Canteen frozen schnitzel served lukewarm. That was nothing! I should have also been suspicious that I couldn't get "schnitzel with asparagus" at a schnitzel house. After all, it's asparagus season, and I'm visiting a "schnitzel house." I guess I was wrong. So, never mind, once and never again. Thanks.

The food was okay. But unfortunately, the service was unfriendly, insulting, and unprofessional.

Schnitzel with a difference..... Went to the outdoor seating with a real appetite. Service was quick but not intrusive. Plenty of food selection. Schnitzel and side dishes in good portions on the plate. Somewhat special schnitzel combinations. Schnitzel Gyros... Schnitzel Holstein is the favorite. With smoked salmon, anchovy, fried egg and fried potatoes. Prices okay too. A little hidden in an alley behind the market but signposted.

First time there as a tourist and definitely not again. At a schnitzel house I expect a schnitzel fried in the pan and not from the deep fryer. The price/performance ratio is not right here at all. Schnitzel prices between 22 - 30 € for parts that certainly come from the freezer are not OK. The draft beer was very tasty

Essen war schnell am Tisch. Es war heiß aber in der Zubereitung mangelhaft. Schnitzel aus der Fritteuse und Bratkartoffeln nicht ausreichend gewürzt. Es hat an Zwiebeln und schinkenwürfel gefehlt. Das Personal war freundlich und flott unterwegs

Both site visits: perfect! Girls' evening (inside) or family evening (outside). Service was great, friendly, proactive and quick. The food was great and the price-performance ratio was perfect. On a warm summer evening, the outdoor area in the middle of the city center, next to a fountain with a backyard feel, is very relaxing.

Schnitzel from the deep fryer. Some of the breading is still soft. We ordered extra with fried potatoes and still got rösti... unfortunately the food was lukewarm. Even the hash browns are bought in and simply fried. In a schnitzel house I expect a schnitzel that has been breaded by hand, fried in a pan, a homemade Rösti and not just warmed up food from the deep fryer. Seldom eaten so badly

The absolute best schnitzels and such friendly service. We were a bit surprised by the sweet potato fries - they can actually taste good. So the next time we visit Schwerin we will definitely come back. Thank you for this experience

Burde have læst tripadvisor inden. Priserne stiger alle steder, og en schnitzel til 23€ i gennemsnit er også okay, hvis der er noget kvalitet bag. For mig at se, er her tale om frost varer, der får et lidt for langt dyb i ønskebrønden. Hele selskabet gik skuffede derfra, men som en skriver: Vi blev da mætte.

The Hamburger Schnitzel was okay and the service was good, but the yeast dumpling for dessert was so hard in some places that it was difficult or impossible to cut.

Schnitzel was top - food was sufficient! Good friendly service. The restaurant's interior is clean but not necessarily up to date, but that's not necessarily the most important thing!

We went there by chance and actually got a free table. If you are particularly hungry, the Chef XXL schnitzel will help. Prices are currently at normal levels. However, it is questionable whether a cauliflower schnitzel should cost over €20. Unfortunately the air in the dining room was very thick with oil. You still had the smell in your clothes at home. Nevertheless, I would recommend this restaurant because the menu is quite extensive and schnitzel lovers should be completely satisfied.

Does what the name promises, a lot of schnitzel variants. The cheese and leek schnitzel is very good, the other four were also very satisfied. The rustic atmosphere fits and the staff is nice.

I have rarely eaten so badly. I had the “Schnitzel Waffle”. The chicken schnitzel was frozen and fried, next to dry waffles, the “salad” consisted of old, unwashed lettuce leaves without dressing/oil or similar. The coleslaw was a ready-made product from the wholesale market and the whole thing for €23.60 is a disgrace.

Even without a reservation, the two of us got a table around 6 p.m. on Friday evening. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh and plentiful. We'd love to come back.

I was there yesterday and ordered a schnitzel with just a salad, €18.80 for a lukewarm schnitzel that didn't taste like anything. It feels like it was a ready-made frozen schnitzel as quickly as it was ready! There was also salad and three burnt strips of bread! That's absolute shit in German for the price, I'm very dissatisfied with it and won't be coming back. The service was quite good, I can't say anything about that.

There's not something to everyone's taste 🤷🏻‍♂️, because doing justice to everyone is an art no one can master. I went home satisfied and full.

We had the homemade solyanka and the spiced meat beforehand. For the main course, baked potatoes with seasoned meat and the spring salad (with chicken strips, melon and feta). Really delicious - the salad completely surprised me. This was our second time here and certainly not the last time.

The schnitzel was hard and quite small and there wasn't even any sauce with my side dish and the price was too expensive.

The price-performance ratio for the vegetarian cauliflower schnitzel version is outrageous! It is not appropriate to equate meat varieties with meat. In general, the price range for the entire menu is decently upscale. The service is worth mentioning again. Excellent and courteous!

The Wiener Schnitzel could be better. In particular, the breading should not slip down. Otherwise good shop.

Simply not good enough in terms of taste and quantity for the price. The schnitzel didn't taste like anything, no pepper, no salt... the mushroom sauce was way too much and also very bland. The fries were run of the mill fries from the deep fryer. A tiny little bowl with salad included. Not even coleslaw or carrot salad... Conclusion: I've had better schnitzel in the snack bar. Unfortunately not recommended. After the bruschetta you should have left. Carelessly prepared and the bread was simply a baguette from a discount store. The wild goulash (see picture) was the highlight. Unfortunately inedible. Looked and tasted like cat food. The red cabbage from the jar and even the dumpling were not edible. The waiter was actually very nice and took the dish off the bill, even if he said goodbye that we should just order something different next time. Thanks, but no thanks!

Food was ok, there was no question of it being fresh. The food was on the table 5 minutes after ordering, unfortunately everything was only warm... The schnitzel would have been quite good if it had been freshly prepared. Unfortunately, the fried potatoes weren't fresh either and were just sticky. Price performance is absolutely not justified. We were there on January 4th. here. The lady behind the counter listlessly showed us places where we could sit down. Why these places??? in a kind of niche, when in the central dining room there was only one table occupied by about 6 people? We then sat down at a table facing the counter. That evening there was a man and two young women/girls on duty. The man is certainly an expert who has learned his craft. The lady/girls should definitely be trained in dealing with guests. Sometimes very loud, like in a youth club with private conversations that you overheard as guests, but not unfriendly. But you just notice the level of quality when dealing with the guests. Had a bit of a fries stall vibe. The food was okay. The price-performance ratio wasn't right. The schnitzels come out of the deep fryer 🤨, the seasoned meat on the schnitzel... well.

Let's put it this way, the "small" schnitzel was OK for the price. Already had better ones. Fries too greasy. Fried potatoes not too crispy, but unusual creations. With Bolognese e.g. Generally thin, normal tasting schnitzel. The service was quite nice. Now in the upper price segment. Conclusion: you can do it.

It was very tasty and the menu is exciting and creative, but offers few vegetarian options. The service was quick and friendly. The ambience was simple and appropriate, but there was an extremely loud, restless atmosphere, which made the visit a little more strenuous. We ate duck and paid just under €90 for two people, including a drink. The dumplings and red cabbage were tasty, but the duck wasn't at all. The service wasn't good either, apparently due to a lack of training, but they were all friendly. There were no tips because of the bad food. Given the quality of the food, around €40 per person was absolutely not appropriate, we were very upset about it.

My "schnitzel" was OK, but nothing more. You can get something like that in any village pub in no worse quality. I find it comparatively expensive at EUR 22.90, especially since the "fried potatoes" served with it are simply lightly greased, mushy jacket potato slices with only In addition to the astronomical price, my wife's "Original Wiener Schnitzel" had a few rudimentary browned spots 'Original Wiener Schnitzel' has to do exactly as much as mine: nothing! On my last visits to Schwerin I always ended up at the Schnitzelhaus and not without reason. It tastes very good, there's plenty on the plate at a great price. The atmosphere is nice and the service is always friendly and attentive.

The Milanese were extremely bad, the waiter stood waiting for a tip after the service was slow and bad, incredible that they demand a tip.

You still have to work on the Wiener Schnitzel. It looked like Grandma's - just with veal. It was tasty, but not an 'original Wiener Schnitzel'. A company vacation in Austria is supposed to be nice at this time of year.

Wir waren zu dritt. Das Lokal war an diesem Tag sehr dunkel und sehr unpersönlich. Wir waren erstaunt mit welcher Vielfalt an Zutaten man das Schnitzel verunstalten kann. Der Beilagensalat war fast ohne Dressing, lieblos in einem Dessertschälchen. Für uns nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert- verspricht mehr als es hält!

The staff was pretty friendly, but I would have liked a little more attention. My stuffed schnitzel was fried. That doesn't work at all. At least this should be mentioned beforehand (menu).

Great place for schnitzel and meat lovers. As a veggie there were baked potatoes in 2 variations, so one visit was enough for me. But the meat eaters really liked it!

Food was very good. Yes, the price is on the higher end, but the chicken schnitzel was really tender and the mushroom sauce was damn tasty. It was just a shame that we sat in front of empty glasses for ages. When my husband asked a waitress for another drink, she put his full glass next to my empty one and didn't even ask if I wanted anything else. I had a drink in the 2 hours we were there. Every second table was occupied and 3 service staff were on duty. People always looked roughly over the tables, but empty glasses were simply ignored. We noticed that our neighboring tables also noticed this negatively.

Ordered half duck, it was also tasty and plentiful, but unfortunately there was NO sauce! That's not possible with real Mecklenburgers! The sauce I ordered was just a roux with a sauce thickener. Too bad! One star deducted.

Service is quick and friendly. We ordered 6 different schnitzels. Portions were large. Unfortunately the plates were very carelessly prepared. The toppings of the schnitzel were somehow slapped on. The taste was okay, although 4 of the 6 schnitzels had a golden yellow side and a very crispy side. Something like that shouldn't happen in a schnitzel house. Very overpriced for schnitzel.
