Very good, honest Italian cuisine, high quality pizza ingredients with a very well rested dough. Service very friendly and attentive. True Neapolitan flavors! We went to this restaurant for Easter and Easter Monday, there were five of us and we were very satisfied. The dishes reflect the Neapolitan tradition, with fresh and well-crafted products. The passion for cooking and the love for catering are the calling card of this family-run business. If you are looking for a characteristic and refined restaurant in which to have lunch like a king, this is the right place! Thanks to all the staff at Chalet d'Amore of whom we are now loyal customers.

The ambience alone screams Naples, so if you want to eat the best pizza in Frankfurt, you definitely have to come here. We spontaneously went out for 4 meals and had the best idea to come here today. I've never had such a delicious pizza before. Delicious fior di latte on the pizza and luckily no Gouda cheese. Fresh ingredients are delicious no matter what dish is in it. My colleague had pasta and fish, meat was also super enthusiastic and happy with his food. Service was super nice and very attentive. We will definitely come more often and you can look forward to another 4 regular guests.

Even menu is too big, and i had some doubts, i can give all recomendations about this place.. Wow, i will come back again, for sure...

We had a company party over lunch with around 30 people, and the location of the restaurant with its proximity to the Höchst Industrial Park was ideal. At the same time, the restaurant offers a nice and cozy atmosphere. With the friendly and committed owner, we were able to plan the celebration well in advance, and we had friendly, courteous service. The food was excellent (Italian mixed starter platters for everyone to start, then a main course choice of mixed fish platter or Aberico pork fillet in green pepper sauce or - for the vegetarians - vegetable lasagna or Tortellini Gorgonzola and finally desserts/espresso from the menu.)

A very nice family-run restaurant with super friendly service that is also happy to fulfill any special requests. By the way: there is gluten-free pasta. I would even give 6 stars for the service if I could. The pasta and pizza are freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients and tasted very well. Top. I can recommend the tortelloni with gorgonzola sauce. We felt very comfortable and the short detour from the old town to Luciusstrasse was absolutely worth it. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant.

Nice restaurant with an Italian, more Neapolitan flair. Very nice and friendly staff. Delicious pizza bread was served with the salad. The pizza is very tasty, but the sauce lacked a bit of spice, others at the table felt that way. Which doesn't mean the pizza wasn't tasty, but I think it could be a little better. Unfortunately no vegan dishes, but luckily some things can be veganized. But a bit weak these days. There was also a limoncello on the house. All in all a very nice evening. We would love to come back.

The service was outstanding: warm, attentive and with a real passion for good food. The food itself? Simply fantastic! Everything tasted like it was homemade, prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. From starters to dessert, every dish was a delight – just like in Naples. The staff is nice, the food is good. But what we experienced yesterday was truly outrageous. Due to Valentine's Day there was an event with music and a meal that cost €59. We sat at a table close to other people, the music was so loud that we couldn't hold a conversation. What was absolutely not possible was the food for the price. A mixed starter in a paper plate, then 5 mussels with 4 noodles. Then came the main course. I had 3 meatballs with a dollop of vegetables and my partner had 3 small sausages and three slices of burnt bread. In the end we left there with a bill of €180. We each had 2 wines and a total of 2 bottles of water. Sorry, but at that price I expect more than meatballs and bratwurst. I would like to mention that the food tastes delicious, just like Nonna's at home. But the chicness, nothing on the plate and then the price of the simple dishes, sorry, that's just not possible.

I ate here with my group from the trade fair in Frankfurt. I can only say that the food is sensational. You can see that the dishes are prepared with a lot of love and imagination. You can also see that attention is paid to the quality; everything tastes very fresh and delicious. I really can only Recommend everyone to try this restaurant. I was in the restaurant for the first time yesterday. I think the atmosphere is great. I find all the pictures of Diego Maradona totally charming. The pizza tasted excellent. The service was super nice. I had to wait a bit but it was really worth it. I didn't have much of an appetite, but the pizza was so delicious that I ate it all. I'll definitely come back or have the pizza delivered.

Tonight I had the pleasure of visiting Chalet d’Amore with my friends and I have to say it was an absolute delight! I chose the Tonno Pizza and it was simply perfect. The base was paper-thin, golden brown and wonderfully crispy, exactly how you would want an authentic Italian pizza. The topping was fantastic: the fresh tuna harmonized perfectly with the fruity tomato sauce, the red onions and the tender mozzarella. Everything was fresh and of the highest quality - you can taste that the cooking here is done with love. The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and always had a smile. The atmosphere at Chalet d’Amore was warm and inviting, just the right place for a relaxing evening with friends. I can highly recommend Chalet d’Amore to anyone who wants to enjoy first-class Italian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. My Tonno Pizza was a highlight and I'm looking forward to trying more dishes on my next visit! 5 out of 5 stars – a real piece of Italy!

The food was very good when it arrived. Unfortunately, we had to wait over 90 minutes and then, with 8 people, we got our food 20 minutes later, so that the last two got their food long after the first had finished. We were the first table of the evening at 6 p.m., we had simply ordered pizza and pasta and our visit was registered/reserved.

Ate here on 14Dec2024. Side notes: 1. Other restaurant owners should come eat here and take notes. 2. My family has eaten at many places in the area and we most/80% of the time are not impressed or very happy with out meals (they are typically too salty or just miss the mark in some way.) OK, that aside, Chalet de Amore, does not disappoint! My wife and I agreed that there was a special fresh taste and no odd aftertaste that one experiences from semi processed or simply not fresh food. The meals did take a while, we waited about 25 minutes but defintely worth the wait! I had the pizza that had rucola and a ball of mozarella and my wife had the shrimp spaghetti. A+ Team Chalet de Amore! A+ Compliments to the COOK! We'll be back!

I celebrated my birthday there today with friends. Very warm welcome. The location is a mix of modernity and comfort. Furnished with love. The entire staff (la familia) is very friendly and very attentive. We all ordered a pizza and salad with it. All fresh ingredients!! And that’s exactly what justifies the price! At the end I was also surprised... a tiramisu with a fire fountain and a limoncello for everyone. So sweet! Thank you for that. Oh yes, and the last birra limone was mine - now there is no more *hihi* I will definitely come back and I can only recommend this location to anyone who likes authentic Neapolitan cuisine. A piece of Napoli in Frankfurt La Familia di Napoli brings the best Neapolitan pizza to the Frankfurt table that I know. The exterior facade and the walls in the restaurant by Drew Camell, Street Art are something special. Unfortunately we didn't eat pasta, but we saw it and it was very promising. Limoncello was served as a digestif on the house in a very original way. Anyone who knows what Napoli is all about will find a very good piece of it here. Highly recommended and thanks to the family for bringing the restaurant back to life 🇮🇹❤️
