Excellent Greek restaurant! Everything was delicious, especially the lamb dish (rack of lamb) – simply outstanding. Very clean, no unpleasant smells, just the aroma of the food. Friendly, fast service; you feel like you're dining with friends. We'll definitely be back!

We were there with a large group. The food was delicious and plentiful—actually, too much. The picture shows the appetizer platter for two; the four of us ate it. The service was very attentive and friendly, even to children.

Cute little place with a very friendly owner. Unfortunately, the food wasn't worth the money. The gyros was dry and pretty much tasteless. A shame.

The food was good. The portion was decent, however, I found the appetizer platter for four a bit too vegetarian… something with meat or fish would have been perfect. The restaurant is a bit old, and you can see that everywhere, but it suits a cozy little place.

We had a wonderful and delicious dinner here. The waitress was very friendly, quick, and reliable. Both the garlic bread we had as a starter and the gyros main course were incredibly tasty. The price was perfectly reasonable. We'd gladly come back here again when we're in Munich.

We had a fantastic experience catering a party at this restaurant. They prepared a huge amount of delicious, hot food for about 25 people. All the dishes were made with care, and our guests loved it. There were plenty of options for both vegetarians and meat-eaters. The lamb stew, salmon, and calamari, as well as the many creative ways to prepare feta cheese, were especially popular. I highly recommend their professional service, delicious food, and fair prices. We'll definitely be back! 🤗

Amazing food: perfectly seasoned, juicy and well cooked, great portions, fresh home cooking with tons of flavor. Our server was an absolute delight: kind, attentive, charming, accommodating. The restaurant itself was exactly comfortable: well-decorated and tasteful without being at all fancy or pretentious. Highly recommended. Feels like a secret gem being outside of the city centre and tourist areas, but everything about this place is fantastic.

We followed the star ratings on Google and weren't disappointed. A Greek restaurant just an eight-minute walk from the hotel was already a perfect setup for us. The genuine warmth with which we were welcomed (without a reservation on Friday evening) also impressed us. After enjoying a delicious meal, we were thoroughly impressed. That's why we went back twice (Friday and Saturday). Once as a couple and once with four good friends. So feel free to multiply this review by four stars. :o) Cold appetizers, hot appetizers, grilled octopus, fried anchovies, lamb souvlaki, kota (chicken in a lemon, olive oil, and oregano marinade!), plus desserts whose names I couldn't remember, and the finest Greek coffee. Five stars each, without a doubt. Many thanks to the team at "Greek Stüberl."

Extremely nice place: authentic interior and music. Tasty food: we ordered octopus with fava and moussaka - everything was delicious. And they bring side salad to all meals - so portions are big but you dont feel extremely full when you eat everything. Reasonable prices. Very hospitable staff - Greek atmosphere. And I was pleased to practise my Greek a little bit.

The food was phenomenal! Although we were initially a bit skeptical about the relatively high prices, we are very happy with our choice of this restaurant! The prices are justified by the excellent quality of the various dishes and the extremely friendly staff. A real compliment to the entire team!

Four of us had made a reservation here. Unfortunately, they didn't know about our confirmed online reservation. But hey, it wasn't full anyway, so it wasn't a problem this time. The atmosphere is quaint and relaxed. There's a beer garden outside, and a lot of wood inside. Generally clean. The hot and cold mixed appetizers were truly incredible, and there was an original selection. All four of us enjoyed that. The main courses were all well-received, except for my own, unfortunately. I had the fish platter with fried potatoes. The pike-perch was unfortunately overcooked, absolutely dry. The fried potatoes were actually just boiled three prawns briefly tossed in butter—not fried potatoes! But the worst were the shrimp (so-called scampi)—unfortunately, they weren't fresh at all; I couldn't eat them, really. Old, dry, and hard. I hope this was an unfortunate isolated incident. Otherwise, we would recommend the restaurant, but next time I'll just get the baby calamari because they were really very good.

Friendly staff and nice vibes. We ordered the mixed sea food appetiser and it was super! It came quickly, hot, crunchy, fresh (no frozen stuff smell), tasty and with nice bread and super garlic paste plate. It was enough for two people for a dinner. Update: we went again and this time tried inside. The atmosphere is unbeatable and the food is wow. Even though we did not have a reservation and we came on Friday, they managed us in on a nice table. Big shout out to the exceptional service staff!!!!!!

Incredible, plentiful food, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Despite our limited English, they did everything they could to accommodate our requests. We had a wonderful time. When we return to Munich, this will definitely be a restaurant we'll return to. Good prices: €80 for four people, and considering we left without finishing it all, it's a great price!

The food was excellent, but the most important thing was that we came hungry after an adventure in Munich very late and even though the kitchen was closed, they took very good care of us. The place is very open, like a restaurant in Greece.

Friendly staff throughout the evening. For Greek food, there could have been more olive oil used as the ingredient for both the baby calamari and grilled sea bass that we ordered. Another downside is the service is extremely slow. 2 staff serving the outdoor area seems fine but the food seems to have a hard time leaving the kitchen

Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't meet our personal expectations. My impression of the bifteki was that it seemed more like a ready-made meal and didn't taste freshly prepared. The fries reminded me that there might have been some older ones among the fresh ones. The side bread seemed a bit stale. I also only received 0.4 liters of beer instead of the full 0.5 liters – that can happen, of course, but it seemed a bit sparing overall. Overall, I had the feeling that they were cutting corners in several places, and the quality suffered as a result. I would like to highlight the service – the lady was very attentive and friendly! The beer garden is also lovely: shady and perfect for hot days, with a few sunny spots for sun worshippers. Overall, unfortunately, this was our first and probably last time at this restaurant.

An all-around successful visit. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive – we immediately felt like we were in good hands. On a Wednesday evening, there were plenty of seats available, creating a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The creative menu was particularly impressive: many unusual dishes that piqued our interest and encouraged us to try something new. It was definitely worth it! The lamb is especially recommended – tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We'd be happy to return.

Every dish was wonderful! The Moussaka was from out of space! This restaurant is one of the best I visited! A must if you look for great greek food!

Food good, place was busy, couldn't fault it

We've never had such an excellent meal in a Greek restaurant. We had the zucchini fritters as an appetizer, the portions were perfect for sharing. For the main course, we had grilled baby calamari and calamari fritters. Both were delicious. The fritters were homemade and not too salty. The side dishes of fries and fried potatoes were also seasoned to perfection. The staff were very attentive and efficient. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and naturally furnished. You immediately feel at home. We look forward to our next visit.

A real surprise! It's inconspicuously located, but with friendly service and delicious dishes at fair prices. Tip: I recommend making a reservation, as it's also very popular in the neighborhood.

Even shortly before 10 p.m., we were still warmly and hospitably welcomed (the chef even waited for us). Highly recommended! We had mousska, taramas, and salad with feta in puff pastry—all delicious—and a farewell ouzo. Thank you again!

What a lovely evening at the Greek Stüberl! We had the mixed appetizer platter (hot and cold) – and that was a real highlight. After that, we had bifteki, super spicy, grilled to perfection, absolutely delicious. And to finish, a dessert of puff pastry and vanilla ice cream… simply heavenly. The seating in the well-kept beer garden is absolutely lovely – everything is green, quiet, clean, and lovingly decorated. The interior is also cozy and inviting. I would particularly like to highlight the service – super warm, attentive, and simply a place where you feel at home. An all-round successful evening & we'll definitely be back. 💙🇬🇷

Fisch platter for two was PERFECT! Service was amazing! Tzatziki was too salty though. I gave atmosphere 3 star because of the kid next table crying, screaming and yelling uncontrollably, that my eardrum just hurt so much and was not pleasant. We could have stayed for desert and tea with my family, which is extra revenue for the restaurant, but it was just impossible. I understand this is not the restaurants fault, but there should be some regulations I think. Nothing against kids, we were with our toddler as well. In conclusion, service and food was top! Highly recommend.

Very good shop! He respects Greek cuisine to the utmost, besides from what I understand the owner is Greek. What we got was really like eating it in Greece, especially the village and the cheesy, which require good slices, the meats are also very good. And all this in a beautiful garden! Unfortunately, Bauma was very busy. One had the feeling that the waitresses were slightly overwhelmed. The food was good, unfortunately the turkey schnitzel was burnt on one side. That affected the taste.

I had lunch here today and chose the €17.90 menu with three courses. I was served the soup, then the vegetable dish. I was waiting for the dessert, but when I asked, I was told that it was not included and that the menu only had two courses – probably taking advantage of the fact that I don’t speak German. They probably said that because they had run out of desserts. But if they had told me the truth, I would have understood. Why lie to me, taking advantage of the fact that I don’t speak German? In the end, I paid in cash, and I was given change as if I had paid €19. I thought the extra €1.10 might have been for water or service. But later, when I looked at the receipt (which I had to ask for), I saw that it was actually for €17.90. In short, the food was nothing special – which is fine – but the lack of respect is not.

I visited this restaurant today with my family. At first was a bit skeptical about the food and service but to my surprise both were outstanding. Since we speak very little German the lady who was serving us was very kind and helpful. The food was awesome and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I can't stress enough how amazing this place is. It's family-owned, and you will certainly feel that in their great customer service. They have an extensive menu, with both fresh meat and fish, and other greek classics. They usually have a Tageskarte so you can get a friendly price for lunch if you work nearby. As for the food itself- it's amazing. Big portions and really good flavors. And to top it off, they sometimes will offer you a free dessert and Ouzo 🙏
