My wife and I ate at the Rio Grande in HH - Lokstedt for the second time and we were thrilled with the food and the super-friendly service. 👍👍

Unfortunately, I was also there on New Year's Eve and can fully understand the bad recession. There were two of us there and we were then seated at a table with another couple. The overwhelmed usher seated two different couples at each table of four, who had also arrived at different times. He thought he was so great that he asked several times how great his idea was. The idea wasn't great, it was just a money-making scheme. Logically, we were then allowed to watch the other couple eat before our food came. If I reserve a table for two people, I want to sit at a table with two people and not with strangers. The next joke was the prices. Instead of taking the regular card, they had the next great idea. The steak was €5 more expensive that evening than usual. A very poorly formatted card was printed out especially for New Year's Eve. The drinks were, of course, outrageously expensive. The food was ok, but the weight of the steak was probably just a rough guide. You then had to go forward to pay. There was no service that evening. Due to all the circumstances, there was of course no tip, which the woman at the cash register didn't understand. I then pointed out to her that she could see the outrageous price increase as a tip...

We stay in this beautiful block house several times a month. The service is extremely friendly, even when it is very busy, you are always served quickly, courteously and very friendly. The food is also highly recommended, always fresh and very good. Recently we were there with our little grandchildren, they were given something to paint, at the end a small gift and of course a delicious meal. Very child-friendly staff, great service, very good quality steaks, fresh salads and much more. My favorite restaurant in Hamburg for years. Thank you for the great service and friendliness. We always enjoy coming here.

We felt very comfortable. Super friendly and attentive service staff. Rustic ambience as befits a steakhouse. As for the steak, it was as ordered and tasted excellent. Thank you, we'll be back.

Was back at Rodizio for almost exactly a year today. Can't understand the bad reviews! Do people go in to eat or as interior decorators?? It's been written 100 times that it's old and very rustic in there, I'm all about the food, and that was once again very cool. The side salad was large, very fresh and crunchy, simply delicious. Then there was the sirloin steak with baked potato. What can I say, a dream. The potatoes are very soft and juicy, the dip is harmonious. And the steak... to the point of medium, super seasoning and buttery soft, there was an artist on the grill, just perfect. If I'm in HH again, 100% in Rodizio!!

Great, good food and super nice service. We'd love to come back.

Unfriendly staff, expensive and of the large selection of cakes there was only apple pie... early on a Sunday afternoon. No risk of repetition.
