Good service, delicious food, large portions. Prices are reasonable. Nice ambiance (despite the restaurant's size, thanks to plants and partitions, it doesn't feel like a large hall). Your clothes don't smell of food afterward (which speaks for good ventilation in a restaurant serving Asian food).

A really very good meal that is served here. On the one hand we had the appetizer platter, see picture, but also the sushi boat. Both incredibly tasty and more than enough for two people ^^ Service was also a smooth one. Very accommodating, friendly and always trying hard. Attention was paid to extra sausages and we even asked for breaks between courses, which was quite good for us. The waiting times are also quite quick.

Das Sushi nicht frisch zubereitet - insbesondere die chicken crunchy rolls kalt und das Hühnchen durch die Kühlung trocken. Auch die anderen Gerichte waren unterer Durchschnitt.

First of all: We were there on March 7th. (Friday) there. The service was really so so so great. It couldn't have been better, we felt really comfortable and had a really great evening. Our waitress recommended the perfect items and really did a great job. The food was delicious and the cocktails even more so. It was a really successful evening - I can only recommend it to everyone. :)

The sushi is just really good and the location of the restaurant is also great. I also like the service, attentive and quick. Unfortunately it is quite loud and the tables are quite close to each other. But the food is definitely worth a visit!

My wife raved about the food, the last time she was there was 1.5 years ago. Apparently things went badly for this price, so disgusting food that's brave. Unfortunately we were disappointed, there was raw meat in the food and it didn't taste good at all. Never again thank you 👍

It was a very great evening with you. Delicious sushi. Really really good. Wine tastes good too. However, I would have liked wine service given the prices and not that you have to pour yourself. It is kept very open and sterile. A few plants complete it.

The food was a failure. Since there is almost only sushi with fried ingredients, we ordered sashimi as a starter and 1 curry as a main course. The sushi menu is really a disgrace. The sashimi was cut too thick and served way too cold. There was no wasabi and only green horseradish paste was served upon request. But the taste of salmon and tuna was okay. The curries were both extremely tasteless and contained ingredients that have no place in a real curry. The chicken was dry and tough, the beef was good. For dessert we had the crème brûlée, but it was made without real vanilla. Like the rest of the food, it was quite tasteless. Overall it was a very disappointing visit. The food is really not good, the service is just ok and the ambience is actually quite nice. Once and never again...

Wir waren vor einer Woche zu viert hier zum Abendessen und hatten das Menü für Familie und Freunde zu 61€ gewählt. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen war alles sehr üppig und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Ist ein stolzer Preis, aber es wird etwas geboten. Dazu Kräusenbier und leckere Weine - ein perfekter Abend.

Great location. Great food, drinks and service!

Unfortunately my visit to this restaurant was a disappointment. Despite having a reservation, I received a very cold welcome and felt like I was out of place. The service was unprofessional: mistakes were not even apologized for and the staff were rather rude. It was particularly unpleasant to see the wait staff whispering about the guests while rolling their eyes instead of concentrating on their work. The entire atmosphere was unpleasant and marred the entire visit. There are many restaurants with much better ambience, where the customer really is still king and the staff simply do their job properly. Definitely not here. Very unfortunate.

My restaurant review refers to our visit on Friday, January 3rd, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.: I've been to Chilli Club a few times because I found the food tasty. I found some of the service staff to be awkward when dealing with guests, but I ignored that because working in the catering industry can be very strenuous. Unfortunately our visit last night was very disappointing. We were seated at a table in the cold entrance area, even though the restaurant didn't seem to be full and I immediately asked if there was anything available at the back? My question was answered by the service person (female, blonde) with "Everything in the back is full!" dismissed. After about 10 minutes I asked again if we could sit somewhere else because it was very cold at the front. To my surprise, I was now informed that everything at the back was free. It was frustrating to find that we were seated at this uncomfortable table while other seats were available. Then suddenly we were offered a table in the main area. Since my girlfriend was very tired and hungry, I initially gave in to staying there, but was then quickly able to convince her that we would just warm up with a quick cup of tea and then leave. We didn't eat anything else here. We felt uncomfortable throughout our stay and felt like we didn't receive the same level of appreciation as other guests. I hope the restaurant reflects its etiquette and equal treatment of all guests to create a more open and respectful atmosphere in the future. By the way, grown women - I'm 50 years old and a doctor - with "have a nice evening, girls!" Saying goodbye isn't very classy either - this message goes to the waiter (male, southern-oriental)! Chilli Club is one of those places that just gets it right. The food? Tasty and satisfying without trying too hard to be overly fancy. It’s a great spot for larger groups—plenty of room to spread out and enjoy without feeling crammed into a corner. Bonus: the food arrived on time (which is rare enough to deserve a shout-out), and the service was on point—friendly, efficient, and no awkward 'forgotten table' moments. While it might not blow your mind with culinary surprises, it’s an overall safe and solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable, hassle-free dining experience. Perfect for group outings where good vibes and good food are the priority.

Nice ambience in the middle of Hafencity with a view of the Elbphilharmonie. Attentive service, the food is good value for money for Hamburg standards. You should make a reservation in the evening, the restaurant is very busy.

The four of us shared two “sashimi sushi ships” and were very happy with them. There was also creme brulee for dessert. It was also super tasty. If I could wish for something, it would be sensible beer glasses. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about... on the contrary.

There were three of us and it tasted great. We had, among other things, the chicken bowl and Caesar salad. The ambience also invites you to linger. The prices are fair. The staff is very friendly, we would be happy to come back when the opportunity arises.

The Chilli Club Hamburg scores with a great selection of dishes - from sushi to curries to wok specialties. There is something for every taste here! The atmosphere is modern, especially thanks to the large glass front, which offers a view of the canal and even the Elbphilharmonie. Simply the perfect mix of style and relaxation. The food? Absolutely good! Plentiful, tasty and filling. The drinks menu also offers a good selection, so that no wishes are left unfulfilled. Price-performance is right. Particularly noteworthy: The service is consistently friendly and attentive. All in all, a great place to spend a nice evening. I'd love to come back! 4.5 points!

The food was tasty, but the atmosphere and service were mediocre during our visit. The room is very high and the tables are quite close together. Although there were only a few tables occupied, it was quite loud and, to be honest, uncomfortable, and the dimmed lights didn't change that. Despite the manageable number of guests, the service was relatively slow and there were also small errors when ordering. No drama at all, but nothing mind-blowing either.

Magical place. At least as long as the sun is on the terrace. Surprisingly delicious wines, our snacks (edamame and bread) were great and the lady from the service was super professional and friendly. We'll be back.

We reserved a table at 8.30pm on Saturday evening. When we arrived, the restaurant was already very empty. We ordered and our food came quickly. At 9:30 p.m. we were the last guests, which is why we just wanted to drink up and then pay. The waiters cleaned all the tables around us, even put the chairs up and started cleaning the floor. I haven't experienced that yet. How much can you show your guests that you should please leave immediately? The restaurant is actually open until midnight. We felt very uncomfortable, paid and left. Not a nice experience, plus the food was mediocre and the prices were high. It's a shame, I always liked going to Chillis.

If you like waiting a long time to be served, this is the place for you.

In summary: Unfriendly staff, extreme waiting times and incorrect invoices. We're definitely not coming back! We just wanted to get something quick to drink (coke, coffee, small beer)... Unfortunately nothing was quick at the Chilli Club! We waited 15-20 minutes for our order to be taken and we weren't even given a card. Then we waited another 10 minutes until we got our 4 drinks (2 small cola, coffee, small beer). The coffee came without milk... the waitress wanted to bring it to us... After 5 to 10 minutes we went in ourselves, otherwise the coffee would have gotten completely cold. When we asked for the milk inside, we were only met with a rude 'Go back out, your colleague will bring it to you.' accommodated. We didn't want to be satisfied with that anymore and waited there for so long until we were finally given the milk. Now to pay... when our drinks were brought, we immediately asked for the bill, because we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. When the bill came the shock: €28 and a few cents. How can that be for 4 (small) drinks? Even though we had to order without a menu and didn't see the prices, around €7 per drink (coke, coffee, beer) still seemed strange to us. When we asked, we were told it was €28. So we asked for the bill and not just the amount and lo and behold... a wrong bill. After this error was fixed, it was only around €12. Shouldn't the staff know the approximate prices and see this significant error when asked? Absolutely unbelievable. In summary: Unfriendly staff, extreme waiting times and incorrect invoices. We're definitely not coming back.

Once again it was hello, hello Hamburg and also hello, hello Chilli Club. Discovered by chance on one of our trips to Hamburg and has been a constant address when we are in the city ever since. We had reserved an appointment online, which worked without any problems. When we got there we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our table. The service deserves 10 out of 10 stars, fast, friendly, attentive and everything in view. As a small example, my girlfriend didn't want dessert and I ordered the cheesecake. When it came there were 2 forks in case my girlfriend wanted something. A really top service, thank you again. A huge thank you also goes to the kitchen. The food was a dream, quickly at the table, super tasty, well prepared and fresh. There were 2 starters (gyoza, mini spring rolls), 2 main courses (sushi div, bowl) and 1 dessert (cheescake), pictures attached. The restaurant itself is a bit dark, but it absolutely fits in terms of style and furnishings. Prices are a bit high but absolutely justified for the location, the service and the quality of the food. Please keep it up and see you on our next Hamburg tour.

A cozy restaurant, unfortunately a bit dark in places and the seating a bit narrow. The service was ok. Food came quickly, was fresh and nicely prepared. The taste is also very good! Price/performance ratio was completely ok.

I often go to the Chilli Club for lunch. This time the sushi from the lunch menu again. A bit disappointing; the fish wasn't quite sushi quality. Service and ambience good as always.

Very tasty food in a cozy atmosphere. We ate appetizers and sushi all evening.

We sat outside when the weather was nice and there were a few drinks and ice cream for the children. Unfortunately, we were full and didn't eat anything, but the menu sounds really good and a look at the neighbors' plates made us really jealous. Everything looked very tasty. Staff very nice. We felt comfortable.

I personally really like the delicious food, especially the bowls, and a homemade iced tea to refresh myself. The ambience is also very appealing, but I have only been disappointed with the service on one of my three visits so far.

In the Speicherstadt! We had a drink 🍸 on the terrace with a fantastic view of a small harbor and the Elbphilharmonie as the sun 🌞 set! For the very friendly waitress it was no problem at all that we didn't want to eat!

Great atmosphere, very attentive and friendly service - unfortunately the food didn't convince me. In my opinion, the vegan bowl was seasoned far too strongly or made with too much sauce. Very salty and very sweet at once, with a cucumber salad that was also sweet and sour and tasted like Danish cucumbers from a jar. Nevertheless, I would come back again - but then try a different dish.

Very good attention received. They have a large terrace that is perfect for having a few beers or eating something quietly.

The service at the CHILLI Club is friendly and flexible. The view outside on the terrace towards the Elbphilharmonie is simply brilliant, we spent great summer evenings here. Sorry, I think the food is too expensive even if you can afford it.

We stopped by spontaneously on Sunday. Great view of the Elphi, nice service and delicious food...what more could you want. We had 2 bowls. One with duck and one with Black Angus, both recommended. Gladly again. Very good 4 stars.

A quiet place…nice setting with this modern architecture around. Quality cuisine and tasty dishes. Very friendly and welcoming waiters. I recommend this restaurant bar.

Everything is somehow totally artificial, a concrete area, and you have to look for the overpriced food on your plate. So a well Hamburg completely overpriced concrete harbor area. Everything served cheaply and paid for expensively! Nothing of coziness.

The waiter was focused and polite but a smile would have suited him well. There wasn't much going on yet. The view of the Elphi is great.

Today I had a very relaxing evening with my brother and his girlfriend. We had a large boat, which unfortunately wasn't on the menu for whatever reason. Unfortunately, the waitress forgot the straw for my sister-in-law, which isn't all possible, but it's still worth five stars.

Nice restaurant, almost cozier inside than outside. Service was stressful, but still very polite! Food is quite expensive because of the good ingredients, but the taste is rather ordinary, not a highlight, so value for money is rather tight.

Not the best service. Took a while to get the food and the waitors did not respond when we asked them to assist us. The sushi was mediocre although nicely decorated. The drinks were quite good. The atmosphere was rather pleasant but too little greenery for my taste. Too expensive for what was served.

You can enjoy it with a breathtaking view of the Elphi and the sun on your face. An adventure for every guest in Hamburg. The sushi has a uniquely good taste. But the price is very high. The waiters have a very positive attitude (especially the blonde young man). The toilets are very chili 🌶️ colors. Pretty spicy. A thoroughly positive experience!

A safe bet for a date for two or a business group. What impresses me most about Chilli Club is the dishes and the variety. Staff friendly and attentive! The only drawback: When it is busy, it is very loud. Architecture plays its part.

It was our first time in a CHILI CLUB. Since the weather was nice, we sat outside on the terrace. The ambience and the view of the water were definitely great. For drinking we opted for the homemade iced teas. There was once the elderberry and the lemon, lime and ginger iced tea. Both were very tasty and you could taste the tea really well and they weren't too sweet. We decided in advance on two starters. There was the Thai Chicken Satay and the Gyoza. The skewers were really delicious, but the gyoza was too ginger-heavy for us. For the main course we had the Chilis Butter Chicken, which unfortunately didn't meet our expectations and seemed very "Germanized". We also had the creamy salmon and crispy chicken Suhsi. Unfortunately, this dish wasn't really to our liking either. All in all, everything tasted ok but it didn't blow us away and we were a bit disappointed. The service was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the price performance wasn't right for us. We were recommended the restaurant several times and in the end we were just not convinced. Too bad.

I've been there several times at different times of the day and year. The sushi is of excellent quality. The fish is fresh and beautifully prepared. Even if there is someone in the group who doesn't like fish, there is something on the menu. The service is on point. I will go there again!

Service is on point. Special requests/allergy considerations are no problem. There is gluten-free soy sauce. The bowls are very large. You don't need a starter beforehand. The cucumber lemonade is highly recommended

Food was very good. Service was also good. Atmosphere was not the best. Back door was closed and every guest tried to get in there which was distracting. The sign to use the main entrance is not at the door but the wall next to it which no one will see. For the high price and because of the atmosphere I would not come back.
