In short, everything's great. They're definitely trying.

Really great Indian food, super friendly service, and really comfortable seating both inside and outside. The portion was so large that I had the rest packed up. They even packed extra rice for me. So I had some more to eat at home 🙂

We went to Marija's American Diner on Saturday evening, August 16, 2025. We personally recommend the restaurant. There's plenty of parking on-site, and the ambiance is very nice. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the sunset. The food was delicious. We ordered the coleslaw, the onion rings, the chili cheese fries, as well as the cheeseburger and the double beef burger. We were more than full and even took some leftovers home with us (although we did order a lot). We thought the coleslaw and onion rings were really great. The chili cheese fries were also good, although they didn't blow us away. They were a bit overshadowed by the coleslaw and onion rings. The burgers, on the other hand, were absolutely delicious! The cheeseburger was especially great, especially with the delicious diner sauce. The double beef burger was also really good, but this one came with honey mustard sauce. We deliberately tried both sauces, but found the diner sauce a bit better. Nevertheless, both burgers were very tasty. My boyfriend also really liked the buns; they were incredibly light and fluffy and a bit sweet, but the flavor was perfect! The service was super friendly, not pushy but still present :) We just felt very comfortable. In another review, we read that you can only order and pay online. We can't confirm this; we received a traditional menu to order and paid with an EC card. We're not sure if you can pay in cash, though. Despite it being a Saturday night, it wasn't really busy, but we got a seat without a reservation without any problems. We'll definitely be back, even though we're coming from far away! :)

Natural juice and potato dumplings are something

By far the best kebab in all of Karlsruhe and the surrounding area! Super tasty, super friendly! Nothing is left to be desired. Simply amazing and we'd gladly return!

I'm simply thrilled! Super cute cats😍 I think the food is delicious (maybe try the chili con fries). The drinks are soooooo good👍 (the hot chocolate is also really delicious). Unfortunately, you always have to wait a long time for the food - but it's worth it. If you don't have Tupperware with you (who does?), you can ask for a paper container. I just love going there🙂 ☆♡IT'S WORTH A VISIT♡☆ Best regards

The food is always delicious, both in the restaurant and as delivery. There's a wide selection. You're always greeted and served warmly. I've been there with many different people, and everyone thought the food was delicious. I've been there many times and will continue to do so. I highly recommend it. (A friend who comes from there says the food has been adapted a bit to European tastes, but it's still delicious.)
