Trattoria Bella Vita in Freiberg am Neckar

I found this trattoria quite spontaneously and I'm so glad I did! It's like a mini Italian vacation! Thank you for the delicious food and great service!

Here I regularly enjoy the best spaghetti aglio e olio around, and the vitello tonnato before and tiramisu after are also divine. And when we come by bike, I look forward to a glass or two of good red wine 😉 Thanks! 🤩

We've eaten there twice and also ordered delivery a few times. Everything was great, the staff were very friendly and the delivery drivers were also very courteous. I can highly recommend it; the food is delicious and we've tried several different dishes.

I left a 1-star review here. I'd like to add that the owner took the review to heart. This shows how much he cares about his pizzeria. I'd gladly give him 5 stars. He read the reviews, called me, apologized, and put €12 in my mailbox the next day. This showed me that he took it to heart. Now, several weeks have passed, and he asked me to remove the review. He wrote me a letter saying he would make sure something like this doesn't happen again. This also showed me how much he loves his pizzeria, how he cares. I hope he finds good staff for himself and his pizzeria, because even as the boss, he can't always be in the kitchen supervising his employees. I'll leave this review up for a while, because that's what reviews are for, and I hope he keeps his word. In this context, I'd like to emphasize once again that the owner cares deeply about his pizzeria; otherwise, he wouldn't have sent me another letter. I'm speechless. The salami pizza had exactly five slices of salami, onions thrown on top in large cubes, and tomato sauce smeared underneath without any seasoning. The only thing you could taste was the dough, which wasn't even properly baked. Soggy and completely tasteless. An Italian salad... with just greens and one tomato. I don't know if it was because I ordered it for delivery. They opened the door, took the money, and left quickly. It's a good thing I can leave a review. Maybe the owner will consider that customers who order for delivery also want good food. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. In short, I'm speechless.

We came there on a recommendation. Two older Italians, presumably the owners, were very friendly, and we even got a table despite not having a reservation. We ordered a pizza and a pasta dish. Both were delicious, although the lasagna in the pasta was only lukewarm. The atmosphere is, in my opinion, authentically Italian 😁😁 We will definitely come back. There is parking across the street.

I don't know what happened. We discovered the pizzeria in July and ordered there frequently because the crust was delicious, as were the ingredients. Today we ordered again and were totally disappointed: the crust was terrible, the tomato sauce was bland, and there was way too much cheese. The spicy salami wasn't bland at all this time either.

The restaurant's ambiance has a charming, old-fashioned quality, even if the image of exposed cleavage is a bit jarring. The food is served quickly, but the flavor isn't perfect. A good pizza doesn't need long in the right oven, but a good pizza has to find its way there first. Stuttgarter Hofbräu in a Tannenzäpfle glass rounds out the experience. (There's so much good beer, why not offer Worst of the Worst?)

It's part of the Fantasia family. As far as I know, it's owned by two very nice, rather older gentlemen who also serve the staff. The pizzas are delicious and cost around €11, depending on the pizza.

Unfortunately, a total disaster!! We sat there for a full 45 minutes without being served. Then we were yelled at for rearranging the tables. Service = -10 We wouldn't recommend it to anyone!! Extremely unfriendly staff!!! P.S. We would have left anyway ;)

A charming restaurant. Even though it's a bit dated, it retains the charm of a typical trattoria. The outdoor seating is simple and serves its purpose. The food is delicious; we tried homemade pasta, which arrived just minutes after we ordered it. The prices are also low compared to the quality of the food.

We recently visited for the first time and ate, and have since ordered takeout twice. Unfortunately, we forgot to take photos, but we'll get there! The restaurant has a really nice and cozy decor; it makes you feel at home. And the food is absolutely delicious! We were pleasantly surprised from the very first bite of our pasta – the pasta was perfectly al dente, not too soft. Just the right amount of salt, not too little! The first time, we both had pasta, which was delicious. Last night we took pizza to go for the first time, which was also a dream. The tomato sauce is delicious, the crust was so tasty. We'll definitely eat here often. :) By the way, we're both vegetarians, and you'll definitely find something to suit your needs as a vegetarian.

A really great pizzeria & absolute recommendation! Anytime again, the store really has its own (special) charm. Pizza great, salad solid - small downside: unfortunately the beer is not on tap, that would have been the icing on the cake. Overall, a clear recommendation - we would love to come back!

Although we live in the region, we didn't know about this trattoria. We actually came here by chance and we were really excited. A flair like in Italy, as soon as you enter the door you almost feel like you are on vacation. Great friendly service, delicious home-made food and absolutely fair prices. Definitely deserves five stars.

At the end of a bike tour we found a piece of Italy here. It was just beautiful here and the pizza was phenomenal. If we ever come here again, we'll be here again.

We had a great evening yesterday at the Trattoria Bella Vita restaurant. The restaurant is nicely decorated, old but with a lot of flair. The food was very tasty and filled you up well. The service was really nice and had some fun with our children. Our dinner was accompanied by music (guitar and singing), which was our personal highlight. Everything was great. I would just make a reservation next time, otherwise there is nothing to change.

We were on a business trip in town and spontaneously looked for a restaurant for dinner. Quaint but lovingly furnished, small restaurant. We were served very kindly, everything was very warm and easy. The pizza was really excellent. So here you can give 6 out of 5 possible points. Really very very tasty.

Whenever we get a craving for pizza at home, it's clear to the whole family that we'll order from this trattoria. The pizza is incredibly tasty and the staff is always very friendly. We've never stayed there to eat, but the atmosphere is what I imagine a small trattoria would be like. It may be small and have few tables, but combined with the ambience, it creates a cozy atmosphere, as if you were getting together for a meal with the whole family.
