outside is very pleasant, with a nice view of the bridge and river. In summer there is a lot of greenery in nature on the river bank. What I deduct points for is the draft beer. The Frenzel-Bräu brewery has very good products that I buy regularly. Their beer is something to enjoy. And that's exactly why it's a shame that the tap beer in the restaurant isn't cold enough - especially in summer. I'm sure 2-3°C less would help a lot.

We have been guests here for many years. Unfortunately, we have to note that the service has deteriorated significantly recently. The food also didn't convince us in terms of taste. We find the prices to be too high. Praise goes to the waiter, who was always very friendly. In contrast, the two women behind the counter were mostly just busy with themselves and were rather rude to the guests. The ambience is great, but because of the points mentioned, we will now look for a new location.

We had a great evening as a family. The children had space and something to paint and the food was wonderful. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Waited over an hour for food with small children. It's not nice. It was stated that there could be a delay due to larger company, but not so much. But I think because of poor organization. Food was ok.

All in all good. A very positive thing to mention is the really above-average food. I had the roast pork with dumplings and the dumplings in particular were amazing. The beer is also good and the location is well-kept and nice. I find the combination of the hefty prices (which are justifiable by the good food) and the “part-time service” in the beer garden to be inappropriate. You are only served the food, orders have to be placed by cell phone or at the counter and the drinks are also self-service. The beer garden wasn't very full due to the bad weather. I would really like to see normal operation. Then there would also be 5 stars.

A great place above the descent/ascent to the gorge. There is parking, a nice outdoor terrace and a beautiful view. The service is friendly and we enjoyed the food and beer. The price is on the higher side for the region, but due to the location the price-performance ratio is still okay.

Nice location with a cozy beer garden. Service totally confusing, order and pay online but pick up from the counter yourself?? 😳 Taste very good but overpriced for the portion size. Service only one star because there is none.

All in all, very nicely done....food, service, everything was great....unfortunately no disabled toilet and a few drops to climb but everything in the beer garden is at ground level

A rollercoaster of emotions, the place is really nice, the beer is delicious. Food wasn't great. Asparagus that tasted salty, potatoes that were boiled a second time and a small schnitzel that was bone dry for a whopping €25...

Top recommendation, food and portions very good

We were a group of 10 people and enjoyed a great dinner in a cozy atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and friendly and easily accommodated special requests regarding allergies. There is also a beautiful outdoor area, with the Spree flowing right next to it. The food was great and the portions were sufficient. The asparagus was fantastic. A big compliment to the kitchen. You should simply plan that the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. But we were informed of this in advance when we reserved the table. The price-performance ratio is right here. We would definitely recommend it. We walked there, but there was enough parking space.

When I have to wait an hour to be able to order and even my 6 year old son says let's eat at home, then I ask myself... do the waiters have instructions or are they just too stupid to serve guests... they run around there, back and forth 10 times....and ignoring my questioning look....12:15 we got up and left....at the front entrance the waitress wished me a happy Pentecost, which I ignored... I can't even rate the menu because the staff didn't really make it possible for me....this is the second time I've been to this establishment and it was the last time there too...Thanks for nothing...

We spontaneously stopped here for a small snack and ate some root meat. It tasted wonderful. There is a lovely outdoor area with a view of the Spree Bridge.😊👍🏻

I ate a Brauhausschnitzel here and drank a dark beer. The beer tasted good and the schnitzel was ok too. However, the price-performance ratio is not okay. The schnitzel was very small and there was hardly any sign of the champions. Tartar sauce was completely missing. Added to this is the service. I've never had anything like this before. First you have to look for a table in the beer garden and then order in the restaurant using the table number. Very strange. When you come out, you can hope that the table isn't already occupied. Here you should think about the service, especially the prices.

The beer is and remains legendary and so are the two well-intentioned stars. But you have to make a statement here and say that this isn't possible with the prices. There are limits and unfortunately you have completely exceeded them over the last 1-2 years. It's just too expensive!!! You are sitting in Bautzen and not on the ski slope in Geneva!

The area where you can sit outside is very nice and the inside of the restaurant is also very nice and rustic. Initially, the service staff explained to us how the ordering process works using a QR code and that the pager vibrates to let you know when the food is ready and you can pick it up yourself. She said it very kindly, but that was all the information there was. We had been sitting at our table for a while when we decided to "move" again because of the blazing sun and choose a place in the shade. Since the pagers are assigned to the table numbers, we took them with us and now the part begins where the visit there was no longer so great. We placed a second order using the table number of the new place. 2 beers. On the order boards it is clearly stated that only the main courses are brought to the table. Everything else you have to pick up at the counter yourself. However, the beer was brought to us by the waitress and she first gave us a lecture about how we couldn't just change tables. The pagers would be permanently installed table pagers and would have to remain in the holder, otherwise they would not work. In every other restaurant the parts are mobile. If it were really the case, a (friendly) hint about it would certainly have been helpful. She also told us that they had been trying in vain to reach us for 15 minutes because the food was ready. On the one hand, we had been sitting at the table for at least that long before we changed and on the other hand, these are the main courses. I thought they were brought?! The lady then became even more unbelievable by wandering aimlessly around the outside area for a while and redecorating the tables. Funny that we had to wait another 15 minutes for the food, which was supposedly ready a long time ago. I was really annoyed that when we paid online, we tipped 10% both times. She should have been fined for her more than unfriendly tone. Unfortunately, the food wasn't as we expected. We ordered nuggets with fries for the children. The portion size was very good. Precisely. However, the nuggets were 3 small dinosaur schnitzels from the frost. Just under €8 per dish. Then we had cheese noodles that were inedible because the salt seemed to have fallen into them. These were taken back without any problems and a new portion was then prepared for us, with everything in order. I chose the spiced meat, which consisted of a few pieces of molded meat and lots of mushrooms, and my husband chose the Cambert as the only two vegetarian dishes on the menu cost just under €20. In hindsight, that was probably a good decision, as the vegetables don't seem to be made of gold, as one might expect given the price. The Cambert was ready from the fridge and the cranberry gel was out of the jar. Cost just under €8. All in all, it's a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view, but if you love friendly staff and fresh food, this is the wrong place.

It is a place under the bridge in the old town of Bautzen, with authentic decoration and pleasant atmosphere. Very good service and attention. The food being traditional dishes with good flavor, I thought the portions were small and the accompaniments were simple for the price of the dishes.

All in all, a successful dinner. If you're lucky, you'll get a table for two, even without a reservation. Food (schnitzel and roast pork) were absolutely delicious. The mustard-honey beer is also recommended. The staff was very friendly and accommodating 👍🏻 Prior reservation recommended.

We were in the beer garden on Easter Saturday and didn't think the service was that great. You could only order online, but we were only informed of this after 15 minutes. It was not possible to order at the counter. The first order didn't arrive promptly and our complaint wasn't responded to at first. All in all it took about 35 minutes to get 1 beer although it wasn't completely true. . The prices for the drinks are high.

We had dinner there and made reservations in advance. We were impressed by the food on offer and the quality. The house beer is served, which was very tasty. The honey mustard beer is definitely worth trying... The service was very courteous but unobtrusive. We'll definitely be back.

Reservation is recommended. We got a table without a reservation. The brewery atmosphere is inviting and cozy. We tried the dishes on the hot stone. It was tasty and enjoyable. The dips, with their various savory notes, went wonderfully with it. The view of the Spree is beautiful. Payment is possible in cash or by card; if you roll 5 sixes, the bill is on the house. Free parking spaces available.

We ate in this rustic restaurant last Friday and were very enthusiastic about the great ambience and the picturesque location at the foot of the Spree, which invites you to take a walk afterwards. The beer from the in-house brewery is very tasty and underlines the regional focus of the restaurant. The food was plentiful, fresh and tasty. The freshly baked chocolate cake (with a liquid center) is worth every minute of waiting and a must for anyone who likes sweets. Highly recommended!

Very nice atmosphere. You immediately feel at home and the staff is very friendly. Food is also delicious. There is only one point deduction - for €8.80 the Camembert...when the price is that high - you at least expect it to be homemade and not manufactured. Or just make 2 for the price. The price is not justified despite VAT. Otherwise everything is fresh and delicious.

We didn't eat anything today, just tried the beer. 😋It was very good. 😍 The staff gives very good advice and always has a relaxed saying in store. Definitely come for dinner next time, because it looks very good. The brewery is a must when you are in Bautzen.

It was nice. The service was absolutely great. Whatever we selected was taken care of immediately. The food was a total highlight. We had the hot stone for dinner and for dessert the vanilla ice cream with the flambéed raspberry on the hot stone, it was super cool and amusing (first the sugar was caramelized on the hot stone, then the raspberries were added and then the raspberry spirit was flambéed)😍 🥰❤️ I would come again and we will do that too 🥰 And we also took beer with us as a souvenir and are now enjoying it. I also really enjoyed the beer tasting round in the restaurant 🥰 Our waiter Rafel was also really nice. I found one thing unfortunate about him, but it's nothing significant. Unfortunately only three stars this time. The fried potatoes with the brawn didn't taste good. The salad wasn't appropriate for the price either. We've been there many times but lately it's left a lot to be desired, especially the food. The service was very accommodating, nothing to complain about.

It was packed on Boxing Day evening. Nice staff, delicious food, local beer. It wasn't the first and not the last time. I wish you the best for the next year.

We went there for dinner at Christmas and were unfortunately disappointed. The location is very nice with a view of the old town towers of Bautzen. The restaurant is also very cozy. But the food disappointed us. *Camembert from the frost, with cranberries from the jar and the salad decoration is also much nicer. It had no taste whatsoever. Price 7.50 euros for Cambert like in the discounter. *Seasoned chicken meat, taste was okay, but the formed meat cut into cubes is not possible at the price of almost 8 euros. I expect fresh, plucked chicken. *especially for Christmas there was a Christmas card with duck leg or deer goulash with dumplings and red cabbage. Unfortunately also a disappointment. The red cabbage was not homemade and the venison goulash was overcooked and probably not cooked by myself. Both were just warmed out of the packaging and presented poorly. (a dried dill sprig above the dumpling). For over 20 euros I would at least expect homemade red cabbage in a restaurant. And to use spray cream in dessert instead of fresh cream. Actually, it's so easy to create good food. All in all, a lot of money for no quality. It was okay, but nothing more. Unfortunately. The service was okay, almost good, if not for the strange, inappropriate jokes from the service force. That seemed intrusive and a bit stupid. Your coffee is very tasty, but unfortunately a latte machiato in a mini glass doesn't fit the price of just under 4 euros. It may be that my expectations are high, but I think if you charge a lot of money, you should also bring a lot of quality. Thank you for reading and all the best to the team in 2024.

Ich gebe ja selten 5 Sterne. Aber das Spreeblick hats absolut verdient. Super geiles Essen, toller Service und ein uriges, gemütliches Ambiente. Nichtvzu vergessen die Auswahl an hervorragenden selbst gebrauten Bieren. Leute, die vielleicht keinen Appetit auf Hausmannkost und Urigkeit haben, werden meine Wertung sicher nicht teilen. Ich fand den Abend hier richtig gut. Nich zu erwähnen: wir durften um die Rechnung kniffeln. Bei einem 6er Kniffel beim ersten Wurf, wäre die Rechnung aufs Haus gegangen. Mega gut!

Wir haben einen angenehmen Abend im Spreeblick Restaurant gehabt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung, trotz sehr vieler Gäste, aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
