The chocciato and manadrine cheesecake was delicious. However there was only one waiter waiting upon 6 tables so service was really really slow. The cafe was warm, cozy and also the washrooms were clean and well maintained. The cafe and washrooms are stroller and wheelchair acessible. There is no wifi accessible inside the cafe.

The food came quickly, was hot, and delicious, and the service was friendly. Nothing more needs to be said.

The Winter Garden Café at Pillnitz Castle is simply a wonderful place to stop for a bite to eat. Located right at the castle entrance, it offers a wonderful ambiance. The cake is delicious, but the other dishes are also impressive – my potato soup today was excellent. The service is attentive and friendly, and the restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience with fair and reasonable prices. I highly recommend it – I'd love to come back!

We stayed here as part of the Saxon Wine Hike. As a restaurateur (chef), I can only say that I haven't eaten this well in a long time. The veal fillet with the calf's head praline on top was an explosion of flavor. The Goldriesling, famous for this region, was also excellent. Thank you to the fantastic team! Our only contact was with the waitress, and the lady was sensationally friendly, witty, and dedicated! Hats off to her! THANK YOU!

5 stars aren't enough! The service was outstanding. The young lady was highly competent, witty, charming, and quick-witted! A perfect 1! The food was superbly seasoned, very creative, and a pure delight! The weather was also on our side, providing us with a wonderfully mild evening in the royal palace gardens. What a remarkable evening! Thank you!!!

Very friendly and attentive service 👍👍 Nice ambiance with a lovely terrace. The shoulder roast and the cordon bleu could have been better. ↗️ . The meat in one was quite tough, and the other was unfortunately dry. The prices are rather high.

The service was nice, but a bit disorganized. The cake was delicious.

Since we stayed at the Schlosshotel, we were here quite often. The cappuccino, black tea and cakes were indeed delicious. And then we came back on Dec 25th for dinner, and weren't disappointed. The waiter was really friendly (poor one, had to work on a holiday!), and the food had good value for money.

Wonderful, in the middle of beautiful surroundings and Pillnitz Castle.

Unfortunately I can't understand the good reviews. Our service was a disaster. Slow, inattentive, drinks brought incorrectly, bread with dip only came when asked after the soup was already there - and then only without dip. A service colleague who was probably responsible for serving (but not taking orders) was approached by her colleague directly in front of us. Strange and unpleasant. Food was good, nothing special but OK. The prices are far too high for what you get.

There were four of us there, and we were served quickly and got a good spot for a Saturday. The servers weren't particularly friendly, but they were adequate. The cake was delicious, but the coffee was unspectacular.

We had cakes and coffee at this cafe in Schloss Pillnitz. We have been here some times before and always like their food and the atmosphere.

My family and I went for ice cream in the Wintergarten Café in Pillnitz a week ago and had a really nice stay! The ice cream sundaes tasted great, there was a huge selection on the menu and the service was very courteous and friendly. We were served by a young student who definitely sweetened our afternoon with her funny and cheerful nature. We would definitely be happy to come back and can only warmly recommend the café! 🍨😍
