The food was very tasty and well prepared. I also think the prices here are still reasonable and there are two parking spaces. A small one in front of the restaurant and a few more seats behind the restaurant. I think that's very good. Otherwise, some damage to the restaurant's inventory, e.g. to the doors, could be repaired. In my opinion, the staff also needs to work on the attentiveness. You don't feel like you're being well looked after, there's a lot more that can be done. You should also take orders carefully and not forget them. Running after your orders is annoying.

We've been coming here for decades. Meat is always grilled to perfection and the service is quick and friendly. The bread is also very tasty.

Food was excellent. Costs okay. We had pre-booked a table for December 31st, 2024. We were greeted at the door and escorted to our table. Overall we felt comfortable. We'll be back.

The meat was good and came to the table at the level of cooking ordered, prices were also ok, service was nice and friendly. The ambience is typical of a steak house 40 years ago, lots of dark wood. What doesn't work at all are the potatoes that are declared as fried potatoes. They are pre-fried and then briefly fried in the pan with bacon and onions. Then you try to cover up the greasy shine with a lot of paprika powder. They're not fresh potatoes either, they're probably pre-cooked potato slices that have been sealed. Call them something else, they are “NOT” fried potatoes.

I have been a customer at Redox for years and have gone there very often with the family in the past. Due to uncleanliness, poor service and truly disgusting conditions we haven't been there for years. After we found out a while ago that a new boss had taken over the store, we gave it a second chance and voila: 1A food, nice service and although not much has been done to the appearance, it is extremely clean. Everyone was excited about how positively the redox had changed. We will definitely come back here!

The Redox House easily outshines a large German steakhouse chain in terms of price-performance ratio and great dishes. Always happy. Here you get top quality at a fair price.

The food was really great, the children's menu was balanced. The reservation also went smoothly. Service was friendly but slow, even though most of the tables were empty. Unfortunately, the toilets and changing table were not maintained.

First class cream. Tender steak, herb butter to the hilt, good fried potatoes. And all at a very good price.

Price/performance excellent, steaks very good and (almost) always exactly to the desired point; Service very friendly and attentive. Typical steakhouse atmosphere, but more spacious and pleasant than the well-known chain. When the weather is nice, there is a large outdoor terrace. Large customer parking lot. I always enjoy going there.

Am Samstag wollten wir zu 5 im Redox essen. 2 waren um 20:30 da und haben den Kellner informiert, dass noch 3 Personen kommen. Obwohl die Öffnungszeiten bis 23:00 angegeben sind, hieß es, die Küche schließt bereits um 21:00. Also beeilt und noch einige Minuten vor 21:00 waren wir vollzählig. Trotzdem wurden wir nicht mehr bedient, die Küche wäre nun schon noch früher geschlossen worden, teilte uns der Kellner in unfreundlichem Ton mit. Was soll das? Wer also nett Essen gehen will und nicht von der Gnade des Personals abhängig sein, geht besser woanders hin.

Supposedly open until 11pm, but on Saturday at 8:56pm we were told the kitchen was already closed. 5 people, store doesn't seem to need it. Waiter still arrogant. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

We had reserved a table and were served promptly. When asked about the allergens, the waitress couldn't give an answer, but called his supervisor. We asked about lactose-free dishes, especially the burgers. We were assured that the dish was lactose-free. After quite a long wait, the food (the hamburger) came without a bun. We asked why, the answer was that the bread was of course not lactose-free...and we asked several times. ..However, they responded in a very customer-friendly manner and we received a steak on the house within a very short time...incl. Bread and herb butter🙄The food was of good quality and tasted good, but the staff would be happy to attend another training course...or simply change the menu and include the allergens - this should actually be mandatory these days

All dishes were excellent and reasonably priced. The service was very friendly and the food came quickly. That was definitely not my last visit

The food was great as always. The staff is also great and friendly...but the knives for cutting STEAK are absolutely subpar. Already have it mentioned more often...unfortunately with no visible result. In my opinion, a steak needs steak knives and not normal kitchen knives. I hope the restaurant finally changes that. What a pity...

Nice steakhouse. When my family and I feel like steak we always go to Redox. Good portions and ok price.

We, 2 adults and a child (4) were eating. I can only eat very small portions and asked for a children's plate. Although there are always problems and discussions in other restaurants, there was no problem here. My steak was grilled English as requested. The little one even got free ice cream for dessert. The long waiting time was bridged with painting supplies. A great experience in this restaurant. We would be happy to come back Grit Cain

Traveling through Hamburg for a couple of days and went to this place with a group of 5. They were attentive and service was good. Food was excellent. We all got some sort of steaks and they were perfectly cooked.

Wir waren schon öfter dort ,leider war das Essen das letzte mal leider schlecht. Fleisch war sehr zäh und das ganze Essen nur lau warm

Die WCs waren leider nicht sauber und die Pommes waren kalt auf meinem Teller. Das Fleisch war gut und der Service sehr höflich.

Essen ist absolut lecker und das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.

Das Essen ist top, auch bei vollem Haus leidet die Qualität nicht! Der Service ist super, immer ein hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter greifbar! Das einzige was sehr schade war, dass es doch sehr laut war, durch Bauweise oder zu offene Räume wurd kein Gespräch geschluckt! Aber absolut empfehlenswert! Parkplatz auch hinterm Haus!

Der Grillteller zum Mittagstisch ist immer eine sichere und leckere Sache. Hacksteak, Schweinesteak und Putensteak mit Kräuerbaguette und Baked Potato zu einem fairen Preis! Alles sehr lecker und günstig, so dass auch noch ein Bier in Budget passt 😋 Fazit: Es muss nicht immer das B*** House sein!

Nettes kleines Steak House mit einer guten Auswahl an Steaks und Burger. Portionen sind ordentlich und die Salat Auswahl ist okay. Das Restaurant eignet sich auch gut für Familienfeiern und Gruppen. Bin über die Jahre öfter hier gewesen und wurde nie enttäuscht.

Die Bedienung ist freundlich und das Essen ist gut. Die ist Terrasse sehr (zu) groß und wirkt dadurch eher schlecht besucht, weniger ist oft mehr. Absolutes "no go" im Außenbereich war allerdings, dass bereits um 20 Uhr (wir waren die letzten Gäste), obwohl bis 23 Uhr geöffnet, Stühle und Tische zusammengekettet, die Sonnenschirme zusammengeklappt wurden und wir uns genötigt fühlten zu gehen, obwohl uns gesagt wurde, wir könnten noch bleiben.

Wir sind seit Jahren regelmäßige Gäste dort und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist dort vollkommen in Ordnung. Interessant sind die regelmäßig wechselnden Tagesgerichte. Für mich ein Hochgenuss, wenn es auf der Tageskarte Spareribs gibt. Diese sind immer superzart und reichlich. Dies ist eines meiner Lieblingsgerichte.

Ich bin immer wieder äußerst zufrieden mit dem Redox. Die Steaks sind ausnahmslos perfekt gegrillt. Die Abschnitte sind ausgezeichnet geschnitten. Die Möglichkeit, die größe des Steaks individuell anzugeben spricht für sich. Das Personal ist absolut professionell und jederzeit freundlich. Was in der heutigen Zeit leider eine absolute Ausnahme geworden ist. Die Preise sind top und dadurch ist das Redox auch gern mehrmals in der Woche einen Besuch wert. Bitte weiter so!

Wir fahren gerne hier her, uns schmeckt es immer super hier. Die Portionen sind immer ausreichend für uns, gerne würde ich noch ein Eis hinterher essen aber das schaffen wir in den meisten Fällen nicht mehr weil wir so satt sind. Für uns ist aber auch besonders schön, das wir unseren Hund mit in das Restaurant nehmen dürfen,der fühlt sich auch besonders wohl.
