We ordered a whole lot of pizza in advance for a party. The lady on the phone was not only very accommodating but also extremely professional and patiently answered all our questions. The pizza was delivered on time on the due date and was an Italian dream. Every single one was delicious, and we received nothing but positive feedback from the guests. We ordered from here for the first time. Among other things, we ordered 4 pizzas from the Diavola pizzas, but instead of ordering from Lieferando, we specifically called to request that all 4 be without onions. The pizza arrived, and they were all full of onions. We didn't want to be like that, so we thought we'd try it anyway. Unfortunately, it was inedible for our taste, and I called anyway and complained about the pizza. The lady on the phone said that because we had already eaten it, we couldn't exchange it. The pizza would have been thrown away. Therefore, I agreed to get the same amount on the house for our next order. In other words, this means: 4 pizzas for free, since we had paid for them and were dissatisfied. Today I called to enforce this agreement, and my colleague told me no, you only get 1 pizza. After a long back and forth discussion, we simply gave up. It's incredibly underhanded. Breaking an agreement with a customer is truly unprofessional. When you ask the employees, they say it's not true and they only agreed to one pizza with us. The whole family overheard the conversation. Conclusion: It was the first and last time we ordered and ate there. We've never had such problems with certain other pizzerias in Höchst (which, among other things, even taste better). P.S.: If you're at fault and promise something, keep your word. That shows incredibly incompetent owners and their rude attitude. Best regards!

Yesterday I surprised my wife by reserving a table for two at Chalet Damore. It was so beautifully decorated, the owners were so welcoming, the menu was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Everyone was singing at the karaoke bar. We were a group of about 30 people. We sat outside at two rows of tables. Location: It's a shame that it's so close to the street, but even for a Sunday evening, the traffic was manageable, so it was fine. It's cool that there's a playground across the street, so if you're there with kids, they'll get their money's worth too! Food and Drink: Excellent selection. Top quality. Reasonable prices. We had everything from pizza, pasta, salad, and steak, and everyone was thrilled! Service: You could tell the place was prepared (reserved 5 days in advance). The two ladies were super fast and brought everything out as quickly as possible. There's one oven, so only 4 pizzas can be made at a time. But this was communicated to us in advance, so you know where you're at. The pasta all arrived at the same time, so everything was great here too. To finish, we got a free limoncello or espresso. That was also a very nice touch. Ambience: The inside is a chic, modern place. Restrooms were clean. Sitting outside was perfectly fine too. Conclusion: If you're looking for delicious food at an affordable pizzeria, this is the place for you. Yes, there are cheaper pizzerias, but the food there is worth every cent. The service is consistently friendly and, above all, cheerful. You may have to allow a bit of time, but it's worth it. We were very happy and will definitely be back!

It took an hour and 10 minutes for us to get our pizza and pasta, even though we live five minutes away. We ordered pasta all'aglio, which had burnt garlic in it, and they messed up the pizza order. Don't order from here.

The ambience alone screams Naples, so if you want to eat the best pizza in Frankfurt, you definitely have to come here. We spontaneously went out for 4 meals and had the best idea to come here today. I've never had such a delicious pizza before. Delicious fior di latte on the pizza and luckily no Gouda cheese. Fresh ingredients are delicious no matter what dish is in it. My colleague had pasta and fish, meat was also super enthusiastic and happy with his food. Service was super nice and very attentive. We will definitely come more often and you can look forward to another 4 regular guests.

We had a company party over lunch with around 30 people, and the location of the restaurant with its proximity to the Höchst Industrial Park was ideal. At the same time, the restaurant offers a nice and cozy atmosphere. With the friendly and committed owner, we were able to plan the celebration well in advance, and we had friendly, courteous service. The food was excellent (Italian mixed starter platters for everyone to start, then a main course choice of mixed fish platter or Aberico pork fillet in green pepper sauce or - for the vegetarians - vegetable lasagna or Tortellini Gorgonzola and finally desserts/espresso from the menu.)

I would even give 6 stars for the service if I could. The pasta and pizza are freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients and tasted very well. Top. I can recommend the tortelloni with gorgonzola sauce. We felt very comfortable and the short detour from the old town to Luciusstrasse was absolutely worth it. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant.

Nice restaurant with an Italian, more Neapolitan flair. Very nice and friendly staff. Delicious pizza bread was served with the salad. The pizza is very tasty, but the sauce lacked a bit of spice, others at the table felt that way. Which doesn't mean the pizza wasn't tasty, but I think it could be a little better. Unfortunately no vegan dishes, but luckily some things can be veganized. But a bit weak these days. There was also a limoncello on the house. All in all a very nice evening. We would love to come back.

The staff is nice, the food is good. But what we experienced yesterday was truly outrageous. Due to Valentine's Day there was an event with music and a meal that cost €59. We sat at a table close to other people, the music was so loud that we couldn't hold a conversation. What was absolutely not possible was the food for the price. A mixed starter in a paper plate, then 5 mussels with 4 noodles. Then came the main course. I had 3 meatballs with a dollop of vegetables and my partner had 3 small sausages and three slices of burnt bread. In the end we left there with a bill of €180. We each had 2 wines and a total of 2 bottles of water. Sorry, but at that price I expect more than meatballs and bratwurst. I would like to mention that the food tastes delicious, just like Nonna's at home. But the chicness, nothing on the plate and then the price of the simple dishes, sorry, that's just not possible.
