Price/performance ratio wasn't right, taste was rather disappointing. You can get something similar for less money.

Delicious and authentic Thai food in the heart of Frankfurt! We had morning glory, pork with red curry, clams and pad thai - all dishes were full of flavor and tasted just like in Thailand. A bit pricey, but totally worth it. Highly recommended for Thai food lovers!

Authentic in many ways. Delicious food, polite and attentive service, facilities. And inexpensive too. But I don't want to praise too much because, especially when the weather is good, all the seats outside are quickly taken. Then you have to wait patiently until you can join others at the table. Sitting on benches in a mixed atmosphere fits well with Bornheim. Mai Kai is both a piece of Thailand on the upper Berger Strasse and a harmonious part of itself.

Super tasty and super cheap. Highly recommended, the ambience can still be improved. Anyone who likes it colourful, a bit kitschy and a bit simpler will feel at home here. Still recommended for everyone.

We will miss you very much! We have only been living in the immediate neighborhood for a year and it was a huge pleasure to eat with you. The food is delicious, you are totally accommodating and friendly and the shop had its own charm! All the best and we are really sad that the beautiful evenings are over for you.

I can't share the enthusiasm. Food was below average, bland or not seasoned at all. Price-performance not at all consistent. Very nice restaurant and friendly service.

I've been eating here for 10 years, always a bomb

Nice cozy place, and the food is okay, and their service is friendly, but very unattentive. The issue is not that you're waiting ages for someone to come, the issue is they aren't around, and when they are, they aren't even looking at the tables.

Centrally located. Parking garage in the immediate vicinity. Large card, order was taken quickly. Unfortunately, I didn't like the shrimp in the red curry with shrimp. Too bad for the price. Otherwise everything is fine!
