Mainburger Stube in Mainburg

Delicious food. Great game dishes. Great desserts. Something different. Service extremely overwhelmed/inattentive during peak times. Therefore 2 points deducted. You could work on that... positive: there are large and small portions to choose from. The smaller one is already bigger than the normal ones elsewhere. Gladly again 😀

---Update v. November 5th, 2022 --- Had dinner there again for a long time today. Unfortunately, it didn't convince us at all today. The prices have apparently increased and the portions have become smaller - at least that was our impression today. Unfortunately, we didn't like the food as much as we are used to here in the Mainburger Stube. The steak was well done and not medium rare, the duck died twice, once in the oven. The pepper sauce was more of a cream sauce and didn't taste even remotely like pepper. Not even the salad could really convince us. ☹️ It's a shame, we're clearly used to something different from the Mainburger Stube team here. ---Original post--- Nice little beer garden, super delicious food at reasonable prices. Today we were passing through and had schnitzel with fries...it was excellent, the fries were crunchy and the schnitzels were crispy and still tender. Super delicious, definitely try it.

Recently been to the Mainburger Stube. My companion and I were very hungry and each ordered large portions of roast pork. Everything went together wonderfully… very tasty and plentiful. Simply Bavarian and hearty. The service is very attentive, fast and super friendly. Overall, the entire package fits. It is only recommended if you want hearty Bavarian artisanal food, you will really be happy here. Keep it up, I'll be back!

Went here spontaneously today and received a very warm welcome!😊 We had roast pork, burgers and a children's schnitzel. The portions are very large and the price-performance ratio is super good! In terms of taste, everything was perfect throughout, we will definitely be back😊 We recommend!

Today we deliberately visited the restaurant based on the great reviews and the pictures on Insta. We weren't disappointed. We chose the lunch dish of onion roast with vegetables and potatoes. Great, medium fried and buttery soft. The Kaiserschmarrn also had to be tested. We were thrilled by the wonderfully fluffy and caramelized Schmarrn. Clear recommendation. We'd love to come back.

We spontaneously went here for an afternoon meal while passing through. From the Leberkäs, cordon bleu, roast beef, cheese spaetzle and the crowning finale, the delicious Kaiserschmarrn, everything was very tasty. Of course the regional beer also tastes great! We can 100% recommend this restaurant with the friendly staff and absolutely fair prices! Thank you for the great hospitality!

My girlfriend and I were guests in the Mainburger Stube for lunch today. We chose onion roast and a grilled char fillet from the lunch menu. I have to give great praise to the kitchen and also the service. Such great, excellent cuisine, finely seasoned, lovingly and very decoratively prepared, the meat was ordered medium and the char was grilled to perfection and the side dishes were potatoes and fresh spinach with a slightly sour note. Great 👍dear Mainburger Stube team is great really great 👍

We had dinner for the second time in a row and were really very satisfied. We were served courteously, the portions were generous and tasted excellent, and you can't fault the price either. So we will definitely come back, highly recommended.

We were there without a reservation and even though it was full we managed to get a spot on the weekend - it's best to pre-order by phone. Eating and drinking was quick and tasty, and reasonably priced too - gladly again 👍🏻👍🏻

Große Portionen und sehr lecker

I discovered the “double burger” on the menu today and really wanted to try it. With the 360g of meat it is really brutal. I chose the version with the cheese and it was incredibly tasty. The waiters there are also super nice and accommodating. I will definitely visit the restaurant again. I can only recommend the Mainburger Stube.

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, die angebotenen Speisen sind geschmacklich sehr gut, die Portionen sehr groß und preislich voll in Odnung. Vereinzelt könnte man am Feinschliff arbeiten, wie z.B. Pfefferrshmsoße etwas peppiger machen oder etwas größere Beilagensalate. Definitiv jedoch Note Sehr gut!

Wirklich eines der besten Lokale wenn es um gutes, kräftiges, bodenständiges Essen geht. Der Krustenschweinebraten z.B gehört zu meinen alltime Top 3!! Aber auch sonst immer lecker und durch die zusätzliche Wochenkarte abwechslungsreich und saisonal z.B mit Pfifferlingen, Spargel oder Wild. Das komplette Team ist total sympathisch und nett. Die Location ist "einfach" bzw. schnörkellos, aber nicht ungemütlich. Man kann auch super Essen bestellen und mitnehmen! Die Bestandteile wie Beilagen, Salat etc. werden dann super getrennt verpackt mitgegeben. Also absolute Empfehlung von mir!

The meal was delicious, fine dining style, generous portions and for such a great price too. So excited to come back when visiting Mainburg again!!

Das war eine echte Überraschung. Wir waren mit Freunden und zwei Hunden zum Essen im Mainburger Hof. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten oben mit den Hunden einen richtig ruhigen Platz. Das Essen war vorzüglich, der Service herausragend, die Preise angemessen und alle einfach nur freundlich. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Wir hatten vor, nett Mittagessen zu gehen. Und waren anschließend überwältigt von dieser herzlichen Stimmung, dem freundlichen Service und dem extrem guten Essen. Die Vorfreude auf den nächsten Besuch ist groß! P. S. Den Kaiserschmarrn darf man sich auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen!!!

Wir hatten eine Feier mit 35 Personen hier. Alleine schon das Vorgespräch und die Beratung über die Speisenauswahl war außergewöhnlich unkompliziert und angenehm. Dann die Speisen, absolut höchstes Niveau. Der Service sucht seinesgleichen, überragend freundlich, hilfsbereit und fleißig. Preislich absolut angenehm. Wir waren von Freunden hierhin eingeladen worden und sind einfach begeistert. Die Bedienung ist schnell, unaufdringlich und sehr freundlich. Und das Essen sucht seinesgleichen. Geschmack und Zubereitung sind top und das Allerbeste ist, dass für die meisten Gerichte die Auswahl zwischen kleinen und großen Portionen angeboten wird. Das ist eine geniale Idee, die Abfall einspart.

Das beste bayerische Essen in Mainburg und Umgebung. Super lecker, egal ob das Restaurant zu dem Zeitpunkt gut besucht ist oder ob weniger los ist. Auch bei Abholung stets alles sehr frisch und sauber verpackt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und der Service echt klasse. Jedes mal wieder schön dort essen zu gehen.
