Dominicana in Bautzen

Ich bin regelmäßiger Gast und bin immer wieder völlig zufrieden. Bisher fand ich alles wirklich lecker und frisch. Sehr empfehlen.

Nach dem Lesen vieler Bewertungen habe ich mich entschieden, dieses Restaurant mit dem interessanten Namen und den schönen Fotos zu besuchen. Leider war ich sehr enttäuscht von der langen Wartezeit. Es waren nur wenige Leute da, aber es gab nur eine Dame, die alle bediente, und ich musste sehr lange warten. Mein Burger war ungenießbar. Das Fleisch war schlecht durchgebraten und hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, möglicherweise war es nicht frisch. Die Brötchen waren alt und der Salat war nicht frisch, die Blätter waren verwelkt. Der Saft wurde mir erst nach langer Zeit serviert, was mich noch mehr verärgert hat. Die Atmosphäre war nicht angenehm. Es war sehr heiß im Raum. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität, der Innenraum sollte schon längst erneuert werden. Überall standen staubige alte Kunstblumen herum. Insgesamt war es eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Eines der besten Restaurants in Bautzen. Das Essen ist köstlich, die Preise sind niedrig. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The restaurant is small, but I was truly impressed! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with lively Latin American rhythms in the background, perfectly complementing the authentic vibe. The food was simply outstanding. The crispy crust, yet EL SANCOCHO wowed me—fresh, aromatic, and perfectly prepared. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The waitress patiently explained the menu to us and made recommendations that didn't disappoint. I highly recommend Dominican Bautzen to anyone looking for an authentic Latin American dining experience. Everything is just right here: the food, the atmosphere, and the service. I will definitely be back.

Frisches, schmackhaftes Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Das Lokal ist klein, aber gemütlich, und man kann auch auf der Terrasse sitzen. Man kann Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellen, und Heidy bereitet es gerne für einen zu, sodass man ganz einfach genau das bestellen kann, was man möchte. Falls einem eine Zutat nicht zusagt, wird sie gerne durch eine andere ersetzt, sodass eine große Auswahl an frischen Alternativen zur Verfügung steht. Es gibt auch leckere Smoothies in verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, immer mit einem Lächeln. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich habe die Gerichte dieses Lokals zum ersten Mal auf einer Party probiert und muss sagen, dass ich mich nicht nur in das Essen, sondern auch in die Umgebung und die Atmosphäre verliebt habe, die dank der großen Freude des Besitzers entstanden ist. Anschließend war ich einen Monat nach der vorherigen wieder auf einer Party hier und was soll ich sagen: immer frisches Essen, das Gemüse sieht man sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich, was ausgezeichnet ist, was frittiert schon ist Schmeckt nicht minimal nach schmutzigem Öl, im Gegenteil, es liegt nicht im Magen und ist super knusprig, die Smoothies haben einen wirklich tropischen Geschmack und das eine macht Lust auf das andere. Der Ort ist in den Farben der Flagge der Dominikanischen Republik gehalten und mit Gegenständen geschmückt, die an Südamerika erinnern, nur um Sie ein wenig von diesem grauen Deutschland abzulenken. alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Ich war auch schon ein anderes Mal mit Freunden dort und habe zum ersten Mal die Empanadas probiert, und es war Liebe auf den ersten Bissen. Ich empfehle alle drei Geschmacksrichtungen, aber die mit Hühnchen bleibt mein Favorit. leckeres Essen, wunderbarer Ort und sonniger Empfang. I recently had the pleasure of having lunch at Dominicana Bautzen and it was simply exceptional. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm and attentive service. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and elegant, perfect for both an everyday lunch and a celebration with friends and family.

The only thing I can say about this restaurant is that it offers great food and hospitality that makes you feel at home. Heidy and Alex are very friendly people who offer you an excellent service.And a very pleasant treatment, and for my Latin American community I can only say come and try it, because for those of us who are far away, with that rich taste and hospitality that takes us to our lands. This is my rating and my experience in the Dominican Bautzen. It was a very nice and pleasant experience. Trying new and interesting flavors of Caribbean food. And if we talk about Alex and Heidy, they are very good people. So it was a unique experience for me and all I can say is come and experience it for yourself.

Very nice bistro. The food and the ambience give you a family holiday feeling! The food is freshly prepared and tastes very good. The empanadas remind me of my homeland Argentina, simply delicious! The service from owner Heidy is very friendly and nice. Last year we also ordered a party service for our daughter's school start and everyone was more than satisfied! Simply recommended!

Hello and good day Today I'm taking the time to give a verdict on this bistro. It is a beautiful, clean bistro and the atmosphere invites you to linger. The operators Heidy and Alexsander are polite and completely fine. The food is always freshly prepared and a real treat. Especially the Latin American dishes. If I could, I would go to this bistro every day. If you read other people's reviews, you'll know that you should definitely visit this bistro. Unfortunately, there is only one review from a woman yuliya-g, who wanted to harm the operator with a bad statement because she wanted to work in this bistro but not officially. Of course they both didn't go along with that. Therefore, don't listen to this person. My conclusion: Visit this bistro and you're on vacation. To the operators: KEEP IT UP. HASTA PRONTO

The only positive thing I can mention is the large portions and affordable prices, but everything else leaves something to be desired. The dishes are dirty, poorly washed, the glasses don't seem to be washed at all, what's most amazing is that the food is not fresh, weathered or old. If you still want to come here after all of the above...You are brave people!!!!! My rating is based solely on personal observations in the kitchen. I am responsible for every word I say. The lawyer has already prepared a corresponding statement on our employment relationship. As an employer, you are responsible for your actions before the law and there have already been complaints from other employees. If someone is not honest with their employees, they are also deceiving their customers. When preparing fish that wasn't fresh, I've witnessed dirty gloves you used lying around the kitchen, picking up food in front of guests, reprocessing food that isn't being used, the oil is not changed. Often the products are not fresh, the fallen product does not always end up neatly on the plate when preparing food, the dishes are simply washed under cold running water and there are many other violations of hygiene standards. Your child was in the kitchen for half a day even though he had a fever and a cough. What other hygiene standards can we talk about?

Very nice and personal service. The owner still remembered us after almost a year. Wow. There was even time for a little chat. The food is delicious, the portions are large, the price is cheap 👍👍👍 For two people €20.60, food and drinks. We'll definitely be back 🥰

Had dinner there today for two. One bowl each (couscous and Thai) and one enpalada(?) with shrimp. The bag tasted good and was the best for the price. Unfortunately, my wife's couscous bowl was without pasta, parmesan and radishes... even though it said so. The Thai bowl with the peanut dressing was TipTop ❤️ Overall a good meal. The ambience is just what it is 😄. The young lady at the service was alone and very friendly to us. Oh right…. and if the cash register shows €7.50 for a small bowl, then please change that on the board too. I'd love to come back to you.

September 2023, order: fried egg + sweet potato fries + chickpea puree. Food very tasty, nice restaurant, fast service. The Middle American sounding music also added to the mood. The only thing that was superfluous in my opinion was the refrigerator with advertising labels with drinks (hence only 4 stars for “ambience”).

A nice restaurant. Owner-managed. Keep it up. The empañadas were very small for my taste, a little oily. So you can order one more, the taste is fine. Filled dumplings for frying. It just doesn't work without oil. The boss is very friendly and hardworking. May the Lord bless you all.

Genau das was Bautzen braucht - ein abwechslungsreiches, erfrischend neues Restaurant für jedermann der interessiert an leckeren Spezialitäten aus der Dominikanischen Republik ist! Heidi ist sehr gastfreundlich. Man kann auch draussen sitzen und die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung! :) Ausserdem wechseln einuge Gerichte täglich währenddessen andere dauerhaft erhältlich sind (Empanadas, Bowls…). Einfach mal was anderes als ein klassisch deutsches Frühstück mit Brötchen, Wurst und Käse.

Wenn man in Bautzen das Besondere sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Heidi und Alexander sind 2 super liebe Menschen, die mit Herz und Seele ihr kleines Lokal führen. Super gemütlich, mit dem gewissen Urlaubs Feeling, absolut unglaublich leckeres Essen. Wer mal eine frische Abwechslung zu Döner und Co. sucht, ist hier gold richtig. Dieses kleine Restaurant kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen, es ist für jeden was dabei. 5 Sterne, macht weiter so 😍

Eine besondere Abwechslung für Bautzen - gute und exotische Ergänzung zu allem was die Stadt bisher kennt. Besonders die verschiedenen „Bowls“ /gemischte Schüsseln und die Smothies sind sehr lecker. Macht weiter so und bleibt uns erhalten.

Ich bin total begeistert habe heut den Lieferdienst ausprobiert mit den 4 kleinen Bowls und der Frühstücksbowl. Die sind flexibel zusammen stellbar mit mehreren Toppings mit und ohne Fleisch und selbst die kleine Bowl ist so groß dass es fast für zwei reicht . Mega gesund mega lecker und super freundliche und schnelle Lieferung nach Wunschzeit von Chef persönlich! Werde das jetzt regelmäßig nutzen!! Eine wirkliche Bereicherung für die Bautzner Lieferdienst -„Szene“

Wunderbarer Restaurant. Jedes Mal wird man mit einem anderen neuen Gericht überrascht. Ein Teil meine Heimat in Bautzen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Einfach 100% empfehlenswert. Restaurante maravilloso. Todas las veces eres sorprendida con una comida diferente. Una parte de mi tierra en Bautzen. El personal muy agrable. Simplemente 100% recomendable.

Eine wunderbare neue Farbe auf der Palette der Bautzener Gastronomie und erfrischende Abwechslung zu Döner, Asia, Pizza usw. Alles superlecker, authentisch, frisch, leicht und gesund! Wir hatten ein Catering für 50 Personen - alles bestens! Gern wieder!

Heidi und Alexander sind superliebe Personen die uns kulinarisch mit außergewöhnlichen, leckeren Gerichten aus ihrer Heimat, der DomRep, verzaubern. Die Gerichte haben immer etwas besonderes, verwendet werden ausschließlich frische Zutaten. Das Ambiente des kleinen Ladens verspricht Urlaubsfeeling bei karibischer Musik die leise im Hintergrund dudelt. Ich kann das Dominicana nur herzlichst empfehlen. Allerdings sollte man vorab möglichst online vorbestellen um nicht zu lange aufs Essen warten zu müssen.

Sehr nettes Personal und das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. 👍🍀
