The service is very friendly (you're sometimes even served by the owner himself), the food is excellent, the atmosphere is cozy, and there's good parking for cars 👍🏼

I like to go there with friends. Plenty of space for families with children. Good for chatting. Very nice staff member, he tried to speak our language. Thank you! 😊 I had the mixed grill. I would definitely recommend it. 👌 No matter which dessert you choose, they're all really good. 😋 They let children draw. Nice atmosphere. 👍

Three of us arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 p.m. From the very beginning, we felt unwelcome. The opening hours are advertised as being until 11 p.m. The staff were already cleaning, and we were practically pressured to order right away. The steaks were quite tasty and almost cooked to perfection. The side dishes, however, were very poor. The pepper sauce was a convenience store product. The vegetables were frozen and overcooked. Overall, very disappointing and overpriced for the service provided. This was definitely our last visit.

Unfortunately, the staff was very rude. We arrived at 8:30 p.m., and although they said they closed at 11:00 p.m., we were told with extreme rudeness and insults that we had to leave at 9:00 p.m. We were having a social gathering and looked up the opening hours on Google, which said 11:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the staff member was very rude and impolite. We finished dinner in less than half an hour, paid, and were kicked out. I wrote my complaint three times, but why did you delete my comment and the very bad experience I had with you?

Unfortunately, we and our guests had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant on Saturday evening. The food was unfortunately cold, and the steak was as tough as rubber. The service was extremely rude and disrespectful. At exactly 9 p.m., we were asked to leave in a very unfriendly manner, stating that they could not stay open any longer. However, the website clearly states that the restaurant is open until 11 p.m. It's a real shame about the money we spent here. Above all, the behavior of the employee (an extremely rude gentleman) completely ruined the evening.

The two of us have been going there for years, either alone or with friends, and we've never been disappointed. When the meat wasn't cooked to perfection, it was immediately corrected. It can happen, and we were even excused with a free dessert! The service is friendly and attentive. I can't think of a better steakhouse in terms of taste. See you next time 👍

Service was very friendly and attentive. Communication between ordering and service could be improved. The main course came before the starter. It happens sometimes. The food was very tasty. There's a special menu for children (a reasonable €6.90 plus a scoop of ice cream, chocolate or vanilla). They could also color on the menu with colored pencils. Prices are good. We and the kids loved it. We'd be happy to come back.

Went there spontaneously without a reservation. Get a place straight away. As well as a parking space in front of the door. Very tasty food. My rip eye steak was very juicy and flavorful. My partner's burger was also very tasty. Very friendly and accommodating waiters who also like to ask if everything was OK. For children there is free ice cream with a lollipop for each children's meal.

We ordered lunch, which was a piece of turkey with fries and fish in an egg. We've never eaten so badly in our lives and we certainly won't repeat it at Redox. The turkey piece was very tough. The small piece of fish with almost black egg breading was cruel. It was definitely our fault that we didn't give it back or left the restaurant immediately. The waiter's repeated apologies didn't help either: "We just had a change in the kitchen, your food was probably in the grease for too long." Our day was “messed up” every day R e d o x, no more in life...

It was great once again. The food is delicious. Rarely have I had such good steak and it has been of top quality for many years. The service is very attentive and super nice. Perfect in terms of price and performance. Always my pleasure.

This was my first time there after driving past it what felt like a hundred thousand times. The food was very good, and the service was very friendly and attentive. The ambiance seems a bit dated, but it certainly has a certain charm. They offer a rotating lunch menu that's truly impressive. The price was reasonable, almost cheap by today's standards. I'll definitely be back soon ❤️

The food was very tasty and well prepared. I also think the prices here are still reasonable and there are two parking spaces. A small one in front of the restaurant and a few more seats behind the restaurant. I think that's very good. Otherwise, some damage to the restaurant's inventory, e.g. to the doors, could be repaired. In my opinion, the staff also needs to work on the attentiveness. You don't feel like you're being well looked after, there's a lot more that can be done. You should also take orders carefully and not forget them. Running after your orders is annoying.

The meat was good and came to the table at the level of cooking ordered, prices were also ok, service was nice and friendly. The ambience is typical of a steak house 40 years ago, lots of dark wood. What doesn't work at all are the potatoes that are declared as fried potatoes. They are pre-fried and then briefly fried in the pan with bacon and onions. Then you try to cover up the greasy shine with a lot of paprika powder. They're not fresh potatoes either, they're probably pre-cooked potato slices that have been sealed. Call them something else, they are “NOT” fried potatoes.

I have been a customer at Redox for years and have gone there very often with the family in the past. Due to uncleanliness, poor service and truly disgusting conditions we haven't been there for years. After we found out a while ago that a new boss had taken over the store, we gave it a second chance and voila: 1A food, nice service and although not much has been done to the appearance, it is extremely clean. Everyone was excited about how positively the redox had changed. We will definitely come back here!

The Redox House easily outshines a large German steakhouse chain in terms of price-performance ratio and great dishes. Always happy. Here you get top quality at a fair price.

The food was really great, the children's menu was balanced. The reservation also went smoothly. Service was friendly but slow, even though most of the tables were empty. Unfortunately, the toilets and changing table were not maintained.

Typical steakhouse atmosphere, but more spacious and pleasant than the well-known chain. When the weather is nice, there is a large outdoor terrace. Large customer parking lot. Am Samstag wollten wir zu 5 im Redox essen. 2 waren um 20:30 da und haben den Kellner informiert, dass noch 3 Personen kommen. Obwohl die Öffnungszeiten bis 23:00 angegeben sind, hieß es, die Küche schließt bereits um 21:00. Also beeilt und noch einige Minuten vor 21:00 waren wir vollzählig. Trotzdem wurden wir nicht mehr bedient, die Küche wäre nun schon noch früher geschlossen worden, teilte uns der Kellner in unfreundlichem Ton mit. Was soll das? Wer also nett Essen gehen will und nicht von der Gnade des Personals abhängig sein, geht besser woanders hin.

Supposedly open until 11pm, but on Saturday at 8:56pm we were told the kitchen was already closed. 5 people, store doesn't seem to need it. Waiter still arrogant. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

We had reserved a table and were served promptly. When asked about the allergens, the waitress couldn't give an answer, but called his supervisor. We asked about lactose-free dishes, especially the burgers. We were assured that the dish was lactose-free. After quite a long wait, the food (the hamburger) came without a bun. We asked why, the answer was that the bread was of course not lactose-free...and we asked several times. ..However, they responded in a very customer-friendly manner and we received a steak on the house within a very short time...incl. Bread and herb butter🙄The food was of good quality and tasted good, but the staff would be happy to attend another training course...or simply change the menu and include the allergens - this should actually be mandatory these days

Already have it mentioned more often...unfortunately with no visible result. In my opinion, a steak needs steak knives and not normal kitchen knives. I hope the restaurant finally changes that.
