Dass die indische Küche vielfältig ist, ist allgemein bekannt. Im Dantes haben wir nun eine weitere Variante kennengelernt, die uns sehr zugesagt hat, uns hat es jedenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt. Sollten wir wieder in der Nähe sein, kommen wir gern wieder.

Ich komme seit einem Jahr regelmäßig hier her und bin immer super zufrieden. Das Essen ist fabelhaft und immer frisch und hochwertig zubereitet. Die Bedienung und der Wirt sind stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Außenbereich im Sommer gefällt mir besonders gut. Sehr gut finde ich auch die Auswahl an Hauptspeisen, die es ganzjährig auf der Karte gibt, als auch die saisonalen Karten.

Leider absolut keine Empfehlung. Der Chef war sehr unfreundlich und die Wartezeiten sind eine Katastrophe – wir haben fast 2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. Dazu kommt, dass offensichtlich am Fisch gespart wird, die Qualität war wirklich enttäuschend. Der Speiseraum war zudem viel zu warm, was bei rohem Fisch ein sehr ungutes Gefühl hinterlässt. Gerade bei Sushi sollte auf Frische und Hygiene geachtet werden, aber hier hatte ich leider kein Vertrauen mehr. Für mich definitiv zu gefährlich und keine angenehme Erfahrung…

Absolutely fresh, honest food, open kitchen, the best place for burgers between Kassel and Marburg, with their own sauces. Highly recommended. Good portions. A fantastic experience, a snack bar with restaurant-level quality. Amazing!

Der Stadtpfeifer ist nicht mehr so wie früher, aber eigentlich doch. Netter Service, leckeres Essen und tolles Ambiente.

We wanted to eat here on New Year's Eve. I emailed the restaurant the day before to request a table. On December 31st, I received an email saying they were fully booked. So the search started all over again, which is very difficult on such a night. I don't think this is how you treat customers. I will never go to this restaurant again; they apparently don't need my business.

We had two keke dürüms; one was fantastic (5/5), the other rather disappointing (3/5) compared to the first, though still edible. The sauces, however, were rather bland. The dürüm bread was wonderfully crispy, something I'd never experienced before. I would definitely go back.

The decor is rustic/country style, which is what makes the whole atmosphere so special! The staff is always quick with a witty remark and can provide information about food and drinks at any time. There's a friendly, family atmosphere that truly makes your time there a relaxing one. The food is incredibly good, and even a "big man with a hearty appetite" will be satisfied! The salads are fresh, and the steaks are cooked to perfection. I've been going there for at least 15 years and have never been disappointed!
