For me, the pub is one of the insider tips in Frankfurt! Two, eight and ten of us have been there over the last few weeks and all of our guests were absolutely thrilled with the delicious food. No matter whether it was fish or meat or salad - it tasted wonderful. Here the chef knows what he is doing and the ingredients are of high quality! My recommendation: veal cordon bleu - I love it 😋. The service is top! Always a smile and a saying on the lips, very attentive and friendly 👍. And all of this at extremely moderate prices - which is now rarely the case in Frankfurt. I have a clear recommendation - but in any case a reservation makes a lot of sense😊

I was stationed at the 97th General Hospital in the late 1970s and early 1980s very near this restaurant. I wanted to show my wife a true German restaurant. The experience we had at Kneipchen was truly exceptional. I had the chicken stuffed with pears, cheese, and ham. It was prepared perfectly and served with a side of wonderful potatoes. My wife had the veal with a brown gravy and mushrooms. I had a bite and it was tender and perfectly prepared. They have a very nice wine selection and some good beers. This restaurant was by far my favourite have our trip to Frankfurt.

Cozy location, very good service, friendly staff. A service that responds to customers' food wishes. You feel comfortable and in good hands. The food is really delicious and freshly prepared. Highly recommended, gladly again.

Very cozy restaurant with extremely tasty dishes and an appealing wine list. Various beers on tap. The homemade Kaiserschmarrn is highly recommended. Conclusion: Good and inexpensive!

Small but nice restaurant, was there for the first time with friends, service was quick and friendly despite the full house, food was delicious 😋, reservation required as there are only a limited number of seats available, when the pub is full it can also be loud, There is a small tent set up outside, which is often used when the weather is suitable. Parking is rather difficult as it is a residential area, but possible in the side streets

We went to dinner in the pub this evening and ate our first asparagus with schnitzel. Nothing could have been done better about the dish. Super quality large portion at a cheap and fair price. The service was super nice, extremely quick and competent. All in all, every time we get a table.

A very nice place in Frankfurt! The food always tastes great. The owners and the staff are very friendly and attentive. In summer you can sit outside really well. Here you can get the best Kaiserschmarrn!! We recommend:)

The name pub is appropriate in a positive sense and you immediately feel at home. The service is very pleasant, quick and competent. There is something for everyone in terms of food selection and it is also well prepared. There is also nothing to criticize about the price/performance ratio. You will have to make an effort to leave there dissatisfied.

We were here for goose dinner. The best goose we have eaten in years. The size, the side dishes and the taste are wonderful. A good glass of wine and everything was perfect.

I had a mushroom ragout with tagliatelle, unfortunately the pasta was a bit soft, not very seasoned and garnished with dill (didn't go with it). We sat in a tent in front of the pub, which gave off a campsite atmosphere just from the ambience. Reasonably priced.

Dem Kneipchen eilt ein sehr guter Ruf voraus, das muss man sagen. Entsprechend hoch waren unsere Erwartungen. Veilleicht war ich deshalb etwas enttäuscht, denn gerade die Fleischqualität wurde gelobt und somit haben wir viel erwartet. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt. Mein Mann ist sehr pingelig bei Fleisch und dieses Mal musste ich ihm Recht geben. Zudem ist der Umgangston der Bedienung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vielleicht ist es der österreichische Schmäh, den ich eigentlich von meinem Mann und seiner Familie kenne... Das Ambiente ist irgendwie urig, aber dann auch wieder nicht so ganz rund. Man kann also sagen: Ok, aber so unbedingt muss ich nicht wieder hin.

Ich bin hier regelmäßig mit meinen Kollegen essen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Ich habe noch nie so guten Kaisermarrn gegessen. Das Rumpsteak Café der Paris kann ich sehr empfehlen. Das Essen ist hier ein Gedicht.

Süßes kleines Restaurant mit ausgezeichneter deutscher Küche, absolut zu empfehlen. Innen rustikal und heimelig, Außenbereich für die vorhandenen Gegebenheiten (kleiner Innenhof) ok. Man fühlt sich auf alle Fälle wohl, gehen dort sehr gerne hin!

Der innen Raum ist nur sehr klein. Ohne Vorbestellung gibt es keine Chance rein zu kommen. Es ist teuer aber gut.

Kalte Spätzle, harter Broccoli und Blumenkohl, das Schwein durchschnittlich, zu viel Soße. Kartoffelcremesuppe lecker.

OMG, this was a great find. Everything was perfect. The food was outstanding.

Immer wieder gerne! Sehr gutes Essen, gemütlicher Gastraum, freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Auch draußen ist es bei entsprechenden Temperaturen sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich! Immer gut besucht, meist bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt. Im Hof sind nur sehr wenige Parkplätze vorhanden. Man muss schon in den umliegenden Straßen nach Parkplätzen schauen. Bisher haben wir aber immer gut parken können. Höchstens 2 Minuten Fußweg. Behindertenfreundlichkeit: Eine Stufe am Eingang. Enge Doppeltüre. Enges gemütliches Restsurant. Zwar alles sonst ebenerdig, aber eng. Sehr enge Toiletten. Daher nur bedingt behindertenfreundlich. Draußen aber kein Problem. Hunde erlaubt. Aber bitte nur wohlerzogen und ruhig. Hunde gehören zudem auf den Boden und keinesfalls auf den Schoß oder auf einen Stuhl. Dann sind sie willkommen.

Unfassbar leckeres Essen, welches uns von einer erwähnenswert freundlichen Frau serviert wurde. Absolut zu empfehlen!

War sehr laut, ich fand die Preise für die Portion etwas hoch. Bratkartoffel und Pommes relativ wenig dafür aber zu viel Salz. Beim Zwiebelschnitzel hat mit den Zwiebeln gespart. Naja! Der Service war gut.

Ich kannte das Restaurant nicht es war eine Empfehlung meiner ehemalige Kollegin. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen, das Essen ist richtig lecker . Umbedingt ausprobieren.. man muss Vorbestellen um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Ich gehe auf alle Fälle nochmal hin.

Hier kommst du immer glücklich raus..;))Tolles ,familiäres,sehr gemütliches Ambiente-immer gut besucht weil beliebt-Reservierung macht Sinn-Personal sehr zuvorkommend,stets freundlich und flott-Sonderwünsche..kein Problem-Küche/Essen..ein kulinarischer Traum-alles hervorragend und Gute Preis-Leistung..mehr geht nicht! Klein aber fein :)) Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und oft erprobt:))

Bestes Gänseessen in Frankfurt, das war unsere einhellige Meinung. Super zart, tolle Beilagen, unheimlich reichhaltig. Dazu ein wirklich freundlicher Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir dürfen, gerne auch zu anderen Jahreszeiten.
