I'm surprised by the positive reviews about the supposedly excellent service of this "restaurant". We were told four times that we were in an "exclusive" restaurant. My friend wasn't allowed in because she had a mug of tea with her, even though there wasn't a single trash can outside to throw it away. Our own water bottle was left on the table for just three seconds before we were asked in no uncertain terms to remove it. In the end we had to put the bottle on the floor. When my friend asked to dispose of her tea cup, she was told to go outside and find a trash can outside - despite the pouring rain. Because, as the reasoning goes, “here is a restaurant and it doesn’t work that way”. For the prices charged here, we would certainly have expected something other than scratched dishes and treatment as if we were people of a lower class who wanted to be thrown out of the restaurant as quickly as possible. Particularly ironic since no one was there except us.

I've been there several times, and today I can only recommend the Power Salad, which was very tasty. My daughter had the chicken burger with sweet potato, the meat was very juicy, served with lemon water with mint, then a limoncello and finally an espresso. The staff very friendly. We had a spontaneous visit to this restaurant on Saturday evening and although the kitchen was already closed, we were warmly welcomed by the boss. He put together a delicious selection of dips, olives and fresh bread for us which was really tasty. The drinks were perfectly refreshing for the hot night and rounded off the experience. Overall, we were very positively surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the snacks. A successful evening!

When the weather was great, I was able to sit on the terrace and enjoy a very tasty meal. The service was on point, helpful and very friendly. And that with a packed terrace. I would also like to add that the sanitary facilities are excellent. This is not the case in every restaurant and is therefore mentioned positively here.

During a long weekend in Frankfurt, I visited this centrally located restaurant several times at different times and was always pleasantly surprised by the unobtrusive family atmosphere, the attentive and friendly staff and the quality of the menus I ordered. An absolute MUST to eat here if you are in Frankfurt. We were visiting Frankfurt from Berlin and this shop was recommended to us by friends back home. Super delicious food, the cocktails were also excellent and the service was very attentive and on point. We will definitely come back here just because of the atmosphere

I eat there once a month. I am always satisfied with the dishes available there. My favorites there are the chicken burger and the Wienerschnitzel. The on-site service is always polite and courteous and takes care not to appear intrusive. The ambience is always nice both inside and outside. The drinks are always a pleasure and the non-alcoholic cocktails are simply delicious. I can only recommend a visit, it's worth it

I always walk past here and once had an espresso. New employees every day and more employees than customers & the restaurants next to it are always full. The restaurant looks like it's closed or more like a haunted house - with a bald employee bossing people around. I also noticed him hitting customers because they wanted to go to the toilet

In the last few days, a number of bad reviews have been published by friends and acquaintances of the former Panama employee Patricia (some of which can be traced back to her real names). I recommend suing the owner for defamation. The food, drinks and service are top notch here, any time!

We've been there twice and won't be back. As soon as you have a half-empty glass on the table, you are constantly asked if you would like anything else. You feel like you're being forced to make more and more sales, although the two of us paid around €80-€120 both times. I can understand the negative reviews. In terms of taste, the drinks are only filled with ice and water (especially the cocktail we had and the detox water (water with cucumber?)) On our last visit they said there were no more hot drinks, but the table next door has theirs Got coffee? very customer oriented!!! We didn't receive a baguette with our salads and upon request, dry and four small slices? There are plenty of other super nice restaurants in Frankfurt with a nice AMBIENCE and where you feel warmly welcome.

Hey everyone, this place is horrible! That's why it's clear why the neighboring countries are all full and the place is empty. I wanted to go to the toilet and was insulted by the owner even though I was a guest and that the toilet was only for guests. So I'm speechless... We had different dishes, only the steak was ok, the rest was rubbish, oversalted and had the wrong ingredients. Cocktails contain more floral decorations than alcohol. I give the store a wide berth!!!

DANGER!!!!!! The food is too salty and cold. The cocktails have more decoration than alcohol and you should pay €13 for them. In contrast to the neighboring shops, the shop is empty! Why is that? I can't understand the 5 stars and would prefer to give ZERO.

Everything was great and a great boss who held the whole store together with his presence. ❤️👍 The food is very tasty, the service is attentive and very pleasant and the restaurant is a real enrichment of the gastronomy in Frankfurt. We always like to come back because you can feel very at home here and at the same time you can eat delicious food and relax. I was in this African restaurant and am very disappointed. You wait half an hour for drinks. The employee seemed very stressed. We had Meet the Greek for €19, 2 small skewers with some fries and a few sauces that were very salty and cold. Never again and thanks for nothing!

We have been here very often. This time it was more than a disappointment. The staff is constantly changing and the service is becoming increasingly poor. We had to wait 1 hour for 2 burgers. The starter was also forgotten. After we asked about it, the waitress just looked at us and didn't say anything. Unfortunately never again. The neighboring bars will become our regular bars!!!!

So we were there for a European Championship game. The atmosphere was very good. There was a big TV outside. You could watch football and eat a juicy burger at the same time. There was very tasty food and drink too. The people are very nice.

Coming to Eurobike in Frankfurt every year, the Panama is a must visit. Super delicious food, special recommendation for the octopus salad and the tuna steak.

Personal super freundlich und nettes Ambiente aber das Essen leider sehr enttäuschend. Geschmacklich eher schlecht leider und auch von den Portionen her sind die Preise nicht nachvollziehbar. Weil Personal freundlich ist gibt es statt 1 Stern immerhin 2 Sterne. Leider zieht es wirklich die Stimmung runter, weil es so enttäuschend ist.

Sehr schönes Ambiente gebündelt mit einer flotten freundliche und aufmerksamen Kellnerin bei angemessen Preisen und sehr leckeren Cocktails. Wir mussten nie lange warten auf unsere Getränke und wurden proaktiv angesprochen, ob wir noch etwas benötigen sobald die Runde relativ leer war. So stelle ich mir guten Service vor. Das gesamte Restaurant inklusive der Sanitäranlagen war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Definitiv eine Empfehlung in Frankfurt.
