Marcolinos in Bad Königshofen i.Grabfeld

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very friendly. A great restaurant that you should definitely visit. The menu is not too extensive, but not too small. The backyard is a lovely, quiet place to sit. There were five of us, and we all agreed that Marcolinos is definitely worth recommending. Many thanks to the team

The food wasn't anything special; the pizza was more American, trying to give it a touch of the thick crust and/or the oven time was too short. My drink, a non-alcoholic shandy, was already at its worst due to its best-before date expiring the next day. Nothing special in terms of taste. Service isn't particularly important here when it comes to requests; omitting and substituting ingredients is a matter of "rethinking" in the kitchen, and is therefore only possible at an additional cost. According to the server, it's like that everywhere, but fortunately, I can't confirm it. Even if it were, do you have to do it like everywhere else? Doesn't anyone need to stand out with their service anymore? The ambiance isn't great, trying to make the best of the situation. For me, it's not a pizzeria I would recommend or visit again.

For us, Marcolinos is always worth a visit. Great Italian food, superbly presented... a feast for the eyes. Very friendly and welcoming service, and every wish is fulfilled. We prefer the courtyard; it always feels like a "little vacation." Highly recommended.

An absolute delight! The food was simply outstanding – every dish a culinary highlight! The ingredients were fresh, perfectly matched, and prepared with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the presentation: every dish not only looked great but also tasted fantastic. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant wonderfully rounded off the entire experience. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Beer garden outside at the back is very nice! Ate very well. Pizza crispy and juicy! Great calamari, good linguini with seafood! Service very courteous and humorous! 👌🏻 Surrounded in the beer garden by music from RoyBianco & the Abbrunzati Boys in the background! 🥰 Keep it up!

Small but nice...that's how the Marcolinos looks at first glance ☺️ After our visit today I can only report positive things: the service was very friendly and attentive, the food was very good and the espresso and dessert were also delicious! Marcolinos is definitely worth a visit!!! Please reserve in advance, the indoor area is not that big. AND...don't forget cash...you can't pay by card here (I think it's great by the way!!! I like cash 😄).

A super cute restaurant. The atmosphere was very comfortable and you felt very comfortable. The staff is really top. Unfortunately the pizza was a bit burnt on the edge, but otherwise very tasty and highly recommended.

An excellent cozy restaurant with good food and a nice selection of food and drinks. Not too much that it becomes confusing and not too little that you don't have enough choice. Just right, so to speak. The entrance situation was a bit confusing, as there are two doors that lead to different guest areas. The food took a little longer as the restaurant was almost full, but it was there at the same time. The time between starter and main course was just right. Since the two guest rooms are not that big, it gets drafty quite quickly when guests enter or leave the restaurant in cold temperatures. Long clothing would be appropriate here. I have a ⭐️ deduction because it is very disappointing that no card payment 💳 will be offered even in 2025. A spontaneous visit can then be combined with a targeted trip to the nearest ATM.

Small restaurant, but incredibly tasty, authentic food, super nice and friendly service and special requests were easily taken into account. For the kids there is a children's card, which is also a coloring page, and pens to keep them busy. Top! I would say Marcolinos is number 1 in the county if you want a really good Italian meal. We'll definitely be back.

Nice location, just a bit small and noisy when the shop is full. But still very comfortable! The food was very tasty, but unfortunately the chicken on the pizza wasn't really my thing. Otherwise highly recommended! Gladly again. Small addition: I love how quickly you responded to the review! You can just see how much you care about your customers! Definitely all 5 stars for that! Small but very cozy, if you reserve in advance you also get a place in the sought-after restaurant, which is absolutely convincing with its great attention to detail and its flair!!! We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday there with 5 people and were particularly impressed by the great service (10 stars if there was one and then one more 😜) and the quick and competent service! The food is delicious (pizza, meat/fish dishes, elaborate desserts but also just a few fries if you want) and the price/performance ratio is also right! As a surprise there was ice cream with a fire fountain 😁 If you like it cozy and rustic, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, due to the distance, we have only been to Marcolino twice so far. The first time everything was great, except for the portion sizes and therefore the price-performance ratio was deducted 1 star. Today everything was just as you know it, great and top!! :-)We got a table at really short notice. It wasn't easy for Marco to do his thing, with the "level of popularity" ;-) Best decision that you went this route :-) the times - pizza and pasta for 6€ are just over... Apparently some people haven't understood that yet. Act like Harry in restaurants and eat from the chamber pot at home ;-) Long story no sense at all... Absolute recommendation!! Children are always welcome. Steffi and the entire team are great, friendly, funny and always Polite. Marco, you too of course :-P Food tastes great and if he wants, Marco can cut himself or Franco ;-) Dad would have liked to eat with you. I'm sure of that. If I/we go back to the “old” Always happy to be home. Keep it up and hopefully see you again soon.

Nowhere else do I enjoy eating pizza or pasta as much as I do here - except in Italy itself. Top service, always very courteous and attentive. The food is always freshly prepared with great ingredients. You can tell that a lot of love goes into the preparation. The ambience both in the garden and in the room itself is very feel-good. Nice little Italian restaurant. The service is friendly and attentive. I would describe the food as average. In my aglio e olio there wasn't a single tomato to be found, even though it was described as such on the menu. If I hadn't eaten the children's leftovers, I wouldn't have been full. The pizza was said to be quite good.
