Bistro & Cafe Rita in Mainburg

Nice, friendly, and very good service. A lovely little café that invites you to linger.

The food was incredibly delicious, beautifully presented, everything super fresh, and of very good quality. The prices are absolutely reasonable, not excessive. The restaurant is very clean and pleasantly decorated. The owner is very friendly and gave us helpful tips on choosing the right food. We also took some cakes home with us; they were very large and inexpensive, not too sweet, and therefore ideal for us diabetics.

We only had a coffee and a quick bite to eat. The friendly service, as well as the good coffee and yogurt (with fruit and muesli), persuaded me to stop by soon for a nice breakfast.

Sunday, 11:45 a.m. We read the menu on the wall outside the restaurant. The manager is sitting at a small table outside smoking with another person. She rushes over, covers the menu, and says that's no longer valid. They only serve cakes. When we want to leave, as we'd rather have something hearty, she says breakfast is until 12 p.m. So we stay. However, the manager's facial expression gives the impression that she's annoyed that she has to prepare breakfast again so soon before 12 p.m. The table we're sitting at is wobbly. The baseboard is missing in that spot, and electrical cables are dangling loosely. There used to be a sales counter in that spot. Since the restaurant has been open for some time, there would have been plenty of time to renovate everything properly. The food arrives quickly, is plentiful, and good. However, shortly after serving, the manager sits down at a table again to chat. Part of my breakfast is missing. Only after I ask, when I've finished breakfast, is something added. The egg was very hard-boiled. The orange juice wasn't freshly squeezed. The milk foam on the cappuccino was cold. But all in all, the price-performance ratio was good. The restroom on the first floor was interesting. I went into the left-hand, open restroom and was surprised by the cleaning supplies. When I lifted the toilet seat, there was no water in the bowl. The drain was brown and disgusting. So off I went to the other restroom. Here, the toilet paper holder was so loose and crooked that the roll kept hitting the floor. A Zewa roll was available for drying hands. When I took the check, the lady scribbled the bill on a slip of paper that already had other items on it. She then left it on the table. So if you don't value service and ambiance, you can go there, otherwise, better not...

The Bistro & Cafe Rita is centrally located in Mainburg (since 04/23). Here you can find pretty much everything in a cozy atmosphere both inside and outside in the leafy beer garden, from breakfast to delicious cakes, cocktails, homemade lemonades, Romanian and good home-style cuisine - even in menu form (breakfast/lunch). The owner and the staff are very friendly, attentive, creative and open to a nice chat. Gladly again!

Wir waren mit unserem Frühstück mega zufrieden! Es hat wirklich super geschmeckt, die Teller waren schön angerichtet und die Ladeninhaberin ist auch sehr sympathisch! Wir haben nichts auszusetzen und kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Leider, leider ist Rita nicht Beis... Nicht zu vergleichen mit den Beis Mädls Zum Frühstück musd extra Kaffee dazu genommen werden.... Es ist Früchte und Obst Zeit..... Gab nur Gurke und Tomate als Deko... Wir musste 4x nach einem Aschenbecher fragen.... Neeee, ist nicht mehr das was es mal war.... Schade....

Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und sind der Meinung, dass dies das beste Frühstückslokal in Mainburg ist. Wir hatten das Partnerfrühstück und die Einrichtung auf der Etagere ist sowohl wunderschön als auch unglaublich praktisch, da man so viel Platz auf dem Tisch spart. Die Produkte waren sehr gut und die Auswahl sehr vielseitig. Wir haben gut gegessen, waren sehr satt und hatten sogar noch etwas übrig, was wir einfach nicht geschafft haben. Ich kann jedem empfehlen, das Café Rita zu besuchen.

Mein Partner und ich hatten das Partnerfrühstück und es war unglaublich gut. Wunderschön angerichtet und das Essen war mehr als genug für uns beide. Sehr nette Inhaberin，auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen 👍🏻

Ein sehr gutes Angebot an Frühstücksvarianten. Sehr gutes Essen, sehr nettes Personal und schöner Innenhof. Wir kommen bestimmt öfter zurück.
