The atmosphere is nice, the drinks are good, the service is nice. Unfortunately, the food doesn't match the price or the rest of the place. The burger was completely overloaded with sauces, the patty was frozen, the salad was dried out, tagliatelle was cooked for too long and the sauce tasted like it came from Miracoli. It's a shame. A good tomato sauce is very easy to make.

Worst breakfast I've ever had. And a waiter sat us at the window on the gallery and said that breakfast would be taken away soon but we could still have breakfast. After that, unfortunately, it took ages until we were served and got the orange juice and water that were included in the price. It took a long time again until we got our cappuccino. A clear never again for us.

It's really great, even prominent staff :) Was simply served by Eminem.

Great options for brunch and very good coffee I must say. However, I was spoiled by the fact that you pay even €2 for a glass of water, which is also a tangible tap.

First of all, thank you to the friendly, hard-working, unobtrusive and yet attentive service. The beautiful window seat is also great. With the food on offer, you definitely won't go home hungry. However, some details were missing, at least when we were guests, for example in the Dips listed separately on the menu. The selection of sweet dishes was also clear during our stay. The healthy herbal infusions were very tasty. All in all, the overall package is recommended.

Italian Sandwich, Eggs Benedict, Glewwein, Milkshake (Vanilla) The combination of tomato (meat) sauce, basil, and cheese that came with the sandwich was very delicious. Eggs Benedict was delicious from the first bite to the last. With the addition of lemon, the Geulwivine had a fragrant taste like vinshaw, and even when it cooled down, it had a sweet taste and was delicious. Milkshakes are not Korean shakes. It is literally a “shake” made by mixing milk and vanilla. Vanilla flavored milk? Yes. I came here wanting to eat a hamburger, but they will no longer sell it after 2023. Still, all the menu items I ate were delicious and highly recommended!

Got negative experience. We were from 10:10 to 11:10 The waiter told us a lot of information about options for branch. It costs 20 for breakfast and 26 € for breakfast+ lunch. It wasnt clear - what we gonna do to pay for breakfast (waiter charged 26) Nobody told us that coffee is extra price. I see only two options. If cafe is right - pls explain. Final price is 60€

Unfortunately, the food and service are not great. The location is good, but the rest doesn't fit at all. Food comes before drinks and then you sit forever in front of empty glasses and empty plates. Then, despite the restaurant being almost empty, you still have to call the waiter to get something more to drink. And the waiter who brings it still leaves all the empty plates. Absolutely unbearable. Sorry, but deli is just the name.

Why breakfast brunch. Large selection and everything very tasty. We always enjoy coming back. A big advantage over other providers is that water and orange juice are included in the price at Rauschenbach. Price performance great

I don‘t understand how this place has so good reviews. We were 4 of us for the breakfast buffet and we were all really disappointed in the quality of food. A lot of it tasted weird/a bit old and also stuffs like sausages and chicken were cold which didn‘t make it pleasant at all.

The place is nice and the staff friendly, but in the end it is the same type of not very good service from Europe. Unfortunately, the coffee we got tasted like it was burnt, the bowl was not what I expected and the pancakes were small, the only redeeming feature of this visit was the hot chocolate. It's a shame that our experience was so extremely bad. That didn't have to be the case at all. We were ignored at the entrance and not shown a seat. We asked at the bar where they said we should just sit down. Even then we were ignored by the waitress. Apparently you can order online to the table, which we had to do as no one had taken our order. The restaurant wasn't even half full. Ordering online is a fun idea, but rather difficult in practice because you had to pay and tip beforehand without even seeing the food (there are no pictures) or being able to speak to waiters (you can only do them Call to the table AFTER ordering online). Until then, we assumed that this was just common practice in this deli and ordered online. When we had already been sitting for about 20 minutes and had long since ordered/purchased the food online, a waitress showed up and asked what we wanted to order. That's really too late and any previous attempt to discreetly draw the attention of a waiter or waitress was skillfully ignored/looked away. In total we waited about 45 minutes for a salad and a burger. In the meantime, we saw other guests being ignored in the same way - and sometimes simply leaving again. Then our food was brought - and the cutlery was forgotten. We had to actively approach a waitress to ask about this. That was the last interaction with staff until we left (we had paid online). The portions are small and the Caesar salad in particular was more of a side salad in terms of portion size. The fries are steakhouse fries that were very doughy and not crispy. Nobody asked, nobody was attentive, the food is medium. So far our worst restaurant experience in all of Dresden. The sad thing is: the potential is there. At least the waiters seemed friendly, but there was no thought of service towards us. We would have liked to have ordered more food - but the staff didn't seem to care. Luckily, according to the other reviews, this isn't the norm - it's just a shame that it was particularly bad that evening.

Unfortunately we were disappointed and the reviews promised more. The buffet was quite sparse with no variety and there was no signage for the dishes. For us, the selection wasn't enough for an extensive brunch. Not all of the dishes on offer at the buffet were provided. When we asked, we reluctantly received a missing dish, but there was nothing else.

We visited for brunch today with 4 people and had mixed feelings at the end. Unfortunately, the food was not 100% what was offered on the offer flyer. When asked, some, but not all, of the missing dishes were brought to the table, but only soggy and in a bad mood - this of course does not reflect all of the employees. The atmosphere was pleasant and made you feel comfortable. There was also a ramp at the entrance for wheelchair users, but the toilets on the upper floor can only be reached by stairs. It was not clear whether there was an extra toilet on the ground floor for wheelchair users. The prices are ok for what you get, unfortunately the selection at the buffet is not very large and, as I said, some dishes are only available upon request and are not on the buffet.

This used to be one of my favorite places. Unfortunately not anymore. Everything has become quite expensive, the service is friendly, but I was totally disappointed on my last visit. The homemade lemonade was way too sweet and the food was just OK. The selection of dishes is now something that no longer appeals to me and the portion sizes are also a bit small for the price. All in all, for me the overall concept and the price-performance ratio are no longer right. It's a shame, but this will probably be my last visit here for the time being.

Wonderful relaxed atmosphere! Super lovely staff and the breakfast was top. I gave my mom a breakfast at Rauschenbach for her birthday and we would go there again and again. We shared a menu and it was sufficient, varied and very tasty! Freshly squeezed orange juice, pesto buratta, cheese, muesli, fresh bread and all sorts of spreads! A real treat for the palate!

I would like to share my very positive experiences here. We stayed in Rauschenbach for our team event in the afternoon. The very short-term reservation on my part was no problem at all. We (twelve people) were reserved both outside and inside so that we were free to choose. We were also given a very friendly welcome when we arrived. All of this made a very good impression on us. Since some of us had a bit more of a hearty appetite, but we were there at a time when the kitchen wasn't preparing hot meals, we were very happy about the employee's offer to have some delicious scrambled eggs prepared from the breakfast menu for some of us. Another highlight for us were the lemonades and iced teas, which were served in large glasses or even in attractive carafes. Price/performance couldn't be beat here. All in all, we ate and drank here in a great central location and would love to come back. Many thanks to the entire team!

In the evening you can avoid Rauschenbach. Tiny portions and hardly any choice. Only breakfast is ok and brunch.

There used to be more choice, more food on the plate...the price/performance ratio really doesn't match

I was there for breakfast and ate a sandwich (Chef's Breakfast). It was freshly prepared and very tasty, but for the price it could have been a little bigger. I also think the ginger infusion or peppermint infusion is pretty steep for €5.10. Yes, everything is freshly prepared, but the cost of goods isn't that high. But otherwise everything is great (service, food)!

Unusual but delicious dishes. Portions are also available in smaller versions at a lower price. Very good if you are not quite sure whether the food is really for you. The "BEEF BEEF BEEF" dish is recommended, the meat, celery puree and sauce are very well balanced. At first I thought that the puree would taste too much like celery, but that wasn't the case. Our own lemonade and iced tea are also delicious. Service was also very nice. We ordered a tiramisu with 2 spoons as dessert and the waiter brought the tiramisu in half and served it in two bowls. Very attentive. Location is also great, not too busy but not too remote either. Sit outside comfortably. The only drawback is that the toilets are on the 1st floor. Therefore not accessible for wheelchair users.

Unfortunately, in contrast to breakfast and brunch, the evening doesn't seem to be a strong point. After half an hour we had our first drink and after three quarters of an hour we were asked for the first time what we would like to eat. However, we had already decided to change the restaurant. The restaurant was empty inside and only half full outside.

The waitress was slow and sluggish, but the waiter, who took over later, was very attentive (unfortunately too late for us)

We were in Rauschenbach this evening, Thursday, June 27th, 2024. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good idea to spend our evening here, quite the opposite. The evening was totally ruined for us. We were served by an extremely unfriendly and rude waitress. Every word, every move was too much for the “lady”, no please, no thank you, her demeanor was snotty, annoyed, arrogant and very cheeky. We have never experienced such unfriendly service. You got the impression that you were just tolerated and not welcome here, and you felt absolutely unwelcome. On the contrary, you didn't feel comfortable at all. In other locations you are greeted politely and receive good service. In Rauschenbach, the complete opposite with this waitress. Unfortunately, this woman made us feel very uncomfortable and we were happy when we finally received our bill, after repeated requests, and were able to leave the restaurant. We will definitely not visit this location again. Service, hospitality and customer service are absolute foreign words here. Zero stars for this...

Baked cod with white cabbage salad, a shame for €14.50, I would have liked it not to be a ready-made product. Unfortunately, I am always disappointed in Dresden with high prices and quick and cheap production.

Yesterday I was able to celebrate an unforgettable 50th birthday with my guests at Rauschenbach at brunch 🥳! Everything was magically prepared and set, the service was fantastic, the food was fresh and delicious 😋! All in all, much more than just the five stars ⭐️! Keep it up 👍🏼!! We came to the breakfast buffet, food was already on the table including meat and cheese without asking whether we were vegan or vegetarian, two of the five of us are vegetarian so food was wasted, there was no signage for the dishes at the buffet. How are you supposed to know what is vegetarian/vegan? You also have to pay a surcharge for oat milk in 2024, which is a disgrace.

Was there last Monday. The waitress was all alone, but did it so INCREDIBLY well given the rush!! I could hardly believe my eyes! Food was also super tasty! (I found it a bit strange that someone who wasn't part of the team was behind the desk making coffee and cake too???)

There were four of us there. The table was beautifully set and there was also some sausage and cash register available. At the buffet there wasn't a lot of grilled vegetables and the usual. I was there several times before the renovation and I liked the breakfast buffet much better and there were more original dishes. Today I had the feeling that it was an attempt to offer something that was somewhat unsuccessful. The service didn't seem to be really organized either. Instead of everyone having their own area, they just ran back and forth. For the price it wasn't really good.

The rating refers to this location when it still ran under the name “Grillkollektiv”. I can't share any experiences with "Rauschenbach deli" yet. Maybe someone has a good before and after comparison. 😉

First of all, my review was online for three months and was suddenly no longer accepted by Google on January 22nd, 2024. A rogue who suspects something... Now it's online again Based on good reviews, I booked for our father and our family's 92nd birthday. We thought, not dinner but brunch and lunch. The space in the corner was ok, but the tables were a bit too narrow and you felt cramped. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The lunch was rather poor and a little more choice of food would have been desirable. We expected more and it works much better elsewhere. It would also have been nice if used dishes had been cleared away a little earlier. I or we would not pass on a recommendation for the breakfast and lunch combination.

A nice restaurant right next to the town hall and the Kreuzkirche. You can have breakfast here until 3 p.m., and on weekends there is brunch until 2 p.m. The selection of dishes is rather limited, but the food is very tasty and recommended. The staff is friendly and quick. Always worth a visit!

Wir waren hier vor einigen Tagen zum Frühstück. Das Frühstück hat uns überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Das Müsli auf unserem Frühstück hat alt geschmeckt. Mit Wurst und Käse wurde gespart. Leider nicht mit dem Preis. Fazit überteuerte Preise und schlechte Qualität. Den Service können wir leider nicht beurteilen, da wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Bestellung geht am Tisch über das eigene Handy über die Seite des Restaurants. Was uns hier sehr gestört hat, dass man bereits bei der Bestellaufgabe aufgefordert wird, Trinkgeld zu geben. Ich tue mich immer etwas schwer Trinkgeld im Voraus zu geben. Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist wirklich sehr schön und gemütlich. Aber aus den oben genannten Gründen werden wir nicht wiederkommen.

직원분들 모두 따뜻한 환대 덕분에 독일에 와서 인종차별 당하고 상한 마음을 치유하고 갑니다. 분위기도 좋고 가격도 좋고 맛도 좋아요! 메뉴판을 잘 몰라서 구글 메뉴를 사진으로 보여줬는데, 저녁때라 그런지 메뉴가 바뀌었는지 잘 모르겠지만 커리부어스트나 햄버거는 없었고, 이탈리아 요리를 판매한다며 자세히 설명해주려 애써주었어요~ 파스타는 양 진짜 많고 맛있고, 고기 메뉴는 비프비프비프 였는데 장조림 튀김 같았어요~ 사이드메뉴 고구마 튀김 강추요!

Hervorragender Burger mit pulled pork, außen knusprige und innen saftige Gemüsepommes - und das alles in einer top Atmosphäre mit unglaublich freundlichem Wirt. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass man in einem Restaurant sitzt, sondern viel mehr dass man bei einem Kumpel in der Wohnung hockt. Nur weiterzuempfehlen. 👍

Nur schlecht! - 1,5 h Wartezeit - kalt ! - Fleisch war nicht durch - Soßen zu Beilagen haben gefehlt - Pappen waren durch - Halumi fehlte - Geschmack war unterm Durchschnitt Keine Ahnung, woher die guten Bewertungen kommen, vlt hatten wir eben Pech. Aber die Qualität für knapp 70€ ist echt daneben, nie mehr.

Fantastische Burgerbrötchen! Essen lohnt sich alle Mal! Kellner O.K., ist ja auch schon fast 40.😉 Wusste aber trotzdem wo man hier in Dresden noch das Tanzbein schwingen kann. - Die Aachener Mädels

Wir hatten uns für den Don Quijote Burger entschieden und es war einer der besten Burger, den wir je gegessen haben. Hätte man kaum besser machen können. Zudem hatten wir selten so eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder 👍🏻

Quiet and nice place with both indoor and outdoor seating. Very polite and english-speaking staff. The order took some time to arrive, tasted good though.

Ein sehr freundliches Personal, dass mir Sparmenü empfohlen hat. Der Bonaza Bürger war mit leckeren Rindfleisch. Die Brötchen kamen von Bäcker würde mir erzählt und super knusprig. Die BBQ-Wiskey Soße ist sehr exzellent. Die Fitz Kola passte gut dazu. Ich bedanke bei Daniel für diese wunderbare Empfehlung. Ich komme immer wieder gerne.

Super Laden in der Altstadt! Unweit der Altmarktgalerie in gemütlicher Atmosphäre findet man das Grillkollektiv, wo jeder, der Burger und ein kaltes Hopfengetränk zu schätzen weiß, glücklich wird. Auf der Karte findet man gute Sparmenüs und eine ordentliche Auswahl an Burgern und Currywurst. Burger im Menü mit Pommes und Bier/Cola und alles ist gut. Geschmacklich der Hammer! Team ist megaentspannt! Der Laden macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck! Meine Empfehlung für alle die in der Altstadt sind und Hunger haben!

Sehr leckere frische Burger. Meine Wahl "French Connection" mit Ziegenkäse und Feigen war eine tolle Kreation und neues Geschmackserlebnis. Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und immer sehr zufrieden.
