Even the small portions are generous. Fresh ingredients, flavor, and service are absolutely fine. The price/performance ratio for an airport snack is reasonable. I work nearby and eat there often.

The food is simply delicious—in my opinion, by far the best in the entire airport! There's really nothing that compares to the dishes at Thong Thai. I've eaten here several times. The staff are friendly, the service is first-class, and the restaurant feels very clean and well-maintained—the hygiene is also impeccable. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work and keep up the good work! Kudos to the entire team!

The only bright spot in a long odyssey!! My girlfriend and I were stranded in Frankfurt. The service from Lufthansa and Canada Air was absolutely atrocious! So we were like in Asterix and Obelix, searching for our luggage (aka passenger receipt), and Thong Thai immediately lifted our spirits! Super friendly staff who even managed to find prawn crackers even though they were out of them ;) Thank you for that, and thank you for the great service.

12€ for a mushy box of noodles that contains more peanuts and lemons than noodles or chicken. Felt like eating sour peanutbutter with wet spaghetti.

I was traveling in Germany for a few days and missed Asian food very much. I was really afraid to eat any bread products again. This restaurant saved me. It is good for airport food and the portion is large. The picture shows the large one.

phad gra Prau 7/10 its quite good, the seasoning of the beef. maybe it can be a little less spicy though pad thay 6.5/10 its too sweet for my taste i think quite ok and affordable for airport food the portion is also generous

Hello, I ordered a chicken dish from you today. When I first opened the box, there was no chicken in it, yet I was charged the full price. I then returned to you and inquired. I was assured that it did contain chicken. Back on the bus, I opened the meal again – again, just noodles, not a single piece of chicken. For €7.90, this is unacceptable. This is not only disappointing, but seems like deliberate deception.

Delicious food, chicken and rise well lightly seasoned, box was filled with food to the brim. Cashier was communicative and spoken well in English. Strongly recommend.

The Thai restaurant at the airport offers tasty food, but nothing special. The portions are quite small, which, combined with the rather high prices, is disappointing. It's okay for a quick meal before departure, but not a must-visit.

I can recommend the food, it's worlds better than the KFC next door or the McDonalds across the street.

I actually enjoyed coming here a year ago, but unfortunately, the quality and flavor of the food has declined considerably! The food tastes bland, the fried rice is mushy and soft, the meat is dry and tough, and some pieces have dried out to a dark brown... An employee claimed they no longer had the one dish I've been ordering for over a year. It's just a shame that it was the only dish that still tasted good and wasn't overcooked. Unfortunately, I won't be coming again.

If I have to go to the airport and need something quick to eat, I can get a hot meal here. I've eaten here twice so far, and each time it was a bit too salty for me. Service is great and fast. Hot food makes up for it. This time I had the 51. The sauce was too salty for me, so I'd better try the 50.

Great customer service; but the rice was horrible. It did not taste fried whatsoever. The rice taste watery and boiled. If you are at the Frankfurt Airport, just get KFC or McDonald’s you will thank me later!

Serving food from the Land Of Smiles but the staffs hardly smile at all. Food is average. My satay hardly taste nor looks like satay and chicken meat is very tough. Drinks are over-priced. You can get a bottle of Spezi at the nearby supermarket at €1.49 while they sell at €3.50. Only positive point - you can grab a quick snack before your flight without waiting for too long.

I'd like to highlight the fresh vegetables… the taste wasn't my thing… I guess you shouldn't expect anything authentic. But you can… better than MC

They used to be quite good, but the dishes are now less and less original Thai, mass production, on-site food is offered to go with the reason: I don't have any other dishes. This is even more uncomfortable than it already is. It's a shame: it was really my favorite place to eat at the airport

The food is good, but unfortunately the service is terrible. It has become expensive and the service is poor. They would rather lose a customer than give away a little soy sauce. They are rude and don't care about the customer. Too bad. Since he was a regular customer, he will no longer shop there.

It is probably the only Thai/Asian eatery in Frankfurt that doesn't serve tofu. The taste is good (the mini spring rolls are especially crunchy and yummy) but if you are eating a vegetarian meal you are basically paying a lot for what amounts to a couple of small brocolli florets, a slice of onion and a few slices of pepper. Surely a million times better than the fast food American outlets in the vicinity but could be better.

Hungry and you only have fried food arround you, then this place was a great source of nutricient and real food. Very good taste, quickly prepared and hot served. We had the thom ka khai soup ans the red cury tropic fruit chicken mix. It was delicious real authentic taste. If i am in frankfurth again i will come back to this spot.

Absolutely okay for quick hunger pangs. Portion was also decent size. It's at the airport, so almost €13 is reasonable, but too much for my taste.

Food was super tasty and was hot. Very tasty sauces included. Only recommended. (No. 46 with rice) Unfortunately, not all of the tables are clean, but they are used by everyone, so they have nothing to do with the restaurant/food.

This restaurant inside Frankfurt Airport is incredibly convenient, especially for travellers looking for a quick and satisfying meal before their flight. The portions are generous, which is a pleasant surprise given its airport location. For the price, taste, and convenience, I really can’t complain much.

I recently visited Thong Thai and I'm sorry to say my experience was anything but positive. The wait staff was extremely rude and made me feel very unwelcome. From the long wait to the overpriced price of my dish, which wasn't noted on the menu. When I arrived I wasn't even greeted with a smile. Instead, the staff seemed uninterested and annoyed when I asked questions about the dishes. It seemed as if my concerns and wishes were not taken seriously. The atmosphere was humiliating as I felt like I was more of a nuisance than a valued customer. This is particularly disappointing as I was looking forward to an authentic and delicious Thai meal. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and works on training their staff to provide a better experience for future guests. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place based on my experience.

We've been going there for almost two years. Delicious and fresh food, unfortunately the last time we visited two days ago we noticed significantly smaller portions. It's a pity because it was one of the best places with Thai food 🥹

Not ready to go! Opening at 10:00 but they said that they are not ready and you need to wait another 10 minutes. At 10:10 they said that they were still not ready and needed to wait another 20 (!) minutes... the cook was in no hurry, he didn’t care about the visitors! I'll never come back here again

We came from another terminal, having come a long way straight to the opening of the restaurant. The worker asked to wait 10 minutes because the cook was not ready. We waited 10 minutes. Then she asked us to wait another 20 minutes and the restaurant was never open. This is a mocking attitude. In addition, they forgot that they work in the airport building and people can be late for flights due to the fact that the restaurant opens very late

We landed in FRA at lunchtime with family and hunger. It should be quick, taste delicious and not be junk food. Everything was perfect here. We had 2 dishes (22 and 23) and were then able to continue our journey home by train happy and satisfied. The location of Thong Thai is great if you want to grab something to eat on the way from the flight to the train without wasting a lot of time. Of course it's a snack bar in a transit hall, but the dishes mentioned were very good.

The food was cold and the meat wasn't even remotely fresh. The vegetables had nothing to do with Thai vegetables. Peas do not belong in any Thai food. No spice at all.....Never again

It's an airport, you shouldn't forget that. The portions are a little smaller and the price is a little higher. The taste was good. The service could be a little more varied and faster. More cleanliness would also be great. Seating is available. Unfortunately the tables were very dirty. Even if I were at the airport next time, I wouldn't visit it again.

The food is an absolute recommendation. The ambience and service is typical for basement passage in the airport. But if you're looking for something tasty and healthy to eat, this is definitely the right place for you. A visit here is mandatory before departure.

The Pad Thai is small, but it is plentiful and delicious. If you ask for spicy sauce, they will give it to you.

What an "interesting" establishment. After leaving a negative review, got an email from Google saying that the owner had requested the removal of this review. So do not trust their high score, because they ask to remove all the negative reviews. Ate here after a flight and the food was absolutely disappointing – pad thai was literally just noodles with NO flavour whatsoever, no vegetables in, and very questionable dry pieces of chicken.

For years we have been going to Thong Thai as soon as we arrive at the airport. Stable snack bar, the food is always freshly prepared, service is nice and the prices are okay.

The food in their restaurant is much better and everything is nicer than in their kiosk at the airport

As always, a good meal before departure

God thai ret med kylling, cashewnødder, grøntsager, sojasauce og ris. Retten blev serveret i en plastikbakke med låg, men låget passede dårligt, så en del af den tynde sojasauce løb ud på vejen fra disken og over til bordet. En anden gang bestiller jeg nok en ret med thai currry - så undgår mam nok det.

For sure this restaurant is the best compared to the ones nearby (..McDonald's, KFC, etc..) It may also be healthier than a fried chicken or a hamburger but I'm still struggling to digest it! I took a veggy main dish with rice and I think there was more garlic than coconut in it… I don't know… the people around me are moving away..

I was very hungry after coming to the airport, so I ate this food. It's next to the place where you can rent a car. I think if there were pictures on the menu, it would be easier to understand and make a choice. Rice and fried rice. It may feel salty for Koreans to eat. The fried noodles were really delicious, it was okay. There are small and large portions, but small is the most appropriate. I ordered 3 large sizes and ended up leaving some, but it was a waste. It would have been better to order noodles or white soup. There are quite a few vegetables and it's good. Just season the rice. If you don't like salty food, please pass.

Has nothing to do with Thai food. 12€ “large” portion. Tasted very strange. I gave it back and said it tasted strange, but the employee didn't understand me or didn't want to understand me. I put it down and left. For the 12€ I would have preferred to get two rolls from Kamps. Well, it doesn't matter once and never again!

Deux petits plats thaïlandais bien sympa, ça change de la nourriture qui est vendue au-dessus, c’est un peu plus léger quand même, et le prix reste très raisonnable. Par contre un peu compliqué à trouver, il faut sortir lorsque on est en escale, pour aller au niveau-2, je crois, ou moins… Il faut suivre les indications … restaurants, mall etc Prendre la boîte small… largement suffisant ou un big pour 2 !!! Nous avons pris du riz frit et du pas Thaï
