Decent restaurant, staff was a bit slow. Unfortunately, there is not much choice in the area.

We celebrated an 85th birthday! It was just beautiful. Our waitresses were super nice and attentive. The food was extremely delicious. All in all we had a very pleasant time!

Very nice restaurant, which was well signposted despite the road closure in Lohsa. Great atmosphere in a harmonious atmosphere, which is also due to the particularly friendly and courteous staff. The food is really great. The quality is even top class, for the quantity, which is very generous, at a fair price. On the whole, a recommendable and very, very good restaurant, which in my opinion is certainly suitable for family celebrations. Space is available.

Were lured to “Herzogs” by a voucher gift. Welcoming atmosphere, clean and tidy. Nice, friendly and competent staff who work really quickly. The food is tasty and well prepared, the price and performance are right. The only point of criticism is that due to the size of the rooms there are so many tables and therefore guests in one room. This is very reminiscent of mass catering in a holiday hotel and is in contrast to the otherwise outstanding impression of the restaurant. We will definitely go back and make recommendations, especially for family celebrations.

As far as I can judge from my own experience, the cuisine is much finer than the country inns in the area (personal opinion). This is also reflected in the prices corresponding to the service. Recommended end to the menu: the delicious ice cream sundaes from the “farm supplier”. The service ladies were friendly, cheerful and funny (!) even after a long shift. If the sparkling clean sanitary area allows conclusions to be drawn about the cleanliness of the kitchen, then you can confidently assume the highest hygiene standards. Nice detail: individually wrapped toothpicks near the hand basins. You can tell that professionals work here. We'll definitely be back!

I was in a restaurant with my brother during our cycling trip, there was no one in the restaurant at 4 in the afternoon, which was probably due to the road closure near the restaurant. The ordered linguine with mushrooms from the daily menu and wiener schnitzel were brought to us within five minutes of ordering. The food was really delicious and there was a large portion. The nice and smiling waitress communicated with us in English, which was a big plus. After paying, she wished us a nice rest of the day. They also take card payments. We totally recommend it!

Our regular restaurant for some time now, we eat there regularly. From the service to the food to the ambience, it's simply TOP. If you don't eat here, you're missing out. My recommendation - Ochsenbäckchen A clear recommendation

Today we celebrated my husband's 70th birthday with 8 people. We were very pleased with the service and the selection on the menu. After a reasonable amount of time, the food was brought to the table for all guests at the same time. Carp, zander, ox cheeks... tasted excellent. We'd love to come back.

We were there spontaneously on Boxing Day. Although the restaurant was very full, we were able to get two very nice seats from the very friendly service and they were happy to accommodate our special requests regarding the food. Gute Küche und angenehmer Service. Daher gut besucht. Für meinen Geschmack ist die Einrichtung zwar modern, bietet aber wenig Privatsphäre. Da geht vielleicht noch etwas. Trotzdem klare Empfehlung.
