Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Leider hat man abends wenige Möglichkeiten sein Auto zu parken.

Wurden trotz Familienfeiern im Außenbereich freundlich bedient, keine lange Wartezeit, Essen frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Mein Mann bestellte Spargel mit Schweinerippchen und Kartoffelbällchen. Das Fleisch war gut, aber der Rest war kalt. Wir wiesen darauf hin, und es wurde in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Es war ungenießbar. Unsere Beschwerde wurde nicht ernst genommen. Wir mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen und wurden sogar um Trinkgeld gebeten. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Ein wunderbarer Ort! Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, und das Essen köstlich. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Dad war nix.....Ambiente wie inne 80er und das Essen war sehr unlecker.

Wir wohnen direkt um die Ecke und sind schon öfter dort essen gegangen. Leider ist über die Zeit das Essen schlechter geworden. Das Schnitzel ist viel zu dick für ein Schnitzel und wird anscheinend nicht geklopft. Wir hatten auch eine Fischplatte, bei der man leider geschmeckt hat das der Fisch schon älter ist. er war wirklich ungenießbar und man konnte ihn teilweise gar nicht essen. Als wir das bei der Bedienung angesprochen haben, hat es diese überhaupt nicht interessiert. Es gab auch keine Entschuldigung, ein Angebot das man etwas Neues bekommt oder vielleicht einen Preisnachlass. Das war leider sehr enttäuschend.

Wir waren vom 6.3.26-8.3.26 Gast im Klabautermann, das DZ wurde von einem Freund, er feierte dort seinen 85zigsten Geburtstag, reserviert. Schon vor 4 Monaten wurde die Pension mit "Naja" bewertet. Als wir unser Zimmer in der 1. Etage betraten wollte meine Frau die Toilette benutzen da war noch Urin in der Toilette drin. Sie spülte und dann war ich mit dem "großen Geschäft" dran spülte, es tat sich nichts- ein kleiner Wasserstrahl kam. Wir reklamierten, die Chefin kam u. versuchte es selbst. Sie sagte, dass wohl die Wasserspülung nicht funktioniert. Keine Entschuldigung, sie bot uns dann ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage an. Es waren 2 Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Was wir da erlebten war katastrophal. a. Auf dem Bildschirmrand vom FS dicker Staub b. Auf dem Fußboden "Staubfusel" c. Auf dem Tisch große Flecken d. 1 Stuhl total befleckt, 2 Stuhl die Polsterung zerrissen. e. In einem Zimmer ließ sich das Rollo zur Verdunkelung nicht befestigen, im zweiten Zimmer dunkelten die Rollos nicht ab. f. Die Handtücher sehr hart, obwohl dies schon einmal kritisiert wurde, hat sich nichts geändert, die Bettwäsche sah so aus, als hätte sie noch nie ein Bügeleisen gesehen. Wurde sie gewechselt? g. Dusche sehr klein, ohne Abstellmöglichkeit für Duschgel. h. Wenn man vor dem Spiegel stand, konnte man in die Küche des Nachbarhauses sehen u. umgekehrt- keine Fensterab- deckung vorhanden. i. Wenn man duschte, konnte man sich an der Warmwasser- leitung die Hände verbrühen, sie war sehr heiß. j. Nur eine Halterung zum Trocknen des Duschhandtuches an der Duschkabine. k. Abstellmöglichkeit für Kosmetika-sehr begrenzt. l. Insgesamt machten die Möbel samt Betten einen abgewohn- ten Eindruck. m. In beiden Zimmern lösten sich an einigen Stellen die Tapeten n. Als wir am 8.3.26 abreisten, war in der Kanne eine kleine Tasse Kaffee/ Person, Milch, Kaffeelöffel und Messer zum Brötchen aufschneiden fehlten. Meine Frau und ich bewerten die Pension Klabautermann als "katastrophal hoch 3" und wir verstehen es nicht, dass dies in einer Landeshauptstadt möglich ist. Zu einem hohen runden Geburtstag war alles toll hergerichtet, der Service war diskret,aber absolut aufmerksam und auch ein großes Lob an die Küche, es war alles oberlecker. Dankeschön an das Team vom Klabautermann

Ein schöne rustikale Gaststätte.. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und das Essen war sehr lecker..

Vorab: das Essen war gut! Was sehr schade ist, die Speisekarte auf der Webside stimmt nicht mit der Aktuellen überein. Im Restaurant deutlich teurer und weniger Auswahl. Das Personal ist überfordert und das Restaurant war sehr laut.

In den letzten 3 Jahren haben wir unsere Weihnachtsfeier vom Sport immer im Klabautermann durchgeführt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hoffen, dass wir dorthin weiterhin als Gäste willkommen sind.

Almost nothing was cooked at the time of the order. Everything was precooked. Nothing freshly made. Nevertheless food was acceptable.

We often go there spontaneously. They serve delicious home-style cooking in a very pleasant atmosphere. We always enjoy coming back.

Four of us were there for dinner. The food was very good. Everyone had a different dish, and everyone loved it. The fried potatoes were the best we've ever eaten. There could have been a bit more on the plate, though. The men would have just liked slightly larger portions. The staff was very attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant. We'd gladly go back.

The restaurant is great, very tasty! My rating of the guesthouse: okay Cons: Very rough towels, the water in the shower always changes from warm to cold, a surprise. Cleanliness could be better, both in the bathroom and in the room. The small light in the bathroom doesn't work, or the socket doesn't work. Unfortunately, depending on who makes it, you often find 2-4 blocks of butter in the packed lunch, with sausage or cheese in between. Sometimes they serve spicy cheese or chicken breast with a pepper crust, which I don't think is acceptable (e.g., allergy). Maybe just Nutella, jam, regular cheese, and regular sausage. The packed lunch is also often forgotten, which isn't great if you rely on it.

Exceptionally well-run guesthouse with a hearty breakfast.

After you've left this place, after a hearty meal, drinks, and pleasant get-together (with acquaintances, friends, family, or simply alone), you ask yourself... or tell yourself... So, such a wonderful thing does exist. Everything here really came together... a dream that won't let you go anytime soon. Enjoy your meal and enjoy many, many more wonderful moments here.

Absolutely. A bit of a long wait, but everything is freshly cooked, no convenience foods. The hamburger schnitzel was top-notch. No one needs a more extensive menu.

We reserved a table for four people on a Saturday evening, which was very convenient online. The wait staff greeted us very warmly and were in a good mood (which isn't always the case in Mecklenburg), friendly, and very pleasant. We chose four different dishes and two soups as starters. All the dishes were delicious, very well prepared, and attractively presented. Overall, everything was very harmonious, and we felt very comfortable. We will recommend the Klabautermann and return.

Let me put it this way: a pleasant, maritime-themed restaurant in a residential area. Unfortunately, the dining room is too brightly lit. They could do more with the lighting. Dim the lights or set up smaller lamps. The service, although not professional, is friendly and attentive. The food, especially the salads, still has room for improvement. The Schwerin fish soup tastes okay, but a few smaller pieces of fish would have been even better. In summary, they're making an effort. However, a professional update wouldn't be a bad idea. While on vacation here in Schwerin, we stumbled across the Klabautermann online. We were greeted politely without a reservation, and the order and delivery were handled quickly. The rolled rib roast... a poem. The roast was very tender, the sauce perfectly fitting and truly delicious. The service was very attentive, fast, and courteous. Not to mention my partner's fish platter. Everything was excellent. If we were on vacation longer, this place would be my favorite. Best wishes.

Absolutely recommended Lovely menu, both in terms of content and appearance. We had the chicken with tomatoes and herbs, lightly garlicky, and feta cheese. It came with the most delicious side salad we've ever had. Everything was so delicious. It doesn't sound like much, but it beats a lot of things. We saw the food at the next table. The amazing potato wedges tasted exactly as they looked. Great service, nice outdoor seating. It was fantastic. Thank you!

We've been here several times. The food is high-quality, very tasty, and beautifully presented. The portions are really generous. The name and ambiance suggest simple German cuisine. Unfortunately, we've received a lukewarm espresso at best several times, even after asking about it. The churros (which are really delicious here) have also been out of stock the last few times. It would be helpful if they told us before ordering which main courses are no longer available. We'd be happy to come back!

We had two schnitzel variations and the fish platter, and it was delicious. There were no instant fries, but lightly roasted potato wedges. The raw vegetables as a side dish were intensely flavorful, everything beautifully presented, some garnished with fresh herbs. There was a bit too little fish in the fish soup... By chance, we were seated so we could see the open kitchen... The gentlemen served us kindly and professionally. We would gladly come back.

So if you like fried potatoes with whole potatoes, this is the place for you. The worst food I've ever eaten in a restaurant. The solyanka tasted nothing like solyanka. The schnitzel was stringy and gristly. Absolutely inedible. I'm annoyed that I spent so much money on this, and not even a little.

The food and service at the "Klabutermann" were outstanding. Unfortunately, we can't say the same about the guesthouse. In the five days we stayed there, the trash can wasn't emptied once. Dead insects littered the hallway, the room wasn't vacuumed, and we had a negative surprise on our last day when they forgot about our breakfast.

Simple, good home cooking. Delicious cakes. Ice cream from the freezer. Service a bit irritable, ambiance a bit dated. Outdoor terrace in the middle of the city with a view of traffic and unprotected.

We were there on a Saturday. The solyanka was served lukewarm. The waitress told us to inform the kitchen. The main course was outstanding, with a side of cold peas, and the rump steak was very good. The best part of the dish was the Swedish ice cream sundae.

We visited the "Klabautermann" at the beginning of April and opted for the fish platter and the aspic. I've had many variations of a fish platter, but this one was absolutely outstanding in flavor. I'd never experienced anything like it before. You should definitely try it yourself!

We were there with 8 people for lunch on a weekend. The parking situation is a disaster. Unfortunately the table for 8 people was a bit small. The service was friendly and quick too. The food was ok but unfortunately there was a lack of spices like salt and pepper, luckily there were salt and pepper shakers on the table. My wife's food wasn't that bland, maybe I was just unlucky. All in all it was okay, but nothing more.

We'd love to come back... Guesthouse with restaurant. Breakfast is like Muddi's. From here you can get into the city quite quickly by bus or on foot and in the evening you can also have a very good meal here in a relaxed atmosphere. What more could you want? Really good value for money.

Dieses sehr unscheinbare Restaurant ist immer wieder klasse. Auch kurz vor Küchenschluss wurden wir nicht weg geschickt und freundlich empfangen. Die Küche würde ich als mecklenburgisch bezeichnen. Vom Matjeshering bis zum Rollbraten ist alles dabei. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut - wenn man bedenkt was Gastronomen der Zeit durchmachen müssen. Hier wird gastfreundliche Gastronomie gelebt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

As guests in Schwerin, we (4 people) came to Klabautermann by chance. The restaurant impresses with absolutely top food! Over 2 days we tried a total of 7 dishes plus starters. All of them were outstanding in terms of quantity and quality! Fair prices, great and fast service... An absolute recommendation!

It was our first time at Klabautermann for dinner. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our orders were brought to us well prepared (the eye eats with us) and the food was simply excellent. Solyanka and the fish soup were very tasty. The fried potatoes were crispy and not too greasy and the brawn was also homemade. We can only recommend a visit to this restaurant.

Very attentive and friendly service. The quality of the food was okay, the prices were reasonable.

The waiter was rarely at the table even though there were 12 of us there. The first thing he told us was that the seasoned meat was out and so were the associated dishes. Schnitzel with chanterelles was more of a canteen food. Chanterelles were not seasoned or reduced with white wine but drowned in cream. Two dishes were good, Mecklenburger roast and the fish platter. Price/performance was generally not right, unless it was a canteen.

The menu is great...make sure you reserve on the weekend, otherwise you might be out of luck. Service and location great, nice and quiet, 2.5 km from the center, 1.4 km to Poplar Park/Club Zenit (concerts). Our room was great, great value for money. Large with comfortable beds, seating, fridge and decent bathroom. Everything clean and well maintained. We'd love to come back again.

Rustically furnished restaurant with an outdoor area. I ate seasonal asparagus with schnitzel and hollandaise sauce. Unfortunately, asparagus were peeled by machine and therefore a bit fibrous and not enough sauce. Service was always tried.

Es ist immer wieder schön den Service des Klabautermann zu genießen ob es nun die schönen Zimmer sind oder das leckere Frühstück oder bei Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Ich verstehe die guten Bewertungen nicht. Speisekarte wie in den 90 er Jahren.Möhrensalat viel zu Knoblauchlastig, kein grüner Salat bei der Salatbeilage .Preise wie im Mittelklasserestaurant.Das passt nicht zusammen.Würde mir wünschen moderneres und gesünderes Essen.

Etwas abgelegen, am Stadtrand von Schwerin befindet sich das Klabautermann. Wir waren am Sonntag zum ersten Mal im Klabautermann, zur Mittagszeit war das Restaurant recht gut besucht. Die Speisekarte ist nicht allzu umfangreich aber ausreichend. Wir hatte das Winterschnitzel und das Lebergericht gewählt. Beide Gerichte waren frisch zubereitet und haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

In December I was at the Klabautermann on the occasion of a former colleague meeting (late afternoon with 10 people) and a lunch with 6 people. See pleasant atmosphere and service. The food was excellent and lovingly prepared. The only small point of criticism: There was a delay in the serving of lunch, which is certainly not the norm. Best regards Peter Krabbe

Nette kleine Gaststätte... Eignet sich tatsächlich auch für kleine Familienfeiern. Vielleicht demnächst mal wieder zum Kaffee anlässlich eines Geburtstages!!! Torten waren jedenfalls lecker... Kaffee eher wie im Pflegeheim, also magenfreundlich 😊

Das Essen und der Service waren Top 👍 das Ambiente entspricht eher einem Imbiss. Wenn die Location gut besucht ist wird es sehr laut, was sehr unangenehm ist. Die Gemütlichkeit leidet darunter sehr. Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist Top 👍

Wir waren zum ersten Mal da. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Lichtkonzept und Atmosphäre etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und die Teller hätten gern etwas größer sein dürfen. Dafür waren die Portionen mehr als ausreichend, eine sehr gute Weinauswahl und Preise waren auch ok. Insgesamt ein reichhaltiges Angebot an gutbürgerlichen Gerichten. Bedienung war sehr nett. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und probieren uns durch den Rest der Karte.

Super leckereres Essen und nette Mitarbeiter! Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Fischsuppe...ich konnte mir das zuerst nicht vorstellen, aber die Suppe war ein totaler Gaumenschmaus!!! Als Hauptspeise dann das Hühnchen, wirklich ganz ausgezeichnet!

Kurzfristig reingeschaut mit 4 Personen, freundliche Bedienung und scheller Service (Essen) kann man ohne Probleme empfehlen. Wenn ich wieder in der Nähe bin gern wieder.
