The tastiest pizza and the best service in the heart of Europe

Tonight I had the pleasure of visiting Chalet d’Amore with my friends and I have to say it was an absolute delight! I chose the Tonno Pizza and it was simply perfect. The base was paper-thin, golden brown and wonderfully crispy, exactly how you would want an authentic Italian pizza. The topping was fantastic: the fresh tuna harmonized perfectly with the fruity tomato sauce, the red onions and the tender mozzarella. Everything was fresh and of the highest quality - you can taste that the cooking here is done with love. The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and always had a smile. The atmosphere at Chalet d’Amore was warm and inviting, just the right place for a relaxing evening with friends. I can highly recommend Chalet d’Amore to anyone who wants to enjoy first-class Italian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. My Tonno Pizza was a highlight and I'm looking forward to trying more dishes on my next visit! 5 out of 5 stars – a real piece of Italy!

The food was very good when it arrived. Unfortunately, we had to wait over 90 minutes and then, with 8 people, we got our food 20 minutes later, so that the last two got their food long after the first had finished. We were the first table of the evening at 6 p.m., we had simply ordered pizza and pasta and our visit was registered/reserved.

Really delicious food. We shared various dishes with 6 people and even ordered them again because it was so good. The service is good and very nice. The restaurant definitely deserves more guests!

Ate here on 14Dec2024. Side notes: 1. Other restaurant owners should come eat here and take notes. 2. My family has eaten at many places in the area and we most/80% of the time are not impressed or very happy with out meals (they are typically too salty or just miss the mark in some way.) OK, that aside, Chalet de Amore, does not disappoint! My wife and I agreed that there was a special fresh taste and no odd aftertaste that one experiences from semi processed or simply not fresh food. The meals did take a while, we waited about 25 minutes but defintely worth the wait! I had the pizza that had rucola and a ball of mozarella and my wife had the shrimp spaghetti. A+ Team Chalet de Amore! A+ Compliments to the COOK! We'll be back!

Just very nice. Great food, great pizza bread, an espresso that deserves its name and a really good limoncello. Napoli everywhere in the decoration. Somehow Italian atmosphere with good cuisine.

I celebrated my birthday there today with friends. Very warm welcome. The location is a mix of modernity and comfort. Furnished with love. The entire staff (la familia) is very friendly and very attentive. We all ordered a pizza and salad with it. All fresh ingredients!! And that’s exactly what justifies the price! At the end I was also surprised... a tiramisu with a fire fountain and a limoncello for everyone. So sweet! Thank you for that. Oh yes, and the last birra limone was mine - now there is no more *hihi* I will definitely come back and I can only recommend this location to anyone who likes authentic Neapolitan cuisine. We were here for the first time and were very excited. Very friendly and attentive service, a top meal. We had Scalopine alla Romana and Penne Arribiata. For dessert, tiramisu was excellent. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

A piece of Napoli in Frankfurt La Familia di Napoli brings the best Neapolitan pizza to the Frankfurt table that I know. The exterior facade and the walls in the restaurant by Drew Camell, Street Art are something special. Unfortunately we didn't eat pasta, but we saw it and it was very promising. Limoncello was served as a digestif on the house in a very original way. Anyone who knows what Napoli is all about will find a very good piece of it here. Highly recommended and thanks to the family for bringing the restaurant back to life 🇮🇹❤️

Yesterday evening I was in the chalet d’amore with my work team from the trade fair. We were looking for an Italian restaurant online and came across the restaurant chalet d’amore. Finally a restaurant that not only looks good but also has a lot to offer, from starters to fish dishes, a taste explosion, very high quality, the waitress (the boss's daughter) very attentive and very friendly, courteous and warm family, you can tell that there is family blood and There's heart in it! You really have to say the quality of the food at Chalet d’Amore is top!! No one in the area can keep up, whether on site or during delivery. Anyone who has culinary experience can only agree with this. Another huge plus point for me (when it comes to delivery) is that they deliver everything in paper packaging!!!! No plastic or aluminum. Which is very harmful, especially hot food in plastic & aluminum. The only thing that isn't my thing is the pizza, but I always order there to eat something real anyway. And it's nice to support a local family business with every order that really works and cooks with heart. 🫶😊

I have ordered from this restaurant several times and it has always been delicious. Today I ate in the restaurant for the first time and it was fantastic. The food came super quickly and tastes like a dream. We had the lasange, spagetti Napoletana and various desserts. The food is definitely worth the money. ❤️ The ambience is beautifully decorated at Christmas time, so you just have to feel good❣️ Our waitress was also super friendly, she always asked if we were missing something and whether we liked it.❤️ I can only recommend the restaurant and will definitely come back. ❤️

The owner, who runs this charming family business, was extremely accommodating and fair in his pricing. The ambience and decoration were excellent and the food was not only visually appealing but also tasted outstanding. The dishes were freshly prepared and gave an excellent insight into Napoleonic Italian cuisine. The service exceeded our expectations. The warm atmosphere and the attentive hospitality of the staff made the evening an unforgettable experience. What was particularly remarkable was the quality and variety of the ingredients, which gave each dish a special touch. The wine selection complemented the food perfectly. Our guests were thrilled and enjoyed the evening to the fullest. We can fully recommend the Chalet d’Amore and look forward to future visits. We traveled an hour extra for this experience and it was absolutely worth it. First of all, I would like to thank the team who welcomed us so kindly and gave us a nice recommendation, the food was great. The atmosphere was very nice, the painting outside on the wall was very creative, I have never seen anything like that twice, customer satisfaction is his top priority, which many restaurants forget, you can tell how much love and fun they are having, which makes the stay even more pleasant makes the whole restaurant special. We really have to say we are thrilled. Since our first time there, we have been eating there more often and have been more and more impressed by the live concerts, which are very imaginative and something we have never seen before. The restaurant/staff definitely left a positive impression and I/we look forward to coming by more often.

Yesterday I was eating at the Chalet d'Amore restaurant with my work colleagues. I ate the Chalet d'Amore pizza, so I have to say that the price was fully deserved. The pizza was topped with fresh rocket, a whole buffalo mozzarella and very high quality Parma ham, so everything was top quality for dessert You get a pannacotta with very fresh fruit and a delicious sauce and a limoncello on the house. Very nice and friendly service. Please don't change your quality and stay the way you have been since then. Now we will become regular customers

Very tasty pasta. Great red wine and well mixed Aperol Spritz. The family business was extremely accommodating and made every effort to ensure that we had a lovely evening for two. Prices are a bit high for the location, but the food is worth it. The decorations are a bit cluttered and don't seem well coordinated, but as I said, the excellent food makes up for it all.

On Father's Day around 6:00 p.m. after a 100km bike ride, the three of us wanted to drink a "sour spritzer" and so we ordered. Three sour spritzers arrived in red wine glasses! The amazing price was €6.50 per glass! After my intervention the price was then reduced to €4.50 per glass... Still outrageous.

Yesterday there were nine of us and we arrived much later than planned. We were still received very friendly. The restaurant is lovingly furnished and you immediately feel very comfortable. We all enjoyed the food excellently. The pasta was cooked al dente to perfection and was served in cute little pans. Last but not least, each of us received a delicious homemade limoncello on the house. The owners/staff are very attentive and accommodating.
