We celebrated our civil wedding here, and it was truly dreamy. Communication with the lovely Brigitte was uncomplicated and very warm. The tables outside were arranged into banquet halls at our request and decorated in a Mediterranean style. The food was excellent, and the prices were more than reasonable. The organic wine from a friend's winery was also special, and we were, of course, allowed to taste it beforehand. Thank you so much, we'll be back ♥️

This was the most delicious Salmon I have ever eaten in my life. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in Mindelheim and surroundings this is your place, the service was perfect and the restaurant is family friendly, the kids were allowed to run around while we enjoyed our dessert. At the end we got expresso for free.. what a beautiful evening!

Wow!!! A quick look back at the incredible evening of enjoyment at Pavo in the Blaue Burg. Magnificent mountain views, fantastic atmosphere, and the sensational sharing menu from Simon Schlachter and his team was beyond spectacular. Every course was a truly amazing taste experience, with perfect wine pairings and a truly commendable non-alcoholic accompaniment that was beyond amazing! And the wonderful service completed this fantastic evening of culinary well-being! Many thanks to the entire team!!

Great atmosphere, friendly service. Of the three dishes, only the hamburger was really good. The pasta dish (with a delicious filling) had undercooked pasta dough, and the roast beef with onions was so stringy and tough that I wouldn't order it again. To be fair, the pasta dish was on the house. This place definitely deserves a second chance.

We ordered from here for the first time a week ago (for pickup), as we've only recently moved to Balve. I have to say, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and for the price, you can't complain! The staff was very friendly, which isn't a given these days. So, we'll be ordering more often! Keep it up!

This was our first time here; you wouldn't normally find Saya by chance. The sushi was very fresh and delicious, the atmosphere in the train station was so-so, but they made the most of it. The service was friendly and attentive.
